Excellent!!! All staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was gorgeous. I have written this review before I have stayed the night but what can I say it's a premier Inn, good night's sleep guaranteed, I have never been disappointed. There are always softer pillows in the closet which I love. I would give 10 stars but only have the option to give five!!

Pros:
1. Location is very near to the Victoria tube and train station
2. Location felt very safe
3. Right in front of the hotels were the electric scooters and bicycles parked (quite a good way to explore London)
4. Rooms were of decent size
5. There was a bar and restaurant in the hotel for those lazy to go out
6. Rooms were as the picture. Modern with a comfortable bed
Cons:
1. Ceiling felt a bit low but nothing too concerning

Three parties stayed.
Party One : very small room but ok just for sleeping in. Poor water pressure in shower.
Party Two: couldn't check in until well after 4 p.m. Shower was tepid at best. Low water pressure.
Party Three : good sized room. Hot water not an issue although shower pressure could have been better.
Staff friendly and an easy going atmosphere in the hotel. Breakfast was tasty and good value.
Excellent location with some great little shops, pubs and restaurants nearby and a few minutes to Victoria.
Overall, the rooms seemed a bit hit and miss but for a couple of nights it was good value.

It was okay, very close to some nice restaurants and the theatre & station is only 5 minutes away.
BUT it was not up to the standard of other premier inn hotels I've been to, the room (310) was tiny. Just wide enough for the double bed, unless you're a stick. You will brush against the wall which leads to the bathroom which again, is as wide as my arms length and I'm 4ft 11in. The room was SO hot and stuffy, temperature wouldn't go down past 17 degrees and AC seemingly not working. Only stayed for two nights otherwise I would have asked to switch rooms.
Stay if its only for a night or two but not past that personally. Wont be staying here again to be honest. (Staff were lovely though dinner was a bit of a shambles)

Good clean rooms as you expect at any premier inn. Hotel was really well located for the apollo theatre. Breakfast was good. They also offer luggage storage which we didn't know but made use of on our check out day.

This premier inn is like a hidden gem. The food is amazing and the staff are so lovely and friendly and accommodating to your needs. Loved every minute of our stay and when we visit London again there will be no contest this is where we will choose to stay each time.

The first night the card reader was not working so could not use restaurant until it was fixed even though I had a meal deal. The restaurant was closed on the second night for health and safety reasons?? So had to find somewhere else. I was not informed of this until I arrived back at the hotel. My room had obscure glass in the window so no view out which made my stay quite dingy, acceptable for one night but I was there four nights.
D. W.
I stayed there for 1 night, it was ok. we had 2 rooms and there first one was ready when we arrived and we had to wait around an hour for the second. When we got in the first room there was a very stale smell in the room. We looked at the windows and they were covered in condensation. We left the room and went to dinner and a musical and when we got back, my bed was damp and the pyjamas i had left on my bed had gone damp too, the windows don’t open so it was nothing to do with that. i was very disappointed as this meant i went to sleep in a cold damp bed!!!
Would not stay here again

Great location so close to Victoria Rail Station. Stayed for two nights, couldn't fault it. Staff were friendly and accomodating, family room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was perfect, and the hotel has a luggage store so we could leave our bags safe after checking out to enjoy a day in London
L. C.
I had a very pleasant, short stay here and it was an ideal spot to visit places of interest in London. Only had breakfast at the hotel, which was very nice so cannot comment on dinners.
C. M.
Dropped my bags off early as check-in had been bumped back. This was easy and the staff present were very friendly! Returned around 10pm to be greeted by another member of staff who made check in very easy. Room was clean and tidy, comfortable bed. Check out was contact free and easy taking 2 seconds to pop your card in the box and walk out the door! Only downside was the shower looked a bit dirty and worn, other than that will be returning for my next visit!
M. C.
Does what it says on the tin. You know what you are getting with Premier in. Comfortable room, staff pleasant. We were never going to be in our rooms long, as getting and about sightseeing was the main priority.

