I did enjoy this hotel. I had a spacious room with a view of High Street.
They had a US power adapter and a USB plug. Room came with an excellent shower and tub and roomy bathroom. Bed was very comfortable and I found my room to be very quiet. There was a sit down vanity that I do my hair and make up at, which I loved.

Beautiful sophisticated hotel. Great views over the park.

What a beautiful time I had with my love ❤ staying here a few weeks ago. We had a gorgeous room with an amazing view of the park. The high tea with great friends was a special moment. I got to play the piano. Thank you for that! The food was so fresh and the tea was magnificent. The breakfast the next morning was superb. The staff was super friendly. Our room was so cozy and spotless. Cannot wait to come back next year. A perfect time here. Highly recommend. Thank you so much and hope you all like the pictures. Happy Holidays! From Las Vegas, Michael

Lovely apartment, very clean with good 24hr concierge. Very central to museums, restaurants, Kensington Gdns etc. Parking is NCP nearby.

I had stayed here last summer with my daughter and had a wonderful experience, but unfortunately, not all of the staff are trained to treat their clients as valued customers. Our room had definitely seen some use since our prior years visit, though it was still a lovely space. The Concierge Staff is EXCELLENT, the Front desk staff, however, is hit or miss when it comes to client service. My husband was not impressed, though the location remains excellent, so they have that going for them.

Stayed here for work and it was a really pleasant stay. Great staff, great room, great view and great location. As it's a five star hotel I think some people are unfairly comparing it to places that cost 2/3+ times the amount. This place offers fantastic value and I look forward to staying again when in London.

Easy to get to, friendly staff, comfortable and quiet rooms. Can't ask for much more in a hotel. The gym is small but well equipped and the breakfast buffet had just about everything you could wish for. Highly recommended.

We stayed here for our anniversary in the Park Suite. Staff were lovely and even provided us with a complimentary champagne and chocolates. The view was amazing and the suite amenities were very nice. The bathroom had heated flooring and the entire suite has ceiling stereos so you could always hear the TV. Lots of space in the rooms. Would definitely stay here again.

The Royal Garden is a lovely hotel with a friendly and helpful staff. Our room had an excellent view overlooking the park, and was beautifully furnished. We had a buffet breakfast, which was delicious. Every staff member we dealt with had a smile and a chat in addition to being genuinely concerned with our satisfaction. I'd happily stay here again.

My wife and I have stayed in many luxury London hotels and were very happy at the Royal garden,
Rooms very adequate and extremely clean,
Professional staff , excellent breakfast.
The other plus is they have secure parking and is very convenient for all the attractions.
We certainly shall return.

This is an amazing hotel with amazing staff. We have been so well taken care of while we stayed there. The room was big, bright and we had an amazing view on Kensington Palace. The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom was spotless. Will definitely go back there and strongly recommend it to people.

Its closed but you can go to min jiang the chinese restaurant on the 10th floor.

Worked at the RGH on a conference. Staff on site & catering were outstanding. Facilities clean and welcoming. However the rooms were ice cold. Plus I would have likes to have seen greener products and more evidence of Eco business.

Excellent place to stay in London. Bus stop right outside the hotel that leads you to several key places, including the Victoria and Albert museum and British museum. Just 2-3 blocks away is Whole Foods and the High Kensington tube stop. The room itself was terrific (I would strongly suggest getting at least a superior size room, which is perfect for two people). Staff was great and helpful. No real complaints, except that you have to go outside the building in order to get to the gym. But the gym itself was excellent for a hotel, so it's worth the minor inconvenience. Overall, highly recommended. Definitely would stay here again!

Amazing staff!! The service could not have been better from booking with them direct, to reception staff, bar staff and restaurant staff. Really made my husband’s birthday with lots of extra special touches. Rooms and were lovely with amazing large windows and great views! Bed was sooo comfortable and rooms really quiet. We will not stay anywhere in else London now. Lights down service was a nice touch! You must stay here!

