The managers and staff are all very nice and helpful: they accommodated me in a room that was very similar to the picture I saw in the booking process! And assistance is assured 24/7 either in person or by phone: special thanks for night receptionists Morgan and Armadeuz. Cleaning is done daily and as a result, the room and ensuite toilet, are always tidy and clean. People in my room are very respectful of others: so, even in a 12 bed dorm, it's always quiet, night and day. There are also many enough big lockers under the beds. Kitchen and dining room are spacious and often cleaned. You can find there also some weirdos hanging around, but I guess this is pretty normal after such a bad period for the pandemic.

Pros: Location, early check in, price, and staff were pretty blasé but nice. Cons: WiFi was slow, a bit too dirty/loud with a full room (expected things in a hostel), always full lobby area, most of the people in my room were locals or from other parts of England, or pretty old(strange?).

The hostel is very well priced. The dorms are very good. The toilets and showers are good and cleaned regularly. The hostel is a Hyde Park away from Science Museum, Natural History Museum, and V&A Museum. It is such a wonderfull location. I highly recommend for a two weeks stays. The breakfast is cheap and well served. The comunal kitchen is small but does it job. The comunal areas are enough to spend quick rearhsall before or after a day of London's explorations museums. CERTAINLY a must stay to budget travellers and backpackers. Well served of lockers. And the laundry did well, washing and drying.

1. Air con and Toilet fan are too dirty. Lots of dusts. I got really sick. I have serious Bone pain, and left after 5 days. I spent 1 month in nature, sunshine and clean place to totally recover. 2. Corridor has no fresh air. Please add window and air conditioner. Thank you very much to cleaner ladies who clean them every early Morning and Afternoon. Please make air conditioner in corridor, fresh air for the cleaning ladies. 3. Room is cheap, clean and good for people who really urgently need to stay in Central London. But NOT for long term. Central London has no air. Unless you are ultra rich, live in fancy super high rise. 4. Payment people on official website and reception are very good and helpful.

If you're looking for a cheap place to stay in London for a day or two, this could be an option. I would suggest opting for 6 bed dorms or lower since the bigger ones can get quite congested and the bathrooms are harder to maintain due to more people using it. There's a kitchen but I found it really difficult to use because it's so crowded all the time. The location is quite good and well connected. The staff are really helpful.

The price is fine for the beds , but the group of ladies I had to share with, knew each other and fight between them, if you get a room make sure you ask for one that doesn’t have the window on the side of the front of the road, because there are some really nice tables to eat outside, but I caught some men’s keep locking inside the room. Also, there was someone at the other side of the wall of my bed doing awkward sounds for 4 continuing days, which was super strange, and uncomfortable. The place is quite so is nice if you have headaches to rest in piece, but people sometimes can get drunk and you know you might will face with a drunker outside in the middle of the night around 3am doing screams and stuff that won’t let you sleep, a bit warning. But above all people in the hostal seem to be in a good chill, and they all seemed in the need of knowing each other’s life’s . I didn’t eat in but I am sure that they have good food for the smell coming out of the downstairs kitchen.

All stairs, no lift...😕 honestly doesn't feel hygienic even though you kinda see staff hoovering ect but there's dust on beds and bed frames, also pretty sure I've not seen the cleaners change the duvet cover sheets (when other customers leave) once since my stay here began. Breakfast is ok considering it's free, fresh bread and milk is put out along with 2 choices of cereal. Not bad, not good...

We stayed at the hostel for 4 days and had a really great time! Nice staff, perfect location, good hygiene and outstanding service! The rooms are cleaned daily, the bathrooms are pretty small but very clean and breakfast is simple, vegan options are provided (thanks!). We had an issue in our room and the staff upgraded us to a single room immediately! The people at the front desk were very friendly and helped if we had questions. We would recommend that you bring your own towel since they aren't provided and make sure to book a room with an amount of people you can handle! We'd love to come back again!

