Reviews of St Christopher's Inn Pub

Great selection of beers, fantastic food (especially the burgers, good Lord!) and sensational staff. Live music every night too if you fancy a sing-a-long to some anthems. Big screens both inside and out if big sporting events are your thing. The perfect all-rounder!

I absolutely LOVED staying in St. Christopher’s Inn! Everyone was super nice and helpful! The service was great, and the place was really cool. Also it was easily accessible with public transport. During the day it was nice, quiet and comfortable, and on the evenings it was especially cool to hang out downstairs at the bar to party, have some drinks and listen to the live music. I definitely recommend it to everyone, who wants to stay on a budget but still want to make the most of their staying in London!

The price was really good! Although the rooms have been small, it was totally enough! It was clean, the breakfast was for free and delicious. Also, the service was good. The pub was a lot of fun and it was quiet in the room when I went to sleep! I would recommend!!!

Best place ever. I’ve stayed in many hostels in London and this one really stood out. Stayed in 3 different rooms for a total of three weeks and I felt so comfortable and at home I wish I didn’t have to leave. The pub downstairs is also one of the best and most fun pubs in London I made new friends every night. The beds are comfortable the people are nice the location couldn’t be better, I became friends with the staff. Perfect. The bathrooms could be more modern but it’s fine.

I've been to st Christopher's Inn quite a few times. The Bar itself is excellent especially when there are live performers you'll have an amazing time. The downside is the doorman who are extremely rude and overly aggressive for no reason. The head doorman is the worst, definitely seems to be on a bit of a power trip. We politely asked if they were letting people in he said no which is fair enough. Then 2 minutes later he's let 4-5 brand new people in, so we ask again politely if they're still doing entry at which point he turned around got in my friends face and started screaming at him. Honestly you'd think he was about to put fight him. The security are such a let to an otherwise brilliant place.

I have travelled to over 60 countries and stayed at 100s of hostels along the way. This is a very good hostel, everything works well, it’s clean, the people I was sharing a room was nice and friendly. The staff was really nice and friendly. If you book directly (through the hostel) then you get a free breakfast, breakfast was good and filling. Only bad thing was the charging socket next to my bed wasn’t working. Room 5 Bed C. But overall a great stay at the hostel. £12 a night was definitely worth it for a central location in London.
C. M.
St Christopher's pub is brilliant. Live music starts at 11pm-1am Wednesday to Saturday and it's always the life and soul of Borough.
Fair warning it can get busy, but is a definite recommendation for those who fancy live music but don't fancy a nightclub!
H. M.
Lively pub with live music. A lot of seating as they have a downstairs area and seating outside. Drinks were reasonably priced and the food looked good.
M. F.
Went for the pub and the staff was extremely friendly - we had a problem with our order and they took responsibility for it and sorted it right away which was really nice of them. The food was definitely worth it - best Sunday roast I've ever had in the UK! Will come back whenever I have the chance. I never really write reviews but it was such a nice experience overall I need to spread the word!
P. K.
Fantastic value, probably one of best in London! Beware that live music plays loudly downstairs until 1am, so it is not a suitable place for sleeping early
J. K.
First time been that kind of hostel, where was this real English pub in'it and that vibe. Thanks for the free earpads, because without them, its kinda impossible to sleep there. 🤣
Five Estonians 🇪🇪 cheers for the host.

I had a pleasant stay here. Clean rooms, the service was nice, kind personel and very helpful. There is a nice bar and good restaurant , I also enjoyed some good live band music when there. The breakfast was so nice , and complete... I highly recommend.
M. N.
Went into the pub for Sunday roast and was not disappointed, absolutely delicious and stacks of food on the plate. Very reasonably priced at £14, I'll definitely be going back.
E. L. K.
Very quaint and clean. The pub downstairs could be a little loud at times, but very effective earplugs were provided and falling asleep was never an issue.
A. L.
I used to frequent this place back when I was at uni hasn't changed much in 11 years, still a great pint of guinness £5.80 a pint. To be expected so close to the train station and being in London ill be back but won't wait too long this time
D. K.
This is a nice friendly place during the day. However something has gone a bit wrong with the evenings, as they seem to hold a lot of private parties, which make impromptu visits difficult.
L. S.
Guaranteed music and dancing fun, reliable place to go wheb everywhere else is closing! Free entry. Mixed crowd.