Lovely hotel, stayed with the whole family and it was great. Very friendly staff, lovely breakfasts. Kids enjoyed their complementary backpacks full of things to do and the scooters available to take round the park were a lovely touch! Close to lots of family friendly stuff too! Highly recommended.

Amazing hotel. Had room 1004 on tenth floor looking over Kensington Park. Wonderful staff and restaurant.
Local restaurants and bars opposite and perfectly location to explore Kensington Palace and Royal Albert Hall & memorial.
Great shopping right on Kensington.
Wonderful and look forward to stay again in the future. Thank you to all the staff.

We had a great stay here. The location is premium and gives great access to one of the best parts of London to visit, near tube services. Rooms are comfortable and of a good quality. This is not quite up there with the 5 star reception you can find in say Shanghai etc but it's perfectly pleasant and the location is the real draw. Service was great - everyone was universally helpful and nice. No complaints on that front.

Loved our stay at the Royal garden. The staff really made it feel special. The location is great and restaurant views over the park. Hoping to return for another visit soon

Nice hotel in a plush part of London. Our room wasn't ready until 3pm, there was a large influx of guests attending a wedding & it would appear we were just shoved to the back of the queue. In fairness to the reception team they made us a coffee you are we waited and service after this was generally very good but when you consider the cost of the room per night, you would expect nothing less. The standards of the rooms are excellent.

Atmosphere, staff and food
Fantastic afternoon tea, every bite was delicious
The staff were attententive but unobtrusive and our meal was excellently presented and discussed.
Loved the pianist too.
Would definetely come back.
Thank you for a wonderful afternoon
R. S.
Easy to use and well kept 5 stars for carpark attendant thanks
I. H.
Went for afternoon tea here, the service was incredible. Vast array of teas, the staff are very knowledgeable about the menu and thoroughly explained every component. My husband dropped his tea everywhere and the staff managed to reseat us immediately. Highly recommend this to everyone, best afternoon tea we have ever had. 10/10 would go again.

Great hotel with views of Kensington Gardens. Great location if you like Kensington and close to the underground. Service was friendly and attentive. Bed was comfortable and the pillows soft. Spacious rooms. Very modern.
We're here for second time. Just can't beat the tranquil view after the hustle and bustle of the city. Like an oasis. And morning walks in the park are really nice. Almost nowt about!

Staff are great and it’s a lovely hotel. However I wouldn’t say it’s 5 star - standard rooms were small, though nice and comfortable. Room service wasn’t particularly good value for money and arrived to us lukewarm. And the bathroom things like shampoo weren’t the best. But otherwise a great stay and the staff really were good and very helpful.
E. H.
Spacious rooms with a good location close to some of the main points of interest the room itself was basic however was adequate for our short stay. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly giving us a warm welcome into the property. Overall a lovely stay.
A. I.
Very nice hotel with an excellent location in Central London. Really helpful and professional check-in and check out staff. Restaurant band bar staff were always fully aware of your needs and did their best to meet them. Rooms could be a bit bigger but otherwise a very good hotel in Central London with good dining options.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in recent years. Rooms aren’t too spacious but there’s a certain charm and coziness that make up for the smaller space. Amazing breakfast and a great location. Highly recommended.
C. D.
The rooms are fantastic, the room service was amazing and breakfast was also absolutely delicious.
The staff are all very helpful and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. I had an issue with my room during my stay but it was dealt with is less than an hour.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend staying in this hotel.

I was here for a corporate Christmas party event in December and was quite impressed by the quality of the event. Level of service was very good and the food, especially the Welsh lamb, was excellent. The hotel room was very good, however I did seem to have a room for disabled guests, which I wasn't informed of. Overall, an excellent stay
A. E.
Nice hotel with a fantastic location. Room although a little dated is excellently appointed and a large size. Staff responded well to requests. Fairly good facilities. Overall a very good place to spend a few days in a beautiful area of London.

