M. C.Great hotel near London Bridge station. Lovely rooms with a small kitchen and separate bedroom with a comftable bed. Breakfast is excellent and you can grab a coffee on the go. Walking distance from the station, Tower Bridge, and a Borough Market.
B. H. S.Quite nice hotel, well designed rooms with all the amenities you could want. Had a pleasant stay with our two children (4 and 8 yrs old). Excellent lobby with good place to relax. Only downsides are that the rooms are quite cramped, and the cleaning was just okay as the main carpet hasn't been cleaned. Hotel also doesn't clean on weekends unless you ask them to 24h in advance. Location is quite good in Bermondsey street with it's collection of great cafes and bars, all just a quick walk to London Bridge. All in all; would certainly recommend this hotel!
A. W.Greeting staff need a little improvement. However, room was excellent. Although walkways are effectively open to the elements, once you walk into the room it is like a self contained flat. Spacious, clean and well maintained. We stayed with our grandson and he loved it. Nice location as well. ! (£50 security deposit is taken in check in which we were not made aware of but I understand why so just be aware). I would happily recommend and will probably use again!
L. V.Very good services, big rooms and very clean, decent price. Nice interiors with very interesting design ideas. A perfect place for small families. Situated in a very good and beautiful artistic area of London, close to the train station but on a quiet street. Friendly and very helpful staff. I am sure that we will choose to stay there times in the future.
A. T.Suit was not spacious, but staff was incredibly helpful. I mean everyone was very helpful. Place was very clean, lounge area small, but cozy with big TV and Nintendo switch. Breakfast was good not too big, just perfect not to get lost with food variation. Laundry room was a good plus. Hotel was in quiet neighborhood, not far from train station and underground. I recommend and i definitely coming back.

The breakfast spread is not too bad. The toiletries are basic, there are not bathrobes.
The space is great, the staff are very helpful and friendly.
10min walk to London Bridge station and 25 min walk to Tower Hill station. There are loads of food options around the hotel.
J. H.We had a family room to sleep 4. Rooms were very nice and also had two bathrooms which is always good. The only issue to report is that the side we were on was the noisy side next to some bars and it was hot weather so was slightly annoying. This would easily be solved by having the doors but the AC had not been on and it was very hot and stuffy for a good few hours after we checked in. Iv wouldn't imagine many people would suffer with this usually so it's only minor. Good sound insulation otherwise. One other point to mention, it self catering, great, but not many shops closer by so food selection was extremely limited.
D. B.Great location. Very modern and well fitted out. Very good curtains and sound insulation meant the room was dark and quiet even overlooking the street at the front of the building. Bed quite soft and comfortable. The layout of the "two doubles" room is a little unusual with the two beds in the same room and the foots of the beds almost touching.
j. b.Great apart-hotel in southwark. It is surrounded by many bars and restaurants and is about a 10-15 minute walk to the London bridge station and borough market. The mattress was pretty comfortable and the lighting in the bathroom is awesome for applying makeup. The room I stayed in (510) doesn't have a work/dining area ( a small table w/2 chairs)as advertised and the cleaning staff didn't sweep or vacuum my room even though there were paint flake on the floor. The headboard is right next to the oven/microwave, so the light from the clock shine in your eyes at night unless you use the kitchen towel to cover it. With all that said I would definitely stay here again the location is great and the staff is attentive.
V. K.Compact, efficient rooms perfect for a family. The front lobby was a comfortable space to chat with friends and the front desk staff were the best! It was an easy quick walk to Tower Bridge. We really enjoyed Vinegar Yards for funky shopping and eating.

Situated on one of the coolest streets in London, in one of the smartest locations in London, the suites offer a great place to stay if you are after something different. Very clean and well presented on the inside, the rooms are well-equipped. I stayed from Fri to Sun and was able to enjoy a short walk to the Shard for lunch on Sat and to one of the many local pubs on the Sun. great spot!
T. T.We stayed here for a few days this past July and absolutely loved the location, the quality of the rooms, and most importantly the very helpful and polite staff. No matter the time there was always someone to not only answer any questions about the city we had, but to go above and beyond to make sure we knew where we were going and how. Staying here made our trip to London so much easier than expected.
z. s.Beautiful place to stay in London, and tucked down a street. Everything you need, coffee pod machine was a nice touch, altho we only ended up having 1 each as it took so long to get a drink from. Bed was so comfy I could of laid in it all day, close to lots of restaurants so didn't have to walk for long to find a lovely place to eat. Breakfast in the morning was a little weird, it's very small, so finding somewhere to sit was a little awkward, then the food was a bit weird, sausages, beans, boiled eggs (?) And pancakes. That was it for hot breakfast, no bacon, and who has boiled eggs? There was a toaster, muffins, pastries, and meats and cheeses(?) Again that's a bit weird. But there was enough to eat and toppings for the toast, but I would recommend, it was a lovely place, which welcomes children and pets.

