The room itself is ok. Nothing special. The bed was actually extremely comfortable and I had a great sleep. Toilet is tiny and cramped and the shower was absolute tiny. I could barely fit in it. Overall its an ok place to stay for a few days in Chelsea but you definitely are paying for the location and not much else. Hotel also has 2 parking slots and they are 50 a night. Make sure you check with them if the spot is available in advance as they are usually taken.

For the sake of this view I should state that I stayed in a Club room (307) and bought it through a deal. The staff at the front desk very friendly however I had to prompt them about breakfast and dining options from the Cote. The dining options from the Cote is avaliable but limited to 6 mains + steaks. A variety of breakfast and drink options are also avaliable but these all carry a £5 delivery charge. It's a very handy option as the nights I stayed (Wenesday/Thursday in October) it was impossible to get a table in either restaurant next to the hotel. I did not try the breakfast so I can't provide feedback, instead I had the crisps which provided in the room. The minibar was well stocked in my room, a nespresso machine was provided however it stated I could have asked for a kettle if required. The size of the room was very good, I particularly enjoy the bench seat by the window. However I felt that the storage in the wardrobe was small and could have benefited from more shelving. The bathroom was a good size and was clean. The towels were also very thick and absorbant. The drawback I could find with my room was the door, there were gaps on all 4 sides which allowed noise and light in. It was particularly bad at the bottom which I had to use a towel to cover. This did nothing to muffle the sound so I was awakened by staff using maintenance door just outside my room. The other issue I found was the window was only single glazed, this wasn't so much of an issue as the noise was minimal. But I feel it would be a good step forward for the hotel if they are charging such a premium. I checked the price of my room a couple of nights before my stay to find it was priced at £720 (including a continental breakfast). Personally I see the price point is more for the location rather than the quality of the hotel. I can't see any other hotel being able to rival the location. The hotel does provide a lounge which is accessed from the lobby however this is only open Friday-Sunday in the afternoons. I would stay there again, however I doubt I would pay the full amount.

The hotel was clean, very comfortable beds, it had a nice bathtub, with great toiletries, quiet room. We had a twin room facing the church. Extremely nice staff, Silvia, Sabrina, Ivan, Carlo and Milena. Fantastic location. The underground just across the street. They gave us directions to anywhere we wanted to go. Within walking distance to Buckingham Palace, Mews, Harrods. Nice restaurant, good food. The staff even assisted with our luggage outside to the Uber. We thought it was a great value. And we are pretty picky!!!!

Nice place with reasonable ambience, and the restaurant below is not too bad at all. I don't know what the bedrooms are like, but I've been to a couple of functions here which were fine, as you'd expect. I experienced friendly and professional staff. Proper, without being snobby. Someone else picked up the function £ bill, so I cannot comment on the £ value for money, other than in the restaurant, which was quite good food at a quite reasonable £ price for London.

Get it for the location (and the fancy/fun elevator where the mirror is lined with book spines)! Expensive and small, but definitely fancy! Excellent location. Friend and I walked to Harrods within 16 minutes. Close to bus and tube station. The bed was amazing! View was so-so, but the pillow and bed, which took up most of the room, were so comfortable! *Be warned about the breakfast. If you buy online somewhere, make sure the breakfast included deal includes everyone staying in your room. My friend booked and it included breakfast for her but not for me. Bottom line: expensive, but similar to booking a hotel room in Manhattan or the heart of Paris.

Just stayed one night at this well located hotel on Sloane Square. Decent service, pleasant staff and reasonable rooms in a nice neighbourhood. We were upgraded to a larger 'Club Room', which was very pleasant. The hotel is not necessarily what I'd describe as a Design hotel, although there were touches of clever and tongue in cheek decor about the place (the painting of the unmade bed by the lift in the lobby). But the Club room we had on the 4th floor (room 402) had the most gorgeous window seat looking out over Sloane Square. The bathroom was huge and had both a deep roll top bath (which easily fit two!) and a shower, which could have been larger. They have a odd blue light in the shower and water pressure and temperature left a little to be desired, plus there is little storage in the bathroom, which is annoying given it's size. The bed was very comfy, the linens fresh and soft and the view, as I've mentioned was great. The service was discreet but helpful and turn down in the evenings brought us hot chocolate (although no kettle or milk to make it with) and a smile. We'll definitely go back if we need to be in the area again. Would be interested to know what their smaller rooms are like.

