We stayed for 2 nights (Wed-Fri). Fabulous hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely room, small but equipped with everything we needed. Clean with a really comfy bed - Good nights sleep had. Breakfast was fabulous (Buffet Style) lots of choice and nice and fresh. It was my birthday (Lovely touch from hotel staff with banner and card) Perfect location with easy access to the tube station. We had a great time and will definitely be back.

It's a very small single room but it's got everything you'll need. I'm not used to sleeping pillow this high so it wasn't very comfort but it's not the hotel fault. The hotel is a very big building but it seems they tried to squeezed as many room as they can. The shower works but it doesn't let you turn left or right and hold in position, the gravity will just bring it back to original direction. The duvet is very heavy and can be uncomfortable sometimes when trying to change sleeping position. The blind in the window doesn't pull up, so you can't really have a decent unobstructed view. Hotel staffs were very lovely though and the location is very convenient.

Recently come back from a weekend at this hotel where we stayed on the 9th floor.
Lovely, modern room and bathroom. Everything worked well and all very clean. Bed was very comfy and could turn heating on when we wanted, which was ideal.
Staff at reception were very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast selection was very good, hot and cold options.
Excellent location, right near tube station.
Overall, a very good experience, would 100% recommend and hope to visit again!

Stayed here many times for theatre trips & it's location is spot on. The prices vary through the year & the rooms are small if you pick the classic double room. The hotel has had a refurbishment recently & the breakfast is included again after a few years as a extra. It is a buffet style breakfast but it's nothing to write home about with regards to the quality.

Great location near to the Tube, the theatres and all the West End has to offer. Friendly concierge looked after my bag as I arrived Early. Small but functional room. Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff and excellent breakfast. Excellent value for a West End hotel.
S. B.
Nice clean hotel, very well priced, great location close secure parking. Breakfast was really well stocked. Helpful and friendly staff. Would stay again

Everything you'd expect for a low cost central London hotel. Clean and functional. Minimal facilities but convenient location. Not too much traffic noise.

When I stayed, the room was set at around 25°C and both the thermostat and AC were broken. The beds were comfortable, however the sheets were a little dated. Around the hotel, on the lower floors, there was a lingering smell of old frying oil going around, but over all the stay at the hotel was great, staff were nice. Evening meal and breakfast are decent. You get what you payed for.

This was a return visit, my first experience and room were without fault, fantastic. After this stay I would definitely upgrade on my room when staying again. A few details made me uncomfortable that the room wasn't well cleaned, a must in current times. There was no soap in the bathroom to wash your hands. That said, we were accommodated with a change when we address the issues. I love the location and its proximity to Oxford Street, the train station, theatres and attractions. There is also a 24 hour restaurant attached. The hotel is clearly being upgraded and I will definitely return.

