The hotel and staff are great for personal or business. I would highly recommend them - the sofa bed was unusually comfortable (to the extent that I would buy the same one for home if I could find out where it came from!) and the linen was …

My wife and I typically stay at airbnbs for the cultural experience of a stay, but after two sketchy ones where cleanliness was questionable, it was nice to be at residence inn, where it felt well tended to. Additionally, staff was helpful …

Decent sized room with separate part for cooking/relaxing(was upgraded from studio).
Kitchenette facilities:sink, single hob, small dishwasher, convection combination microwave oven, utensils, cutlery pans for cooking, if you choose to do so. Clean and tidy room.
Breakfast can be taken back to room in container in view of covid and social distancing if it gets crowded, or you prefer.
Laundry free but 2 tumble dryer machines were not working and there were no signs up to say so. Limited instructions, but luckily came across a staff member who explained it and I explained it to another guest later.(need to pay small amount for laundry detergent)
Overall good for a central London stay. Close to station and lots of good food options, and not cramp and tiny like some other London accommodation.

Really friendly reception staff, who took the time to know us, helped us with our somewhat complicated/confusing reservations (our fault for last minute changes).
Found the room quite spacious, there is a basic bedroom with large bed, reasonably sized shower, and reasonably sized living room/kitchen.
The living room has a 2 seater sofa (you could get 3 on) and small coffee table and a dining table for 2. The kitchen is well equipped, with microwave/oven, hob, toaster, kettle, coffee machine (with capsules provided) and variety of utensils, crockery and cutlery.
The gym is quite well equipped with selection of cardio / resistance machines, and free weights. Quite a large room so you're not cramped (though I only saw one other person briefly using it besides myself).
Breakfast was perfectly good. Not as extensive as some other full hotels, but a few hot items, cereals, toast, juices, hot drinks, and fruit.
They have a few items to purchase if you want to eat in your room (as well as beers) but there is a Sainsbury's local right next door which is probably a better option.

Good location and really friendly staff on arrival and all through our stay. Room was extremely clean and tidy. The road outside is quite busy all night and was a bit noisy but we liked the hotel and staff so much it didn't really bother us.

Nothing fancy but serves the purpose. Nice breakfast and a brief walk to the tube. Bed was good place was clean. Nice neighborhood. Staff was average to great.
K.
Overall a brilliant stay at London Bridge Residence Inn. Food options were ok considering the current times. The only downfall would be the lack of replenishing the food. Staff were a little slow on doing so. Hotel was in a great location for us. Super clean, comfortable and modern. Superb value for money.

The staff were so friendly rooms were very spacious and clean. The area was excellent, plenty places to dine and havd drinks quirky little shops. Short walk to Borough Market , cheap ubar to Brick Lane. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the room was clean and comfortable.
A strange lay out with the door and the sofa bed that doesn’t actually fit the …

My friends and I had a brilliant stay and would really recommend the apartments for a short London stay. We all said we would definitely stay again.
And we all agreed it was suitable for our respective families so I’m sure we will be back soon!

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights (in 09/21) and enjoyed my stay here, though it was not without a few issues. The room I was in have the bed right next to the the door leading to the hallway and I was woken up by the noise from the hallway (which was so loud that I thought the tv in the living room was on). I soon figure out that the walls are thin and you can hear every noise in the hallway all day long. Another issue I had is that the hotel only has one small elevator for 5 stories with at least 12 room per floor. there were times where I had to wait over 7 minutes for the elevator, which seems like alot.
The staff at the front desk were extremely nice and attentive and there is a free breakfast served. There is a sainsbury local across the street from the hotel, but it's a long walk to get to restaurants and most bars. Also it about a 15-20 minute walk for the london bridge train station, though there are alot of bus stops nearby.
All in all, I think I would probably stay at the Residence Inn Tower bridge again over this hotel because it is closer to restaurants and the train station. And even though the rooms are smaller they have more elevators and most rooms are off the main hallway.
The pictures are of room 511

Excellent hotel and staff. Very convenient with free washing and drying services, even free printing. Full kitchenware and surprised with a dishwasher machine. Clean and spacious with breakfast included, so basically everything I need. Thank you all Staff!