We stayed 1 night 14/9. It was excellent. The room, the staff everything. Super location. Close to Victoria, Knightsbridge an easy walk. Super shops nearby and a very buzzy atmosphere. Bonus having cote restaurant next door. Short walk to Cadogan Hall where we were going for a concert. Highly recommend. Pricey but worth the treat.

Well located. I was given a rather small room. Not cheap, but what is in this area? I noticed that if one books directly, the rate is considerably higher than on a hotel booking website. I found the attitude of the front desk staff to be slightly condescending and "superior". La Cote restaurant is located within the same building which is a blessing.

Gorgeous hotel located in a beautiful part of London. 1 minute from Sloane square underground. Rooms were small but very nice. You do need to watch The shins in the side of the beds. Bathrooms were nice and the shower was lovely and strong. Rooms have Nespresso machines in the which is a nice touch. The French Brasserie attached downstairs serves wonderful food for breakfast and dinner.

Brilliant central location. Upon arrival I was upgraded to a superior room. It had fantastic views over Sloane Square. It's situated yards from Cadogan Hall.The noise pollution was fairly quiet. The reception happily and conveniently looked after my luggage after check out.

The location was perfect and overall a good hotel. Safe and the right amenities for a few days in London for our honeymoon. Staff downstairs and on the phone were very polite. Upgraded our room and we had a great view. Small rooms, but that’s expected in London. We stayed in August and they were renovating the lobby, which was not an issue. We even bought the cute Teddy on our bed. Barista was not as friendly as staff. Pretty coffee/common room. The reason I have to give 3 stars is because the carpets were not very clean. In our room, there was a line of dirt/filth between the baseboard and carpet. It did not bother my husband, but I have severe allergies. Not sure if they have been replaced or thoroughly cleaned in some time. Still smelled of smoke in parts. I had to take Benadryl every time we were in the hotel. If the hotel updates its carpets, it would be an easy five stars. However, as an allergy suffer, it was very difficult to stay in.

I slept in a small double room facing Sloane Square.really only big enough for one or maybe two children. Everything was comfortable but the shower was so small and dangerous, I barely could get into it.Very good staff and surprisingly quiet but all on the small size.

Nice and cozy boutique hotel at Sloane Square. Rooms are small, even for London, and can be sometimes very expensive. For the same price you get a suite at the Chelsea Harbour Hotel, just 2 miles away. Walking distance to the tube station and great location for shopping.

Was looking for a less expensive option than our favorite Haymarket Hotel. This place fit the bill. It is beautiful, clean, the staff were great. The rooms were much smaller, but it was still a very nice hotel. I highly suggest the supreme double for kids, that was a huge room. We ate just next door for breakfast and it was reasonable and great food. The one in the hotel is a set menu, and we didn't really need that much food. I love that it is just across the street from the tube and that it is right by the best shopping in London, Kings Rd!!!! Beware of bar on the corner!! Very chic, very pricy!!!

I would say I was somewhat disappointed by the stay, The good points were: Front desk smile and have basic customer service Restaurant ran by Cote so reasonably priced Good location (stone throw from Sloane Square station and Duke of York Square Market) Bad points were: Décor is just above average Not well sound proofed, sounded like a party on our floor as next room was chatting and laughing loudly by the door After complaining, happened again the following night so clearly the staff did not care even though I had to be up at 5am. In room dining was quite bland (definitely order salt and pepper and sauce) Conclusion, I have stayed at many hotels and would say this is more of a high 3 start hotel rather than 4. If you were just coming in to stay for a night and needed to be near a station then it would be ideal. Definitely not on the league of a 5 star as there is a lack of attention to detail especially customer experience.

The Sloane Square hotel is perfect if you're off to the theatre, the Royal Court is just a few steps away. The hotel itself is a lovely place to stay with nicely appointed rooms (Try your best to get a room overlooking the Square) and discrete but friendly staff. Outside, Sloane Square at night time is absolutely enchanting, with lights in the Tree canopy. Delightful

Pretty small rooms, you need to pay extra for the internet. The receptionist was trying to convince me to order diner from home delivery instead of Chelsea Brasserie which is downstairs, saying it would take too long, home delivery is only 40 mins. I placed my order at her, but then she did not tell me for quite some time that they did not have the food what I ordered. Chelsea Brasserie brought the dish I ordered in 20 mins or so.