Stayed a week. Upgraded to a suite one night. Good value in central London. A little tired but rooms are large for centre you get draws and wardrobe. Room if you are 6' plus.
Breakfast is good. Restaurant was superb. Simple menu but cooked to perfection. Could not understand why it was not packed every night. Italian chef was very talented.
T bone, and lamb chops were my favourites.
You can't get anything this good near by for the money. Staff were helpful.
Book direct is my tip.
D. W.
Nice and clean. Breakfast also good.
Only downside was the towels in the bathroom we're tiny. Bath towels were the size of a hand towel.
T. W.
An ok place for the price. We had a double room which was quite small. The traffic noise through the night was not good but we were right at the front on the 4th floor above Tottenham Court Road. TV wasn't working but staff were very helpful and sorted a replacement very efficiently. Staff very friendly. Room was clean, although clearly in need of renovation and modernisation.
D. R.
Very basic but ok if your after just a two night break. Just glad am not here for a week . I would be looking for somewhere else to stay . Room are so small with a Double bed like a large single bed. And tv that is so small it's just a joke . Apart from that everything else is ok .
N.
Can't disagree with the majority of reviews regarding the hotel being tired and in need of a full refurbishment, which I believe is already in progress. We stayed on floor 3. The room was very small but spotlessly clean and it was just somewhere to sleep for us. The price per night is a clue as to what to realistically expect. There was a lot of banging about in the early hours of the morning, however, the hotel can't be held accountable for the amount of alcohol their guests consume!! The location is fantastic and was within close walking distance to the theatres we had tickets for. We would stay again.
J. E.
Staff is friendly. Our room is big enough for our 9 nights stay. The hotel 's location is perfect
m. a.
Ideal location for shopping and sightseeing. Room allocated was small but adequate for a two night stay. Would ask for a larger room if staying longer. Staff very helpful would stay again.
J. M.
We chose St Giles for the location & the costs. The rooms look to have been modernised (on a budget) the bed are a disaster. Overall for the cost it was a good value.
s. c.
Excellently positioned hotel - perfect for shopping as Oxford Street is just around the corner as is a huge Primark. West End theatres are easily walkable. We always stay in this hotel when visiting London and have done for years. Four stars because some of the rooms are a little tired but we just paid £65 for a room in central London through a special offer which is a brilliant price so I'll forgive the decor!
J. T.
Reception very good.
Some of the rooms are in need of refurbishment and design. Also some beds very hard and lumpy but others are better. I have stayed in both. Very good location tho and health and fitness facilities below for a charge. Convenient.
J. Q.
Absolutely wonderful concierge service for having my bag couriered back to the US. Great location and well-furnished rooms! Decent continental style breakfast, didn’t get around to trying the dinner restaurant as the hours are a bit strange. All in all, definitely recommend for the price!
T. M.
Three star hotel, three star rating. Clean room, bit dated. Shower had seen better days but was actually fine. Shower screen should seek other employment. Very hot room, no ac, so window open all night - dreamed of a system to distill party noise and late night fights into proper sleep - alas, a dream. Breakfast was very good, if served in a bit of a dingy space.
M. L.
The hotel staff were great, but the room we had was OK at best, and the breakfast was below par really. It set you up for the day but that's about it. Having said that I would stay there again based on the price I paid and the fact that it's right in the centre of London so ideal for sight seeing. It's clean so can't complain on that front
D. G.
We picked this hotel due to the great location for the half marathon. Perfect choice. Staff were amazing, all friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was great, everything we needed. Room was very clean, yes maybe slightly on the small side but was ideal for us. Only downside room in need of a of a little updating.

Location.

After the 4th of my stay, I asked the staff to clean my room !! There was no room cleaning ! Next day, no one turned up ! So, I had to ask them again..
B. W.
Room size smaller than usual but is enough if you are traveling most of the day. The shower didn't have much of a flow, and A/C wasn't working that well. Breakfast menu is fixed and standard (English breakfast). Staff was nice.
M. V.
Tiny room. Luke warm shower. A lot of street noise despite the impressive double glazing. Breakfast not very good for the price. The upside is the location which is excellent. The Hudson restaurant and bar on site is top notch,, great food and service.
A. C.
Yes I would rate it 3 star, but the staff I would rate higher! We booked one night for the location which was ideal. The room we were in was fine as we had read disappointing reviews and weren't expecting anything special. All in all an enjoyable stay and will book again next time.
L. A.
Location good staff friendly
Room small and not cleaned to the highest standard. Bed was broken. Found an old pair of scissors and an empty bottle beneath the bed . Very dusty so not been vacuumed for a long time.
D. V.
Stayed for 3 nights . Returning Guest to St Giles love the location.
Realise rooms are being updated however , Standard room was well below 3 Star and to accommodate Guest in these rooms is insulting .
I have stayed in accommodation with No star rating which have been better !
Tiny room , holes in wall , blinds broken , No Headboard, Uncomfortable bed ,No room service ! I could continue. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Stayed in the St Giles the Weekend of the 16th December to the 19th. First impressions as you walk in were very good. A clean and tidy Reception/Concierge area with a very clean and well decorated modern Restaurant on the Mezzanine topped off by polite, friendly and welcoming Staff. Thought, yes, fab. Beautiful place for the Weekend so I could relax properly. Round to the Lifts and could see they needed a bit of updating with Buttons taped over with Do not touch tape. Starting to think, OK maybe just having some Work done but a bit of a tacky way of stopping people press the Buttons. Upon arriving on floor 5 initial impressions started to dip but could see partitions closing off doorways where refurbishment was happening as I did choose to be nosy and look round the Curtains. Getting into the Room and the disappointment started to take over. Very very dated, light switches in fiddly places moulded into door frames that looked fairly dodgy, Carpets stained and felt claustrophobic. Definitely in the Bathroom. Cleanliness you could see the Cleaning Team tried keeping on top of it but Limescale build up around the Shower Base which had chips and cracks out of it and chipped Sink which had been touched in with what looked like Tip Ex. Just did not feel the room was clean from where maintenance is long overdue. For London as well, I expected the WiFi to be very quick and paid for the Premium WiFi thinking it would get better but unfortunately didn’t. Overall I felt deflated and cramped in the Room for the price it did cost each night. Know London is expensive but I did look at other Hotels around the same price and wondered if I had made a mistake as I chose the St Giles from the online Photos that I saw at the time but the Photos did not live up to expectation.

