Great hotel in a central location for a really good price.
We dined at the hotel on a Wednesday night, the menu was good with some interesting dishes. There was a live DJ which really added to the atmosphere.
The room had a great layout, especially for people with kids.
All in all, a great experience and I’ll certainly be back soon!

Best place to celebrate my special moments.. Great location, clean rooms, Best customer service. Thank you all for the great experience as always. I can not remember all the names, but all of the staff members I met were kind & helpful from the guy at the hotel door, and the receptionists and the manager. Definitely will come again.

One of the best hotel I stayed in during my vacation. It really Gives you the impression that it is a four-star hotel not less not more. Very clean room and perfect location as it is just steps away from King cross underground and Train station. Quiet room. The most thing I liked about this hotel is the receptionist lady Hasini she was so nice and seems she loves her work as she was smiling all the time.

Staff super pleasant. The bar is beautiful and stylish. Rooms clean and super comfy bed.
We've also found a little anniversary present in the room

Unrivalled hospitality. The entire stay was excellent from start to finish, with an incredibly kind and thoughtful team at the hotel. Sandra from customer relations, Eduardo from reception and Jose from the GA restaurant were exceptionaly welcoming in making sure a landmark birthday was well celebrated following a disappointment from a cancelled theatre/dinner. The rooms were great, vert comfortable bed and nice bathroom. The breakfast, dinner and cocktails at the GA restaurant were delicious. Highly recommend for a normal stay or any special occasion as the hotel staff were so attentive and willing to help, greater experience than other 4 and 5 star hotels we've stayed in London before. Location was super convenient to get around.

Had an amazing stay here for New Years Eve. The staff were more than happy to help and so friendly, great place and would highly recommend. Definitely looking to stay here again soon.

Very nice decor, good menu, well cooked food. Unfortunately they are not very big on fruit and veg. My pork belly came with 3 very thin slices of baby carrots and that was the total vegetable content. My Cheesecake came with 3 small dabs of coulis (about 1 teaspoon-full in total).

My go to hotel in in London. Adjacent to St Pancras. Large clean rooms. Always an issue with returning deposits promptly. Once I had to wait 2 months for my £100 to be returned.
B. J.
Very friendly staff, great bar area that is also the location for breakfast in the morning. The breakfast was great, lots of choice!
The rooms are nice enough, although the bed was a little lumpy.
Great location and would definitely recommend this hotel for a London stay.
S. I.
The hotel lobby and restaurant is stunning and decorated in a really funky way.
The rooms are fairly basic so would recommend a 1-2 night stay
S. C.
Beautiful, clean and organised. Really good location for tourists as there are good links in and out of London so you can go toothed Chiltern countryside or enjoy the buzz of soho etc...you don't need to venture far from the hotel to find lots of nice eateries and watering holes 😁
K. H.
Nicely presented contemporary hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Buffet breakfast is an extra cost and felt overpriced. Rooms and public areas all clean. Very modern hotel in great location for Kings Cross St Pancras and Euston stations.
G. S.
Such a great hotel in a great location right by St Pancras station, Granary Square, Coal Drops Yard. The hotel was spotlessly clean, we were allowed to check in early, the staff were excellent and we very impressed with the breakfast buffet which had a fantastic selection of cold and hot options. The hotel is modern and funky with a great bar. The deluxe room was spacious with views across London and a huge comfy bed. We were with a baby and the hotel was buggy friendly and they provided a big clean cot for us. Would definitely stay again and recommend.
R. v.
Hotel was clean, nice size room comfortable bed. Breakfast was tasty and presentable. Customer service was 10/10. Special thanks to Jamie and Elvis for making our wedding night wonderful 👌 definitely recommend and will be coming back!

Great hotel in a brilliant location. Staff are super friendly and make you feel most welcome. Lovely bar and facilities. Highly recommended.
H. S.
Chose this hotel solely for its proximity to St Pancras station (and our train journey the next day) but were thrilled with our stay on all counts. Room was small but well-appointed, air conditioning worked a treat, and beds were comfortable. Plus the views from the 7th floor are amazing. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. We'll definitely be back when we're in London.
J. T.
Amazing customer service from the whole team. I proposed to my girlfriend in the deluxe suite (she said yes!) and the staff decorated the room with balloons and rose petals! Thank you to Elvis (and Johan) for organising this for me! Great room, fantastic breakfast, great room service. Would recommend to everyone and can’t wait to visit again
A. L.
This is a great venue for a civilised drink with friends or business associates. Very good service and decor. Price point is on the high side so serves to exclude those with more modest budgets, but meets expectations well with consistent high standards.
M. N.
Such a lovely hotel with amazing views over London. All the staff were very friendly especially with our children. And what an amazing welcome for our anniversary, thank you to Elvis and team for making it extra special for us.
S. C.
London hotels are very much the same even though they claim to be individual..the thing that set this hotel out was the kindness of the staff..warm welcome and lots of smiles.
P. S.
Great rooms, we had the deluxe. Breakfast was a good choice as well. Would stay again. Spotlessly clean.
S. F.
I enjoyed staying at the Pullman London St Pancras. The WiFi was good, which is just what I needed for a remote business meeting. The room was comfortable but I found the in-room lighting controls unnecessarily complicated.
H. M.
This is by far the best hotel I have stayed at, in London, for a while. The ease of booking, the friendliness of the staff (Hasini), the location, the food and the decor make this place the best on my list of recommendations! I would stay here again and again!!
S. H.
What an amazing bar & hotel. Staff were friendly, attentive. Great choice of drinks and decor was fantastic

Good and comfortable hotel, spacious rooms, great location near train station, good breakfast, excellent staff. The only downside is not cleaning rooms while staying, but changing towels when requested
R. T.

1st time here. Nice atmosphere lots of space. Cocktails as usual. Wasn't that impressed with the style of the cocktails. 4 stars is because service takes a long time, however staff are really friendly.
A. Y.
Very nice hotel. Close to public transport. Rooms clean and modern. Breakfast is included and there is a good selection of food.
P.
We love staying here. Always friendly welcome, clean, quiet, stunning views and location
J. G.
Helpful staff. Comfortable good sized rooms. Very clean. Excellent location for central London.
L. M.
We had a good night's sleep, staff & service is brilliant. I would say the rooms are looking a little tired and probably need a refurb especially for the price you are paying.
M. K.
Very good hotel. It was very nice of the reception to offer us the room before the check in time.
B. J.
Good place to stay visitors London with easy transport links. Very close to King's Cross station.
i. w.
The junior suites are not all so, the first we had was below the gym and was more Travelodge in size and most definitely not a suite.. However we were moved and the change was noticeably fantastic and a suite to be proud of.. The staff were great, we did not eat in, and for breakfast and grazing and drink we used Nisa.. The staff will tell you where that is
K. S.
Very spacious room with complementary bottles of water.
Absolutely gorgeous restaurant and bar.
Really friendly, helpful staff!
So many area for amazing Instagram pictures!
Delicious evening food!
Downsides - tv doesn’t work,
Breakfast took an hour and 20 minutes to come, bacon was hard, everything was cold, toast was only toasted one side 😞
Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay ☺️
Y. C.
I just got back from my stay at Pullman London St Pancras and I can honesty say it was amazing. The service was exceptional, the hotel is clean, modern and beautiful. The Deluxe room was huge and the bed was very comfy. I can’t wait to stay again.
A. K. G.
It is wonderful place to drink either hot or cold 🥶 only. Very clean all over also large area, the toilets are good too. The Attained are good too. But l didn't took any pictures.

Ideal location, staff were so friendly and helpful. Very clean, great design and decor and amazing breakfast. Overall, an excellent place to stay.

This hotel is an absolutely amazing place to stay. If there’s ever a problem the staff will be sure to help and the bar staff are amazing too. Definitely book here if your looking for somewhere to stay in London!