Very quiet and peaceful at night Great location lovely rooms Great Breakfast So Comfortable and warm not to hot or to cold at night Best Premier Inn I ever stayed in Hope to return for longer stay next time so near Victoria Station and underground
S. O.
Close to the station and theatre’s. Friendly staff, rooms are a little small but ok for a night. Street noise has been greatly reduced but other weird and wonderful noises kept us awake.
S. P.
arrived late night and hadn't eaten the whole journey, the staff were lovely and accommodating and even helped me order a takeaway using there own phone. comfortable double beds and clean rooms, good for business and pleasure stays
I. S.
Basic, room on the small side, room tad to warm for my taste but ac available. Greeted by a very friendly and welcoming young lady, her counterpart was not so convivial, he appeared somewhat less relaxed and a little put out when I requested an Iron and board. Generally clean and tidy no complaints.

The Good :-
As always the staff, more so the housekeeping staff ***** at this hotel.
Location for my purposive.
The Bad :-
I could not get any phone or internet connection with the "3" network inside this hotel. This maybe a fault with "3" as they have reported problems in the area.
I normally take a Firestick so I can watch films etc, although I could get my hand to plug the firestick in, there was no power point to plug it into. The staff did offer to find a extension cable but didn't achieve this.
The Ugly
I cannot open the window because of sound, but the room next to me would slam their door shut at 01:30 every morning, and I can hear them drop their toilet seat at 05:30 .
h. s.
Lovely, clean room, fresh bed and spare pillows. Excellent from theatres (5 mins max)
R. D.
Super friendly helpful staff. Sadly you can't pick your neighbors. The rooms are nice and the beds super comfy. Very clean and hygienic.
L. T.
There was a lovely gentleman at reception, same guy at bar and very happy to help.
Room was 👍 very clean environment and breakfast was superb. See you again soon.
P. R.
Stayed there for 3 nights from Friday 31 till Monday 1/11
Must was very comfortable and .had a good Breakfast as much as you like and the room was comfortable was there earlier this year july
S. R.
Overall a good experience. Great location, clean room. My disappointment was that the windows did not open and was told none of the windows in the hotel open. Surprised in todays world of COVID that this is still company policy....air con is not the same.
M. D.
Exactly as expected, comfortable clean bed. Adequate sized room, decent breakfast.
Helpful staff at a reasonable price.
Only gripe is cleanliness of stairs to the upper floors, outside where smokers are not always disposing of butts.
E. P.
We had a lovely stay at this premier inn. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The family room was very clean and spacious. It was good value for money and I liked that checkout wasn’t too early. Thank you
T. N.
Great premier Inn with good location.
Free wi-fi is really poor though, not sure why an upgrade has to be extra?
J. M.
My room was small but adequate apart from there not being much room to get through at bottom of bed hence i stubbed my toeand you pulled curtains as you went by room 118
C. G.
Nice clean room, staff very accomodating. We had the buffet style breakfast which was lovely but could have been warmer. We also had our evening meal there and that was lovely. Would stay again.
A. F.
Staff were more than helpful. We had a great stay
G. W.
Don't stay in room 313 unless you find the sound of jet engines soothing. The room is near an air-conditioning plant/exhaust or similar that runs until approximately midnight then resumes at 06:00.
Also, that particular bed has been enjoyed alot judging by how soft it was.
O. O.
Lovely staff, very clean rooms, nice air conditioning system
N. d.
I had a great stay here the room was lovely and the bed very comfortable. The Lady on reception was very accommodating with helping with my dietary needs, offering suitable alternatives. All the staff were welcoming and friendly. I would be happy to stay here again.
E. A.
Decent hotel. Room was small but it's a Premier Inn, perfectly adequate for one night for a conference in London. Cheap and cheerful. Breakfast was super quick and filling, good veggie breakfast.
L. M.
room was very clean with a really comfy bed! staff were lovely and helpful. great location too. just a perfect stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone when staying in London!
a. w.
Small room. Pretty hot at the night. The decor quite oppressive. The saving grace of this hotel is the location and the fantastic young, European staff. Extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you for making me feel very welcome.
k. k. K.
Good rooms and nice breakfast.
Parking is an issue. NCP car park 8 minites away but expensive
J. A.
Very clean and friendly hotel. Staff made every effort to make our stay enjoyable.
K. B.
Room very warm.Cannot get temp below 19%.Quilt on bed is very warm for sleeping spent most of the night with it off.
J. R.
A relatively nice experience. Beds were comfortable and the receptionist was helpful. Very clean hotel. Competitive prices which is always a bonus.
R. T.
Great location, close to London Victoria station. Quiet at night as on a side street. Helpful and welcoming staff. Would recommend.
A. H.
Couldn't fault the hotel in any way. And omg Maria who was bar/reception was just the most friendly and most helpful, beautiful person ever, such an asset to this hotel, loved her
N. C.
All staff friendly, very helpful, couldn't do enough for us, my husband is disabled, they have excellent facilities for the disabled, one particular member of staff called franc was so helpful it is very clean ,will definitely be staying there again
A. H.
Loved this place A nice big cooked breakfast nice bed room we will. Be back All nice and clean only thing waiting to be served took a long time on our 2nd morning for breakfast
J. W.
So convenient to the Coach Station, this was my first visit. Although I arrived quite late in the evening and didn't have s meal then, it was possible to book one if required. My room was pleasant and not too small. I enjoyed a perfect night's sleep in the comfortable large bed, and a pleasant shower, before going down to breakfast, which is a buffet laden with a wide choice. A very relaxing start to my cruise. Was very grateful for its convenience and pleasantness. By the way, I was able to further relax in the reception area before heading onwards to the coach station.
m. j.
The staff at this inn was so helpful! Answered questions and assisted with issues quickly and in a friendly manner. Beds were clean and comfortable. Had extra pillows in our room good thing because one would have been too flat for me. Didn't like the step up and down using the shower or that the lyft near our room was out of service because had to navigate a few stairs with our luggage in a narrow hall.
A. M.
We booked 4 rooms here for the 2nd year running, and really look forward to coming back each January. The staff are super lovely here, so helpful and welcoming. We stayed in the news premier inn plus rooms on the top floor and the rooms were fabulous! Really comfortable beds, coffee machine., fabulous waterfall shower that was unusually powerful for a top floor room. I highly recommend staying here. Excellent value for money and so convenient for getting around.
m. L.
The staff are very very friendly unfortunately our first night was not a very comfortable one as the bed was terrible tha did change our room the bed was much more comfortable but the room was very dusty also the restaurant could do with a dusting
T. P. (.
Clean. Friendly staff. 50 percent of menu not available in restaurant
D. C.
Great location for Victoria palace theatre and underground. Overall service was very good with excellent front reception staff that made you feel welcome. One of the lifts had no lights in it for the 4 nights we were there which made it a bit dark but had fun with the younger ones about this every night.
K. B.
Amazing stay, inexpensive but didn't feel that way...
L. W.
Good room, loose toilet seat, difficult to use the lift when the cleaning staff using it. Breakfast mediocre
S. C.
Nice premier inn a short walk from Victoria Station with a nice pub a 2 minute walk away.
Hotel was clean and tidy, can't make to much of a comment about staff as we only saw the check in member as the hotel was not in full operation which was a shame as it is well located.
m. N.
Room a little small but very clean . Breakfast, as always, very good
P. W.
Conveniently located on the door step of the Victoria train and coach station. The hotel had multiple levels with the restaurant in the basement. The rooms were the usual premier standard clean and tidy. There are stairs to the main entrance wirh a disability lift provided for access for those that need it. The breakfast disappointed me a little as there was always items missing including plates. I asked for crispy bacon and was highly disappointed as they used the deep day fryer to do it making it very unappitising. There is a room to store your luggage in they just ask for a small donation to the children's hospital. Nice staff who couldn't be more helpful.

