Was here overnight on business. Excellent wifi was a plus as had a big conference call via Teams. Staff friendly and accommodating, room was ample enough for one. Bathroom facilities were good, hot shower with decent pressure.

A very positive experience at this hotel for a one night's stay with my family. Lovely spacious room (one of the premium rooms), no noise (room 517), we were able to check in at 1pm, very polite and friendly staff. I don’t usually leave reviews but my stay at the Radisson Blu Oxford street over the weekend was so exceptional I had to say thank you. Firstly we arrived early and we had absolutely no trouble checking an hour early. Not only was our room ready… but at check in we are then informed management had upgraded us to a beautiful spacious room with a fabulous view of Oxford street. Just when I thought our luck couldn’t get any better I am informed we have a complimentary breakfast also. I have to point out the wonderful staff in the restaurant and front desk that cannot do any more for you. The room was Exceptionally clean with very high cleaning standards and it shows. Breakfast was an all you can eat style and absolutely delicious. Teas and coffees were served throughout our meal and staff made sure we were looked after throughout. We didn’t have to ask for a thing the entire meal. At checkout we had no trouble leaving our luggage all day behind reception. We didn’t have to ask once for a taxi to be phoned as they offered for us every time. Radisson Staff couldn’t have done any more for us and I truly cannot recommend enough. We most certainly will be back! If you are thinking of staying here is is worth every penny!! Thank you to all the staff who made our trip to London so memorable. I cannot wait to return.

We all value a good service in usual circumstances - it makes experiences more enjoyable and allows us to concentrate on the important things. But truly good service is measured when circumstances are not usual, and the hotel's team excelled when they were most needed. My parents came to visit last week and were staying at the Radisson Blu Edwardian Berkshire Hotel. While we attended a football match my father tripped over, fell down a few stairs, and broke his arm. After spending hours in the hospital, we got to the hotel at around 4am and the night manager was highly accommodating - he found a room for me to stay the night and made sure it was as close as possible to my parents' room. He also extended the check-in and checkout times so that I would have enough time to sleep and be with them the next day. For the rest of their stay the whole team was very helpful - they helped with their luggage, extended their checkout time, and were keen to help with anything they could. The quality of service and the care the staff displayed was wonderful and will encourage us to choose Radisson Blu on our next trips.

ATN Cars drivers pickup/drop off passengers at this Hotel on their Airport transfers, cruise port transfers and long distance transfers. Passengers can be drop off/pickup from a side road right out side the hotel instead from Oxford street.

My wife and I stayed here for a few nights in December 2019. The location, 50m from Oxford Street is just perfect. In spite of being close to Oxford street the rooms are quiet and very comfortable. Of good size sporting a European Bathroom (ie Shower in Bath, although they may have some rooms with walk in showers). The beds were great, staff very accommodating and friendly. Highly recommended.

Loved the place and the staff. Wonderful breakfast. I still rate it 5* despite the poor window insulation and noise coming through the walls next room. It's centrally located and 30 minutes walk around to west end, Soho and so on. They will even store luggage for free after check in. I had a Nespresso machine in my room. And the eggs Benedict are out of this world.😍

Good location for shopping and dining. Staff at the front desk are nice and friendly. The room look pretty good but the mattresses in my room and my parents' room are too out of shape. (we are a family of five, we have three rooms and two of them are bad) It has a big dent in the middle, gave me a backache. Cleanliness is quit poor compare to the money we spent. I have a few strains of hair in one my towel and the drinking glass looks dirty.

The location is absolutely fantastic, being situated in a lively part of London with throngs of pedestrians and the mood in the air is energetic and relaxing. Hotel is comfortably located a few streets away from a pharmacy and shopping centre as well as a convenience store for daily needs. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and we thoroughly enjoyed the free $20 drink off card the hotel offered us every night. Overall a recommended place to stay in London.

Decent bathroom, however not a fan of the shower over bath with the shape of the bathroom as near killed myself getting in & out - however this is simply a personal preference. No real interaction with staff so cant comment. Breakfast was FABULOUS! Was here on business so cannot comment on price but very comfortable stay & would recommend!