Great location close to Euston and St Pancras stations. Comfortable room, good breakfast, attentive staff
A. B.
Great hotel ideal location. Room was good. I'll be back
D. O.
I absolutely love this place I went there a few years back, and it's just as good as I remember. The views are amazing on the higher floors and the breakfast buffet is yummy, the staff are lovely and so helpful.
I. S.
Modern and quiet even for a central hotel. Room was spacious and clean.
N. M.
Stayed to celebrate my wife's birthday. Hotel is in an excellent location, close to kings cross and near lots of the key parts of London. Staff provided an excellent service and made sure my wife enjoyed her stay. We were on the 15th floor and it gave excellent views across the city.
G. K.
Absolutely fantastic stay, a brilliant hotel. Breakfast was spot on and the hospitality shown by all staff, especially the breakfast server this morning, was fantastic. She made my day. Highly recommended.
D. N.
Great location. However I'd expect the room to be better for the price we paid.
M. P.
It's OK if you get the room under £180, not worth more though... similar standard to Premier Inn across the road.
C. B.
Good hotel, but breakfast served too late for early starts, e.g. to get to 0800 Eurostar
m. w.
Room was very clean , fantastic view ,great shower had a drink in GA bar very nice, but for £170 room was bit small no toothpaste/brush lead on kettle so short couldn't plug into wall so no coffee in the morning, overall I would recommend but needs tweaking to get 5 stars
S. N.
I do love this hotel. It’s an easy hop from Euston when I have a meeting. Nice funky atmosphere, usually plenty of room and the staff are very attentive.
J. M.
Stayed at Pullman St Pancras while visiting London and chose it since it is within walking distance of St. Pancras station. The stay was great and very comfortable. The front desk was very helpful and were able to assist with information on tours. The area is very busy but easy to get in and out of. We had breakfast at the on site restaurant and it was great as well. My family enjoyed the stay and would definitely come back.
D. T.
I don’t think I met a team member in this place who wasn’t smiling. Great atmosphere, comfortable bed, excellent food in the restaurant. Particular thanks to Elvis at the check-in desk.
J. C.
Having stayed many times, it's now feeling it's age and should not command the prices it does. Disappointed by standard of rooms, and response to issues (tv). Staff trying hard, and breakfast team are excellent.
C. S.
Very welcome place! Easy access to any place in London because it's close to Euston and Kings Cross Saint Pancras International.
L. O.
Lovely hotel, check in was so quick, room and all of the hotel was spotless.
Breakfast was a wide and varied selection, looking forward to my next stay

Amazing place with contemporary art and design décor. Excellent service and friendly staff. Tasty food and breakfast choices. Fantastic location, few doors down from London St. Pancras International Train station.

if exclude design of the reception and main hull the rest is fine.

Awesome location as its next to the train station. Super super friendly doorman.

Great location, great room, great views
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Pullman St Pancras. The King’s Cross area has become very cool (the Coal Dumps Yard is worth a visit) and the underground lines passing nearby make it a very convenient location for many parts of London.
I love good views, and with the upgrade bid (for 50£ per night, you know only during check-in whether you get it), I got a room on the top floor with an amazing view over central London. On the other hand, the outside of the hotel is – well – nothing special. The room itself was very nice and large, with a large window front and tight curtain.
Of course, nobody is perfect: The bathroom floor is cold and the bathroom sink table is small, even for a solo traveler. But that’s it for negatives. The elevators are fast and rarely there is a wait. The HVAC is easy to control and responsive (not loud, but noticeable). The breakfast is very good, there is a lively lobby and bar. All the staff I’ve encountered is very nice and helpful.
All in all, an excellent choice at a very good price (for central London).
P. C.
This is a good working space. Bring your laptop and enjoy the coffee!
N. j.
Nice enough but expensive for what it is even with nhs rates unfortunately my ac was broken and making a rattling noise I did ask about this but was told nothing can be done and then I went out and came back late evening and the doors were locked and no security or reception so I was stuck outside for 10 minutes trying to call the hotel breakfast was burnt unfortunately and not a large selection
A. W.
I've not stayed at this hotel but have used it extensively for business meetings. The staff are professional, efficient and the costs are reasonable.
There are meeting room down in the basement, but I suggest you ask for a room in the Business Playground on the fifteenth floor - the rooms across the London cityscape are simply stunning!
The food is excellent, and everything is done to ensure you maximise your time in the business meeting.
A. T.
My family and I stayed at the hotel ahead of my recent wedding. The hotel and staff could not have been more helpful! They upgraded my room to give plenty of room for getting ready and provided me and my guests with flexible check in and out times due to their travel schedule. The rooms were beautiful, modern, quiet, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was also EXCELLENT. Truly one of the best hotel breakfasts I have ever had.
If you want a treat try to get room 1510, one of the “deluxe rooms” with amazing views of London.

Due to our second visit on the 18th of January 2021 to this spectacular hotel our stay was beyond any imagination and given me and mrs the most amazing service. The gentle men gave us the junior suite with had been far best hotel room we ever come across to it had two wide screens TVs one in the bedroom and one in the lounge the bed was massive and had beautiful view of the side of London plus the room was in perfect temperature and the bathroom guys was like over the top gorgeous it had his and her individual sinks , toilet, massive shower with two ways to use it and the bath tub that big would fit a over size lion in and everything in the bathroom was clean and spot less and had everything we needed enough towels, sleepers, bathrobes, shampoo, conditioner and etc and it felt like we stayed at millionaire apartment it was that great guys. Best and beautiful place to stay at if ever stay in London and not worth going to any other hotels guys, your money and stay is worth every penny here and it’s way too amazing and take my word for it soon as you step in to the lounge you will know your staying at the finest place in London beats every place we stayed at London and we will back very soon as my mrs has her hospital appointments in central London and we will have to come again and thank god for this hotel was perfect location and to stay at. Thank you so much and we promise to bring round a gift for the brilliant service we both got from the gentleman who booked us in. Thank you so much we love to see you again. Xx
N. M.
All good mainly but my rom was close to the lift shaft apparently and so the room was not as quiet as I might have hoped.
Really busy and bubbly ground floor reception/meeting area and staff very friendly and can't do enough.
Breakfast is a vast choice - but staff seemed thin on the ground as had to request a pot of tea 3 times before one arrived.
Overall, for the cost of 1 night in a Classic room, it could hv bn better.
J. P.
Nice hotel. 5 mins from St Pancras. Lively bar, and plenty of local pubs.
Y. B.
First class Hotel. Staff all very pleasant and helpful. Nothing too much trouble
M. S.
Great location, service, comfortable & views. Unless you find a deal very expensive.
M. V. N.
I never write reviews, but our trip to London has been the best ever and I had to give a massive 5 stars to the hotel that looked after us the whole time we stayed there.
Beautiful views, cool atmosphere, helpful staff and our room was gorgeous! The gym was great too, which you don't usually get in hotels, it's usually just a basic few little pieces of equipment.
Leaving in a few minutes and thought I'd leave a review saying how awesome you guys are!
Thank you.
M. G.
Good hotel. The rooms were clean. The location is convenient. The bed was a little small and low to the ground. Their shampoo, conditioner, and lotion were really great and I'll buy some for myself sometime. The WiFi was fast and easy to use. Don't plan on watching anything but the evening news on TV, the cable service just wasn't that great.
If you get the breakfast included, it's a great deal. Their breakfast buffet was excellent. They had something for everyone and a huge selection of fresh fruit.
A. H.
Haven't stayed at this hotel. Met a colleague for a brief meeting.
J. H.
Great hotel and the breakfast was lovely. Even better as it wasn't a buffet and brought to the table. The server was very pleasant and attentive. Great place to relax.
k. f.
Decor was insane, really friendly staff just popped in for a couple of drinks which were quite pricey
M. A.
Very nice hotel, helpful staff and great view
R. G.
Good location and very nice hotel with a lively lobby area for a drink! Good breakfast. Rooms are clean, if a little small but then this is central London. My daughter loved the glass lift with views across London. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful, there are always some exceptions though!
K. B.
Swish, up market, extremely efficient and pleasant staff. Only did an overnight there but we were made to feel special despite the short stay.
Rooms nicely appointed and every essential and luxury detail considered. Only sorry we couldn't stay longer.
Didn't order food or breakfast only drinks at the bar. Service was excellent.....over and beyond.
G. D.
This was our first time staying here, and we were very impressed. Great location - arrived on the Eurostar, so being able to walk straight to the hotel was perfect. Being in between two underground stations also made getting around London very simple.
We were most impressed by the staff here - right from the doorman who greeted us as we arrived and took our bags. Check-in was efficient with online checkin. Cleaning staff were polite. Response by maintenance when we had an issue in our room was immediate, and at no time were we inconvenienced.
Love the furniture in the room, and the spacious bathroom. Good water pressure.
Restaurant menu was impressive and we were happy with the food. Staff were attentive and made sure we had no issues. Also loved the martinis from the bar.
We also had the option to pay for a late checkout when we booked which we utilised - it was great to have the whole day to relax before catching our flight back to Australia.
We enjoyed our stay here, and in future we will use it again.
M. R.
A busy hotel in the city and very strategically located near the train stations. We can also find ample of eateries around. The room was clean and comfortable. We can have a good view of the city if the room is on higher floors. They serve good breakfast. The staff is also helpful and friendly.
R. N. G.
Nice room with a view on the 15th floor , breakfast was great as well
P. J.
A great place to visit with your friends, family and office colleagues. Great service and hospitality. We sat here for hours doing our work and ordered tea and coffee which were really nice. On to provide the cherry on top you also have WiFi and charging points here that makes your experience even better. The staff is really helpful and guide you to the kind of seating place you ask for. Ambience of the place is also amazing. It is a beautiful and a calm place to grab your breakfast, lunch or dinner as well as do your work along with it.
S. D.
Stayed here for one night. The place itself was nice enough but I felt for the cost of the rooms they were a bit basic compared to others. The conference room we used was good with fantastic views over London and amazing food provided but it only had one toilet and they didn't replace the hand towels or toilet paper till asked! The bedroom had the usual bits in it and the bed was comfy but it wasn't anything special.
A. A.
Good variety of lunch and great bunch of staff,I found them all extremely friendly but with a fine and professional attitude towards clients 👌
Definetly will recommend and return.
Keep up the good work, you are doing very well!
Regards,
Andreea

When we got there we were immediately upgraded from a deluxe to a junior suite. A step always guaranteed to result in a good review!
Stylish place with a nice balance between contemporary quality without being to pompous or intimidating.
Room was spacious, curtains blacked out the entire room and the bed was very good leading to a great nights sleep.
The shower was a rain drop style shower and I could of stayed in there for hours. Good quality toiletries as well.
All round when we need to stay near kings cross again we wont even bother looking for anywhere else.