I love this hotel. It's very discreet and the room is always totally quiet. The bed and bedding are sumptious, spotlessly clean and a good night's sleep is guaranteed. Breakfast, yummy choice. Dinner, beautifully waited on and delicious. As a lone female shopping in London, l wouldn't stay anywhere else.
G. T.
Very good Chinese restaurant here.

5* luxury at it's best. This elegant hotel in the middle of Kensington offers comfortable rooms with all amenities. The dining facilities are bright and spacious. The food is delicious with nothing being too much trouble. Breakfast is pricey at £25, but it can be guaranteed that you won't go hungry - a choice of traditional English breakfast or Continental or a bit of both, with choice of cereals, breads and fruit readily available. Worth giving yourself a treat.
M. H.
Very nice location, being near the royal residents and all. Staff were very helpful and had everything I requested. Very clean and not much noise I heard which is always a plus considering the number of people in the hotel. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel if you are in need of a place to stay in Kensington.
L. S.
Just a few steps away from Kensington Park. We had a lovely stay here and the bar upstairs was very nice. The morning breakfast was perfect with tons of choices and the restaurant inside was decent. I loved the bath tub and the view from the room. There's a connected high end asian restaurant as well though we didn't try that. Would stay again!

Went for tea: a birthday treat... and superb. Couldn't fault the service. Not rushed at all (we were there for a couple of hours) and had plenty of time to enjoy the very tasty sandwiches and cakes. They must make the lightest scones in town.
A. N.
Magical, surreal, nostalgic. Beautiful decor with a relaxing sophisticated ambiance. Feels like you're in paradise with only goodness around you. It feels very sentimental and great for me as my dad was one of the founders of royal garden and was the management. Where he did a lot of good to people services were offered where good is done to people then. Such as paying and providing taxis for staff to go home at am times. Has a lovely atmosphere. Good value for money. Awesome facilities. Great location. Next to Hyde park gardens very close to the bus stop on the shopping parade. Efficient brilliant friendly staff, who respect your privacy. Cater for all kind of customers, whether it be the type of person, the way there dressed which ever outing it is tea, drinks or food it is welcomed and well catered for.

We had afternoon tea with our 4 year old daughter and my infant soon. While the ambiance was soothing (great live piano music) and quiet it felt like kids were not something they wanted there. I should mention they were absolutely never rude and provided a high chair and an activity pack. Just seems like maybe that's not their preference. Sandwiches were delicious and the cakes were beautiful. The scones were not to my taste but I'm by no means an expert. Did take quite a while to get our check but I suspect we ended our meal around when the restaurant was transitioning to a different kind of service. For a quiet tea with a decent people-watching view of the park I'd definitely recommend it.

Good vibes, good food, good views. Get the legendary duck!

What a fantastic two days. Most of the staff seemed to be foreign but can't they teach the Brits a thing or two! They were superb. Their command of the language was excellent and they were attentive without being pushy. Really made our stay. Breakfast was the best ever.
m. s.
Brilliant experience, the staff were excellent and accomodated our every need. Had a garden facing room with a beautiful view. Unfortunately our kettle was broken (swiftly replaced by staff) and there were minor details that prevented it from being a 5star review but on the whole would definitely recommend and would stay there again
S. W.
Great cocktails, ncp parking under ground for shows at the Royal Albert Hall. Always a sincere warm welcome and a great treat after or before we go to a show. Never stayed but always pop in for tea or drinks. A little pricey but well worth the experience.
K. K.
We had afternoon tea for a hen party. The table was booked for three hours and we were reminded of that after two and a half. The service was very slow so we didn't even finish our cakes. There were also several birthdays and each time they brought out cake, they played the birthday song. Amusing the first time, not so much the fifth time! The food was nice though.

Loved our stay at the Royal garden. The staff really made it feel special. The location is great and restaurant views over the park. Hoping to return for another visit soon

Harbour-View from our corner room in one of the top floors. The nice Rooftop Pool is worth a visit. The Hot-Tub was too hot in my opinion. Concierge Service always helpful and recommended us a very nice Chinese Restaurant across the street.