My partner and I had a lovely stay, the hotel is close by to the London Bridge Station and a local Sainsbury's which delightful when we had to go somewhere or buy some food. …

The Staff are all amazing. The rooms are so lovely and comfortable. Would definitely recommend staying here, especially if you have children. Had an amazing stay and we will see you all soon.

The room is very well appointed, the bed is perfect and the shower is great; what more do you need.
Location is spot on, very close to The Shard and other London Highlights, but well away from the busy streets and tourist crowds.

Best stay ever !! Finola was an amazing asset of the team. Everything couldn’t of been better and made our weekend from start to finish!!! Recommend to all our friends and family and can’t wait to stay again. Personal touches such as a hand …

Amazing! As London hotels go, I’ve stayed in some 5-star, 4-star and even 1-star hotels and I’ve got to say I’ve found a new favourite.
First off, location is spot on and in walking distance of the main attractions. Parking is very difficult, but this is explained before booking.
If you have a large car go to the NCP car park not the Q-Park. If you are catching the train/tube get off at London Bridge.
We had a large suite and it was lovely, kitchen, living area and two large areas with king size beds and two separate showers.
View from the room was quite nice, we could see the London Eye and Alexander Palace.
Check-in was easy and breakfast was complimentary.
Price wise was really good and we could stay an extra few nights for the price of other hotels.
L.
Really enjoyed our stay
Lovely staff
Room was great …

Everything was brilliant except the breakfast which didn’t really cater for vegans… be good to have some dairy free yoghurts and some jam or marmite for the toast. …
M. K.
Nice quiet room, good breakfast. Not exactly next to London Bridge with 10 minutes walk.
D.
Can’t fault the place , customer service excellent, rooms are like a home from home , breakfast great and the TFL (Santander) bikes are close by and we cycled from Kensington Palace all the way to outside the hotel, will be back soon and will be telling everyone x

I really enjoyed. We stayed for 2 nights with our 3 year old. There was a sofa bed in the lounge/ kitchen with beddings. Room was tidy and clean and spacious if the sofa is closed, Shower is big and relaxing. You have hairdryer and iron also gym and laundry .
Staff is very nice and helpful. I felt welcome. The kitchen is a must as you can cook and heat food in the microwave. Breakfast has a good selection for price: English breakfast , omelette, slices of bread, hot drinks , several juices , yoghurts , ice creams , etc. You can also take breakfast to your room. Overall good and we will certainly come back .
I.
We had a lovely stay with the clean and comfortable room and useful facilities of top quality. The staff were attentive and helped us whenever we ran into a problem. A great place to stay with a great location
A.
Great location, ideal for a meeting I had close to The Shard. I had a studio apartment that was comfortable. I had one minor issue, the shower backed up which probably means it could do with a clean. Otherwise a good stay.
C. P.
Great location.
Very clean and comfortable room with all amenities, staff were excellent and keen to help in anyway possible .Maria who was on Breakfast duty was so lovley, helpful very friendly. Would definitely recommend this hotel .
M.
The hotel is well situated and the rooms are clean and spacious. The gym is good and Finola Clarke from reception made our stay special. Nothing was to much trouble for Finola. Great service thanks.
K.
Great stay and location. The room had lots of space for four adults and it was a nice surprise with two bathrooms.
Staff were really friendly and helpful. It was also good to have access to breakfast.
G.
Great stay, friendly staff, good breakfast, spacious room with two TVs plus practical kitchen. Clean and great gym. Good location for Tate and Borough Market. Would stay again!