A mixed experience, but overall a memorable one for our last day in the UK. I’ll break down the pros and cons from the perspective of our short stay here. In terms of positives: most of the staff was genuinely helpful and amicable. The bartender was very knowledgeable and we had some pleasant conversations. Breakfast was a buffet and we had unlimited delightful food and drink of all types for only 20£ a head. I was full by the end of it, which was quite the feat in my book! The decor of the lobby and restaurant areas is also very interesting and contemporary. The view from our room on the sixth floor was beautiful as well. And they held onto our bags after check out for a couple hours so we could wander Covent Garden before our flight. Very nice of them!
There were cons though. Unfortunately the room was very much lacking. No bathtub made my fiancée quite sad and when she needed a cold shower our one night there, the shower made for a poor substitute. It’s a tiny bathroom too: it’s practically in a closet. The room itself was tiny and though there were some cool choices for a couch-wall around the bed and a contemporary theme, there was no espresso machine and the TV barely worked (not sure if the remote or the TV itself). Either way, when it did work the channel selection was abysmal and with no real guide functionality, it was pointless to use. Easily the worst channel selection of all the places we stayed in in all of the UK. Our initial check-in with Reception was also awkward...
Other than those matters though, I did like it. Just tough to give them as many stars as I gave the Corinthia and Sofitel when there were so many (even if minor) gripes.
T. L.
I loved my stay! First of all, the hotel staff who checked me in was professional, yet the experience felt personal. For example, the gentleman, Johan, actually introduced himself and let me know that I could talk to him directly if I needed anything. That was nice.
As for the room, it was very clean and modern. The bed was so comfortable, and I loved the coffee machine and waterfall shower head! Thanks for a fantastic stay.

This place was wonderful. My wife frequently stays with the Pullman group and she wangled us a family room upgrade with some loyalty points. We had to be moved from our first room due to some noise issues, but the staff were brilliant about it and offered us a complimentary breakfast to say sorry - by some margin the best hotel breakfast I have ever had! We dined there one evening too - the food was universally excellent. The views from the floor we stayed on were also amazing.
I would stay here again without hesitation - the best hotel we've stayed in in London.
Were also surprised to be gifted a massive M&S Easter egg on checking out too - thank you Pullman hotels.
a.
Some of the best service I have ever experienced at a hotel. We missed our bus that was supposed to depart late at night. We reserved our room on a third party site about 15 minutes before we arrived at the hotel. When we got there, we were told the reservation hasn't shown up yet on their systems. At this point we were both tired, agitated, and out of patience. We had to get up the next morning to catch a train at around 5 AM and it was nearing 1 by that point. Even though our reservation didn't show up, the WONDERFUL front desk manager was able to get us a great room in the upper floors, and he did it all with a smile and great attitude. He did give me his card and I wish I had it at hand so I could mention his name, but hopefully this will have to do. Thank you for the awesome service, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!
P. H.
I was here for a conference. It is very convenient for Kings Cross St Pancras rail and tube stations. The conference theatre room we were in was fantastic - really big, with great acoustics, very well set up and well run (I guess by event staff and hotel staff). The ante room was also nice and big, with good space for exhibitors and multiple areas for refreshments. Also good acoustics here - even when there were hundreds of people chatting it was never too loud to have a conversation at normal volume. The service was all fantastic, which again reflects well on the hotel staff as well as the event staff. Great!
H. A. S.
I visited London numerous times and stayed in different chain of hotels mainly 3-4 stars “UK classification” I never come across the amazing service I got from every staff member of this hotel from the bellman to the duty manager to the house keeping staff to the room service staff, everyone were so hospitable and professional in their approach. What amazed me the most was that everyone smiles to you all the times and try their level best to give you the best service they could, majority of them are from the new generation, young and passionate staff. Well done guys, you made my stay in the old gorgeous city of London the best ever!
Keep up the good work and see you soon in the near future. Great thumps up!
S. H.
It was a very positive experience from the outset. I was greeted at Reception and directed to my room which I found to be extremely well appointed and spacious. The standard of the decor within the room and the quality of the en suite was very good. The provision of courtesy dressing robes and an iron was also welcome. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast had an extensive choice. I cannot find fault with any aspect of my stay and would certainly return.
J. S.
We only stayed one night on this occasion however we found everything was done efficiently and our room was comfortable. Our only problem was a lack of instructions on how to use the air conditioning. We particularly liked the quality, variety and presentation of the breakfast. The staff were very helpful and the cooked breakfast was the best we've had in a hotel for some years - quality and content. The bed was comfortable and so was the pillow.
A. S.
I had a very comfortable, quiet stay for my course in London. I was always greeted by the lovely, courteous staff. Breakfast each morning was fabulous. I especially loved the wide choice of fruits and berries with yogurts, fresh milk/cream, cereals, breads and pastries and the classic full English breakfast. The room was spacious and filled with all amenities- including bathrobes/slippers, as well the the usual toiletries.
Although I appreciated the spaciousness, cleanliness and quietness of my room on the first floor, it lacked a welcome/relaxed feel- instead just felt a bit more of a classic hotel room. The room layout, color code and one picture made the room feel dull. I am sure the rooms at the front/facing the city would not have this effect- but as there was only a view of an apartment's backyard- I think there should be a bit more focus on the interior decor.
S. A.
I really enjoyed my stay at the Pullman. Staff (including door men and front desk) were very polite and helpful. The room was big, clean, modern, quite, and had a great view of the British Library. Nice touches like power plug built in to night stands, waterfall shower in bathroom, and complimentary glass water bottles (flat and sparkling) in the room were greatly appreciated.
Polite staff + Large, clean rooms + beautiful views = everything you can ask for in a hotel stay
H. A.
When we first checked in we were disappointed in our room as it was smaller than we first anticipated and had a very bad view, this was even more disheartening as we booked 7 months in advance, and was our first weekend away together. After informing the staff of our displease in the room, they were quick to help us out and find another room which had an astonishing view and looked much more spacious. It was also 9 floors higher which made it even better as we enjoy a high view.
Overall the customer service in the hotel was astonishing and I can't thank the staff enough as they were professional but also easy to talk to. And I must commend a man named Tim, whom we unfortunately did not get the surname of, as he helped ensure that our stay was comfortable and up to our standards. Not to mention he was extremely polite and professional.
The hotel itself was stunning, the second you walked into the lobby a very nice smell wouls surround you along with the neat and clean furniture and the very snazzy designs of rooms and lights.
Location was bang in the middle of 2 underground stations so we were never too far away from anywhere in London.
Overall the experience we had with the Pullman was positive, our only criticism being the first room we were put into as it was not to our tastes.
Thank you for a wonderful stay!
D. B.
Mixed feelings: disappointing small room but very friendly service. An exceptional warm welcome by numerous staff upon check in & every time we walk into foyer. Fantastic central location to everything you could want & nice comfy bed. But the classic room size is small depending on certain floors even by London standards but clean, tidy & suitably appointed. See my other reviews for a much better hotel nearby & a fantastic Italian restaurant just around the corner. UPDATE: Great service continues with thanks. Pullman kindly moved us to another room on 2nd floor with slightly more room. Apparently higher floor, slightly better view but smaller room. Lower floor, with not so good view & long walk to the lift but slightly more space.

My daughter and I have just stayed here in room 912 for three nights. The hotel is amazing. The staff are fantastic. Breakfast in the hotel out of this world. The gym , my daughter tells me has magnificent views . I would highly recommend any one to stay at the Pullman. It was my birthday treat from my daughter and it had been the most wonderful time . The hotel is perfectly situated to go any where in London sightseeing. Just perfect if I could give it ten stars I would . Thank you so much for making my birthday do special x.. nice

From a flawless booking in process to ride in the glass lift, our stay got off to a great start. The room, bed and other facilities in the hotel, including the fitness suite, free wi-fi and bar were excellent. We had a great sleep in the huge bed and a superb breakfast the next morning, including a couple of tailor made omelettes that set us up for the day. Excellent staff, thoroughly helpful and professional.

All staff I met greeted me during the whole stay. Room was great. A nice detail was that the shower control was opposite the shower itself so you could adjust it without getting cold water on you. I checked in online but the staff took long to find my envelope. I got a lot of details about my stay when checking in, but still had to ask about the late checkout that I had booked. I had prepared a fast checkout but there was no "welcomer" in the lobby to receive my key. Had to wait for a receptionist and even if I asked for a fast check-out it became a standard slow check out.
J. L.
Fantastic concierge, Super fast check in service. I received exceptional service from staff theophile during our stay and he upgraded our rooms for our in law anniversaries. Room were very big and 3 mins walk to tube and st pancras rail. The down side is it’s bathroom doors which will always swing out if not closed.