J. S.
This place has been awesome! It is right in the center of London. You get to see all the best sights and it’s a heck of a deal.
L. W.
Great pub with live music. Kind of rare. Downside is if you stay in the Hostel - music permeates.
S. C.
Very nice pub and much bigger than it appears. It is much nicer on the inside than it looks from the outside. Give it a try 🍺
J. A.
Fun pub unfortunately the security on the door have been overly rude and aggressive the last few times we’ve been here which has really put us off coming back
l. f.
Good for budget stay and is located at the center of the city which is a big plus. However breakfast can be improved with more options
J. X.
Lovely Sunday Lunch. Friendly staff. Visited twice and on both occasions their were tiny flies.
S. C.
St Chris is an excellent pub in the heart of london bridge. The biggest differentiator is the service, everyone here serves you with a smile and will go to any length to make sure you have a good time at the pub. Can't recommend it enough.
C. N.
Friendly staff and my little one was very impressed with her pizza and pudding.
J. F.
Very nice pub and inn I love it. Enjoy yourself and take care
A. c.
Nice enough venue, no frills but a darn good pub
A. F.
I had a good night sleep was exciting with all the Halloween. Photos and the staff in costume
I. B.
Amazing place for the price they ask for it.
The breakfast included and is actually worth it!
I'll be back!
C. B.
Absolutely amazing Clean friendly and excellent service. Highly recommended.
V. R.
Had a great night but only downside is the menu.
They don't cater for allergies and menu does not mention allergens.
A. W.
Nice size good staff and TV all over good pub
S. D.
This location combines a British pub with a long history with a hostel. The staff here were absolutely wonderful, Victoria, Sabina, Tina, and so many others went out of their way to make me feel at home here.
The food is excellent and very reasonably priced for this area of London, and the location is near the London Bridge and Borough tube stations, London Bridge rail station, as well as numerous bus stops and the Thames river bus.
This is billed as a party hostel and lives up to that! The pub is quite lively throughout the day, and was completely packed in the evenings. There's a healthy mix of local regulars and hostel guests in the pub at all hours, and many of the local regulars have been coming here since before this became a hostel. There's live music in the evenings, and they have food and drink specials in the pub for hostel guests, which make the already reasonably priced menu even more of a bargain.
The rooms are clean and comfortable, though it should be noted all rooms are upstairs. The location has been a pub and inn for hundreds of years, even before it was a hostel, and being an older building, there are no elevators with which to access the rooms - if you have limited mobility, you may want to look at one of this chain's other locations.
Earplugs may be necessary at night due to the location on a busy street and the even busier pub below, but these can be obtained from reception.
S. J.
Nice little pub doing a good burger at a slightly high price.
M. L.
Just an awesome place in general. Rooms/bathrooms are clean and get cleaned multiple times a day. The pub at this inn is cozy, there's live music practically every day and the wide selection of delicious beers will brighten up your evening ;) Very rarely met a staff that is so friendly and awesome. Would definitly stay here again!
B.
Oh I absolutely loved it, very affordable, workers were really helpful.. price was affordable
V.
Came here for the pub which was one of the cosiest and liveliest ones I've been to in London
Z. A.
Staff were amazing, especially Sam B who looked after us all night and made the evening so enjoyable.
M. a. J. B.
Excellent traditional and historic London pub in a great location close to London Bridge. Called in for a drink whilst walking to Elephant & Castle and loved the chilled atmosphere here. The staff were so friendly and could easily have spent the evening here. The food looked really good, there is live music, large modern hostel accomodation available and a great selection of ales and drinks. A really good place and recommended to visit!
N. C.
I come here with friends most weeks. Lovely atmosphere if a bit loud at times. The staff are FANTASTIC which is why I've given it 5 stars. They've helped me out when having panic attacks several times and are always so accommodating and friendly. Unfortunately the prices were already pretty high and have just jumped up even higher so I may have to rethink future visits. £3.70 for a pint of orange juice from a carton is just a bit more than I can stomach.
I. D.
It’s great pub overall. I’m a regular and all the staff are very nice and recognise me. I come sometimes for a pint after work. However security is different story. They never friendly with me, I always behaved well, never come there drunk. I usually have 2 drinks max. The gentleman at the door, big black guy. Never smiles, actually he is just nice with staff members drinking there when they’re are off. He is very condescending, not patient with people who come there for fun. Gets irritated very quickly with customers. He will scream at you saying that he will not repeat again, I don’t even get what he asked me as I’m just standing there with drink. Then understood that he was asking some people to not stand in some places. Speak to your security to treat people respectfully and that place will be nicer. In 2.5 years going there, I will not return anymore sadly. There is so many places you can go and spend money and treated like a human being.