E. K.I lived here for a month and it was the best stay in a residence hotel in my experience. First, they are pet friendly and I had my cat with me who also was very comfortable with the stay and very very welcomed. Second, they have everything you need at hand (gym, laundry room, common living room, breakfasts, fully equipped kitchen, etc) as well as an amazing personnel working here always ready to help: Denise, Olesya, Angel are the best! The area is very nice and quite, however plenty of good restaurants are nearby. Easy transport links by bus and with a little walk also tube. I would definately recommend it to my friends!
M. H.The location is perfect, the space of the rooms is huge, but it feels that could be cleaner and a show a bit more care. Good that they have a laundry room so if you come for a while you can get yourself sorted.

M. C.While it's a little off the beaten path (had to bus to the tube station) the neighborhood was great. MUST TRY: José restaurant is 2 blocks away and had amazing tapas, especially the Jamon Iberico!
Everything in the room was great with one small exception. The bed/bathroom layout could be improved. The pillow on my bed was about 12 inches from the bathroom door. Not great when sharing the room.

The suite was perfect to me, not too small at all!
A living and kitchen area, equipped with a fridge, oven and dishwasher plus a nespresso coffee machine.
We had a sofa bed and large double bed in the suite and the sofa bed is literally the most comfortable I've ever slept on. There is a TV in both the bedroom and living room, which worked well as we both wanted to watch different things!
Downstairs is a lounge area with comfy chairs, including a padded rocking chair with reading lamp, a flat screen TV and Nintendo switch. Free tea, coffee and hot chocolate is available to guests, plus a selection of snacks of drinks to purchase.
In the basement is a gym and aundry room.
The staff were amazing, couldn't help us enough. In particular Denise was an absolute delight, lovely friendly and helpful and seemed genuinely excited it was my sons 15th birthday in the morning of our stay!
The breakfast was absolutely perfect, some hot food and a large choice of continental foods and drinks.
We had a lovely time and actually spent the evening in the hotel instead of going out again.
Its only a 5 minute walk from London station (if you're coming from a zone 1 station, I would advise you get on/off at London Bridge NOT Burmondsey Station. It's an easier and quicker walk and Burmondsey station is actually Zone 2, so will cost more.
From Westminster avoiding the underground the bus stop outside St. Thomas A&E (bus C10) takes you straight to Burmondsey Road and the hotel is literally 1-2 minutes walk round the first corner on your left of the stop.
There are a fair amount of shops, particularly coffee shops, within a 2 min walk of the hotel so it is a really good location.
I would 100% stay here again, I can't think of a negative at this point.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, posizione molto comoda perché a pochi passi dal tower bridge e dalla stazione dei metro/tre i london brigde. la camera è piccola se si conta di utilizzarla in 4 e si vuole usare anche l'angolo cottura, l'ideale sarebbe per 2. La pulizia è nella media. La colazione non è troppo fornita ma é facile trovare qualcosa che può piacere. Personale gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Se dovessi tornare a Londra ci tornerei!

The downsides are that the hotel has common areas like the outdoor corridors and in the room we died of cold, for the second night the reception provided us with an electric heater with which the situation has clearly improved. We were given a room for the handicapped, having the knee-high sinks was a comfort for us.

Ci è piaciuta la posizione, in una bella via e vicinissimo a london bridge e al market. l'hotel è pulito, soprattutto per gli standard londinesi. Buona dimensione della stanza con cucina ben organizzata 2 televisori ecc... molto comodo il letto.
I lati negativi sono che l'hotel ha gli spazi comuni come i corridoi all'aperto e in camera siamo morti di freddo, per la seconda notte la reception ci ha fornito una stufa elettrica con cui la situazione è nettamente migliorata. Ci è stata data una camera per portatori di handicap, avere i lavandini ad altezza ginocchio con era per noi un comfort.