I will start by saying that although my experience with this particular hotel wasn't the best, I would still use other hotels with this company. I found during my stay that the staff where a mixed bag, some of them very helpful whilst others could be described politely as non chalant or incompetent. Sadly some had no grasp of the English language which made checking in a taxing exercise. When you read this review please don't think that I am a racist or something of the sort, as my wife is is also from a different part of the world where English is rarely used, its just it seems like a poor strategy to utilise a person whose communication skills aren't their strongest qualities as a check in staff, I personally think that it is unfair on both parties involved in this case, as it stresses both parties out unnecessarily. Moving on I would suggest that these aren't the cleanest rooms I have stayed in, not terrible but still could be improved. The extractor fan didn't work and there was mold on the ceiling and heavy rust on the shower curtain rail, most likely due to the broken fan. I will end this review on a few favourable notes however, as it's only fair to point out this hotel's strong points. The hotel is very close to the underground station, a very short walk away, 5 mins maximum. Also the breakfast was exceptional, as always, and has come to be a highlight of my stays with the Premier Inn. So in review there were some negative aspects to my stay, but none that are particularly deal breakers and if you are after a short stay in London it is certainly worth considering this hotel.
I. W.
Good sized room with usual Premier inn comfortable bed and adjustable room temperature. Decent breakfast and evening meal good value option if you don't want to go out. Very friendly staff. Handy location just a few minutes walk to Victoria station and tube
D. H.
This hotel is superb if you need a short overnight stay. The rooms were clean and furnished well (Digital TV, nice beds, kettle, tea facilities, plenty of plug sockets). The staff were also really nice and amicable to speak to.
A. L.
Really enjoyed my stay here. Was down on business and found the rooms very clean, air con in every room, food was tasty, the staff were very friendly and helpful and ideally situated to Victoria station. Caters well for families and the single person and has ample seating in the restaurant. Works very well as a base when visiting London.
N. R.
Amazing location right close to Victoria station and Buckingham palace. Short walk to lots of restaurants and cafes. Staff were super friendly and amazing throughout the whole stay! We stayed in one of the “family rooms” which was huge and had three separate beds so our two girls slept comfortably without bumping into eachother. Room also had two TVs which was nice. One suggestion would be to add a fan in the bathroom. Price was very low compared to other hotels in the area especially considering how large the room was. Thanks for a lovely stay Premier inn team!
M. A.
Nice hotel, which is a short walk from Victoria Station and to the many pubs, bars and restaurant in the area around Victoria and Pimlico.
Room was big for a budget hotel with a little walk in wardrobe. It was very clean and decorated nicely.
Only had the continental breakfast of a morning, but you've got your cereals, pastries, fruit and small yogurts as part of the deal.
Couldn't fault anything about 4 days I stayed here.
Staff were welcoming and friendly.
D. S. M.
I stayed here once a month for 12 months while working for Channel 4. Honestly the best hotel from this chain I have ever stayed in, made good friends with some of the staff. Don't know if they still work there Gabriel and Cael. Very professional team, lovely breakfast. Sound proof (or sounds like sound proof) rooms, and a very clean and comfy room What more could you want in Central London? Oh yeh and Thursdays 4-7 is happy hour ;)