P. Z.
Extremely pleasant and helpful staff early afternoon 28th September. Will return
T. C.
The hostel is above a pub. The hostel is quite big and there's a lot of doors to go through and it's quite easy to get lost. There is the option to book private rooms for 2 where a bunkbed is provided in the room. This is perfect for those who like to travel as it's quite convenient in terms of location. There are multiple shops close by and both bridges in London are close for sight seeing. View from the rooms are limited but that's what you'd expect. You get 25% off food in the pub and 2 for 1 selected spirits and £1 selected shots. £1.50 per pint. Perfect for those coming back from travelling and want a drink. Breakfast included in the price. Many plug sockets for all your charger needs. Definitely worth a stay.
A. D.
Orla, Isabella,
Excellent service. Some of the most sociable people I've ever met. Just straight up lovely people
A. S.
Nice rooms, very decent beds, ability to safely lock your suitcase away (if you have your own lock) showers and toilets are shared (can be locked) and very clean. You can make your room as hot or as cold as you like. The music from the bar downstairs always stops at 1 AM so I had no trouble getting a good sleep. You can use their towels for a $10 deposit that you can get back when you leave!
s. c.
Not a bad hostel. Rooms are really tight and crammed. Free breakfast. The pub downstairs becomes quite lively with locals on a Friday night. Def worth sticking around. Close to London bridge railway station and reasonable price.
J. P.
Great stay. Was clean, well kept, tidy bathrooms and a great location in central London. Only issue is there is no common room or meeting place, just a pub which can get a bit tedious. Music goes late into the night most nights, but that is easily countered by earplugs. Staff are excellent, and I'd recommend booking direct, as breakfast is provided unlike through hostel world. Overall good time.
b. s.
great. not incredible. mostly because it's pretty loud, but earplugs do the trick. beds don't squeak, hallelujah! clean. good discounts on food & alcohol. elaborate, charming layout. tho difficult with many or heavy luggage. bar downstairs has live music every night, food is average. staff is endearing & helpful. breakfast is mediocre at best. location is absolutely killer! would highly recommend overall. enjoy London!
S. S.
After a less than satisfactory trip last time I was blown away by the staff and service, amazing Sam our server was attentive friendly and welcoming I am overjoyed by the customer service! Sam you are a diamond and a treasure to your industry
C. F.
Great pub near London Bridge serving a wide range of beers. There is a cute outside seating area which is great in the summer, even if it can be quite busy! The staff are always very friendly and the service great.
K. L.
Great location, great service. The pub is very lively downstairs so if you want a quiet spot, this isn't a great hostel. Some rooms directly overlook the street too, which has high traffic. Other than that, I had no issues. The showers were clean too. Also, most importantly...the wifi was fast AND strong!
G. W.
Our room was clean and the showers were hot with good water pressure. We met some cool people in our room and all hungout at the bar each night. Great atmosphere in the bar and amazing music selection
C. H.
The bar is well stocked with a variety of beers (including a bottled trappist beer which is pretty cool) and the staff were friendly, if a little bit slow. There seemed to be 4 members of staff and still took me a good 5 minutes to get served even though I could only see one other group being served. Downstairs is a bit dark and claustrophic but still a nice quiet area away from the rest of the pub for people to play board games on the evening we were there. Overall a good pub which is relatively cheap for the area.
B. M.
Location is amazing near the centre of London and the Northern Line. Service from staff was very good and all of my questions where answered honestly and with a smile. Rooms are adequate overall but for the low price of a bed I can't complain. Bathroom space is very limited and given the high capacity of the hostel this presents a bit of an issue but with some clever time management getting a fresh start (or end) to the day was easy. Overall my experience was pleasant and the few complaints I do have can be waved off with "but it's only 20 quid a night, so what did you expect?". I will definitely be using St. Christopher's inn again.
R. M.
The rooms are clean and neat. The bed doesn't shake and creates sound. There is a bar at the ground floor. But it's loud and noisy at night that gives problem to those who are sound sensitive. This is a place for happy hours and drinking so expect crowd of people in the afternoon and night.
H. A.
The price was good. It was a little far from the Undersground, but the people were nice enough and I was pleased with this place over all.
