T. M.I didn't mean to stay here. The area is very nice and the street is quite although you can easily flag a taxi. The hotel is in a wonderfully quiet and peaceful street, no noise from anything despite our windows looking out into the street, it was very restful. You make my stay memorable Thank you.

T. M.The small details that has been taken care of shows how owner and ***agment are treating their clients. Black marbled surfaces worked well with the White floors and furnishings and kept in tune with the vintage theme of the building and rooms. Slightly high in price but you are paying for the location.
T. M.The flooring looked as though it was unfinished and was somewhat harsh on the feet. For those arriving from Gatwick Airport, Victoria Station and the Gatwick Express is an easy walk away. For a private intimate night away it is much to be recommended but would be a little bit lacking for busy business people.

The hotel is full of character, each room completely individual - we booked two deluxe rooms and one suite, each one had a different theme. Great breakfast - we took advantage of breakfast in our room to enjoy the whole stay. Would absolutely recommend. Can't wait to stay again.

J. E.A beautiful boutique hotel. The decor is so opulent and the staff incredible. I would have given this a 5 star rating except for the fact that the alcohol licence had expired so no nightcap available. I would definitely highly recommend this despite that fact.
E. C.Well, I want to highlight the attentiveness of the staff, especially Rafaela and the guy whose name I didn't ask who came twice that night to help us with a lamp that didn't work and a question about the shower.
Otherwise, it was my first time in a 5-star hotel, and it was acceptable. The fact that the bathtub in the room didn't work detracted significantly, as I had booked it largely because of that, even though I was notified before entering the room.
I was able to check in at 11:30, which is worth mentioning, considering it's at 3:00.

R. N.A small hotel, it was a large house that had been renovated. The rooms were decorated in the 1920s. Very tasteful. The staff was very friendly and attentive.

Y. S.Charming boutique hotel in the heart of Chelsea. Close to restaurants, shopping, and everything you may possibly need. Stylish, clean, with its own character. And amazing rooftop terrace. Great place to escape for a couple of days. The owners are Italians and have few more properties in Puglia, so I just can't wait to go and check that out.

M. A.Decided to try a new hotel in London for a change. All I have to say is amazing!!!! The owners are Italian, from Puglia and the Italian influence is very evident. Staff are lovely and the room we stayed in was amazing. Breakfast was cooked to perfection and Benedetto was a pleasure, he could not do enough for us. Definitely will be going back

M. M.I stayed for 1 night as a last minute birthday treat. I had one of their junior suites.
This place does not have a restaurant, so you mainly rely on room service, which was quite pricey. The room had a minibar and complimentary but no tea/coffee making facilities - usually come as standard in 5* hotels?
The room was clean and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. And it is in a very convenient location.
T. M.I can safely say this is a really good hotel, I cannot say however it is outstanding. We found the location excellent for what we wanted to do. Always a bonus in cities like London. Lots of good food and great shopping nearby. The bathroom had a bath and shower which was perfect.

The bar/room/breakfast tariffs all come without VAT which comes as a shock when you add it to the already high prices.
T. M.We chose the San Domenico House as it is very convenient for Sloan Square which is where we needed to be on this occasion. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The value for money was supreme. The location is wonderful. Our room was on the 2nd floor and although giving to the main street not very noise.

Very convenient to Sloan Square an on a major bus and taxi route so always good transport options. I have already recommended this hotel to a colleague at work.