This hotel was clean efficient and the rooms were well designed and comfortable, it's position sightseeing is excellent with most major attractions within walking distance. The restaurant has a good menu and the breakfast was a good as they come.
D. K.
Excellent location and good value for the price. The rooms are. A bit date, but cleanliness and the price is very reasonable. Nice staff as well.
R. H.
Good hotel near to Covent Garden. In London to see Matilda at the Cambridge. Room was comfortable but had no cold tap water at 11pm! Breakfast was good but could have been hotter. Despite this recommended for the location
V. H. G.
When you open the window it smell like 10 year old frying oil. Dirty rooms, really horrible breakfast. Everything was built in the 60s and never renewed. 2 of 5 elevators under maintenance. Defecect air condition in bathroom.
1 star for the location tho

Good inexpensive hotel. Easy distance for theatres and Covent Garden restaurant area. Near to underground or 15 minute easy walk. Rooms small but adequate for 1 or 2 nights. Breakfast very good and as much as you can eat to set you up for the day. Corsiege service excellent.
S. W.
Absolutely shocking hotel. The room was filthy. The TV was so small it wasn't worth being there. The bed was 2 single beds pushed together which tipped if you sat on the edge. Would never recommend and would certainly not return.
C. K.
A Great hotel and very central! Comfy spacious room too which was excellent.
K. M.
Great location, very central for shopping, shows and underground.
Clean.
Tasty breakfast. Helpful staff.
C. L.
Great location, helpful staff, clean.
Food and beer in the hotel restaurant.... Could improve.
N. L.
I wouldn't say this is a 4star hotel as have stayed in cheaper hotels (premier inn and travel lodge) which have nicer and cleaner rooms. Oana on reception is lovely and when we told her our first room had other peoples hair on the bed and dirty toilet floor so she moved us straight away. Second room has lots of stains on the carpet so for a refurbished room is disappointing. Luckily its only one night we are here.
s. m.
Great location, short-staffed on reception but helpful when eventually got to check in. Corridors and rooms a bit tired. Nice late bar.
N. M.
Location ideal for the theatre but cleaning especially in this situation could improve. Went to the shower to find a clump of hair on the wall and by the side of the sofa was a number of items including a spoon. One lift working and stairs out of action due to a flood. Took ages to get downstairs.
H. F.
Great location and price which included a hot buffet breakfast. Will definitely go back there.
L. H.
Rooms are shockingly small with very poor facilities and are little dirty tbh. Switched the bedside light on which resulted in a spark to the finger, a small burn, and all the lights and air-conditioning blowing out. Took two phone calls for someone to attend us. In the end we were moved to another room which, also had issued such as ripped light shades and broken kettle. 2 lifts were not working so moving around the hotel takes far to long g

My brother discovered St Giles bringing school trips from Athens to London. Two friends & I had booked a night on our way to the Eurostar & Bruges. Bruges was cancelled due to Covid, so we decided to just visit London instead & extended to 2 nights. We booked 3 single rooms & on arrival, the friendly receptionist made sure our rooms were together on the 6th floor. The rooms were big enough to stay in and clean. As well as the bed and ensuite, there was shower gel, a kettle, hairdryer & a fan. We were amazed that within walking distance were- Oxford Street, British Museum, Covent Garden, Leicester Square etc. Tottenham Court Road tube is 1 minute walk. In the road are many cafés & a Sainsbury’s shop. I don’t think you would find better value for money in central London in such a good location. We will return on the way to our next trip to Europe next spring.