Fantastic place, very modern, fantastic food and great staff.

The best hotel I've stayed in for a long time. The food and breakfast especially is out of this world. Advised the reception my requirements due to operation and they were helpful in helping with needs. Definitely recommend and closecloseto tubes and station
H. R.
Spacious room, excellent facilities, speedy check-in and check-out. Every time I stay, the staff are always lovely! Also, the location is perfect for underground and overground train links.
Always nice to have a cheeky free upgrade for the night.

Excellent location and close to the Tube and bus stations. The service by Racquel at check-in was attentive. The rooms are spacious unlike most hotels in London. They have a small well-equipped gym but you must ask that they grant access with your room key (rather strange procedure as you would expect this to be automatic). The breakfast buffet is healthy and sumptuous and caters for all diets with coffee and tea as you like it. Almost everyone is friendly and helpful.

The staff were incredible, the doorman warmly greeted me each time I entered, the front desk staff went above and beyond to accommodate my room preferences. The rooms were lovely, the wifi quick, the breakfast rich with choice and all the items were high quality. The gym was the best hotel gym I ever enjoyed, the view, equipment and ambiance. The rooms were lovely. Simply said, my best stay yet in London

We stayed 4 nights and very pleased with our experience. Right from the hotel entrance, reception staff, staff at the restaurant and housekeeping, we experienced high quality and standards. Breakfast is very good as well. Close to the underground and bus stops, we would definitely stay again and recommend this hotel.
P. L.
The staff were extremely friendly and professional, they made us feel welcome. The hotel room was very clean, had nice bed and good air conditioning even during the hot spell. The only minor minus was inadequate space for your stuff and cabinet space for your clothes for a longer stay (we stayed for six nights). The hotel was located near very good transportation possibilities, several busses drove by, tube and train stations were just around the corner.
S. P.
Hotel was modern and clean looking, the room was a good size and a very pleasant place to stay. The bathroom in the room had a lovely big walk in shower. We did not dine but used the bar which was a little expensive but very nice.
Only niggle was waiting for coffee at breakfast, it seemed to take a long longer than I would have expected. We were half way through eating our breakfast when it finally arrived
D. P.
Our stay at the Pullman London St Pancras was very nice. The room was nice, the bed was super comfortable and we loved the shower, also it is very well located and you can walk to all touristic places without the need of public transport. We would like to specially mention that our receptionist Jackie was really helpful and kind making our stay much more pleasant :)
C. R.
The hotel was really well placed for our needs, 5 minutes from St Pancras railway station. From the moment we arrived, and were greeted by a member of staff on the steps of the hotel, to collecting our bags (held for us after check out until we were ready to catch our train) every member of staff was helpful, polite and friendly. The room wasn't the biggest I've ever stayed in but it was comfortable, clean, quiet and with an ensuite that was well stocked with toiletries.
I will definitely book again and would happily recommend it.

This was a fantastic experience for both Business and Holiday. Direct access to about any train or tube you need to take from the two nearby stations make this an ideal location. Great workout room overlooking the city. Extremely comfortable beds and clean, well maintained rooms. But it's the employees that made the experience for us. With our first trip to London from the states, they couldn't have made our trip any better. Always smiling, always patient, and just a joy to see every morning and night. Bianca especially was delightful and made our eleven year old daughter fall in love with London. They even delivered a lovely dessert plate to her complete with a panda design because she had remarked how much she loved the panda exhibit at one of the museums. Thank you so much to Bianca and the rest of the staff, you have made this our only choice in london.
J. T.
Very convenient as 10-15 minutes walk from either key tube & train stations (St Pancras, King’s Cross & Euston). Relatively modern design & more functional in this neighborhood & we prefer newer hotels. Front desk staff are helpful but they don’t have dedicated concierge. Pricing was reasonable but our room was a bit small without any sofa of which it’s a bit inconvenient & uncomfortable.
J. M.
Lovely hotel, spacious rooms and efficient, friendly staff. I only had one problem: my room was way too hot. But I was soon moved to a cooler one. I would definitely stay here again, particularly because the restaurant food is excellent.
N. N.
Very friendly staff. Efficient and speedy check in and check out process. Honest and trustworthy housekeeping. Excellent choice of breakfast selections. Robe and slippers provided as standard - very nice touch. Excellent location. Breakfast could have been organised better - some wait - appeared too many guests and not enough tables
A. B.
The room was very comfortable, and I was surprised by how quiet it was in this busy part of London. With minimal noise and with great black out curtains, I was able to get really good sleep while still enjoying a great location. Food was good too. One minor complaint: I needed to leave to catch early morning flight. Early morning staff was just one person (fine) but she was very slow checking me out. (Why? I didn't even have room charges and was just paying with same credit card on record.) No one available to open door, so a little tricky getting my suitcase out especially since revolving door was locked. No one available to call cab. But these things are minor compared to the great night's sleep I got. Would definitely visit again.
D. T.
My wife and I had a wonderful experience in this hotel. We had a short weekend visit, and the staff were professional, attentive and personable. The hotel and the room were well apportioned. The location is excellent. My wife became unwell overnight and the front desk staff were especially helpful arranging a hospital visit and ensuring our comfort upon return. Will definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
A. W.
The room and bed were comfortable and the rainfall shower was great. Lovely views from our window. Minimal to channels without paying extra. Superb breakfast spread.
Staff weren't very informative about services available (fitness centre was. It mentioned at all) and there was. It hotel guide in our room
M. H.
Superb\brilliant customer service at check in and out, during the stay. Professional, helpful staff. Room simple but comfortable. Good location. Restaurant with excellent menu. Tasty food. Breakfast with a wide variety, all fresh! The reason for the 5 reading is the customer service and the restaurant!
B. T.
Probably the best hotel I've ever encountered! Everyone was extremely friendly, the in house manager at the time of my stay, made sure I had everything I required to be satisfied with my stay. The food services was very extravagant, the scenery was beautiful and uplifting. Their timing was perfect, it didn't take long after I ordered my food that I received it. Overall, very amazing experience.

Overall: Modern, spacious hotel with good-sized rooms for London and nice amenities in a good location. Would definitely stay there again!
Pros:
Rooms are clean and quite large. Stayed in a Superior King room which has a nice seating area upon entering the room, a little hallway with bathroom and then bed area with a king-sized bed and plenty of room to move around it.
Quiet at night, especially given the central location. Our room was on the 12th floor so that probably helped with the noise but I was pleased that at night there wasn't much city noise overall.
They have a really nice gym which is located on the 5th floor and has nice windows to look out on the city. It's larger than most hotel gyms with modern equipment: ellipticals, treadmills, bikes, rowing machine, and plenty of free weights and space to use them.
Cons:
Bed was not very comfortable and not supportive. You could tell it needed to be replaced (mattress sagged in the middle). They added a topper on request which did help some.
No drawers for storage space, and no counter space in the bathroom. The design of the rooms is going for a modern/minimalist look but lacks some functionality. Other rooms might be better in this regard.
D. J.
The photos of the ladies, sorry guys really does not do it any justice. Detail, colour, variant lighting in different lounges, gorgeous reception from seating to detailed layout. Loved it!!!
We were a company of four. The meal was well proportioned. We tried a vegany pizza, we were so surprised. Very yummy as my nephew would say. They amended the burger ingredients for our little one and staffing was prompt and lovely.
Price - above normal but not steep. £90 approx for 2 burgers, 1 med- small pizza, 2 hot chocolates and 2 cokes. But I think you are paying for the ambience as well. Plus it is right beside the British Library which is adjacent to the St Pancras Renaissance hotel.
The toilets were not on the same level for the main function auditorium. A bit of a negative for me. Also the telephone staff when I called in after my three days stay were not 100% helpful to retrieve something that I accidentally left behind. It was sentimental.
Overall they still deserved a 4.5; I could not get the half mark in.
Would I got again - OH YEAHHH
J. S.
From the moment we entered the Pullman we felt special. We were welcomed quickly even though the staff in the lobby were all attending to other customers. The service was friendly and personal.
Our room was large and quiet. We had a great sleep ahead of our train trip to Paris the next day. The hotel is close to lots of places to eat of varying types and prices and very close to St Pancras International which was great.
Our checkout was fast and easy and off we went with smiles on our faces.

Met here for a business meeting and the lounge was very busy (always a good sign). The service was efficient and discreet and readily available when needed. The lunch was great with delicious Tuna Nicoise salad, served perfectly. There was an abundance of plug-sockets and table space, plus free and fast WiFi is always a positive!