This is a great place for anyone, traveling alone or in a big group, because it's full of young people. There's a bar downstairs and if I remember correctly, they serve food, which wasn't too bad, considering that it was bar food.
I'd definitely go here again.
M. M.
Great pub for live music on a Thursday or Friday if your in the area. Good beer selection but can get very busy so don't expect to get seats on some weekday evenings. Good outdoor seating that runs along the pub if your a smoker.
K. U.
As with every St Christopher I have stayed at in London, awesome staff, very clean, good beds. Can't be beaten on price per value. Best for solo travellers or small groups.
Need to be noise tolerant as it's loud until 1am. Top notch WiFi in pub and rooms.
C. M.
I’m from Minnesota USA and The staff was awesome, where I live it’s called Minnesota nice!
The rooms & community toilets & showers areas were cleaned daily.
The location was fantastically located near the heart of many London landmarks, central transportation station and many class 4-5 star places to eat within walking distance.
The price was amazing especially because it’s connected to bar, which serves a awesome tasting stone bake pizza, it was delicious with a couple good drinks I was very happy.
The rooms are men & women mixed, unless you reserve as group,
G. M.
Rooms at a lot of space for a hostel. No air condition which was rough since we were there during a heat wave. Staying as a guest gets you 25% off food but it took a long time every time we ordered. Also bathrooms were pretty small. As with most things, you get what you pay for. It's a hostel so don't expect hotel level accommodations.
V. S. (. S.
Definitely worth it. Had a great time, food was nice, staff was friendly.
J. “. L. H.
Came out saying - it was okay!!!
High end prices, let down by service.
Firstly, they take your card when you order and keep it behind the bar until after the meal. Not sure this is secure.
Quite noisy , pub at front filled by groups of men. ( not an.issue) but the noise follow down into the restaurant
There are only about 7 table's in the Back of the pub and the noise echos around. Next to it are group seating for the pub area and I was treated to the on going of one young ladies love life for 30 mins.
Menu is limited, and does not explain the dishes.
Waitress was blunt, I enquired what came with my dish (roast pork belly) and she stated mash of course !, there was no alternative. I called her back to ask if there was any veg with my dish, , which I hoped there was for £12.50) and she repeated there was mash and pointed to lady sat opposite who had just been served the same dish. I was then advised of I wanted a side of roast.veg, I could pay £3.50 more. When I arrived it had more potatoes,a few slices of carrot and parsnip all boiled defiantly not roasted. The main was a huge bowl of mash, a large piece of pork belly fat, with about 1inch.of meat and a little grave already poured on the dish, none extra. Yes it all tasted very.nice, but it was overwhelmed by the mash and lack of gravy.
My husband had a £16.steak, which was served with chips and peas and salad, it was cold. The plate was cold and the food had gone cold.
We paid £9 each for a glass of wine which was not great.
There was only 2 desert choices, so we opted for coffee and asked for the bill ( which we ended up going to the bar to pay, 20 mins later) err still had to stand and wait.
Mens toilets were dirty! Ladies clean but needed a freshen.
G. T.
Had the steak sandwich. Was not asked how I wanted it cooked. It came very well done. No steak knives available, so difficult to cut. Husband had the all day breakfast, which was very good. Reasonably priced. Did not like that to have a tab, you have to leave your card behind the bar. They are NOT allowed to do this. It's how cards are clone. Banks will not reimburse, if a card has ever been left behind a bar. Cards have to be in your possession or in your sight.
C. C.
I've been to this pub a few times and have always enjoyed it but my recent visit was a little disappointing. The staff are always pleasant and efficient and it is a nice, older, London pub in a good location not far from London Bridge. Last time the drinks prices seemed to be very high and we even had to check the receipt to make sure that a mistake hadn't been made. Not sure why they are now charging so much.
A. A.
Loved the place.
During the day quiet place where you can get nice food, during the night live music and great atmosphere.
The staff was lovely.
Definitely coming back !!!!
C. M.
Just alright. If your main goal is a low price and you aren't too picky, you'll probably be perfectly happy here. I was pleased with the mattress--neither too hard nor too soft--and the outlets that fit all sorts of chargers. I was unhappy with the strong smell in the bar downstairs that turned me off from using the generous 25% hostel discount. I was also grossed out to see the severity of the stains on the pillows after the cases were stripped for cleaning. Those were not deal breakers for me. If you are a light sleeper, I don't recommend you stay here. The pub courtyard right outside the window echoes up as though the drinking is happening inside your room. The smell of cigarette smoke also seeped through the windows. Overall, it was a reliable, centrally located place to lay my head. However, it might not be for everyone.