Such a convenient place to stay. We have stayed here a few times over the last couple of years and it's improved each time. Staff lovely, food great, cleanliness excellent.
D. C.
I have stayed in this hotel on several occasions. It is very convenient for the bus, coach, train and underground stations. The hotel is on a back street, so it is quiet and relaxing, even though it is central. The building is an old house, so the rooms are a little smaller than in many premier inns, and the corridors are strangely shaped and twisted. This makes it seem very cozy and homely. The food is great, and the breakfast room is warm and comfortable.
s. D.
Couldn't fault it. The hotel was lovely and so were the staff. Room was clean and food was great. Would highly recommend for a budget hotel. The reason for the four stars though is if you need wheelchair access or pushchair access you are going to struggle to get around the hotel.
S. P.
Clean, comfortable with great staff who needs more
G. E.
Great value hotel with everything you need readily available!
Perfect location too!
J. E.
I stayed here for one night over the bank holiday weekend. The staff were friendly and engaging, everything was clean and tidy. We stayed in 501 which bordered on a little small for the two of us but was fine for a night. We had a bit of an odd air on unit that turned itself up to 23 from low a couple of times, but was fine after we actually went to bed.
The pillows and mattress weren't that great for me though, didn't sleep very well. Ideally I would've gone 3.5 on the rating, but 3 felt unfair.