This is our second visit. The location is perfect, near the Shard, Thames and not far from Borough Market.
The staff are so friendly and accommodating, nothing is too much trouble for …
S.
Great location, amazing consideration to the units. Self contained concept was fab. Perhaps knowledge of parking would have been helpful. Clean and modern will stay again. Pipes stinky in Loo though, better after they poured something down.
L.
Great Location, bus on the doorstep, felt safe walking around the area at night. Hotel was clean and comfortable, customer service was outstanding. I will return again
S.
Two king size beds, two bathrooms and a good size lounge. We stayed because my daughter was having a small operation at Guys Hospital and it was the perfect place to stay

I called before hand to find out about breakfast the number was directed to Kensington. I was told the hotels are serving hot breakfast when I turned up it wasn’t it was just continental. The room was also very dusty. It really really …

The location was just right...close enough to central London and not far from the embankment! Rooms are spacious and clean..Need I say anything More!
A.
The staff were pleasant enough but do not expect the same quality or experience as stayung in a Marriot Hotel, but Marriot Residence great value for money and would use them again.
S. K.
Great clean hotel stayed here with the family, safe clean and a great breakfast.
Check out the Italian restaurant directly opposite for a fantastic meal nearby.
A.
Finola went above and beyond to assisting us with our stay. She was friendly and accommodating. Location was great!
B.
Great hotel and deluxe double suite was just right for a family of 4. Situated near everything and near to tube. Great restaurants and shops accessible
M. R.
Everything was excellent! This is by far the best Residence Inn I've ever stayed at. Spacious clean and well decorated rooms; great shower; super friendly and helpful staff. I really feel the hotel went above and beyond in every area. You should feel confident booking with this hotel, and if I ever am in town for a long stay I'd love to be back here!
S. w.
I visited and stayed October of 2018. Reason for visit, Came for the NFL game Chicago Bears. the room was lovely, larger than I expected. The bed was comfy. The staff was great! Want to give a special thanks and accommodation to one of the night managers Abiy. He was great. arranged cab service for a EARLY day trip to Paris and even had breakfast available. I also left a personal item in the cab and I thought it was gone forever and it was retrieved and returned to me.
Would stay again. close to the trains and night life.
S. D.
I've spent months here as a "home away from home" on business. The service is very helpful and the location is excellent. The rooms are comfortable and the small but surprisingly functional kitchen is very practical for longer stays or shorter ones when you want to save money or have special dietary considerations. Two grocery stores are within a 5 minute walk so it's easy to restock.
S. A.
Great service from all at the front desk. Room was a good size but privacy was an issue. Pocket door on the bathroom? Yikes. Overall though, room was well maintained and clean. Hotel was a reasonable walk from two different Tube lines so easy to get to the touristy destinations we were looking for. Overall, a good stay.
A.
Hotel is in a great location close to the river. Room was perfect for us and the staff very friendly and helpful
I.
Perfect location, walking distance to the shard and the bridge. So many food options and great hotel staff.
X. X.
Excellent hotel and very helpful staff. Clean, stylish and nice location!
R.
I wasn’t sure what to expect from a RI in the UK but was pleasantly surprised. I had a very warm welcome, room/suite was cosy and well-equipped. There’s a Sainsbury’s Local two minutes’ walk away and buses just down the road. I’m looking forward to returning.
A.
We only stayed one night but I wish it had been more. The room was excellent and the staff were friendly and professional. I have stayed in hotels costing twice as much and was not as happy
Many thanks
A.
We had a nice stay, room was clean and comfortable as well as beds and pillows. Bathrooms were clean but tiny.
Nice living room area and kitchen even though we did not use it. …

Very large room, perfect gym, lovely breakfast.
V.
Excellent location, so close to the Shard and the underground. The apartment was staying. It even had 2 bathrooms. Great value
K.
The staff was excellent. Location was perfect for sightseeing and easy walking distance to subway and bus system. The room was clean and the kitchenette was perfect for our stay. The free breakfast was incredible and had many options. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London for pleasure or business.

10 minutes walking distance to the subway.
The room is big with two double beds and two sets of toilette, nice.
But one sink was blocked in one of the toilette, coffee cups were dirty and …

Well located hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. Night shift staff could be more knowledgeable and helpful when asked for information or help. Laundry could be better equipped with operating instructions posted on walls especially for …
B.
Very pleased with our stay overall. Would definitely be booking in similar Marriott Residence Inn if available
M.
The hotel was very nice and the staff were very welcoming, as well as professionally and friendly. The food was nice, but would be better if there were options for vegetarians/people that can’t eat certain foods.
P. V.
Very clean rooms . Nice location. Iona ( staff) was very helpful
S. H.
A great find amazing studio apartment and great breakfast, also the staff are very helpful 😀