Y. S.
The food is really good and the pie was to die for however it came on a chopping board which made it really difficult to add gravy to. The burger is also spectacular. A super vibrant place with live music!
K. C.
a very cute place. an amazing location (right next to london bridge((the real one not the photo famous one))and Shakespeare globe) with a bar downstairs. tight spaces going up the stairs and in the restrooms. clean and tidy though.
C. V.
This is a nice hostal. It is very clean and the breakfast is quite nice. However, you must know they have a bar under the bedrooms and if you want to sleep it won't fit your requirments.... But, if you like partying is perfect!
C. B.
Great memories of this place dating back to my days at Uni. Always a lovely atmosphere, woth decently priced beer and food, a good choice of both available And live music.
Never noticed any problems with the hostel that is attached and it seems like a reasonable place to stay.
V. L.
The hostel was clean and close to everything. The staff were helpfull and friendly. In the room was a bit hot and we couldn t opened the window just a little bit. They have a pub so bring an earplug with you if you want to sleep.
D. N.
The place is nice. Isabelle gave us a great service and she made us feel welcome.
A. F.
Concert on Fridays evening. Play list never changes, sound is average /bad however the atmosphere is very relaxed. One of the best places for a last drink/dance when other pubs close.
G. U.
Amazing place for a good quality meal! Everything is bought from the Borough market, super fresh and so many delicious dishes to choose from! Plus, a really nice atmosphere, a traditional english pub with a wide variety of beer. Thank you, I will be coming back again
D. 0.
A fantastic nights sleep clean room clean bedding clean bathroom/shower room set in inner London in at a Victorian building with lots of history the staff were very friendly and welcoming I would definitely stay here again absolutely perfect and near lots of shops and not very far away from buses or tube into central London!
J. D.
Great selection of beer for a good price! Outdoor seating with heating lamps made drinking at night comfortable. Live music and a friendly crowd made this a memorable experience
İ. K. D.
Good range of beers and a proper night out with the live music!
C.
I was not a guest at the hostel, but I did visit some people who were. They commented on their enjoyable experience & so I would definitely recommend to others coming to London for a stay. I can comment more personally on the pub, it is fantastic & has great energy!
R. R.
Staff are good and attentive as well as friendly a d hospitable. Sabina and her crew are very nice and will help you settle in for the night. And the music is good.
P. V.
St. Christopher's Inn is a cozy place, it's a bit noisy downstairs with the bar downstairs but the level depends on where your room is. The breakfast is bread, cheese, ham, jam, butter, juice and cereal. It's free if you book from their website. It's near enough to the underground that makes it possible to explore the there. The rooms are clean and well kept the beds are comfortable and have USB ports and plugs so you can charge your devices. They have cages under the beds to secure your things and access to the rooms is by key card. I'd stay again in the future, it's a good budget place.
K. K.
Rather chilly, back room where most of the dining area is especially. Bit drab in dining area not v cozy . Food nice but portions tiny. Didn't understand that horseradish is usually served with roast beef. They did eventually get some tho.
J. M.
Best live music pub in town!
M. “. T.
A long hostel-bar with a small dining area at the end. Generally cheap drinks given the surrounding competition, but service can be a bit slow. Burgers are an excellent choice.
A. L. L.
Orla's service was great and she was extremely friendly !!! She's a fantastic waitress.
C. M.
Great stay! The staff are lovely and nice especially Ruta who was very helpful and took time to help us in our travel card though they were so very busy. Highly recommended. Very convenient in all nice places you want to go.
B. G.
Live music, great atmosphere
B. A.
The place was close enough to enjoy the city but the live music coming from the bar kept me up all night till 2 am, and then people talking to each other at the bar can be heard from all over the 1st floor. Free breakfast was not how it sounded, there was cheese, bread, salami, some jams; and that's all.
G. S.
You know what not the worst place I've been in, but wouldn't say it was the best either. But think that was more due to the backpackers hostal next door.
The night waa ruined by a group of pissed up American teenagers fallen all over everyone and everything.
That being said entertainment was really good, just a shame I'm a miserable sod and the evening waa ruined by a certain group.