Gold member and service is horrible from entrance. No porter to grab luggage single parent travelling with kid and no support!!
1: being gold member got upgraded and I appreciate but the room sink does not work water get stuck & HVACyou can hear a jack hammer AT LOW NOISE.
Anyway DM “Cassandra” manages to room move and sort things out which is appreciated. Let me ask you this do you need someone especially a loyal member to identify small issues being a 5 star hotel?
2: upon checkin and entering to hotel the receptionist thought I was a stranger or some sort and no warm welcome of the 5 star rating and after going through booking ooo your gold member and thank you for your loyalty. Where was this b4 seeing my booking. Felt sort of being racist!! Is it because of my skin color? I got looked at weirdly? No clue.
3: Anyway since the DM did a great job I wanted to write a thank you note. Called reception and can you believe it for a simple question can I get the name of the lady who checked me in please? I got room moves so I need to know the name of the lady who checked me in.
Answer I am sorry sir I cannot give you the name of the guest in that room.
Repeated the same question for nearly 4 min and 23 seconds before getting irritated.
Anyway surprisingly they are 5 star I wonder what happen to original Accor?
PLEASE DO NOT REPLY TO HIS BY SAYING I AM SORRY AND APOLOGIZE BECAUSE THESE DAYS THEY ARE NOTHING BUT = to RUBBISH. IT MEANS NOTHING PLEASE CHANGE FOR GOD SAKES!
It’s Holiday season be nice regardless of who you are especially in hospitality isn’t this part of your training??

If you are looking for a romantic place, this hotel is one of the best ones....massive bed, walk in shower, leather bench, city view, Bluetooth speaker and coffee machine.
Nice, cosy restaurants nearby and train connection just around the corner.

I only stayed one night on business but had a very pleasant experience. My room was on the 6th floor and very quiet. I was initially a little concerned that the room had 2 single beds rather than a double but I slept well.
Breakfast was delicious.
The only downside was I was attending an all day meeting at the hotel and the ladies toilet on the first floor, where the meeting rooms are, was out of action involving walking down and back up over 60 stairs each way. On a positive side that helped me walk off my breakfast!
Μ. Χ.
One of the best hotels I have ever been. Very helpful staff, excellent breakfast and I must admit very good food inside the hotel's restaurant in normal prices. The room very spacious and clean. We made family vacations with two small kids and we had a great staying.
L. B.
It's been a year or 2 since we had stayed here and it was just a good as it was last time. The staff are warm and welcome from the moment you step into the lobby. Check in was done within minutes and we were in our large clean room very quickly. Breakfast was excellent as usual with a massive selection. We always like to stay here when we visit London.
J. L.
The room was good. We had a few connection problems with the TV during our stay where the TV would just cut off while watching. We reported it and it was fixed the same day. We had the breakfast included with our room and it was varied with fruits, breads, cold cuts, cheeses, but the hot foods was very limited and after 6 days of it, there was desire for something more. However, the room was clean and it was overall a decent stay. The bed was comfortable. A suggestion that would be nice is to have an omelette station in the breakfast like in the Berlin Pullman Hotel.
C. R.
I always stay here when I can grab an eligible rate for my business. Very quiet, well-built & well-appointed rooms - HVAC that actually works, overlapping blinds, spacious showers and decent beds. Lovely views on the north and east sides of the building. My only complaint is some of the breakfast food in the room meal options are a bit lacking for the price (and comes with overwhelming portions for fruit and bread) - I recommend the morning buffet over room service.
J. M.
Very good hotel. As a regular guest I am greeted by a member of the Guest Relations Team. On this particular occasion there was a new receptionist who did not know be, but the Guest Relations Manager explained she needed to remember me as a favoured guest. My particular room preferences are all taken care of. The buffet breakfast is the best I have encountered in London and my breakfast special requests are catered for. We are always treated very well and known by the staff who refer to my wife and I by name. The doormen are always extermely helpful and the proximity to St Pancras station suits our travel needs perfectly.
A. H.
Great location, very welcoming staff and nice updated rooms with good facilities. Easy checkin and speedy checkout - exactly what you need if you’re in a business trip or catching a train from St Pancras. Have stayed here on several occasions and it would be my choice and recommendation for those seeking similar. Good bar and food ranges / choice in restaurant.
C. H.
I've been here 3 times in past 2 months, more from necessity than want as family were staying here. The drinks are expensive but my main gripe was they only sold gin in 50ml measures with a very high starting price. I thought encouraging excess drinking was frowned upon by law but apparently it's fine in this hotel. 3 of us ordered steaks. I ordered rare. If was not. My mum ordered medium. It was not. For the prices paid I would have expected better. It was good... but not what I ordered. I did mention it to the waiter and he offered me another but I didn't want to wait another half an hour. My 3* is generous and that reflects the decor and space available. But I would not go here again voluntarily.
M. M.
The hotel is nice, comfortable, convenient. The higher floor rooms have fabulous views of the London skyline and the St Pancras station. But what I love most is the awesome whisky bar.. some of the best collections of single malt in city. They also have some great artists performing live every now and then.
D. S.
Had a great stay and the staff were excellent. Felt very Covid safe and would stay again.
View from the 8th floor

The old saying you get what you pay for is what applies to this fantastic dynamic hotel. From the moment my car pulled up at the enternce I felt like I was at my own home.Seamless check in greater by guests relationship manager. Shown around my suite told that if I need anything just call. Room facility's are probably some of the best in London. I had everything I needed table sofa area TV kitchen unit stunning bathroom facility's jacuzzi bath stunning shower unit which was separate from the bath. Yes I booked a suite but the suite passed every expectation along with amazing service Easy relaxing no stress staff did everything to help felt like I was back home where I belonged this hotel is always my preference of choice from now on

Nice spacious rooms, fab breakfast and very clean.

Stayed for one night while doing the tourist thing in London for a couple of days. My first impressions weren't great as the room wasn't set up as I'd requested but a chat with reception sorted it out. The room was a great layout for two adults and two young kids as the bathroom is between the main bed and the sofa bed meaning they felt nicely separated. The rest of the room was fine but we struggled a little with the air con. The highlight of the stay was the breakfast which was really high quality and the selection was vast - it really set us up well for a day of exploring.
The staff were all friendly and very helpful, the location is great for Euston, St Pancras or Kings Cross, and the wifi was pretty good.
Overall we were very pleased with our choice and enjoyed our stay. We'd go back again and we'll recommend it to friends.
J. W.
Great service and staff Pullman had a rather friendly and wonderful staff giving me a consistently amazing experience while I was there. The food always arrived on time and was always pretty decent. The room was well done but did have some minor problems with the bed not being as comfortable as I hoped it would be. Other than that the decour was fantastic and left me with a wonderfully positive experience.
C. M.
Food and drink expensive but very good quality. Bedroom was comfortable but we hate watching television from the bed and would have preferred a couple of armchairs. (NOT the bench that is apparently in some rooms!) Shower room was lovely but would have been perfect if there had been more hooks to hang clothes and towels. Cleaning staff obviously had common sense and didn't fold up used towels we wanted to reuse. This meant we knew which towel was whose!
P. S.
We are always made to feel like valued customers from check in through to check out. The wonderful buffet breakfast is a hilight and the rooms are very comfortable. On this visit the room was late being made up (15.45) and as we were on the front it was quite noisy. We have asked for a back facing room next time. The entire staff are always cheerful, polite and helpful. It is always our go to hotel when we visit London.
L. H.
I stayed in a deluxe king room which was spacious by London standards. The room rate was reasonable compared to other central 4-5 stars London hotels, especially with the discount offered to loyalty card members. The location is convenient for me because I arrived in London by train at King's Cross. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a wide range of items including a choice of several fresh juices. The staff were warm, welcoming and helpful. I would certainly rebook again for my next trip to London.
M. B.
It was a really fantastic stay in a fabulous hotel. The staff were very friendly, nothing was too much trouble, we had a wonderful welcome with a lovely birthday gift in our room, which was the reason for our trip.
The hotel was in a brilliant location, minutes from Kings Cross and St Pancras tube and train stations as well as many places easily accessible on foot.
We would definitely recommend this hotel and visit again.
Thank you for making us feel so welcome, not the usual case in such a big hotel.
D. G.
Excellent hotel, very good location and great service. Attention to detail. The deluxe room was spacious and bed was very confortable. The only drwlawback I would say is the TV, it is small and doesn't have movies on demand as other pullman hotels. Overall 5 stars and we will come back again.
K. D.
We stayed here primarily because of the location, but so pleased we did and will definitely be back! Hotel isn't much to look at from the outside, but step in to the lobby and you could be anywhere. Rooms are modern, spacious and clean, communal areas are modern and fun. Staff were so courteous and helpful - even when there were things to complain about!
A. m.
We have stayed at Pullman for 4 nights with breakfast. We liked the location (every attraction in London and outside is easily accessible) and its cleanliness.
The rooms were small, no bathtub, with a modern shower though and nothing was missing. An impersonal room, nothing to remember and nothing to hate.
The service varied enormously: the reception staff was very friendly, the waiting staff less (Miguel and the girl with red hair were very nice, but they were the exception) while the cooks downright rude.
The biggest letdown was the breakfast: while plenty of food, I missed a pancake station or warm waffles and customized omelettes. On an occasion, all the tables were full and we had to go somewhere in an underground room with stained tables where we were completely forgotten by the staff who did not clean our tables our refilled our coffee.
However, given its location and quality/price ratio, we will return and recommend
L. H.
The room was lovely, the bed really comfy and there was a great view. The staff were really nice and friendly. The only thing that let it down was the breakfast. It was delivered to the room cold and pretty unimpressive. I could've got a much better breakfast for a better price and edible at any of the cafés nearby.
A. U.
Perfect place located just 3 minutes from St Pancras International on Euston Road. Service is impeccable, really professional. I came in early to deposit my luggage, and while I did the online checking, my room was unfortunately not ready yet this early (9 am). The hotel staff was efficient and let me store the luggage in a dedicated room till the evening when I came back. I received the key after signing the confirmation (online checking) and giving my credit card information in case I used the mini bar or other services. Breakfast was not included which suited me right as I like to enjoy breakfast in the city. It is possible though to have breakfast on premise.
The room is neat, offers some nice Damann teas and infusions, and C.O. Bigelow (NYC) bathroom products. WiFi is easily available for free throughout the hotel. Only issue I had was that I forgot a plug adapter at home, and they didn't have any left late in the evening, but I managed without it!
M. H.
My stay was excellent ,stayed at the Pullman because I had a early train from Euston on the Saturday morning .Was welcomed by the reception team all very helpful and friendly and was quickly checked in . Room was a classic room , which was very clean and was a good size, bathroom was very clean. Had no noise inside or from the outside during my stay.Did not have breakfast as I had a early train , but it did smell very good being cooked !.Bonus was being able to leave my bag at the hotel as I traveled to Liverpool and back again and picked it up at just after 18.00 hrs , which I was very thankful for . Overall a very good stay and customer service and I will stay here again .

