Clean and simple accomodations, nice modern decoration - no frills but no real issues either. A bit of a walk to the nearest underground station. Bed was comfortable, though a rather heavy duvet for summer in London. No noticeable noise despite being in a room facing the road, which was good. Very small shower which I think anyone would find a bit uncomfortable. Blackout curtains not the best, so bring a sleep mask if early light bothers you. Minimal storage space in the rooms. Helpful and friendly staff.

Great atmosphere easy to access lovely view and easy to navigate around the bridge, once in the bridge you have great view of some of londonds historical buildings. Make your you plan your travel in advance to avoid attending when theres protest going on as it can consume some time and you will not be allowed on the bridge. Overall i will recommend you visiting west minister bridge as its once of londons greatest places you need to see

Clean basic hotel. Room is tiny, and very hot. The bed is low and hard with thin pillows. The bathroom is small with a shower I couldn't get in and a toilet that didn't flush properly. Breakfast is toast and cereal which was disappointing. If your looking for a basic bed for the night this hotel will fit the bill, if you want anything more go somewhere else.

Warm welcome on arrival. Room with ensuite was very clean, presentable and warm. Tea and coffee making facilities too. Breakfast was a little disappointing as it was cereal, ham, cheese and toast with either juice, or a hot drink. For the money I paid it was good value, I think I expected breakfast to be more continental. Highly recommended

Good for the price but gently lacking! No frills, friendly staff, very basic breakfast but pretty good. 12 minutes walk to the nearest tube and close to Camden town and market. The TV in our room was connected to power but nothing else! The safe doesn't work so it is just a paperweight! The pillows were so small and the room came with no spares ( ask and ye shall receive, they kindly provided more bad pillows which made it slightly better).

It's got a bed, which is comfortable enough and a small bathroom good enough to have a quick shower or such. Basic room for basic needs if you're just doing a quick stopover it's not bad. Location is alright with tube stations 10 minutes away or buses outside available. If you're a light sleeper or not used to city traffic it might be a little loud for you. Otherwise no real complaints.

An odd one - inexpensive with a massive bed, more like an en-suite hostel than anything else. Would stay again, but would hope to be able to cool the rooms a little.

It's an okish hotel. The main problem for me was that it was really hot inside, I don't know why. The weather was +24 during the day and +9 during the night, but I had to sleep with a window open and no blanket on. Some tiny things like no place to put toiletries on in the shower, or a huge kettle that you need to fill with a tiny cup since it doesn't fit the sink. Otherwise the rest is fine, there was a mini fridge, lots if TV channels, good wifi, everything is clean. Breakfast isn't very exciting, bread to toast, jams, juice, cornflakes.

Me and my colleague stayed there for two nights. When we came to check in we were greeted by a very polite gentleman. He struggled to find our booking though and we had to repeat our names 4 or 5 times. Maybe it was because he was confused the booking wasn't showing, not sure. We finally got two rooms. In terms of extras, they offer quite a lot. There was a kettle with tea & coffee, hair dryer, fan (came in really handy during a hot evening), shower gels, soaps. There was even a fridge and a safe. Never seen a safe before in a hotel room. The room itself was average. It didn't feel "polished" enough. Especially the bathroom, I think it needs renovating a bit. The toilet flush was a bit broken, but luckily it still worked. I have to say the mattress was super comfortable though, had a wonderful sleep. When we came back to the rooms for the second time my room card didn't work. I was given a replacement two of three times but none of those worked. The receptionist then came with me with a whole bunch of cards and still no luck. I then waited at the reception whilst he went again, he managed to open the room and instead of giving me a card that worked he just kept the door open with a bin, so anyone could have come in to my room between him coming down to the reception to tell me and me going up. I think for the price it's a decent enough room, it was mainly the card not working that affected the number of stars.

The room was very nice. Plenty of space, clean, well furnished and decorated. There was even a small fridge and a safe, which no hotel in that price range ever has, in my experience. My only criticism of the room was the door, which would get sucked open by the vacuum effect every time someone opened the door in the hall way. We kept it locked, but the noise of it banging in the night woke us a few times. This might have just been a problem with ours, I don't know. The staff were friendly and helpful in our limitied interaction with them. The continental breakfast provided wasn't amazing compared to most places, but it wasn't bad. We'd stay there again.

Where do I begin? I bet you know right before booking that this wouldn't be the best stay in the world, which is only fair. The hotel looks uninviting from the outside. The display that has their name on is broken, and the little garden that leads to the staircase is badly maintained. The staff speaks English, obviously, but they're no natives. I was greeted by a woman, she was nice, but not very talkative. Don't expect a warm welcome. I'm not much of a chatter anyway, so it was fine. The room itself was small, outdated, somewhat broken, but clean. The tiles on the bathroom floor were cracked and there was mold visible on the shower door. The first thing I always do is check the sheets. I'm a bit paranoid, but dirty sheets are a huge trigger for me. There were some hair visible that weren't mine, but aside from that it was pretty clean. The towels smelled fresh, which was nice! There's a complimentary soap and shampoo bottle in the bathroom for you, and on the desk you'll find tea and coffee. Television is available. Also, there's a safe in the open closet, and a mini fridge. The location is what worth the price, seeing as it's only a fifteen minute walk from the heart of Camden Town. Would I go here again? Probably. Just don't have too high expectations.

Lovely Lithuanian receptionist was very polite and keen to help. Decor very dated and sad. Cracked bathroom tiles, mildew all over the sealant, shower plug doesn't drain right so I had to rush the shower (pressure and heat were immense though). Simple and basic but did the job. Despite being on the ground floor and renovations going on, I had a really quiet night thankfully. Quilt was very thin... There was a hair dryer though - bonus. Look, it was £70 for the night, in London. You get what you pay for. I needed somewhere to sleep. I slept. Job done.

I received a Luke warm reception upon entering by a member of staff who seemed reluctant to engage with me, and wasn't very helpful when there was some confusion about paying the bill. The room itself was ok, the bed was decent but the pillows were very thin and soft. The bathroom was a bit of a let down. The toilet was crammed into a space so small I had to take the toilet roll off the holder to be able to sit down. The shower dribbled water over the taps (the showerhead appeared to be broken) and you had to stand, rather awkwardly, over the taps to actually get wet. It's worth noting that the hotel is situated right on a main road, whilst this provides some convenience, it was also quite noisy during the night.

The Corner House consistently offers one of the cheaper hotel rooms in London. The rooms are en suite, they're clean and the Reception desk is always staffed. Breakfast is simple -instant coffee, tea, fruit juice, cereal and do it yourself toast- but available for two hours and the eating area is clean. The best thing is that the hotel is within 20 minutes' walk of stations on the Piccadilly line, the Northern line, Kings Cross and London Overground as well as on a number of bus routes. There's a garage and shop about 100m down the road if you run out of anything, if you like a lot of hot drinks buy milk and tea etc. there there's a fridge, kettle and safe in each room.

Ansonst eignet sich das Hotel gut, um einen Platz zum Übernachten zu finden und die nächste Bushaltestelle ist direkt in der Nähe. Frühstück hatten wir nicht.