Wow!
A lovely hotel with staff that are friendly and helpful and even remember your name.
The rooms are a good size and the bathroom is large too.
Breakfast is wonderful. A huge range of fruit, and a big selection to choose from and that’s just the buffet. There is a menu too.
Room service is prompt and they even have Nasi Goreng on the menu, got to be one of my favourite dishes ever!
If you’ve lived or stayed in Singapore this hotel gives you that same friendly welcome and service you’d expect there.
An absolute treat to be staying here
Thank you x

Great hotel with an amazing location!
T. K.
The best and only place to stay in London. We absolutely adore this hotel. It feels like coming home. Despite being the largest independently owned five star hotel in London it feels so welcoming. The staff are amazing especially Joseph and nothing is too much trouble. Children are made a fuss of and everyone is treated as special. The hotel is in an awesome location with High Street Ken right outside the door. There are amazing views over Kensington Gardens especially if you have a ‘Garden Room’ and views from the awesome restaurant on the 10th floor are stunning. Parking underneath the hotel is a total bargain and a real bonus for those who want to drive in and out of London plus you are not within the congestion charge zone. We will never stay anywhere else.
M. S.
A fabulous hotel. Staff were brilliant. Room was comfy and spacious...really good breakfast... We had a great view from our 9th floor huge window....Will definitely return...
J. M.
We stayed here for a mix of business and pleasure and it's a luxurious hotel perfect for a weekend break. The staff are all excellent, efficient and friendly and the surroundings are perfect ~ the park on one side and, of course, Kensington High Street on your doorstep. I ate in the ground floor restaurant and the tenth floor Chinese and both served mouth-watering food. Overall ~ pricey but worth it for a special occasion!
C. C.
A fantastic hotel without any doubt. The food is very tasty and delicious with such a large variety that you can always find what suits you. The staff is very friendly and professional the rooms are clean and tidy, and the process of checking in and out was very efficient. Would recommend this place to anyone that visits London
C. R.
The hotel was in a wonderful location, close to bus stops and an Underground station. Great views from the restaurant on the 10th floor overlook Hyde Park and offer wonderful skylines of the city in the distance.
I think it was worth the slightly higher price over some offerings for the location of this hotel, and I was pleased with the look and the style of the room, modern, but comfortable.
The bed was one of the more comfortable ones during my stay in England and Ireland.
C. M.
Brilliant hotel with great staff. Our room overlooked the gardens with great views to the west end.
On arrival we were met at reception by Charli who was very welcoming.
We ate in the hotel twice and on both occasions it was really excellent.
Many Thanks
A. W.
Friendly staff and a well appointed hotel in a lovely location. Large family room, but no separate sleeping areas for adults and children. Activity backpack for the children was a nice touch
G. M.
Staff new the local history. Rooms were modern yet a comfort feel. All mod cons for hotel rooms. Easy access wifi and easy parking. Food it high up there with every flavour bursting out.
D.
Great location, good service!
A bus stop is just few steps away. Convenient store, pharmacy, cafes..etc are within walking distance.
Hotel is clean, quick check in and check out.