The hotel itself is in good shape and the staffis professional. In room dining worked well and the food was of good quality. The room was quiet. The only thing that I didn’t like s the fact that there were no international power outlets and no USB ports to charge your electronic devices. I mean come on, London is an international city and I don’t want to carry ten power inverters with me. The only USB port was that of the TV, but nearly not accessible because of the way the TV is mounted to the wall. Improve that, then the hotel will be perfect!
A. R.
Can't fault my stay. It's Christmas party season and needed something for an overnight stay in London. Booked online and to my surprise this place was actually very good value compared to the less quality hotels around Euston / kings cross.
The hotel itself is smart, big airy lounge with interesting features and a whiskey bar attached as well. But alas I'm more a vodka man, rather than a whiskey drinker. The room itself was modern, nice comfy bed, stylish bathroom and absolutely no complaints. Put simply, its a smart, hassle free hotel, with good service and located in a very practical part of town if you're wanting to get around london. I didn't try any of the food, so no comment on that.
C. W.
Staffs at the door was super helpful. The staffs at the desk were friendly also.
I had the delicious escape card which I was supposed to get a 10% off at room service but when I called, the person who answered the phone said no. So I had to call front desk again and they called room service for me to tell them about the 10%, maybe there could be better communication there between your departments.
We were only given two bottles of complementary water and the rest we had to pay, I thought pullman and also as a Accor member, we could at least drink water for free.
Besides ONE welcome free drink, when I travelled with my husband, I don't see what special offers were given as a member.
Breakfast selection was good, but please pay attention to the plates, cups, etc, many were a bit dirty. Maybe there were too many guests you didn't have enough time to clean them?
Also to mention the water temperature was not steady at all, the temperature would be good for a couple minutes then it would turn cold....
Overall the stay was satisfactory, hotel was modern but it just wasn't enough for me to come back the second time.

I organized a group bloc at the hotel as we had an event at the Shaw Theatre. Pullman is a very chic, upscale hotel. Clean, nice facilities. Breakfast was great and the bar vibe at night was cool. The guest services manager took the time to write a personal note and had treats delivered to the room, which was a really nice touch. Something you would think more hotels would do when you bring them business.

The hotel is superbly decorated with very pleasant, caring and efficient staff. The rooms are extremely roomy and well appointed with luxury fittings. I cannot commend highly enough the dedication of your reception and restaurant staff who were all courteous and helpful.
D. G.
We received friendly and efficient service throughout. Our room was comfortable and we had a great night's sleep. One of us was only hungry for cereal and toast for breakfast and so the breakfast cost seemed pricey for what she had but I fully enjoyed mine.

I had an excellent experience at Pullman Hotel St Pancras. Everything was perfect, from the welcome by the friendly doorman, the front desk and the staff. The breakfast was excellent and quiet despite being full of guests.
The room service was also great. The view from the room was beautiful. I had to take a taxi to Heathrow Airport and the front desk got me a very spacious car for a good price.
S. H.
A fantastic hotel
For eiston and Kings cross stations easy access
A. K.
A modern, chic property with facilities to match that off a 5-star hotel. Service would likely meet your expectation, although the levels of attentiveness could have been a bit better. Good standards of housekeeping and cleanliness. Breakfast options are amazing, fresh and in my opinion, satisfies demanding tastebuds.

My wife and I stayed for four nights as we were down in London for the World Athletics Championships. We couldn't have asked for a better hotel as the room was lovely and the breakfast was amazing! We used the bar every night and the barstaff were always polite, efficient and helpful.A special mention should be made of all of the staff, but especially the porter on the front door who was always chatty and full of fun. We will definitely be booking this hotel again on our return to London. Thank you for a lovely stay.
B. L.
The hotel is pleasant and quiet with a modern feel. It is located close to underground station. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The bathrooms are nice. I am very detail focused when it comes to maintenance issues like water damage, worn furniture, stained carpet, poor drywall watches, etc. I didn't notice any maintenance issues, which is quite rare.
X. Y. (. X.
Friendly and efficient check in service. Beautiful hotel interior environment and very good serviced, good cooking restaurant. Mouth watering breakfast as well. Only concern is that if the room could provide 1 more chair or sofa, and/or a bluetooth speaker, for even better relaxation.
P. M.
The stay couldn't have been better. A large number of my guests and I stayed at the hotel for our wedding. The staff including the duty manager made us feel the most welcome any hotel ever has. The personal touches, the rooms, the food - everything was perfect. A truly fantastic hotel. We could not have asked for more.
吴. K.
Pros: Convenient location. Modern and functional design. Not too much traffic noise if the room is facing north.
Cons:
- Tiny rooms for the money.
- Clueless staff. I was only told breakfast was included at checking out.
- Loud and leaky doors (made worse by the unruly customers from late night drinks).
- Non-stop vibration noise when HVAC running in-room or from neighboring rooms.
- Shady messaging on the TV makes me question their integrity. ("on-demand program will be billed as broadband package"; can you please not try to sell porn so hard?)

Stayed at the Pullman 12-15/5 to celebrate our anniversary. Booked a luxury room requesting a high room. We were on the 14th floor with views over most of London and were greeted with a nice note and macarons. We had a 'Art night' room which was excellent, comfortable bed a lovely bathroom. We could hear some traffic noise but this was not too much of an issue.
The location facilitates easy access to the whole of London being convenient to train, tube and bus services.
Breakfast is again excellent and we ate at the Golden Arrow on one occasion, the food again was of a high standard and reasonably priced.
Over and above this, the staff are always attentive and willing to help. To me, this made our break even more special. Thank you Pullman, we will be back.
E. T.
Great location! You'd be about 20 minutes away from a lot of touristy areas. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast is a buffet (quite decent). The only downside is that the rooms don't have drawers which is an inconvenience if you're staying in the area for longer than a few days.
N. R.
Comfortable room, lovely bar area, nice hotel overall. The only downside was wi-fi access which we could only get on our phone and could not connect with our laptops. We were told by 2 different staff members that we could phone the helpdesk ourselves from reception but were told we would likely be on hold for an hour or so before speaking to an agent to get out laptops connected. We asked could reception call for us and the response was that the last time they called no one responded and they were on hold for too long. This, for a business hotel, is not acceptable and it would put definitely put me off staying here again.

Tomasz the welcomer at the door made our stay so nice throughout our stay at the hotel. Always there smiling and giving good advice and wishing good day. was a pleasure to meet such passionate and professional talent. all the team has been nice to us and thank you to all of them. Will come back as always in my favourite hotel :)!

We loved the location. I enjoyed being close to the city center but not too close that it was too congested or noisy. The staff at the hotel were fantastic. It was great to be greeted every time we returned to the hotel. The food and drinks at the hotel bar and restaurant were SO great. I may never be able to have a gun and tonic again. The ones I had at Pullman can't be outdone!

Great hotel with some awesome staff Andrei at front door and Victor (I think) at front desk and the breakfast staff were so lovely. There are a couple of really friendly male workers who always greet you with a smile and pleasantries I just didn't catch their names. The staff all take a lot of pride in their work, the location was really central, very close to a number of major rail and tube stations incl eurostar and trains to and from Scotland express with virgin. We had a superior room on the 15th floor which was big enough for 2 adults and 2 kids, with good views, very close to Bloomsbury, Brunswick square, Russell square area which is great for eating out and have a village atmosphere in central london

Excellent service, great facilities, speedy check-in and check-out procedures and a wonderful breakfast. The restaurant is really good too and there's live music. Wifi works perfectly. Provides the convenience needed for business travel and many options to relax after a long day of work.
J. W.
Didn't stay but visited the lobby bar for a meeting. It's comfortable but noisy (particularly echoey) and service is not very proactive. It takes a lot of work to attract attention just to get coffee.
S. J.
Comfortable stay at a great location in a top quality hotel. As a business traveller I vslue a good locstion close to transit, fast wifi, a comfortable bed and Nespresso in the hotel room. Well done👌🏻Just wish they would have recognized my stay in my Le Club account, but because i booked through my mandated company travel agent it was declined. A policy they should change as now it will give me pause or an extra effort in my part to book a stay.