Loved the prompt on check-in to see if I wanted an upgrade or preferred my single selection. Much appreciated!
K. E.
Absolutely loved our stay here ! Was so clean and modern and staff were great , will definitely stay again !!!
T. I.
Really clean and cozy. Staff is also kind and helpful.
Compliment breakfast included.
It has gym and laundry room on basement.
I had kitchen in my room so I could cook my lunch and dinner then saved money. Of course, fridge too and dining table too.
There are sofa and TV as well.
U. D.
Great Marriott service. Easy access to tube stations. Good breakfast. Well designed rooms. But a bit dirty.
The staff were great, just what you would expect from Marriott.
It’s easy to get to and from, with 2 stations within 1km.
The breakfast is good, with a nice range of options. The breakfast room is large and lots of different types of seating.
The rooms have lots of facilities, charging, USB ports, and with comfortable beds.
The one thing I was disappointed in was the cleanliness of the room. The furniture was fine, just the floors.
M.
The Residence Inn London Bridge was a great place to stay for my daughter and I. It was a short walk from either the Borough or London Bridge Tub stations (from Borough may have quicker). It was safe, clean and new in appearance. We had a …

Very good equipment, very clean, which is what I value the most. The ladies at the reception had turned on the heating earlier. All staff are very professional. Ilaria was very helpful. I will recommend everyone. ❤️

Due to current situation as a career I needed to stay at Residence Inn London Bridge. From booking to arrival and departing they team were a well oiled machine. Claudia in reservations was helpful in making sure I got the room I needed and then Ioana made sure anything I needed was provided.

Clean comfortable room. Hotel in a very good location. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Nikolai and Neil helped make sure everything for us was perfect. They are great. Hotel is only a couple years old. Clean and modern furnishings. Great place to stay in London!
t.
Hotel is very new so room has modern furnishings and bath. Kitchen is well furnished with dishwasher as well as oven and stovetop along with fridge. Has smaller neighborhood feel than Central London. Nice local restaurants on Bermondsey …

We booked this hotel using points. It's in an excellent, quiet location, 1/2 mile from London Bridge underground and 1 block from Sainsbury. Breakfast was substantial and rooms were very clean and modern. We were a mom, 16 year old …

This hotel was conveniently situated close to the Shard, tube and Borough Market. The room was huge and well decorated - it had a well appointed kitchen area with superb views, a nice lounge area and compact modern shower room. We loved it!
T. L.
Stayed at the property for 6 days and it was perfect. It is located in a very nice neighborhood, is beautifully integrated with the neighboring personal dwelling, is in within walking distance of The Tower of London, Borough Market, The Clink, and even a small Sainsbury's grocery a block away and so much more. London Tube station is very close and accessible and from there you can get anywhere easily. The room was perfect for myself and my daughter, very nice and clean and functional. The staff was incredible and kind, and the breakfast in the morning, was the best continental breakfast I have ever seen anywhere. Great value, staff and location for the price.
D. W.
Nice, modern and clean Hotel. The Service-Personnel is really friendly and helpful. They offer a rich breakfast and/but change the daily routine of serving eggs/bacon/ham/beans. The rooms are clean, bright and super quiet - You can't hear your next door neighbour. Unfortunately their bathrooms are pretty small and they're right in front of your bed so you'll probably bump your leg once or twice, especially at night. Anyways i can highly recommend the Residence Inn
C.
Residence Inn, London Bridge, was the perfect location to celebrate my sister's Birthday. Gorgeous, stylish rooms. Perfectly appointed kitchen. Comfiest bed ever! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay--wonderful staff--polite and responsive, …

The rooms are large and the location is pretty good. However, having stayed in many, many, Marriotts, we found this one to be quite lacking. They charged for a coffee pods in the room. The breakfast was horrible, often running out, and the food that they did have was horrible. The scrambled eggs was like milk soup. The shower head in the room was broken and would fall as you're trying to shower. Dishes were not cleaned by housekeeping.
I wouldn't stay here again.
B.
Excellent service from the staff throughout my stay. Clean and comfortable room with a decent breakfast. Rooms are a bit small but are probably consistent with rooms of similar category in Central London generally.
S.
I booked a room at the London Bridge Residence Inn initially for 3 days of business meetings, but was able to extend my trip for 3 days of being a tourist. My college age daughter accompanied me and we had 3 wonderful days of being a …