Great place to stay, quite spacious and clean rooms, best continental restaurants, well trained staffs...you may got value of money. I had been there in 1991 and decade later. The palace of late Lady Dina is near by.
R. B.
Very welcoming and helpful staff. Great quality of food at an amazing price. Would have 5 stars but the bed in our room was tiny.
R. R.
This hotel is very nice to have a function they set up the room well and the waiters are very helpful and professional. There is a separate function room so that guests are not disturbed it is accessed by lifts which can take guests to their rooms if function guests are staying.
c. c.
By far the best hotel I've stayed in! The atmosphere was top notch without the usual stuffiness expected from a 5 star hotel. The room was wonderful, view over the park was stunning. A wonderful hotel that we will be staying with again as our first choice London hotel from here on in.
M. O.
Absolutely fantastic. First rate location, panoramic view over Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park, London icons, service, staff, wine but of course the best part, the food!!!! Simply the best in a very long time. Brilliant evening and complete and utter satisfaction.
V. S.
Building is a little ugly but located well. Function rooms in the basement are dated. In general the hotel could do with a refresh. On the plus side the staff i found to be helpful and they bar cozy and well stocked.
A. R.
Great location at Kensington Palace/Hyde Park. Excellent staff and service. Tired old rooms seemingly from the 90's that need updating. Small by North American standards but reasonable size for London. Good buffet breakfast especially on weekends.
J.
Went there for a conference & network. Very clean and professional atmosphere. Conference room was okay. Snacks provided by the hotel were decent, and staff were friendly. Location is convenient.
D. L. S.
Wonderful reception from front staff. Amazing room and overlooking the park as well. Cannot wait for dinner in the terrace restaurant. We know it's good.
S. G.
Excellent afternoon tea served by friendly staff in pleasant surroundings - although prebooked window seat not honoured because "they were busy". Good choice of food with champagne & strawberries as an aperitif. Cost £140 for 3 persons including gratuity.
P. W.
Absolutely beautiful place with fantastic food. I had the Peking duck which was brilliantly presented. Also very good coffee
C. M.
I have been lucky enough to stay in a number of 5 star hotels around the world all thanks to my job and I see Royal Garden as one of the best yet.
I was really impressed with the friendliness of the staff. They really couldn't have made us feel more welcome. I'm usually in hotels for business but this time I was in holiday mode with my wife so I was able to enjoy the surrounding area of Kensington. Which was fantastic. And Kensington Palace was just a stunning site.
I really enjoyed my time at Royal Garden and I hope to be back in the near future!

My favorite hotel in London
excellent hospitality ♥️
its not the first time i stayed in Royal Garden.
comfy bed , beautiful room view #hydepark garden
will visit it again without thinking.

The staff were lovely but we had a lot of issues with accessibility. To get to the mezinine level we had to go up in one lift, then down another. In theory wouldn't be too bad but this involved walking across the length of the hotel once up on the high level, then going through multiple heavy fire doors that had no push to open buttons. It was their idea of access for those with mobility issues but it really wasn't accessible. As the person walking and not in the chair, I had to get the doors for my partner and I pulled multiple muscles and twisted joints just opening these doors, they were painfully heavy. It also didn't help that the lift from the mezinine to the bar (up a few steps) also broke so my partner was unable to go to the toilet during the day unless they went back up, then down, then up another lift to pee. I am hard of hearing and I really struggled in the meeting to hear. There was no hearing loop, despite this being an easy thing to place (especially for such a fancy hotel), and I had to struggle through the day with lip reading and speakers who were new to repeating back questions etc. If it weren't for these things it would have been a wonderful day. But unfortunately these soured it a bit, and a lot of them could have been very easy fixes.