It's a great location near tube station shop's theatres the pub in hotel is very good as well I would recommend this hotel
K. M.
Stayed for 8 nights with my wife. Very nice room but had to move after 5 days as we had broken pipe in toilet so got upgraded room which was very nice. Although it was very quiet the staff were very friendly and the breakfast was very nice.Have been to this hotel several times and would highly recommend it.
S. C.
Excellent location close to main theatres on Drury Lane and West End. Within walking distanceof main shopping areas. Right besideTottenham Court RoadTube station. Clean compact room with good warm shower. Good food avail.
M. M.
Lots of issues but never offer refund or money off, only good for location yo theatre and eating in Hudsons
D. M.
Great time. Any issues resolved really quickly. Getting renovated so work to do. Lifts an issue but you just have to be patient. Same about the gym and swim access.
S. C.
My first time at St Giles and I would deffernatley go back hopefully next year comfortable beds clean room but most of all the staff are really nice and a homely welcoming feeling .
E. W.
Good location and very reasonably priced. Breakfast start times confused - told at check-in its 0630 weekdays, and the notices in rooms say the same but apparently its actually 0700.
P. c.
Stayed here 3 nights. Hotel is brilliantly located right next to Tottenham court tube, 5 min walk to Soho clubs and Covent Garden. Oxford Street shops on doorstep also. Despite being so close, area surrounding hotel is rather quiet. Rooms were perfectly adequate and comfortable. My sink plug wasn't working but someone came up the next morning to fix it. Hot breakfast was very tasty and I'd recommend opting for it as there isnt much places nearby serving full cooked breakfasts. Bar is nice interior but id only go for the 2 course special. Ordering off the normal menu is quite expensive and the food wasnt as tasty as the breakfast. Would defo stay again and if I do so ill book direct as they offer complimentary checkout til 2pm. I booked through s 3rd party which meant last checkout was an extra £10 per hour. When I revisit London I'll defo be trying to get a deal and stay in St.Giles.
M.
Good food, friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely stay there again.
A. R.
Perfectly placed for most things in the West End. Right by Oxford Street for shopping and minutes' walk from the theatre district.
Had dinner in Sage & Chilli then breakfast in VQ. Sage & Chilli was excellent …
J. L.
Room was very small…no complimentary water bottles have to buy from the vending machine which they did not stock up as well..the worst part there is no parking provided and you have to park at the Ncp parking which is about 8 mins walk from hotel..so how about ladies with children or families coming back at night…are we supposed to walk through the streets in the dark just to get from the parking
C. W.
Nice stay,nice hotel...just a bit tired,the rooms I mean
e. l.
Is a great located hotel ... concierge very helpful seem to love their job ... rooms ok as far as a room goes not there to stay in a room ... breakfast we didn't have included and is expensive in the breakfast room ... but other restraunt open now attached to hotel very good priced ... overall great stay
M. F.
Great location. Poor breakfast for the price. Luke warm showers and dated rooms. I would probably stay again because of the location only.
R. L.
Really nice room, great views and lots of choice to eat and drink within the hotel
D. Q.
Great location for theatre trips
Classic double room is small, but nicely decorated
Not all lifts working on our visit.
D. F.
Love this hotel for its location stayed here for 5 years now but the rooms need a serious upgradeable a lick of paint .
i. m.
Highly recommend hotel. Close to everything. Lovely breakfast, will stay again
E. B.
Good comfortable hotel. Very convenient for Oxford Street area , Soho, Leicester Square and Covent Garden.
D. W.
Beautiful hotel amazing staff, conceriege Chris is sooo helpful, and jacob who checked us in,where it is situated is fabulous, round corner from Oxford st,and short walk to theatres, piccadally, soho and the christmas lights are wonderful, thank you so much all,xx
R. H.
The perfect place to stay and so central to everywhere. A lovely hotel.
Many thanks for the upgrade.
S. C.
Room was tiny and dark, broken socket on the live out( im an electrician) 2 way light in the bedroom did not work, heater blew cold on the hot setting, plus side ,great friendly staff concierge service fantastic, food down stairs was nice, up stairs breakfast was over priced and not nice, let's hope Gordon Ramsey doesn't go there ( down stairs emergency lights were off needs looking at)
J. R.
You get what you pay for. It seems some rooms are newer, but I paid less and was placed in the somewhat old school 'classic room' annex. Very dated, holes in the wall, TV remote worn down so much you can't see the buttons, no blinds on the window, and just...old. Can't fault the location though.
p. o.
Using a walking aid due to recent Injury but was given a room on a floor with no lift to the lower floors. Unwilling to swap room even though we arrived prior to check in time to make the request. .
O. M.
The TV in the room wasn't working the lift broke the toaster caught fire and the breakfasr was shocking the staff was rude and unhelpful would not recommend it
J. B.
Great location and good room. Great price.
G.
Central and freindley staff. Room needs an update, but perfect for a few days away. Room can get hot during the summer, fan provided, properly cozy during the winter. Also had a problem with the shower, where it would not aim correctly, and soaked the bathroom each time you use. Reported to the staff, but nothing was fixed. Also the uht milk for tea and coffee was out of date by 4months. However Will book again when in London and proberly upgrade to a better room. Breakfast also worth the money, cooked breakfast every morning, and help yourself service.
A. G.
Had a lovely stay, room nice and clean, would have preferred a room with a walk-in shower as the shower was over the bath which was really high and not easy to access for people with short legs!! Staff were really friendly and very helpful. Ate in the Sage & Chilli restaurant food was lovely.
O. A.
Clean and comfy rooms...
Modern deco,
Tiny though...
Friendly check in staff..
T. M.
Fantastic location in Central London. Good rooms. Friendly front desk staff.