Stayed here for quarantine during a brief business trip. I stayed for 8 days. The room was comfortable and clean and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
C. E.
As a regular traveller to London and former resident of 8 years, I've finally found a location/accommodation that I think I'll return to consistently. Each suite feels like its own little apartment, with the comforts of home- great restaurants and transport links on your doorstep, bars and pubs, coffeeshops, outdoor space and amenities like a gym, laundry and more on site. A revelation!
A.
This hotel is an excellent hotel in the heart of London, it is a home away from home with excellent helpful staff that ensure your stay is an enjoyable one.
P. d.
Reasonably priced hotel in great location close to Borough Market and London train and underground stations. Included breakfast is adequate but tasteless. Helpful, gracious staff. Room wasn't cleaned well and elevator went out. Has 5 floors.

Wonderful service, very nice, modern room even though it doesn't have full size refrigerator. Each bedroom section has their own TV as well as the living room. But the TV location is a bit off but still tolerable. Would definitely recommend and stay in this hotel again.

For top quality, truly wheelchair accessible accomodation, handy to all London has to offer, the Residence Inn London Bridge is hard to beat. Had a fantastic stay in a beautiful comfortable room which is so easy to manage in a wheelchair. …
M. P.
Location is great but it's located in a residential area which is bit weird for me. The other strange part is when you walk into your room, you will find yourself thinking this is but odd. As you walk in, it's your bed and bath then in the back past the little hallway is the living room and kitchen. I would expect the living room and kitchen should be first - strange.
Overall. Quality is good, included breakfast is great, staff are super friendly, and it is clean. Would recommend this place and would stay here again.
R.
Lovely clean and off the beaten path, but within walking distance of everything! Nice breakfast. Up to date decor. USB plugs in rooms which is super helpful for international travelers! Great quiet neighborhood close to restaurants and attractions.
D.
Residence Inn has everything I need: gym, laundry, breakfast, the room is perfect, and the location as I generally work in that vicinity.
The downsides are that it's a good 10-minute walk (minimum) to the nearest tube …
D. T.
Very accommodating and friendly staff. The free breakfast was surprisingly good and varied over the few days I was there. Note that you will need to sign a waiver and have the access to the 24-hour gym added to your room key in order to access it.
N. M.
Very nice place. Small and clean. Just like we like it. Close to Tower bridge and London bridge. Front desk is always helpful. It's like home away from home in their room. It has a kitchen and equipped with everything you might need.
A. W.
Very nice hotel. The lift is a bit small, but the hotel has plenty of space. About half a mile to either Borough station or London Bridge station makes getting on the underground easy for site seeing.
M.
Residence Inn London Bridge is an excellent hotel to stay if visiting London. Good location, great amenities, quiet neighborhood. Friendly and accommodating staff, always willing to assist with friendly smiles. Good daily breakfast, with …
J.
We stayed for just 1 night in a 2 bedroom suite. Lots of space. Lovely modern room. Fantastic breakfast. Couldn't fault it at all. Looking to stay again in the new year. Staff are extremely helpful and the area is quiet and peaceful
S. B.
Out of 4 stars, 2 stars for their staff, what an amazing, lovely bunch of people they have. Always smiling, ready to help, guiding you in whatever help you need and strike a small conversation whenever it is needed. Rooms are always clean and supplies are there. If you are facing an issue with the use of any appliance, hotel management promptly sends a help. Although bedroom area is bit smaller but sitting area is large and views are nice. The only thing I feel could be better is slightly larger bedroom area and breakfast. Breakfast is repeatative and limited, which makes it monotonus.
K.
Good location for Borough market and access to the Jubilee line in a quiet non-tourist location.
S. F.
Very friendly staff. The rooms were cute and I loved the ability to cast my phone to the tv so I could watch what i wanted when I was in the room. My favorite part was the be breakfast. Who doesn't love an all you can eat breakfast?! I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in London.