ATN Cars provide airport transfers , cruise port transfers and tours to guests at Premier Inn London Victoria. It is very easy to pick/drop off passengers at this hotel. Hotel is located within few minutes of walking distance to Victoria coach station and train station. You can walk to Buckingham palace within 15 minutes.
i. C.
Good rooms are cosey the rooms don't have windows but really good air conditioning. Breakfast and lunch are includes I can't remember if dinner is included and it is serve yourself there is tea coffee and loads more. A bar big enough. And if you are coming early there is a room to leave your luggage perfectly safe. It is not to far away from any shops it is in the middle of a street bus tours only around the corner so I really recommend it.
D. V.
Lovely hotel, lovely staff. Was my room haunted or was it just a dream? I am not likely to return to anywhere in London, any time soon. I would be interested in staying at the Premier Inn if one is conveniently located for my business travels though.
P. B.
Lovely quiet room with comfy beds. Plenty of room for 5 (2 adults 2 kids plus baby in cot) and nice to have fresh towels and straight beds (my young man had spilt hot chocolate on one bed and it has been remade with fresh sheets. Friendly staff in the restaurant and at reception although we had to wait 15mins plus with 3 kids for our room to be ready. Otherwise we're having a great stay :D
D. B.
Great location for the tube and train station and appollo theatre
B. L.
No problems at all. We were able to check in a little after 1pm, took a minute! The room is small but we expected that. Road noise was not an issue for us! Everything was clean and front desk staff was nice! Walking distance to Buckingham Palace and we also walked to Big Ben/London Eye area. Very close to Victoria stations. Restaurants and cafes in short walking distance.
D. E.
Hotel is fine, nicely located and staff were nice. However in the morning they claimed we hadn't paid for breakfast when we had. Didn't take too long to sort out but what a bit frustrating and only sorted by showing them a print out of the original booking. Otherwise, stay was good.
R. H.
Stay here every time I am in London.
Never had a bad night yet. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and quiet.
Prices reasonable.
Plenty of good restaurants nearby.
C. R.
We chose this Hotel as we were going to Wimbledon Tennis Championships and their shuttle service runs from Victoria Station which is just 5 minutes from this Premier Inn. This Hotel is in a lovely location, the room was lovely and quiet, the Staff were very pleasant and helpful and there was plenty of choice for breakfast the 2 mornings we were there. We would definitely stay there again.
D. U.
Not a good start- every Premier Inn we visit, despite booking the 2 of us every time, there's only 1 set of bloody towels! Infuriating start. An easy fix and one way to pi$$ off your customers from the 1st night.
A. C.
Brilliant location just around the corner from Victoria station. Stayed here to go to Flight club. Clean and comfortable room and Premier inn hsve the best beds and pillows
N. R.
The main good thing about this hotel is the location. Central and convenient. Rooms were ok, bed was comfortable although room was a bit dated. The most frustrating is that I could not get WiFi in my room at all! Breakfast was good too.
S. W.
Pleasant staff (when they were there) bar and reception unmanned for quite some time. Tiny room, spair pillows were stained and covered in hair. Matress was SO uncomfortable. Gutted with my experience
K. H.
Excellent hotel to stay in. Conveniently located next to public transport. In walking distance to local restaurants and shops about 15 minutes from Buckingham Palace. Will be staying again. Has breakfast for extra. Lots to chose from. Lovely 😊
K. A.
I was very impressed by this budget hotel. Location was excellent. Rooms were spotless, a decent size & the breakfast buffet offered very good variety. A great bonus was that the children ate free!
M.
Smaller room than usual for a Premier Inn. Location is brilliant to travel around London .
Hot stuffy room regardless of air con.
D. L.
It's a Premier Inn, they are all the same. Reasonable price for a simple clean but basic room. Excellent buffet breakfast (as buffet breakfast go) and friendly staff (which us a bonus in London)
K. W.
The staff are very welcoming and helpful. Family friendly, close to public transport. Room was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed for our stay.
J. S.
Courteaous reception lady was engaging and very polite. She was obviously under a great deal of pressure from demanding guests, phone messages but never let it fluster her or interefere with her dealings with my colleague and I as we checked in. Well done young lady.!! 5 star performance from her. Breakfast was good value but no soap in the shower ( which had an emty container make me think it was full ) was the reason for 4 stars for the hotel, but 5 for the receptionist. Visited 23rd June arriving around one o' Clock. She was the reason for my review.
D. P.
Good hotel. Ideal location lots of eating choices in area although hotel does good deals too. Excellent transpirt links close by at Victoria rail/underground and bus station. Handy shopping close by too. Would def stay here again.
S. A.
Great location. Quiet hotel. Comfy bed and good night's sleep. Can't fault it. Staff all friendly and helpful
T. G.
Generally an very satisfactory service. Slightly older than some Premier Inn facilities, but in the process of being refurbished. Breakfast was good, the room was clean and tidy, with an exceptionally generous bed. The only real downside was the price, given that this is a prime location near central London.
J. a. V.
Fairly standard Premier Inn. The restaurant had half the menu unavailable on the night we went, but the breakfast was good. Room was clean and quiet. Couldn't connect to wifi
E. W.
Great location for seeing Wicked. 5 mins walk. We also had an easy stroll to Buckingham castle in the morning. Breakfast was nice and with plenty of choice. Can not complain paying for 1 adult and getting 2 children free.
L. F.
Location was great, very close to Victoria station. Away from busy roads so was quiet. Bed was extremely comfortable, room was spacious. Shower was hot and had good pressure.
L. S.
Clean hotel. Usual clean and quiet room. Lovely helpful staff. However the key lock to my room was bust so kept having to get a new key from reception. Plus no iron at all available in the hotel.
W. H.
Standard Premier Inn fare, good bed, no frills, good rates. Room was in a somewhat noisy location near the entrance and window facing a bottle bank but other rooms presumably quieter. Helpful staff.
D. G.
I stayed in the premier Inn in Victoria last Halloween and I had a pleasant stay in the hotel. I lost something of value which the Premier Inn team found/contacted me and posted to me together with a nice Christmas card wishing me and my family a happy christmas! What excellent after care service! I take this opportunity to wish the Premier Inn team in Victoria a very happy Christmas and New year.
J. B.
Great location, friendly staff, breakfast service was one of the best I have encountered in a Premier Inn. Loses a point as the bedroom had a smell like cement dust - not unpleasant, just unusual.
A. B.
Clean, relaxing and the staff was friendly
M. V.
Wonderful amenities and great staff, good food as far as premier Inn goes. Fantastic location, close to Victoria station and many great food places and shops right around the corner. Perfect place for an amazing stay with premium rooms at a great value for the moderate price especially compared to the competition
C. P.
We discovered the Premier Inn chain by chance on a trip to England several years ago. The chain is distinguished by QUIET rooms (even in the heart of London) and by the friendliest staff in the hotel business anywhere. Seriously, these are the nicest people!!!! The rooms are TINY, of course, as are most European hotel rooms. But the room was spotless and had everything you need. The only thing that stops me from giving them 5 stars is the fact that there was a funky odor in my room, like there had been water damage that hadn't been fully treated. But, whatever you do, don't eat in the hotel's restaurant, the Thyme. Very mediocre food.
A. G.
Great hotel. Great location. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. Loved the little bar downstairs. It was a great way to unwind after a full day of sightseeing.
r. a.
Room was nice but the temperature had to be regulated from the front desk..a bit weird. Also the bathroom had no heating...the rest of it was all good. Staff were very polite and helpful.
M. S.
The room was very tired. Past it's best by a good 5 years. The food was good and the staff very pleasant. The location was good too. Shame the room let it down.

