Positive points first: Location is superb, staff very friendly, room temp is excellent, kettle, coffee and tea provided. Negative points: room too small especially the shower cabin and toilet, basic facilities, stairs too high with no lift. Summary: the place is ideal if you are looking for cost effective warm accommodation within the centre of London.

The Rushmore is a fantastic hotel, I stayed here for a night as I had an interview and the staff were brilliant, very helpful and even gave me an iron to use. Not only is the location and value for money excellent...The rooms are also extremely clean, free hot drinks, the receptionists and cleaners are lovely, always greet you with a smile. Next time I am in London I’ll be staying at the Rushmore hotel!!

A special thanks to the Lady at reception! We had booked via lastminute.com but they had not past the booking to the hotel and left us stranded. The Rushmore was able to accommodate us for an evening whilst we arranged new accommodation. The prices are very reasonable for a city centre hotel.

I really like this hotel. The rooms are good, spacious and comfortable. You can watch some movies on netflix and drink tea or coffee. The price for one night is low in comparison to other hotels. Customer service is great. Polish lady on the reception is very sweet and smily. Always polite and easy to talk to. I would highly recommend this place.

Nice little hotel, nothing fancy - you get what you pay. The room was old fashioned but large enough and clean. Bathroom was a bit small, but the shower was nice and hot. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great for a short visit, particularly for solo travellers

I recently stayed here while I was in London. Location: The hotel is a few steps away from the Earls Court tube station, which is very convenient. Perfect for anyone looking to explore London. Plus close to some really nice pubs, souvenir shops, and Boots. The street that the hotel is gorgeous! Hotel: The receptionist was very nice and recongized me every time I came through the door. Keys had to picked up/dropped at the reception. The lobby is kind of small, but had a lovely welcoming feeling. They would have cold water and mints on the desk for anyone to help themselves to. Breakfast is located downstairs in a nice greenhouse like building that let the sunshine in. The Room: I got a standard en suite, which was nicely decorated with a 1700/1800's theme.. very lovely. The room and bathroom were a bit smaller, but that is expected with a vintage hotel and I did not mind. It was just hard to shower sometimes. Breakfast was simple, but there were lots of options to choose from to fill up on. There was cheese, meats, chocolate chip bread, croissants, yogurt, fruit, cereal, toast, tea, and coffee. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here and I will definitely be back!

The hotel is really central. In Kensington. It is next to a tube station but in a really silent street. The hotel is old, not gonna lie. The decorations are also a bit old fashion. We spent two nights.the first one was perfect. The second one we had neighbors (the typical neighbors that at 11 in the night they arrive in their room and start making noise). We heard all what they said and we could hear their steeps in our own room... Weird. Good that i always have ears stoppers and we coyld sleep. The isolation of the rooms should be waaaaaaay better.

Very nice hotel, located very close to Earl's Court tube station. Highly recommend for someone new to London, you can board the Picadilly line at Heathrow and get off a block from your hotel. It lowers the stress of arriving and finding your way around significantly. Lots of food options, pubs, grocers, etc nearby. I don't understand people who complain about the rooms being small. You're in London. You should be out enjoying yourself. The rooms are plenty nice and clean, staff are very friendly.

The hotel itself was fairly basic and could be quite loud. But, I found the bed to be very comfortable and the location was really good for food places and the Earl’s Court tube stop

Breakfast was not exactly extensive but for the price more than adequate. Staff was helpful and friendly. The only drawbacks were that the beds felt a bit hard and stiff, and that the wall between our room and the next room was thin and so you could hear them talking in the other room. Ontbijt was niet bepaald uitgebreid maar voor de prijs meer dan voldoende. Personeel was behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Ook is het handig dat Earl's Court metrostation om de hoek ligt samen met vele restaurantjes en bars. De enige nadelen waren dat de bedden een beetje hard en stug aanvoelden, en dat de muur tussen onze kamer en de volgende kamer dun was en dus kon je ze in de andere kamer horen praten. Ik kan dit hotel voor een korte 2/3 daagse citytrip zeker aanraden vanwege de locatie, echter voor langere verblijven zal dit niet mijn eerste keuze zijn.

Wir hatten das zimmer zur strassen Seite, wurden von der strassen Lärm nicht gestört! WLAN ist gratis, TV ist auch auf Zimmer war aber nicht relevant für uns! Das zimmer wird täglich gereinigt die Handtücher werden auch gewächselt! Wir hatten mit Frühstück gebucht, war immer genug da und es wurde immer wieder nachgefüllt, genug für alle da! Das Personal ist nett und immer bemüht 👍 Etwas muss ich hier noch sagen zum zimmer sagen :"BAD"...ich weiß nicht wie es in die andere Zimmer aussieht aber wir hatten ein echt kleines Bad, die dusche war wirklich klein man hat wirklich nicht viel Platz drin gehabt , also wer da Platzangst hat ...dann wird das zum Problem! Bei uns wiegt der schwerste 70 KG also sind im Norm Bereich aber mehr dürfte nicht drauf haben dann wird es zum Problem in die dusche rein zu kommen😕 Ansonsten ist das hotel voll ok auch vom preis her!

Die Federbetten jedoch waren sehr sauber, aber durchgelegen. Frühstück - Zum Start in den Tag in Ordnung, nichts aussergewöhnliches. Wurst und Käse ohne Kühlung. Angebot im Buffet(Auswahl): 3x Käse, 2x Wurst, Eier (Hartgekocht), Marmelade und Konfitüre, Erdnussbutter und Nutella, Müsli, Obst, Süße Teilchen. Alles in allem für einen Kurztrip in Ordnung. Leider gibt es keinen Lift und nur sehr enge Treppen...für Handgepäck o.k. größere Koffer eher schwierig.