We came to Royal Garden Hotel due to my Birthday to visit Shard and other nice places. Well one thing I will never forget about this Hotel that we paid 300£ + we did get put to a basic 3* room then after getting into real room we been said that you payed discounted price so why you are complaining...
M. K.
Stayed 5 nights from Feb. 19th, 2017 to 24th and had wonderful time.
We arrived early in the morning and yet hotel gave us our room after a short wait. Professional and friendly staff. Near to everywhere I needed to go. Breakfast at Park Terrace was outstanding. (It can get crowded so be early.) A special 'Thank You' to Nimfa. You truly made us feel like we were at home.
M. C.
Very convenient location right in the heart of Kensington. Kensington Gardens and adjacent Hyde Park are great for walking, relaxing or bike riding. Hotel is surrounded by many different dining options as well as several close Tube stops for easy public transport anywhere. The staff was friendly and efficient and the room very comfortable.
J. F.
We had an amazing weekend here with our 2 year old son. Staff are very friendly, the food and room service was excellent bringing hot milk up for our little one at a cost of course.. There are plenty of restaurants about as well.
J. H.
Excellent Chinese meal at the hotel's Min Jiang restaurant.
J. L.
Wow. The location is incredible. Being right next to the parks and gardens I really enjoyed running in the morning and then having breakfast. Breakfast was fantastic! Definitely the best continental I have ever had.
H. P.
Only used the NCP car park, which is located at the hotel
V.
Completed my work experience in this hotel and I am amazed by how nice, friendly and caring the members of staff are and how wonderful this hotel is as well as its standards !! I will never forget this experience, would definitely recommend it, especially in planning to make an event there.
T. M.
We stayed at that hotel for 2 nights at the beginning of the month. It is an ideal place with a good location. The traffic connections are very good. We were always greeted by name with a warm welcome. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and really friendly.
C. Y. P.
Great view of Kensington High Street. Attentive staff.
Was pleasently surprised that they have Penhaligon's Quercus toiletries. Really love the spacious bathroom. House keeping staff made the effort to be friendly and asked if we had special requests. Our toddler made such a mess after we had room service meals but the staff cleaned up so well that you couldn't even tell.
The front desk staff even presented our toddler with a beautiful teddy bear.
Buffet breakfast had quite the spread. Whether you're a health nut or are ready to indulge, you'll be covered.
Close proximity to the underground, shops, and attractions. Best of all, it's right next to Kensington Gardens!
C. G.
The food was good at the restaurant (Park Terrace) but the portions were quite small - I was still relatively hungry after a 3-course meal. The location was easy to find and close to a tube station and many black cabs pass on that road, even at night.
P. V.
Excellent service. The staff is very attentive and the rooms are really nice. This is my second stay and I'll absolutely be back.
J. W.
I stayed at this hotel last week on a trip to London and took advantage of the 'stay 3 nights pay for 2 offer' through the hotel website. I booked one of the hotel's garden rooms and had outstanding views over Kensington Palace looking over towards the new Shard building. Breakfast each day was outstanding - one of the best I've had whilst staying in the capital with numerous international choices. In terms value the Royal Garden was much cheaper than many of the 5 star hotels in London which I've stayed at.
G. E.
Wonderful afternoon tea service. Choice of 5 different teas, with desserts and sandwiches. The service can last as long as 3 hours, so it was definitely worth the price paid.
A. #.
Great hotel, good service and very close to Kensington Palace, as well as many of the other London attractions. Well appointed rooms though the room service charges are rediculous. Minus one star for the sheer gual of charging 20 quid for continental breakfast. Walk down the street and buy yourself something from whole foods.
A. K.
A brilliant place, go there every time I go to London. The food is incredible and everything is so clean! Even though it costs less, it's better than the Lanesborough by a mile. - mostly because of the food, but hey, it's still better!
S. L.
Was only there for a short spell for a formal event. The place was clean, well decorated and a very nice venue. The staff were friendly though the wait staff didn't seem to be very experienced as they kept getting things wrong.
Y. L.
This Exclusive 5 Star Hotel, offers an excellent service from Point of entry to time of exit! Friendly Door staff, and a very confortable waiting lounge area.
The Chinese restaurant on the Skyline Top floor, is equally as Good.
with a Nice warm welcome at reception and good tasty food.. Bit costly for the portions they give though.
The location of this hotel is perfect for hiring their function suites. Easy access to nearby tube stations, and frequent running buses.

