A. Y.Superb location. We had a very comfortable stay at the Royal Park Hotel. Bed was very comfortable and bathroom excellent also. Not currently doing housekeeping (at least for short stays) but you are free to top up tea/coffee/milk supplies from the front desk. Excellent value for money.
A. B.I almost cancelled the reservation because of some reviews here. Super glad that I didn’t! The room was perfect and clean ideal for a short stay. The staff is very very friendly and made the stay even more pleasant. The only thing I‘d suggest - adding shelfs in the bathroom..
C. L.For some days in London a very good place to stay. Very friendly employees. The negative point was the noise, the walls are very thin and you hear neighbours talking ad walking. Renovated and very comfortable beds. Small bedroom but fine for some nights. Unfortunately in the bathroom were still some toothpaste rests from others. But the shower was extremely clean and new. Very good that there was heating.
The employees are very receptive and kind. Thank you for the stay.

ר. ש.The staff was absolutely amazing, they were very kind and helpful with everything we needed. The location is also incredible, being walking distance from both queensway and bayswater, giving it access to the central line, district lina and circle line to navigate the underground with ease.
There are a few disadvantages- the rooms are fairly small (smaller than they looked in the pictures for sure) and while they weren't dirty, they also weren't sparkling clean either. The hotel also don't have an elevator, so walking up the stairs could be a pain after a long day, but it was never a dealbreaker for us.

H.Nothing special about the hotel tbh, booked last minute so there wasn’t much else left, pretty good location for what we needed, room was a little small(door hit the bed as you opened it) and only window was in the bathroom so it felt a little claustrophobic, had to put key card in a holder to get lights to work what took a minute to work out, didn’t realise you had to pay a £50 deposit when you arrived

A. C.My partner and I have stayed in a few london hotels. It makes life easier after a shw, rather than painstakingly trying to get home late at night to stay overnight and then get a nice breakfast in the morning to round off our trip.
This time, after watching Magic Goes Wromg (fantastic show by the way), we stayed in the OYO Royal Park Hotel in Bayswater. We just wanted something cheap to rest our heads as the hotels closer to the theatre were extremely expensive (£200 a night for me is expensive).
The hotel forewarned us that there was maintenance going on at the hotel so we were prepared for some loudness. However, surprisingly, there wasn't any. There was a little drilling at around 3:30 but other than that nothing. We was expecting to be woken up at 9 on Sunday so that was a pleasant surprise.
On first look, the hotel looked nice, presentable and clean. The front desk lady was polite and friendly and we were able to check in early. Bonus!
Our room was nice, we got the deluxe double room. Albeit, small for what I was expecting but nothing to complain about. It was clean, decorated nicely, coffee amenities available and a working TV. I've stayed at bigger more expensive places and had a terrible time. The TV also connects to Netflix and Amazon Prime and YouTube which I personally have never had in a hotel but was great. More hotels should have this touch. The bed was super comfortable, quite high off the ground but the bedding was clean and soft, the pillows fluffy, I had a great sleep.
The bathroom was nice, again it was clean and decorated nicely. A bit plain but again, I wont complain about that. Shower worked fine and plenty of hot water. The towels were lovely as well, they were soft and fluffy and not like hard cardboard like I have experienced else where.
The hallway was nice, it wasnt grubby.
The only niggly thing I would point out was that the plastic container holding the information kept falling off the wall. I would recommend gorilla double sided sticky tape to make sure this doesnt fall off again.
My partner also didnt feel comfortable about leaving his ID at the front of desk (we didnt have £10 cash) to use the haiddryer. Albeit, he understands why this is done, probably due to nasty people trying to steal them so it's not a massive negative but parting with ID is always an uncomfortable feeling.
Also, our shower door was a bit stiff but nothing major to complain about.
Be forewarned that if you are coming back to the hotel late, the hotel will lock the front door so you will need to ring the bell.
Overall, I really liked this hotel. Like I've said, we've stayed in more expensive hotels and had a bad experience but I have to say that out of all my stays in london, this hotel has been the best, best value for money and best comfortable. Thanks for an awesome time. I would recommend this place.

I. M. V. H.(Translated) Great value for money, especially if you are Brazilian and cannot bow to the absurd prices charged in pounds sterling.
It is a nice 3 star hotel and very well located, close to at least 3 subway stations. The bed is excellent, as is the reception service, especially from Cristina. The weak point is the bathroom box, very cramped, and the noise that comes from neighboring rooms and corridors. As it's all wood, every step sounds like a beat that yes, you can hear it and it might bother you if you wake up later. The rest of the complaints are pure mimimi, the hotel delivers what you pay for. If you want everything impeccable, wonderful, perfect, go to the Sheraton or similar.
Very quiet area with several restaurants, markets and shops close by. Would go back without thinking twice.

Ótimo custo benefício, especialmente se você é brasileiro e não pode se curvar aos absurdos preços cobrados em libras esterlinas.
Trata-se de um 3 estrelas simpático e super bem localizado, perto de pelo menos 3 estações de metrô. A cama é excelente, assim como o atendimento da recepção, em especial da Cristina. O ponto fraco é o box do banheiro, bem apertado, e o barulho que vem dos quartos vizinhos e corredores. Como é tudo de madeira, todos os passos soam como batidas que sim, dá pra ouvir e pode te incomodar se vc for acordar mais tarde. O resto das reclamações é puro mimimi, o hotel entrega o que se paga. Se quer tudo impecável, maravilhoso, perfeito, vá ao Sheraton ou similar.
Área muito tranquila com vários restaurantes, mercados e lojas por perto. Voltaria sem pensar 2x.

Muy bonito, práctico y limpio. La zona ideal y muy cerquita de la estación de metro. Las habitaciones algo pequeñas pero para dormir suficiente. Por cierto la cama súper cómoda y el baño muy sencillo y reformado con ducha.El personal del hotel súper encantadores. Ll recomiendo 100%

The room had a private bathroom which is rare in many London hotels. It was very clean on arrival, the only downside is that the room was not cleaned in the five days we stayed at the hotel.
But I would definitely repeat, comfortable bed and nice staff

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, fuimos a muchos lugares emblemáticos a pie lo que nos permitió descubrir otros espacios.
La habitación constaba de baño privado algo que escasea en muchos hoteles de Londres. Estaba muy limpio a la llegada, la única pega es que no limpiaron la habitación en los cinco días que estuvimos en el hotel.
Pero sin duda repetiría, cama cómoda y personal agradable