While I am really liking this hostel, there are a few things I would change, such as the noise the lockers make (really, they could wake someone up), the length of the beds (I barely fit in here) and the bathroom is too small. However, I do think that hostels are a good place to stay if you are traveling solo and if you want to meet people.

I stayed about 9 days for under 200 usd. The location and price can not be beat. You are always in zone 1 of the subway. If you get this place at a good price it is totally worth it. The water was hot. The place was clean although more fans in the room would be good. The wifi was strong. We met some interesting locals there as well as travelers. The fridge was full but I still used it and my stuff was never messed with. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The beds are small and it's best to buy the lockers for space.

Amazing experience, great location and the staff were amazing especially Mr Ali was extremely helpful. I checked in late night, around 1:30 am and I need extra pillow to put something underneath my head due to severe pains. He then had given me 2 additional bedsheets as he had not extra pillow. It worked well and I slept fine. Many thanks to Mr Ali. And, in terms of breakfast which is affordable, only £2 and It's really worthy. I am really happy staying that hostel, definitely will return to the place when I visit London.

This hostel is located a short walking distance from Hyde Park, and within about ten minutes walk of Paddington Station. The quality of sleep let’s down the hostel. Rooms lack adequate storage for luggage, have poor ventilation & heating. This made me concerned about the security of my luggage, so I ended up having to pay extra for use of the luggage store. Showers where clean, but poorly maintained, water pressure and temperature was variable during the morning rush. The free breakfast is a bonus, but prepare for long queues and slow self service set up. The team work hard to keep the tables clear. If they invested in better toasters and a service counter I’d be prepared to pay extra. A security deposit is required for each person staying. This hostel is not great for those with mobility or accessible facility needs.

Rooms are alright, but beds very short. Our washroom/toilet was not heated/insulated, so it was quite cold in the mornings (in contrast to our room). There's a lot of drunk people, tramps and people smoking weed outside, which makes it quite uncomfortable to have the window open.

The hostel does not organize community activities or pub-crawls in comparison to other hostels I have stayed like Zostels and Generator.

Booked a twin room it was clean and comfortable that's all you can really ask for the ensuite was a great addition. My issue lies in the fact it took nearly 40 minutes to check in and was a process of waiting around to be called up this needs sorting. Lastly it wasn't an issue for us but note this is a big hostel and some rooms are very high up which may be an issue with people with limited mobility as there is no lift.

I stayed here for a bit while in transit in London, It was quite a decent place to stay,clean sheets,neat rooms. There is a kitchen where you can cooks,microwave and do your dishes. You can also make use of the microwave to warm your food. There is also a common area that can double as a work station. Wifi is very fast ! I enjoyed staying here and it saved me a lot of money.

Really cheap place in the center of London. They have all the necessary stuff for living: bed, shower, kitchen. There are a lot of shops and restaurants and fast-food around. The cool park, metro/bus stations are nearby. But: 1) There is too much people for the small kitchen and too small refrigerator also; 2) They close kitchen and dining room at morning, so you can't go in these public zones from 8 until 10 am to have a breakfast if you didn't buy the hostel's breakfast (which is not cool, unfortunately). You can ask kitchen staff to let you in though, but it's kind of exception they can do (or not); 3) They don't make a bed :c 4) Check-out at 10 am. To sum up, you will take all the necessary things with some issues, but the hostel's location is really cool and their prices are cheap. So it's 4, I guess. But this kind of hostels only for "hearty travelers" :)

Check in was supposed to be at 14h, I arrived at around 18h but was told that there were no bed sheets and that I should come back later. I had a long travel behind me and wanted to sleep. I had to wait until 19h30 in the hotel lobby until I got sheets. I informed the staff that I would be waiting in the lobby, 3 m away from them, but they did not come over when the sheets were ready. I asked them again at 19h30 and was given the sheets. I found this overall very bad service and this is not what I expected. I could understand this if I had arrived before 14h, but not 4 hours after check-in time.

Friendly staff, beds alright. Good if you need a place to sleep near a tube station to get around town and nothing too fancy. Bayswater (Circle & District Line) just a short walk away. Stayed for two nights to attend a music festival and were totally satisfied.