Review based on Room #421
Spacious

Spacious bathroom - high Bathtub which was difficult to get into as I'm 4"11 - my husband had to assist know.
Soap and body/shampoo wash dispenser by sink and in shower / bathtub combo
Tea and coffee facilities in room
We didn't have breakfast here so can't comment
Friendly service
Plenty of Cafes and Restaurants near by
Variety of Charity shops walking distance from Hotel
Good location to Victoria Coach Station /Tube / Railway Station and plenty of buses
R. H.
Basic but clean rooms, good location - very quiet despite being central. Staff were v friendly and helpful. Breakfast a bit like cardboard but didn't expect much better for the price!
T. C.
Great spot for anyone arriving at London from Victoria Coach Station (and rail station). Does everything you would expect from a Premier Inn. Not a bad price for London. My only comment (as always seems to be the case with Premier Inns recently) the premium WiFi didn't work. Standard is OK for email and Social, web browsing is slow and if you need to use it for business (Google, Microsoft 365 etc) prepare to be mightily p###ed off.
J. L.
Superb value for money in central London and still the expected high Premier Inn standard. Clean, comfortable, well equipped and a super breakfast. Thanks.
K. M.
Usual premier inn experience as expected, clean, comfy room and friendly reception staff. Restaurant was very dark (no windows and low lights) and the dinner service was very slow even though we were the only 2 people in the place and it was between 6-7pm.
E. G.
We stayed for 2 nights. Can't fault it.
L. C. W.
the premier in is a modern hotel and is very cheep and very well layed out bedding is always cleen and fresh. the staff are freindly and will help you with any problems you may have. its got parking for residents great bar for an drink. all in all the hotel is a great place to stay the night
R. S.
Good basic hotel, same as all Premier Inns really. Room was a little smaller than usual but I guess that's to be expected in central London. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful place. Lovely breakfast and the rooms was lovely and spacious. The bathrooms were amazing.