Breakfast not to the usual marriott standard due to poor selection of hot food but the rooms were great.

I met my parents in London for two nights and we were very delighted to stay in this nice hotel. The two bedroom suite was perfect for three people and felt very relaxed and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel for more than 2 people and the location is perfect!

This prime location is perfect for access to London Bridge, Borough Market and the Shard area which are all within walking distance. This hotel is the best value for money in the area and has a boutique feel to the stay. Great staff and …
K. H.
Clean, comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Breakfast is good (although not the freshest fruit or breads). They have a lounge area and some evening socials. Offer snacks and wine/beer/drinks for purchase onsite and free grocery delivery. Dry cleaning service was prompt and free laundry machines are great. Decent gym too! Only reason not 5 stars is lack of freshness of some breakfast items and I've had inconsistent housekeeping (they clean buy might replace only shampoo or leave 4 conditioners or no coffee pods or only decaf pods), although I've had that experience at most Marriotts.
S.
If you are looking for a great location in London that allows you a suite option, this is your hotel. Near the Shard, Borough Market, and Tower Bridge, this hotel offers a modern / clean hotel with well stocked kitchen which is fantastic …
N. H.
Spending a lot of time in London on business it gets a bit old staying in the normal hotel rooms, so this is a great option. You have additional facilities at relatively the same cost, such as a fridge, microwave and oven. Clean, comfy rooms and pantry on the ground floor providing some food and drinks. Gym on site is a added bonus.
T.
All the comforts and feel of home. Did not have a hotel feel. Gym was fantastic and the rooms were cozy but not small. Perfect place if you need a home away from home and not just a hotel room.
M.
This hotel has absolutely impressive service and great features. Transport connections are about 10 min walk but once you learn your way it’s fine. The hotel has thoughtful amenities including easy laundry that makes it friendly for long stays.
J. S.
Nicely equipped new hotel with great fitness center. Excellent service, included breakfast is pretty good, nice lounge area. Small, slow elevator so ask for a low floor and just use the stairs.
j.
Happy to stay.
Staffs are nice and helpful. Good value for money. Do recommend to others.
G.
A fantastic hotel! It feels quite new, with updated TVs with Bluetooth and outlets in all of the places you’d want. The top floor has sliding doors to open and allow the crisp London air in. And the breakfast spread was phenomenal!
J.
Great location. Quiet but close to bus line. Walking distance to tower bridge. Great breakfast options. Very comfortable bed. Rooms are nice and spacious. Bathroom was clean and had a huge walk in shower. I will definitely be back
R. G.
Nice and clean room not to big but very well designed. Frond desk hostess and manager were very nice and helpful. We had a surprise planned for family and we got their full cooperation.
S. T.
First class hotel.
We have stayed here twice in the past 6 weeks, on business trips to London.
Near London bridge, Borough market, Thames river.
Can't wait to stay again.
S.
Lovely stay at the Marriott - fab location very easily accessible for both tube & buses. Very clean spacious room which had everything I could have possibly needed. Warm welcoming receptionist.
I would highly recommend.
A.
Very nice hotel near lots of sites. Tower Bridge is not far, as is Borough market as well as underground stations to get to additional sites quickly. The breakfast was very nice each morning.
S.
Very cozy place to stay away from the bustle of the city. It's in the heart of the suburbs with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. I walked to work each morning so I could get some exercise. The hotel is not luxurious but it feels like a home away from home - very comfortable and quiet.
D.
The Residence Inn London Bridge was a complete surprise to us. We felt like we had rented a flat. The room/kitchen/living room are stocked with everything you need for your stay. They have thought of everything. We especially loved the ease of the location.
J. D.
Great 4 day stay. Place is great and spacious, considering it is in London. Everything worked fine and the staff was very attentive to our needs. WiFi works great.
The walls are pretty thin, and the bed was near the entrance, so foot traffic in the Hall cam be heard.
Borough Station is about a 10 minute walk. There is a Sainsbury near by for groceries.

Great location, rooms and breakfast. Room was big and comfortable bed. Very quiet and well isolated from lights during the nights. The pillow was not good and they didn't have any replacement unfortunately. The place has a gym.