Extremely clean, nice breakfast place, flawless crew, nice view to the park from the room and the dimensions of the room are okay as opposed to other hotels in London.
A. N.
Worth watching out for a deal . Breakfast a real treat. Rooms a bit small as per usual in city. Adjacent night club popular with the wanna be wags crowd. Service excellent.
S. A.
Good location and very welcoming helpful staff. Underground is short walking distance. The room is small in 5 stars hotel
D. B.
I think this is a gem of a restaurant .The chef is so caring when it comes to allergies like lactose intolerance. The staff are so pleasant and kind. They go above and beyond to make your experience the best.
N. R. (.
I attended a Christmas ball here and the venue was absolutely perfect for the occasion. It's could easily accommodate around 300 guests with seating for dinner, a stage and a dance floor.
J. W.
Absolutely beautiful hotel, the food was wonderful. The staff where professional and very polite. The location, well what could be better?!!!
S. J.
I believe that every once in awhile, you come across a destination that raise the bar.The Royal Garden indeed has raised the bar on service, to what 5 star service really means. For myself and my fianceé it means getting extra attention from the concierge Greg.
S. S.
Nice luxury hotel. Excellent Chinese restaurant on 10th floor. Rooms and decor are clean, but dated and in need of a refresh.
P. N.
Elegant, restrained and comfortable. Warm and generous staff that go the extra mile. Spacious rooms that have great views on or off the park. Food is superb.
B. K.
Great location, lovely room with views over the park. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.
I. K.
Perfect place with a great views - to the rushing city or to the Kendington gardens. Modern hotel, and wonderfull restaurant on the top floor. You can go up just to have a glass of coctail. What is more, they serve sooo tasty non alcoholic coctails. And nice, that it do not cost to much. As i remember, it was 6-7£ for 1 glass. Higly reccomending. If You in London, U must try this.
M. M.
First class service with very nice rooms. Try the Afternoon tea as a treat for your selves. Breakfast is also very good.
J. m.
Very expensive but very nice hotel. I ate at the brunch style buffet once and felt if was not worth the price. The rest of the time we went to other places for food as this place was way too expensive.
a.
Great hotel with great restaurants within.
Great sized rooms and room service.
Close proximity to tube, shopping and Kensington palace, as Hyde park.
Walk a bit further and you'll find yourself in Queensway too.
E. B.
Absolutely amazing. Great location and amazing services. You get vouchers for 10 pounds a person if you book directly with the hotel
S. L.
We had a fabulous tea at the Park Terrace Restaurant at The Royal Garden. Fluffy scones, gorgeous views, wonderful sandwiches and perfect cakes. Follow me on Google+ to read more Afternoon Tea reviews.
C. L.
Went for a professional event held at the hotel. Food was good - event was organised by the Overseas Singaporean Unit so it might have been specially catered for. Would stay in the hotel if I were visiting London for sure.
G. H.
Love the Piano bar
S. L.
Fantastic hotel rooms in a great location with 5 star service. The Chinese restaurant is one of the finest in all of London. Booking is highly recommended.
R. W.
Just used the car park, blimey that was a tight squeeze, dont use it if you havent got a fiat 500. Ended up shredding a tyre and scuffing an alloy and was being so careful 🙁 booking online was good though to reserve the car park 🙂
V. S.
Function hall was decent. Only gripes were the extremely poor staff at the bar with absolutely no training. Other wise it'd be a 4 star.
D. F.
Very nice service. The queen rooms are very very small, breackfast could be improved, one morning there were no availible tables and we had to eat outside
M. H.
Service was a bit slow because we were a big group tucked away into the corner but other than that the food was nice and the atmosphere was good. Nice that they have a kids menu as well.

Good & clean rooms but small. Good service, good food, good staffs & very accessible to convenients stores, starbucks coffee just in front & restaurants along d hotel. Good place to stay
A. E.
Lovely hotel - smallest beds I have ever slept in. Rolled over during the night and fell out of bed. Fortunately, the twin bed saved my fall so didn’t hit the floor!
D. V.
One of the best hotels in London, expensive but it's worth the money, amazing staff ensuring you are totally cared for. Me and my wife always come back to this hotel when we are in London.
a.
Great location, amazing service and great facilities. Had a lovely time attending a Christmas Party, would definitely recommend this place as it's close to some amazing shopping streets and great public transport to West End.

