The rooms are quite a bit run down, the bathroom was Good, powerful shower. Breakfast is basic but did us just fine. Cleaning could be better, ceiling are very high which may explain the cobwebs? Bed was comfy, pillows a little too hard. Overall a pleasant stay. Reception staff very nice.

You get what you pay for, and £50 each with breakfast is great value in London. However rooms and TV very small, corridors need a good clean and breakfast area is small as well. Staff all friendly though and only a few minute walk to either Queensway or Bayswater Underground. Avoid room 7 as it's right next to the lift which is in constant use. Shower very good. Great as a base and if you don't spend to much time in your room.

Very nice! The rooms are actually small but well thought out in my opinion. Our bathroom is large (comparatively) and it has a tv and blow dryer. Great location and staff. It not for long luxury stays, but it's A really good value all in all.

It's alright place, we stayed of 2 nights, people that was working there lovely. Rooms where alright bed a bit short for a guy over 180cm. Aircon in the room. Breakfast missing bacon, but ask them if you want fried eggs or toast they'll make it for you. Overall I'm happy with the experience.

Good location, breakfast not bad, bathroom clean. But room was pretty small, almost no place for the bags, nowhere to unpack our stuff. Room for three, but it was really a small room for two with one extra small bed squeezed in the space between the double bed an the window.

Stayed here for about a week. The room is a little small for 4 persons but you’ll probably just sleep here. Clean bathroom. The breakfast is good. The employees were friendly. It’s not far from Basewater Underground station and Paddington station. Strongly recomend.

My mum and I stayed here on the occasion of our visit to a Buckingham Palace Garden Party. Mum is 93 years old, so it was a considerable ordeal for her to travel to London and visit the Garden Party and then travel home. At her age simple things like having a shower are problematical. The hotel staff were brilliant. They provided a suitable room. They helped her up and down stairs and steps. They even went out and bought a folding chair so that she could sit down in the shower. They certainly earned their 5 stars from us.

Probably the best place in the area on abudget. Staff very welcoming and friendly, rooms small but clean and modern. Walking distance to few underground stations and Bayswater centre, yet located on quiet residential street. Breakfast must be the best in class. They really seem to make sure that they are delivering value for money. Will definitely return.

Very comfortable, clean and located near to the Kensington Palace. We loved to stay there and we can recommend it! The stuff is friendly, the breakfast is small but very good and they have additional food for any kind of allergies or intollerances too! Thank you!
