Impressed with the spacious rooms. The staff we came in to contact with were friendly and approachable. There was some noise from the road, which is to be expected, but overall a lovely nights stay and would definitely consider staying again in the future.

At an average of £80 per room for a large double, with easy parking (even if you don’t use their car park as parking is available free all around the hotel streets outside 10am to 2pm) it’s a bargain. Yes the rooms aren’t brand new but they have character and they are super clean and for £40 per person to step out with muswell hill on your door step and Hampstead and Highgate 8 mins Uber (£8) and Notting hill just 20 mins away (for example) it’s super convenient. If you want a base to visit places and you don’t want to pay £15 to £20 per day just on parking alone then you can’t beat it. Lived in London 25 years so I have a bit of experience with hotels. That’s not even going into the service the staff provide which quite a lot of people have commented on, they really are super helpful and super friendly. Thank you to all of you and we shall definitely come back next time we come back to London.

Hotel is clean, location is good and price is right for the facilities provided. Parking can be a bit difficult, especially if you come in for a late check in. People make the difference. When I checked in first on the 21st, I was greeted with a very stressed receptionist as I had a late check in. He was waiting desperately for his boss to approve his holiday, so I was just standing by. Needless to say, it was all made up by this young gentleman the next day... KAMAL. If it was not for this one person, who answered to all my needs, I would have had a bad experience. Like I say, people and thier customer service can solve the biggest of problems... So I extended my stay for one more night and had an issue with my room and within a minute, Kamal was there offering me another room. Hope the management recogniseas such service of thier employees who make all the difference during these difficult times.

Spent the night here in room 107 The front of house staff were very polite, friendly and very helpful. There is a cold fridge in reception selling cans of drinks which is also helpful. My room was a standard decent size with all amenities required. However they really should hire a cleaner who actually cleans, room was very dusty and bed sheets didn’t smell clean!! The bed was really creaky and took me a while to get comfortable, then around midnight there was what sounded like a bin lorry outside making SO much noise... I didn’t get much sleep Very outdated decor too but that’s okay if it’s clean and this place could do with a new cleaner.

Didn’t check in till 2am, it was a quick book as I was too tired to keep driving! Ali, the guy at reception was brilliant, kind, professional and a nice guy! The room was a bit tired, carpets, walls etc.. needs a freshen up for sure, but a decent place to spend a night! Many thanks to Ali again for helping me out!!

Friendly, efficient staff. Room was compact, but had every convenience. Very clean. Usual creaks of an old building. Next room was considerate so noise was minimal. Only gripe was awful shower head. Needs a clean, or renewing. Breakfast choice was excellent and these cheerful staff were very welcoming. Great value stopover.

A value hotel close to Alexandra Palace and 1 minute walk for Muswell Hill centre. Decor has improved over the last 2 years and some of the rooms have been upgraded. Reception is open 24/7 and the people on the desk are generally pretty friendly. The rooms are en suite and well kept. There are tea and coffee facilities in the room and often a couple of tasty biscuits as an arrival treat. The hotel is generally clean and well looked after. Breakfast is a mixture of cold buffet and a limited hot selection. A full English is available at extra cost. Generally pay £60 to £70 a stay which feels like excellent value.

Very nice and comfortable three stars hotel at reasonable prices. The hotel Staff welcomed me very warmly and kindly. If I needed help for orienting me in London, they were more than.happy to help me. Open day and night with a person always at your disposal. I strongly recommend this hotel to whoever look for a quiet and comfortable place surrounded by an amazing touch of green as a safe haven to relax after a stressful day spent to sightseeing a huge and crowded city such as London

Who cares about the rooms ? At breakfast you get to meet the most beautiful young lady I have “EVER” seen. Long dark hair and pale young beautiful skin, flawless smile. Great service very professional. Thanks Monica. I’d stay there everyday. That’s how I like my eggs 👌🙄🙈😍 Not forgetting the other lady who works every day she is very nice to. The rooms are okay really. You have tea,coffee, hair dryer, iron, TV separate bathroom just out side the door. I can’t fault this place. For what you pay it’s great. Okay the parking sucks but your in London people it sucks everywhere you go. Just wish I could talk this much in the breakfast room on Thursday and Friday morning 🙄😂 Will return in the future 👍

The night receptionist was great! Brought us a plate of food in the middle of the night because he knew we were hungry and nothing was open at that time! He did not have to do that... absolutely adorable!!!! Unfortunately, he was not at the reception at check out I wanted to say a big thanks and give him a tip! Was SOO surprised how kind he was :)

Really nice hotel at the top of Muswell Hill, small room but perfect for my needs. Iron and ironing board in room. Biscuit and a small chocolate! Good WiFi. Lots of nice places to eat nearby. Only downside is tube is 20 minute walk away, but plenty of buses.

The location is ideal, right in centre, its an old hotel, dated, though the room, beds and toilets were clean. Parking available round the back, ask at reception for a ticket. Pleasant staff

I recently stayed here for a couple of nights (in a single room) and have already booked to go back again. The hotel is a house converted into a hotel so the rooms are not your standard hotel rooms in size and shape but have a cosy homely feel. The bed was comfy and the room was ensuite. I like that fact is is fairly small, it means it's not as noisy or busy as most hotels I've stayed in in the past. The location is good, close to lots of local shops and restaurants and only a 5 min bus ride from the Tube (if you have a day travelcard use this for the bus too - I didn't realise that!) but also fairly quiet as you aren't in central London or on a busy road. The staff are very friendly and helpful and I love the fact you get free wifi and a cooked breakfast too all for such a good price. I was very happy with my stay here and now will use it whenever I come back to London and would happily recommend it to friends and family.

My stay at the Review was comfortable, quiet and reasonably priced. I stayed in a good sized room with air-conditioning. The complementary breakfast was decent.

The hotel is fine, but there is a pump in the bathroom that turns on every oud and it's pretty loud, also the shower has a very bad smell

Given 4 stars as although it isn't particularly luxurious or entirely quiet a stay (the doors slam shut at all times of day and night), it was fairly cheap for a London hotel, the staff are always friendly, helpful and professional (and accommodating) and it's in a great location.

Lovley little hotel in the heart of Muswell Hill. Great location. I stayed in the hight of summer and the room and were a bit on on the warm side but mobile airconditioning units are provided which help. Staff very helpful. Would stay here again.

(Translated) I really liked the staff at check-in. He explained everything with skill. There was room in the parking lot and we didn't want to leave London the next day after check out, just in the afternoon, but we could leave our car there, the accommodation was allowed, which was a huge help and very sympathetic. Breakfast was delicious! What I did not like was that there was no hair dryer and we found the room a little bit small, although we booked a spacious room. (Original) Nagyon tetszett, hogy a bejelentkezésnél kedves volt a személyzet. Mindent elmagyarázott készséggel. A parkolóban volt hely és másnap kijelentkezéskor még nem akartuk Londont elhagyni rögtön, csak délután, de ott hagyhattuk az autónkat, megengedte a szállás, ami óriási nagy segítség volt és nagyon szimpatikus. A reggeli finom volt! Ami nem tetszett, hogy nem volt hajszárító és picit kicsinek találtuk a szobát, pedig tágasat foglaltunk.