The staff are very friendly, intelligent, multi lingual and gave been so helpful. This hostel is a genuine and safe place, with friendly multi national guests who are from a diverse array of back grounds and experiences. I have been so comfy here, and have been able to stash my valuable items in a lockable locker in my room. (Note bring a padlock with you. I bought one down the street in Kensington for 9 pounds). I also reccomend asking the front desk for two pillows, as one pillow wasn't enough for me.)

A normal Hostel, can't believe they will ask you money for everything, 10 per deposit, 1,50 per lockers which are down the beds, 2,00 if you want to store your luggage there, you feel like if you are being cheated. Located right by the north-west corner of Hyde Park in Kensington, very close to two underground stations. Very clean. Tiny rooms with tiny, but still practical showers. Privacy curtains by beds are a great idea. Lockers available for a small fee. Nice breakfast.

Even if it's a really big hostel it was still quite nice. The common areas are big and well decorated, but there's no cozy lounge with sofas. Our room was big but there wasn't enough space for luggage, and the three stories bed were a little scary; each bed has courtains and an electric plug. It's REALLY close to two different underground station, and the neighbourhood is good, very lively and with lots of pubs, supermarkets and places to eat.

Well, a good thing with hostels is to keep your expectations low, and this one does the job alright. It's dependable, you get breakfast (though its only cereal and toast) and the WiFi is fast. Good enough for me. Wish people didn't snore as much though, but you can't blame the staff for that.

If you on a budget travel , you can stay here . My room is 6 bed mix dorm . The space isn't big , and the bed is not high enough . So I have to be careful when I want to get up . Because I might hit my head . I'm 156 cm . I don't know if other rooms have this problem or not . But everytime when I taking a shower , the light always turn off automatically. And it piss me off , because it turn off every 3~5 minutes . But they have a small kitchen . Has microwave and stove in it . And I think they provide breakfast ,but you have to pay for it . By the way ,someone will come to clean your bathroom and floor every day.

This hostel features those awesome beds with the three walls and a thick curtain across one side. There are no charge points though which I found really disappointing. Wifi did not work in the dorm and worked a little in the common area. The showers were acceptable and overall we liked this hostel.

Although the breakfast it's only bread + jelly, Nutella, etc. This Hostel is a great option for staying at London. They have secure spaces for the belongings of each person per bead that you can Rent for £1.5/ night. The only bad thing I can say is the rooms are so hot during the night.

I was very satisfied with my stay here! For the price you get what you need. A bed to sleep in and a shower to use and not much more. It's very compact inside and this goes with the rooms and bathrooms as well. There's not much room to maneuver around in so don't plan on spending much time inside. If you are looking for a place to sleep and nothing more, I can recommend this hotel. The location makes it even better with multiple tube connections nearby!

Really nice hostel with clean beds and bathrooms, the rooms are quite small considering the fact that 4 people share 1 room. Each individual is provided with a new sleeping bed sheets and pillow covers. The place is located in Central London with a variety of restaurants and food options to try, including Halal ones. However, the downside to it is that it could be difficult to find do to the fact that most of the buildings look really similar in that area in London.

It is pretty safe, nice location next to the Hyde park, the metro is super close, most of the landmarks and reachable by foot ( if you don't mind walking, big ben 45min I think) Couple of groceries store around, the place is clean, cheap breakfast option ( bread, cereal, juice, coffee and tea), basic kitchen, but good enough for everything, only down side is: there's no way to keep your extra, beds are ok-comfy, lack of storage place in the room, you can store your smaller bag under the bed ( at extra charge )

The best thing about the hostel is its location! Its in a very nice area and close to not 1 but 2 metro stations and to one of the biggest green parks in London - Hyde park! But it has many disadvantages one of which is the extremely tiny size of the rooms! I was in a room with 9 beds and all of them were occupied....i almost suffocated myself during the night cuz of the poor ventilation my room had!