Lovely hotel. Excellent staff. Rooms are spacious and brekkie is fab.only 5 minutes from kings cross trains and underground. Quiet in rooms despite being on Euston road. Would definatley recommend. Kings cross is like a new little city now and such great transport links right on doorstep.

I came to "scout" this hotel for an upcoming meeting in London and was very impressed. The hotel is lovely -- rooms are small but beautifully designed and you don't feel cramped at all. The breakfast buffet was fabulous and the entire hotel staff/team went above and beyond to cater to our every need. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Almost everything has been PERFECT ... Simply put, we have been stunned / amazed by this hotel : every milimeter of any part of the hotel is in absolutely perfect condition. Attention to detail can be felt anywhere, from the hall to the bedroom. Interior design is gorgeous. The view from the elevator and from higher levels is stunning.
The only small concern is about the noise from the street but I know i'm a little bit sensitive. It's a very quiet hotel in general (for an hotel located in a street) but even if we were on the 15th floor and even if noise isolation is exceptionnal, we have been awaken several times by police / ambulance sounds coming from the street. But only the second night. I don't know if there has been an abnormal activity this night.
I want to finish by saying we often go to 4 stars hotels, less often to 5 stars hotels and I really have to send huge congratulations to the staff of the Pullman St Pancras. Special mention for the cleaning staff that is doing an outstanding job : the hotel is cleaner than clean, this has amazed all of us ! 4 stars hotel, 6 stars cleaning ! Staff is, in general, incredibly helpful and welcoming. The doormen have been friendly and warm with our children and helpful with us, the breakfast staff too. I have not enough vocabulary to describe how great the staf is. Even the cooks have been kind and astonishing : ask for a pancake, not only he will bring it to your table quickly but he will add fresh fruits on the plate. It's just an example but it shows how attentive everybody has been with us.
Oh, i've almost forgotten. The breakfast ... is ... the best memory we'll keep from our trip to London.
Thank you Pullman.
PS : I have to add a mention to say I agree with Matthieu Moreau's review : the children bed is a basic and uncomfortable convertible sofa. It has been fine for our 6 years old kid, but I would have been a nightmare for a teenager. It's true that it's unacceptable for such an high quality hotel. When you book a superior room for 4, you think there will have at least two double bed but you just get a double bed (super high comfort) and a very basic convertible sofa. Keep this in mind if you book there.

Great place to stay! They let us check in early! Right next to the train station! Bus stops across the street and in front of the train station makes it easy to get around.
B. S.
Amazing place, amazing staff, lovely environment and a really nice ambience. From the time I visited until i left, the whole experience was worth it. Also, It was my birthday and the staff (who knew prior to my arrival), made sure i enjoyed my stay there. I'd like to visit again and would totally recommend it.

Excelent food, VFM and good service.

Hotel staff went above and beyond to make sure our honeymoon was special. I frequently stay with Accor hotels because I know everything will be quality and this is no exception. Bar and restaurant in the lobby is always 'happening' and the hotel it's self is in a great location. Highly recommend.
C. M.
It was a very brief stay, so I was really just looking for a very well organised and practical experience.
I felt housekeeping could have been better, and there was no turn down service.
Check in was almost perfect, but I wasn't offered a welcome drink as a Accor Silver member.
Lighting in the bathroom is very, very poor and there's no magnified mirror.
Having to pay for water and music (!) was very disappointing and at the very least should be offered free to Accor members.
E. B.
Loved the option of the handy phone. I was disappointed that there no storage options in the room nor luggage racks. The room size wasn’t large enough to have two full size suitcases and two adults navigate without cramming. Good overall, but upgraded rooms should be larger than the deluxe size.
S. R. D.
While the final room was fine, there were a lot of ongoing frustrations. Your website did not permit me to book online once I entered my AccorHotels member number. The phone number that promised 24/7 support was a message that said the 24/7 help desk was closed and could I call back during regular hours. I opened a ticket for support. When I requested an update on the status I was constantly told by the Accor support team that they would respond to my request - I have requested updates for the past two months and been told that I "need to be patient a little longer". As of this post, the only updates I have received from the Accor team is that I should keep waiting.
When I called to book the room, the customer service rep, Anwar, was EXCELLENT and helped make the reservation.
Our first room was on the first floor across from a restaurant - everything they cooked we could smell in our room. Also the faucet in the bathroom came apart and we were told there would not be someone to fix it until the next day. We figured we could get by one more day. But during the night, the smell from the restaurant was too horrible so we were moved to a new room the next day.
Our second room was a little smaller and the phone did not work - for example, we could not call housekeeping to pick up laundry. We stopped someone in the hallway to help us out. We were going to ask for the phone to be fixed but, at that point, we were too tired to care.
Ours was not the worst experience - the staff at the hotel were wonderful and helpful. But our stay was a series of small frustrations. I chose this hotel because we were AccorHotel members and wanted to spend loyalty points and hoped my hotel status would provide a more comfortable experience. Based on our experiences, an Accor hotel may not be our first choice in the future.

The rooms were extremely nice, staff was polite and helpful, everything in the hotel was in splendid condition. Still, Room cleaning times were unpredictable, and the breakfast was somewhat overfatted. Overall, I would still say that we were extremely satisfied with our stay.
P.
We stay at this hotel very regularly and are surprised everytime by the attentiveness of the staff and their willingness to help. The rooms are always clean and room service are always fast. The doorman is great and helped us with all the little extra things, to help make our stay that little bit more special. The location is great and is situated 5 minutes from Kingscross, St. Pancras and Euston.

This hotel is great! Checkin is a breeze and all the staff are so kind! My husband and I visited the bar on our first night and had delicious cocktails! They also gave us popcorn to eat with it. The popcorn was a great treat! I would definitely recommend this hotel.
V. A. -.
Although I arrived early after a long overnight flight from the states, my room was not ready. The front desk gave me a key to the gym which was equipped with changing rooms to take a shower and freshen up- which was a nice touch. The room was nice and the bathroom especially. We had a nice stay.
D. R.
A well located hotel, pleasant decor, pleasant staff.
Check in was efficient, check out was exceptionally good.
Room was fine, breakfast was particularly good with good range of food /juices freshly prepared and regularly replenished.
Overall, a good central London overnight hotel experience.
H. B.
Your staff are wonderful. The room was great. The bed was comfortable & the large square pillow to sit against is genius. Lovely soft towels. Fabulous view. Perfect location. Could not fault anything.

This is my first stay with Pullman London St. Pancras and I would like to say the experience I had was good. I have been acknowledged as the Le Club Platinum member before and during my arrival at the hotel. My room have been upgraded to two level, Free welcome drink voucher, early and late check out. The hotel ground floor design and atmosphere is wonderful and relaxing although it can be busy at certain time of the day. The hotel front desk and welcome staffs are friendly and welcoming. Greeting each and every guest with big and warm smiles. However, I do not feel the VIP Treatment as a Le Club Platinum member. I do not get a welcome letter, food and drinks readily available in my room as to comparing to Pullman hotels in South East Asia.
The room and facilities are great and comfy. Bed is comfortable and nice to sleep on after a whole day of walking in London. Bathroom amenities are excellent with Bigelow. However, there is no toothbrushes and comb available to hotel guest.
The hotel is located in a distance walking to the trains stations (London Euston underground, King Cross and London St. Pancras station). The hotel is also next to the British National Library.
Overall review of Pullman London St. Pancras is good. Maybe Pullman hotels in U.K. and Europe can learn from the Pullman hotels in South East Asia in providing their hotel guest a more feel welcome feel when the hotel guest checked in to the Pullman hotels in Uk and Europe.