Simple & basic. It was clean, safe & quiet. Excellent price & excellent restaurant. Superb location!

Premier Inn hotels are great. This one is central enough for a quick journey into central London but quiet enough to relax. The staff were excellent.

A very well located Premier Inn about an 8 minute walk from Victoria Station.
Very pleasant check in breakfast was very good and a decent sized room.
A good Premier Inn.
M. D.
Great location, great staff, close to everything you really want/ need, will definitely be coming back
A. M.
Really quiet room, no road noise nor noise from other guests. Comfortable room and bed, travel cot provided for our 1.5yo. Breakfast was satisfactory.
d. B.
Very clean and great staff
C.
The hotel was nice, it had the essentials. It's ideal for a quick stay overnight and it's close to Cadogan Hall if you fancy seeing a show or event.
t. a.
Non opening windows, and Aircon that switches off in the middle of the night. Apart from that, it's clean, quiet and comfortable.
N. C.
Quite a dated Premier Inn location externally, but nicely redecorated inside. Room was a bit smaller than usual for the brand, however it was quiet and comfortable.
C. o. G. F.
The hotel staff were friendly. It's conveniently located in relations to public transport. The room was clean, minimal noises and the bed was comfortable
A. R.
Staff were very friendly, room was lovely and breakfast was good too, very nice, would recommend
M. A.
It's a premier inn. Good location but pokey rooms, no view and breakfast wasn't bad but neither was it memorable. If all you want is a place to lay your head before heading out for the day then it's fine.
I. R.
Reception/booking in and bar service was shocking. Beer (Carling) was off, opted for Coronas and the guy tried to cut a lemon with a normal knife!! For a group of 8 at £200+ per room, my expectations were higher!!
T. E.
Location is good, right next to Victoria station and the rooms are comfortable for the money. Breakfast was good and wasn't overly expensive and the staff were all friendly and helpful. Would stay again.
J. B.
Excellent service. Family room was reasonably equipped and couldn't fault the price. Meal deal was worth the price especially with young children.
D. W.
Great for the West end theatre land and transport links.
A. E.
Staff were great nice and friendly, the room was just small, a shoebox for £131 a night the cheaper room looked bigger than the premier plus room we had
M. T.
Premier Inn hotels are great. This one is central enough for a quick journey into central London but quiet enough to relax. The staff were excellent.

Good value for money with the rooms. Breakfast was okay. The valet parking service is also excellent even for those not staying at the hotel.
R. P.
Location is good, just 2 minute walk from victoria station (if you come out the right exit!). Room was average, breakfast was ok. All in all an average stay.
D. R.
Location perfect close to train and coach station and bars and restaurants. Bedroom not ideal bed was not comfortable could her people walking and talking along the corridor, from within the room
A. R.
Very cramped room, barely enough room to walk around the bed. However, the bed was comfortable. Soap was in a dispenser as well as the toilet paper. Staff was very friendly.
D. B.
Best staff ever. Beds so comfortable. Quiet too and so convenient for Victoria. Cannot say enough about the staff they are unreal.

i love this place, adequate space in rooms, wi fi for 3 £ per night and helpful team.. it's really very simple and perfect for single travelers or light couples.. the bar has a nice atmosphere at night.. i needed laundry service but they don't have it.. the staff were helpful and pointed the closest one.. the location is so close to Victoria station that (5 mins. waking)..didn't try any of the food but they serve light calories meals if you are into that
L. A.