My husband booked the Radisson blu Sussex for our 10th wedding anniversary. I rang them to inform them of our arrival time and was told the hotel is closed and that we will be transferred to Radisson blue Berkshire. When we arrived at the hotel the staff where amazing we checked in and got our room Only to realise there was no shower head on the shower. So what was suppose to be a perfect magical weekend wasn’t so magical. Plus there was a lot of nose from the people sleeping rough opposite the hotel all weekend Location was excellent and the staff are amazing

The Hotel location is great, right in the middle of center, the tube station is very close. There are a lot of shopping malls on that street. The room was not so big, but was clean and comfortable. Everything you need ыоу can find in the room. The breakfast is good and tasty, and the only bad thing is that every day they serve the same things. The staff is helpful and friendly.

The room was very spacious, comfortable, clean and tidy. It appears that everything I can think of for basic needs was covered within the room, except for having some toothpaste in the bathroom. However, as demonstrated by its official video introduction sent via e-mail, guests can call up the support helpline or use their sms customer support service and a staff will bring it to the room door. Room service available and very efficient. Booked a King Room with double bed for 2. From receptionists on ground level to room cleaning staff that operates from mornings to early evenings by doing room visits to replenish basic supplies and to offer cleaning to maintain hygiene, they were all very polite and certainly made sure my stay was all cared for. Even the check out process was as easy as counting 1 2 3, then off I went for my journey ahead. The lift requires key card to operate and offers some kind of security to keep out those not staying within the hotel. The location of the hotel was perfect, right at the shopping district and next to Bond St UG Station. Had many experiences in similar locations across the globe, a memorable and wonderful stay. I am proud to say, the service was absolutely outstanding and amongst the very best for what the hotel capacity can maximise for. Will return back here someday, have a wonderful Christmas and Happy New Year to all the staff.

The room was small but very clean. 2 pieces of advice though: check if breakfast is included in your room rate as it is expensive if not and check your bill for the 12.5% discretionary tip and ask if this can be removed if you are not happy with it. Five star, spacious rooms with a fantastic location. The breakfast buffet is a special treat. The beds are very comfortable. The bathroom is spacious and has a high pressure shower. Reception was fast and friendly.

We were checked in to London Oxford street… We were checked in to the London Oxford street radisson blu, in a quick friendly manner. We was offered to upgrade to an executive room with lounge access for an extra £65 so we did as it sounded reasonable. - our room was an executive with lounge access 923. We were given a room on the 9th floor (which is for executive only), where we had access to the executive lounge where kids aren't allowed (no under 12s). Nice view of runway and good area, the canepes consisted of mini cooked foods like samoas, there were also olives and pretzels, plenty of drinks i.e wine and beer. The amount of drinks including alcoholic drinks, made up for the price of the upgrade and more. Seemed to be que up for seats in the restaurant but not a large que, decided room service. Room service was quick! The room looked nice and modern with good size bathroom - only had a shower. It had a good size TV and a city view. Sorry to be getting an early flight and not get Breakfast!

It was a nice experience & I must say the location was its best asset. I got a room with a view on Oxford Street (a very busy street) yet I couldn’t hear a thing! Yeey! The only flaw has to do with the housekeeper, she had somewhat of a problem with the cups as by the date of checkout I had 8 cups accumulated on my table (?!) I remained silent about it though hoping she gonna take them on the next day but no, she decided to overlook them instead.

The location is probably the best part about this hotel as SOHO and Mayfair are right at your doorstep. Staff was always very friendly and helpful. The rooms are relatively dated and small, including bathrooms. Also the air-conditioning system is old and loud. I was missing certain amenities in the room, like slippers or a shoespoon.

To give a little perspective: This is supposedly a 4-star hotel. We paid £250 for our room, using Virgin Experiences. Now for the review: Our stay started with a warm, comforting welcome. Our room was considerably compact, yet clean. It didn't have an hairdryer. There was a tin of lubrication in our fridge, mixed in with cans of drinks and snacks. The lube tin had been previously used, which I wish I could've black lighted! Our room had a brilliant working shower and plenty of products, for our disposal. This 4-star room wasn't fitted with double glazing, which caused sound to leak in from outside. Therfore, night time was noisier than anticipated. Our bathroom also had sound issues, possibly caused by plumbing, from a neighbouring room. Whenever someone in another room, used their tap, there was a massive rumbling and clattering, resignating from our bathroom. This caused us to have a pretty shoddy night's sleep. Our morning breakfast was beautiful. Plenty of variety, healthy options and friendly service! On the way out, I mentioned the bathroom incident, to front of house. They didn't apologise (despite stressing how much it affected our sleep), though she did take note, with a smile, and mentioned that management would be informed. Honestly, wasn't too fussed, as we used the room, merely for a place to lay our heads down. However, this is a so-called 4-star hotel, lead by an establishment that I tend to use quite regularly, I'm definitely beginning to reconsider alternative hotels, in the future. It's apparent that competition is aggressive, and thus, they should be aiming as high as possible, to keep their custom.