Family of four stayed for 3 nights. Great hotel. Rooms are spacious and modern. Staff friendly. Great neighborhood with eateries, bars and a supermarket one block away. Cool area near tower bridge within walking distance. Highly recommend this hotel. No negatives.

Hotel location a little bit far from Boroug/London Bridge Metro Station, but a bus stop is very close to the hotel. Cycle station is also close and convenience for going and return between Station and Hotel. …

From the outside, the hotel looks kind of unimpressive...BUT the Rooms are really clean and spacious (especially for Central London).
Kitchen is spacious and good. Stayed here with my mom and she LOVED it. 10 minutes walk to London Bridge and South Bank. 10 minutes walk to London Bridge station, where you can go to Gatwick airport directly.
Right next to a Sainsburies supermarket. Breakfast was decent. I even lost my keycard in a restaurant, and they didn't charge me money for it.
Previously, me and my mom stayed at the Hyatt Churchill in Marylebone, which was a 5 star hotel, but we both like this hotel BETTER. That's because the rooms in this hotel were twice the size of the Hyatt hotel. And also the kitchen, that was an added benefit. It was also way cheaper than Hyatt Churchill.
I never usually write hotel reviews, but I really enjoyed my time at this hotel.

When I arrived at the hotel, neither Florin nor Celine were welcoming. They seemed more interested in talking to each other. I had asked for a "high" floor. Celine said nothing available but would call me if anything showed up. I went to …

Great staff, good breakfast buffet, great Internet and a comfortable stay even though we were working

The customer service was amazing. I can’t say enough good things about this place. They helped us get through a stressful transition from the states with our cat and made it all so much easier. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for your understanding and patience with us.

Modern, clean, with larger rooms and helpful and friendly staff, nice lounge area with reasonably good breakfast and WIFI. Walking distance to grocery store. A bit out of the way if your planning to spend time across the river. – Walking(long) distance to the Tower and Bridge.

Really nice hotel, room was well set out and modern. Had a bit of trouble when using the oven, but other than that it was all good

The hotel is in a great location. Walking distance to the London Bridge and the shard London. The room was spacious and with updated furnitures. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was complimentary and was great. Staff was very helpful.

This hotel is located centrally to everything. The staff is helpful and friendly. The 2 bedroom suite was spacious and clean. Complimentary breakfast - just ok, not much of a selection in terms of hot food.

Absolutely new hotel, very pleasant and home comfortable atmosphere. Close to Borough tube stop (not London bridge!), 20 min quiet walk to the Tower. Food store is near if you want to buy something and prepare for dinner.

Great location very friendly and knowledgeable staff, comfy rooms

Lovely free breakfast, well equipped rooms but nearly none-existent sound proofing will make your quiet night dependent on the behaviour of other guests nearby. A risky choice.

Great Weekend in the new Residents inn.
Nice smiling greating when we arrived and all staff were so helpful throughout our stay. …

This is an up to date hotel with comfortable rooms and friendly healthy staff.
London hotel location is very dependent on what you want to do/visit and the location was great for our planned activities.

Love: gift rose wine (mentioned at reservation that it’s a weekend getaway celebrating my husband’s birthday); top-floor room with lovely view; being a new hotel with nice design and decor; the kitchenette; complimentary breakfast; friendly staff

The location on the map seemed a bit away from the center. But in reality the tube stations were very close, 10 walk at most. I was in the center of London in minutes. Staff here was great; all very young but respectful and concerned that I enjoyed my stay...

The overall experience was not too bad, but if you compare it with any other Residence Inn by Marriott in the US, then you will defiantly feel the difference. As a member of the Marriott reward program, I would expect more from the hotel and the staff.

Excellent location. Really nice staff. The room is perfect for two people. Nice shower. Nice bed. Nice kitchen.

This was a nice stay overall, and a pleasant experience, but there’s another residence inn a few minutes walk away that’s better located and if you’re reading this review you’d be better off booking that one if it’s available!

Residence Inn hotels have always maintained a well-kept inage in the US. It is my first in UK and I am amazed at how well-maintained, stylish the unit was. It gave a homely feeling each time we return from a day of sightseeing.