Great place for meetings. Service and food are tip top

Brand new hotel in a very convenient location. I used it for a weekend stay, and I cannot really complain of anything. A big bed in a clean big room, free wifi, plenty of space for luggage and storage. The open shower was a nice surprise to try! I would recommend it for sure!
T. D.
The hotel team is very friendly, attentive and available, helping even for our questions not related with the hotel but to our stay in London. Everything seems to be made to make our stay as comfortable and easy as possible.
Kids bed (transformable sofa) was possibly a bit weak and would have been uncomfortable for heavier persons.
We experienced trouble with the safe for the whole stay. Problems were fixed quickly, i would however suggest to check it and maybe change it as this is a bit bothering and time consuming.
C. M.
I love the impact of entering the Pullman lobby - great decor, music, ambience. Very chic, very French. The rooms are thoughtfully decorated and equipped. Fantastic food, with the buffet breakfast a particular highlight. And your staff have impeccable customer relationship skills, which adds to an overall high-end experience.
J. M.
First time to London and believe I picked the right hotel. Great location, friendly staff, stylish decor and amazing food. Next time however, I would request to be on a higher floor to get a much better view of the city. The room was great, however being on the second floor didn't provide an amazing view.
D. B.
Very happy.
The hotel is extremely friendly, rooms are quiet, beautifully cared for and serviced. All the staff made us feel completely at home. The doorman remembered my name, even after we'd checked out.
C. E.
This was our second trip to London and we like our first stay in this hotel so much, we chose it for our second trip. It is located between two train and underground stations. Great restaurants in the area. (Although, we had the hotel breakfast every day to get us started. ) The room was quiet and again. This will always be our hotel when we come to London.
We have also recommend this hotel to several of our friends who have since stayed there and also speak highly of it.
If you want a hotel in a great location with easily accessible services, Pullman is the place.
S. A.
As on previous stays, the service was outstanding and the facilities first-class. The quality and consistency of this hotel set a standard that few can equal, certainly none in its price bracket. Its superb location, a short stroll from St Pancras and Euston Stations, the British Library, University College London, Bloomsbury and Fitzrovia, and walking distance from SOHO, the theatre district and Chinatown make it ideal for anyone keen to enjoy London with a minimum of time wasted. Why would you choose to stay anywhere else ?
Y. P.
It's a brand new hotel at an awesome location. It's just besides Saint Pancras, which makes it easy to access if you're coming with the Eurostar. The staff is extremely friendly and always ready to help.
I've been here twice in the past year, the first time in February, we had a delicious steak, they prepared it in such an awesome way! It was really nice to have the special salt etc. However, the last time I've visited (December 2013) it was no longer the case. The steak was still good but not special.
The rooms are super, they're great and clean. It's awesome to relax after a hard day of work.

Just back from a weekend stay here and it was perfect. Great service throughout, really friendly staff, fantastic room with a brilliant view across London, and the best hotel breakfast!
E. Z.
The facility is new & modern, but there were some issues that spoiled our staying as follows:
1) Sofa bed - sleeping on the sofa bed is absolutely terrible. I'm sorry but I can't call it a bed. I suggest you to try it for one night and you will understand what I'm taking about.
2) Air condition - the air condition in our first room wasn't function properly, but after we change the room it was much better.
3) Breakfast - you should broaden the option (more varieties of cheese, vegetables for salad & option to make your own omlet).
4) Towels - on our second day after we changed our room we came back after a long day outside and we had to sower only with 3 towels (we were 4 people in the room).
I'm also want to mention the good relations of the employees in the hotels (I'm giving that the score 9)
A. P.
From the greeting at the door and reception the service was faultless. Staff were friendly and most obliging throughout our stay. The only negative comment that I would make is that the hotel's refusal to accept pre-payment by debit card resulted in a visit to my bank to arrange a credit transfer as I did not hold a credit card. However, I had to open a credit card account to enable the hotel to send on an IPad that we left in reception The staff once again rose to the occasion and returned the IPad most expeditiously. I cannot fault the service that we received from the staff in any way.

This was one of the first hotels I stayed at when I came to London. At the time it was a Novotel and the lobby alone was striking and beautiful. Over time is has changed hands but I would still recommend it as the standard of the hotel has not gone down at all.
For London, the rooms are very spacious and the amenities are fantastic. The beds are extremely comfortable and I have never had a problem with noise when staying here.
The breakfast is delicious though and even the room service is good!
Though it isn't close to many attractions it is close to a tube station and a main railway station too!
T. P.
Excellent location for the tourist. Especially who use Eurostar train or someone who comes to St.Pancras or King's Cross. This hotel closed with British Library. You could walk 5 minutes from the hotel to take the tube or rail at the station. Breakfast is nice. Room is a bit small. The amenities as same as Pullman standards from Co Bigelow. However the service at the bar a bit slow. I took 30 mins for waiting my welcome drink.
C. V. D.
Beautiful hotel with amazing views. Staff was lovely and helpful. Breakfast was great. Will definitely stay again!
T. R.
Everything about the hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff, particularly Christina were friendly, courteous & helpful. The clean modern rooms were a delight. The Deluxe suite we upgraded to on the second night ,was the best hotel room we have ever stayed in
D. l.
We stayed at Hotel Pullman for one night. The hotel upgraded us from Classic to Deluxe as a generous gesture which I really appreciated. Prior to check in, I've emailed the hotel whether they could prepare a surprise for my wife's birthday. Indeed, they prided themselves to make each guest happy. My wife received Macaroon in the room which delighted her. The hotel is excellently located between King cross station n Euston Station n u could have a fuss free day trip to nearby city. I'll definitely come back.

Just Perfect!!
The room was very spacious, clean and looked great and modern.
The breakfast was pretty good and the staff were very kind and helpful.
Also amazing location!
M. W.
This is a really nice business hotel located in the center of Saint Pancras. Easy access to town and a nice reception area and restaurant for breakfast. They also have an extensive whiskey and gin bar which makes it easy to relax and dBrief after a long day of meetings.
N. Z.
Excellent service.
Good but expensive breakfast.
The only problem is, the designer of the bathroom is probably done by someone from the rival company and wants to ruin the room.
The water tap is unreasonable. So does the shower. Most controllers are placed near the water for a reason, but the designer doesn't care.
A. T.
Very friendly, helpful and attentive staff. Rooms are very nice too. Last but not least the location of the hotel is very central and just next to the train station.
I can't rate the breakfast and the restaurant since we booked room only.
M. W.
Slightly better than ok. The door knob on the door between our rooms fell off and the TV didn't work but after a couple of phone calls the hotel fixed them. The rooms were clean and roomy but the bed was terrible. I would return but it's not my first choice.
S. K.
The hotel has modern comfortable rooms with good air conditioning and comfortable mattresses. Breakfast was very expensive but there are good cafes and a Pret' outlet just across the road. Excellent location on Euston Road, which is a busy throughfare but the sound insulation is fantastic. Blackout curtains ensures great sleeping environment. Minibar is expensive and so is the restaurant.
S. T.
My son and I had just one night in your lovely hotel. We were on a flying university visit, so unable to use the bars or restaurants. But the receptionists were all really friendly, the room great & views stunning. Loved the view over St Pancras from the rounded windows on each floor, too. Thanks; pretty perfect. (The only thing that would have helped would have been some earplugs, as I forgot to pack mine, as lots of sirens going up and down the street woke me a few times. That might have been as I was a bit more jumpy due to the morning's terrorist attack, but it is just a small, cheap thing you could perhaps provide? Sure the rooms at the back are quieter, but did appreciate our 12th floor view).
j. m.
Really nice hotel and room are laid out well. However the bed was super uncomfortable, and the room wasn't fully clean when I got there. I expected much nicer for the price.
g. l.
Aside from a small issue with the WiFi not loading properly on a Chrome browser, my stay was perfect from start to finish. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful - from Johan at the concierge to Bastien on room service and everyone else I can't remember. Speaking about room service, the portobello mushrooms with rosemary were heavenly.
A. M.
This is my favourite hotel in Central London. It's good for the Underground (Euston or Kings Cross). The Pullman describes itself as "upscale" which to me means good quality facilities, but of course the price goes with it. Specifically I find you get a very comfortable bedroom and bathroom. The restaurant food is very good and the service is excellent throughout.
s. s.
Even though I was not feeling well the staff was excellent and helped me feel comfortable in every way possible. From extra orange juice and seltzer at the breakfast, to housekeeping letting me give them the briefest of intervals to tidy my room, to room service "Bill" who delivered some nice warm soup. Everybody did their best to make my stay the best it possibly could be. I will definitely seek out Pullman hotels for future.
A. F.
We like staying at The Pullman as it is a lovely, relaxing hotel in a great location. We had a great meal at their restaurant which was so fesh and tasty. The buffet breakfast is also very good . We like the fact it is close to St Pancras and within easy reach of bus stops to visit various attractions in the city. The staff are so polite and helpful which makes for a great stay .
J. A.
As I have fed back 3-4 times before breakfast is awful. It’s compulsory with our Company rate and although there’s a wide range of choice the hot food is always at best slightly warm and the bacon inedible. 45 min after opening the bread / toast section where you have to make your own toast hadn’t even been set up.
Room and reception service were ok.
For what you charge I would expect a better experience that the premier Inns, but it’s no better.
I have filled these feedback forms out before and nothing happens!! I find the restaurant very poor every time.
O. T.
Wow, what an amazing stay we had at the Pullman hotel. Would like to say a massive thank you to Jessica from reservations who looked after us throughout our stay ensuring everything was perfect-which it was! Room was incredibly spacious and clean and all staff were kind and helpful. Will definitely be returning!
W. H. A.
Room was clean and nice, but the bed and pillow was too soft. I asked to have firmer pillow at least but was told all rooms have the same pillows.
Only provided one bottle of mineral water and one bottle of carbonated water throughout the whole stay. Everywhere else I stayed they provided free 2 bottles of mineral water daily. This should be something that the hotel can work on for improvement.