Great hotel, right by some amazing sights and the good and of Hyde park. Lovely staff and good food too. Very quiet with good glazing.
H. E.
This is a wonderful hotel. Stay one night with my husband and children. The service was impeccable and the children were thoroughly spoilt. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
J. C.
A really nice restaurant within the hotel. Impeccable service and the staff are attentive without being intrusive. Middle of the road cist wise and worth every penny. Wine is expensive.
M. B.
Nice hotel in a great location. Rooms are spacious and modern. Would definitely recommend to anybody looking for a high end hotel in the area.
G. Z.
Great food, great location. They really need to upgrade and renew rooms and a be more flexible and provide a wider range and category of rooms.
A. A. M.
Nice lobby but the rooms are outdated and not reach to a 5 star hotel. Rooms are small and the breakfast have all what u need.
C. C.
Just the right amount of staff attention. Sometimes a place this nice can overwhelm you with customer service. This place nailed it! Amazing service without being up in your knickers. Loved it!
م. ا. ل.
Best hotel in Kensington.. good prices with 5 star service, one of the things I liked is the lifts, super fast and quick no waiting, staff also helpful and very friendly, housekeeping very professional,, I Wish I could give this hotel 10 stars 👍

Really enjoyed the stay, the suites we stayed in had a wonderful view of Kensington Gardens and a great location as well. Will definitely stay here again.

Nice modern hotel with large rooms. Just five minutes walk from the Hight Street Kensington tube station. It's a bit expensive but if you manage to find a good deal then it's worth it.
F. B.
Luxury Hotel, with great location on Kensington high street. Has car park and large event venues. Rooms on the eastern/ northern side have amazing views of Kensington park and Palace.
M. K.
Nice hotel, although parking is with an NCP which it seems is part of the hotel, and so convenience is the key here, walking out from the car park to the hotel reception is literally just a few meters only, but it's expensive so not a surprise, 3-4hours is around £30.
A. M.
Great hotel rooms, very hospitable staff and a fantastic location right next to Hyde Park, plenty of great restaurants nearby.
I. J.
Very beautiful hotel, but when I did seen the price near £200 just for a night, has made my return to the entrance door, unfortunately.
K. D.
One of the best hotels in London. Great views of the park. The garden rooms are worth the cost.
J. K. H.
We had a lovely evening at a function here recently. The food was very good and the service impeccable. Parking at the NCP attached was expensive but usual for central London.
H. S.
Small room but OK for London, good location, very clean, good house-keeping, breakfast could be significantly improved
M. F.
We travel to London at least once a year and always close to the Kensington Gardens or Hyde Park. This is one of the the closest from the park. Location of this hotel is peaceful in our point of view.
M. F.

A very friendly and welcoming hotel, I would definately stay here again. The food was fantastic and had lovely views of Kensington
A. C.
Love the beds, extremely comfortable, and I am quite picky usually. Expectedly a bit pricey for an european, but considering it's London we can live with it :)
n.
I only used the car park as I was watching a show at the RAH. Car park going down was very very windy. You have to go down at a very slow pace. If you have a 4x4 like me it makes it even harder
L. R.
A lovely hotel, but every time I have been the food at The Park Terrace restaurant takes ages to arrive.
G. T.
Courteous staff, excellent room service, great location with bus stop directly outside the hotel, good restaurants across the street

The staff were lovely but we had a lot of issues with accessibility. To get to the mezinine level we had to go up in one lift, then down another. In theory wouldn't be too bad but this involved walking across the length of the hotel once up …
J. P.
Great place for conferences! Staff is helpful... Sometimes!
C. C. C.
Great location and friendly staff. Room a bit dusty ... small. Views of Hyde Park.
V. S.
Function hall was decent. Only gripes were the extremely poor staff at the bar with absolutely no training. Other wise it'd be a 4 star.

Great hotel, good service and very close to Kensington Palace, as well as many of the other London attractions. Well appointed rooms though the room service charges are rediculous.