The location for tourists is perfect. Close to the shopping, hyde park and next door to the subway station. The hotel look clean and modern. Our room wasnt big, but the use of space is done quite nicely. Shower head and the hand wash in the bathroom was poorly thought out. Showerhead is fixed in one place. I prefer to be able to move it up and down more. And the faucet is so low its hardly possible to was ones hands under it. Signs of water leak from the air conditioning in the room, with sloppy patch work on the roof and damaged carpet is very notisable. I think they should do it right if they are going to fix something. Staff is friendly and helpfull. The breakfast is perfect. All in all a great hotel to stay at.

Absolutely 1st class the staff are so helpful & efficient the rooms where so big with a settee & large screen TV on the wall the bed & pillows where so comfortable had no problems sleeping & the breakfasts in the morning where absolutely amazing so much to choose from it was buffet style but you could also order off the menu if you wanted something special cooked but must admit the where the best poached eggs i have ever tasted our daughter and 18 month old Granddaughter was with us & the staff couldn't do enough for her would certainly recommend the place & book again its situated right in the centre of Oxford Street so was perfect.

One of the best locations you can have for a medium level hotel in Central London, literally being able to 'smell' Oxford Street and be part of its chaos. Ideal if you have business to do or for a shopping spree in the area, just be patient with the 'usual' small rooms of most hotels in this city. About 3' walk from the Bond Street tube station, 10' from Marble Arch and 15' from Baker Street.

Had afternoon tea here with my daughter and I think it's a matter of managing your expactations. The Ritz this isn't, and they really didn't have enough staff on to cope with the numbers taking tea, but our waitress was lovely and when I mentioned it was my daughter's birthday the kitchen sent over a lovely plate of fresh fruit and chocolate. Like another guest, I was only offered coffee or tea and had to ask if they had Rooiboos, but every one of my requests was met patiently and with a smile. The tea itself was very traditional, sandwiches of ham, egg mayonaise, cream cheese and cucumber and slamon, followed by scones with cream and jam and a selection of cakes. They also refilled our pots with hot water when asked. All in all, a lovely spot to take tea and had a nice buzz about it.

In addition our room couldn't be locked from outside which was unsafe. I asked the cleaning lady about how to lock it from outside she didn't seem to understand English . There is no bidet in the bathroom. There is no Concierge, unfortunately and no helpers to carry your baggage even with their prices its the least to have a proper hotel service but no. The location The location is the best thing in the hotel for those who come to London for shopping and want to be close to restaurants and cafes near Oxford Street. Do not miss this hotel everything around you and make it easy to walk. The room was larger than what I expected to hear about hotel rooms in London, which are cramped, but the room is spacious, and its explanation was that it was distinguished by its view of Oxford Street, and also, it had good insulation, even in the weekend, so you could not hear the disturbances of Oxford Street. The staff were helpful, but not as welcoming as any hotel of the same level. The cleanliness I see is not necessary in the hotel. I doubt that they clean the towels and change them on a daily basis. I mean, the used bathroom robe is surrounded by the bathtub as it is written, but they don't want a new one and change it so we don't return to find it hanging on the bathroom door? I got an allergy on my face after the third day of using the face towels, even though I throw the towel every day on the grounds that they change it, but I don't expect them to change it because I had a strange sensitivity on my face. After I stopped using the towels and replaced them with tissues, the situation improved better. There is no shattaf in the bathroom and you are with dignity. The room, we discovered the day before the last that it was opening without the card. They had the right to lock. The room was ruined. There was no case of theft, thank God. The situation is safe, but a warning to inform them, because it is supposed to be closed after you look like any room. The hotel did not have a concierge service or employees who would pick up bags for you at their prices. I expected the least amount of this service to be available.