J. C.
The staff are incredibly friendly and can't do enough for you. The food is second to none and the prices ate good considering the location. There are so many types of beers and ales you are spoiled for choice. This was the 4th time I've been and it definately won't be the last. I loooveeee this place
R. L.
For staying here you get £2.50 foster, 2 for 1 on selected bottle beer (sol 😑), and 2 for 1 on Gin, vodka and rum drinks. Just show room card. As for the room, each bed had its own outlet with USB input.
S. M.
Good pub with great selection of beers, good coverage of the rugby and at a reasonable price

Cheap drinks, great live music the night I was there and a really nice outdoor seating area. Nothing to complain about at all, I'm quite happy about this place.
M. B.
Lovely bar with out door seating. Good selection of beers from around the world and the staff were friendly and helpful
W. B.
Stayed in august 2020, Neat bathrooms, comfortable enough beds with powerpoints next to them, cages to lock up your gear, decent price.
Solid place to stay
N. B.
Clean, comfortable, perfect for my overnight needs. Food and service in restaurant excellent. Than you
C. O.
Food is good. However the portion size of the chips on the side was laughable. You would expect at that price the amount would be more than just a handful.
A. H.
Went to the one in Paris when I was there and I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the inclusiveness of the staff. This one is no different. You get a chance to meet folks from around the world over a pint.
C. M.
Staff friendly. Not a gastro pub. Pie and mash with gravy, was served with lettuce, weird! Pie was nice, real mash. Place was not very warm.
N. C.
Great place to hang out. It gets busy after 23:00 as the live music kicks in. Staff is friendly plus food is great.
R. A.
Food wasn't great. At midnight a live band started until 1 am, then lots of noise from patrons outside until 1:30 meant very little sleep
Staff were friendly however :-)
A. T.
Nice hostel, nice staff. Didn't enjoy being located in a room directly above the pub though that played music until 3am making it virtualy impossible to sleep.
C. L.
Nice atmosphere and very friendly personnel. Live music was nice and the guests were also very very friendly. Drinks were great as well...
S. F.
The beer is suitably cheap, the pub is pretty good - happy about that. Not stayed in the hostel here but have stayed in another hostel in the chain and it was a complete diagrace.
D. M.
Yip it was a pretty good place to watch the ruggers...meet some new people made some new friends. Beers were cold. Service was great
P. D.
A very nice pub with an amazing selection of beers both in bottles and on draft. Also serves great food and adveragly priced for the area.
A. N.
Very dissatisfied room was small lighting was very poor charging dock didnt work windows was on ally side and very noisy till 3 am then the bins go out on blue rock which screams through ur window good if ur a heavy sleeper otherwise go else where showers were great but very small and tight
Pub is very cheap
J. C.
Nice historic pub which I believe served as a traveller Inn centuries ago. Serves the standard fare, and has a large amount of outside seating in an enclosed courtyard.
K. K.
Proper pub, proper beer, food. One of London’s oldest. Give it a go.
R. S.
Good pub food, and an excellent selection of British, German, and American micro brew. The cottage pie was nice, if you like comfort food.
R. C.
Great pub and very good service whilst social distancing measures are well-observed.
E. T.
The St Christopher's I've stayed at have all been consistently clean, centrally located, and have friendly staff. They generally have pretty good deals for residents at the bar/restaurant as well.
J. F.
We ate at the pub. Very good food, friendly and helpful staff, reasonable prices, excellent ale. Definitely worth visiting.
R. P.
Great range of interesting beers, friendly and cheerful staff. Prices reasonable, but burgers were on the small side.
T. C.
Helloooooooo !!!
It was great everyone is super nice and awesome. Special mention for Jason, Alejandro, Majo, Facundo, Sara, Thomas, Marta, Sabina, Kimia ... Sorry if I forgot names ...
J. M.
Bustling and busy on a Friday night, but much quieter downstairs. Good food and good service, especially for such a busy evening.
C. G.
Nice central location opposite Borough Market, and just a five minute walk from London Bridge station. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the food was nice too!
S. L.
Great food, lots of space, nice decor retaining charm of the building without looking too gastro pub.
C.
Chips okay and drinks but do not rate the nachos as expensive and only got six wings which were very dry.
T. H.
Good beers in a comfortable environment, the beer of the day is always excellent value at around £2-3 a pint a steal for drink prices in borough.
J. S.
Very friendly staff, good food at the pub. Great location, close to landmarks as well as nightlife.