Ottima posizione, albergo bello moderno ed efficiente, personale gentile, un addetto anche italiano, lavanderia molto utile, camere/ appartamenti complete di tutto, bel quartiere pieno di vita. Hanno un cantiere davanti ma iniziano i lavori dalle 8.30 e non da fastidio. Non è sulla strada e quindi non si sente il rumore del traffico. Da lì a piedi si va in 10 minuti sul tamigi e Tower Bridge e il nuovo quartiere London More. Bellissimo

For the negative: lack of seriousness of the cleaning ladies (trash bins left on the ground - emptied nevertheless - coffee pods and toilet paper left empty, recovery of a room access card, floors not cleaned during our stay), lack storage and soundproofing at the front door of the bedroom, especially since the bed is just behind.
On the positive side: the insulation of the walls and ceilings was very good. The kitchen is super well equipped (oven, dishwasher, numerous utensils) as well as the bedroom. Good stay, very responsive and pleasant reception staff. The decor is very current and rich. Quite to our liking. And the hotel facilities are top notch: a laundry room with 4 clothes dryers and 4 washing machines for free use. A beautiful recent and well-equipped gym. We will come back!

On recommande cet appart hôtel. Dans l'ensemble un séjour très positif.
Pour le négatif : manque de sérieux des femmes de ménage (bacs poubelle laissé au sol -vidés néanmoins- dosettes café et papier toilettes laissés vide, reprise d'une carte d'accès à la chambre, sols non nettoyés pendant notre séjour), manque de rangements et d'isolation phonique au niveau de la porte d'entrée de la chambre, surtout que le lit est juste derrière.
Pour le positif : l'isolation des murs et plafonds était très bien. La cuisine est super bien équipée (four, lave vaisselle, ustensiles en nombre) ainsi que la chambre. Bon séjour, personnel d'accueil très réactif et agréable. La déco est très actuelle et riche. Tout à fait à notre goût. Et les équipements de l'hôtel sont top: une buanderie avec 4 sèches linges et 4 machine à laver utilisation libre et gratuite. Une belle salle de sport récente et bien equipées. On reviendra!

The hotel is small but very modern, very clean and the staff is very attentive. The rooms for 2 are fine, but we took one for four with double bed and sofa bed and the truth is, it is a fair bit of space, the bathroom is very tiny.
In the hotel they only serve breakfast and when there are many people it is a bit chaotic. In the restaurant area there is a self-service the rest of the day, but with little thing to choose, yes, coffee is free 24 hours.
For a few days it is fine and the price is right.

Zona moderna y joven con mucho ambiente y locales de comida, pubs y cafés.
El hotel es pequeño pero está muy moderno, muy limpio y el personal es muy atento. Las habitaciones para 2 están bien, pero nosotros cogimos una para cuatro con cama doble y sofá cama y la verdad, es un poco justo el espacio, el baño es muy pequeñito.
En el hotel solo sirven el desayuno y cuando hay mucha gente es un poco caótico. En la zona de restauración hay un self-service el resto del día, pero con poca cosa dónde escoger, eso sí, el café es gratis las 24 horas.

Wir waren mit vier Erwachsenen + Kleinkind in der Deluxe Studio Suite. Wir waren zwar überrascht, dass sich alles in einem Raum befindet, haben uns damit aber super arrangiert (und für alle die lesen können, hätte es auch schon in der Buchung gestanden ;)
Das Zimmer war trotzdem prima, geräumiger als normale Hotelzimmer, mit einer winzigen, aber voll ausgestatteten Küche und einem schönen großen Sofa. Sauber, gemütlich - echt gut.
Außerdem waren die Hotel-Mitarbeiter wirklich sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
Am meisten hat uns aber das Frühstück überrascht, das war wirklich saugut.
Das Hotel hat übrigens auch eine gute Lage, südlich der Themse, fünfzehn Minuten zu Fuß von der Tower Bridge. Die Haltestelle London Bridge ist in ca. 8 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen, und von dort aus kommt man schnell in die Innenstadt. Superleckere und erstaunlich günstige Restaurants gibt's in der Nähe auch.