Absolutely lovely visit once again. The evening meal and breakfast was great. Staff friendly and hotel very clean. Wouldn't stay anywhere else
S. M.
Friendly staff, clean room ideal location
r. c.
Very well located hotel for access to theatres and Covent garden which was just what we needed. Good for a place to rest & near central transport hubs.
B. w.
Was ok. Small room but what do you need for an overnight stay.the bar had a good atmosphere for the win over Ukraine.7th floor seems too have a big problem with damp smell
H. M.
Great Hotel, super friendly staff, if I had a negative it would be the rooms are warm constantly even with a fan in the room. Thankyou
M. R.
Amazing - such an experience I think anyone deserves if you like to stay away from home. The stars speak for themselves
K. M.
Fantastic location.
The check in was busy but managed well.
The breakfast was lovely, lots of choice,Perfect scrambled eggs.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
The only slight issue was that the shower room was small and the step up into the actual shower was too high ,I have a slight mobility issue and could not step up as it was such a small area my husband wasn't able to help me.the room was tired but the bed comfy, and fairly quiet.
I would stay here again if I could secure a room which was more accessible.
B. P.
Nice bar/food, decent rooms and friendly staff
H. S.
Fabulous location, friendly staff, clean rooms.
R.
Great location, clean rooms, great breakfast
A. L.
Had a lovely stay at this hotel, the staff were all helpful that we spoke to. We had B&B on a short theater break here. The room was clean and tidy fairly quite being in a busy part of London. The bed was very comfortable, clean bathroom with everything you needed to hand. Breakfast was self service with a reasonable choice of hot and cold food. I've marked 4 stars due to the toilets in the foyer, when used by my husband said they were dreadful, they had not being cleaned which unfortunately made a smell that carried through to the top of the stairs leading to the restaurant.
D. W.
The hotel is well placed for the West End and Theatre land. It a large hotel, built in the 1970s, and caters for coach parties, tourists and conferences, so can get pretty busy at times, ie checking in and breakfast. There can also be a …
T. B.
Great central location.
Rooms were smaller than expected.
Housekeeping could use some training. They have a sign next to the shower that says "we care about the environment.... If you will reuse your towels, put them on the rack. Put them on the floor for fresh towels.
We were there for a week. Each morning, we put our used bath towels on the rack to use again. Every night when we came back, the towels were changed to clean, new towels.
Also, housekeeping wouldn't give us a new roll of toilet paper when we had used on up. We had to go to the front desk who sent housekeeping to our room with toilet paper.
The temperature in the room was WAY too hot, despite being the middle of winter. We were unable to turn the heat off. We had to open the screen-less window to get a bit of cooling. Though there was very little airflow to help cool it down.
Lastly was breakfast. It offered a wide variety of traditional English Breakfast items. It was adequate and tasty. However, it never changed, so by the end of the week, it got boring. A change up every few days would have been nice.
Despite the above criticisms, we generally enjoyed our stay. The location was great, and the price was reasonable for the location.
We would think about staying here again next time we were in London.
a.
Good sized rooms and helpful reception. Just some points are outdated and need updating. Would stay again tho as clean and very central location and is always very quiet despite being in central London.
C. H.
Dirty bathroom. Very small room. Excellent breakfast
D. W.
Stayed at the one in Feltham. Some of the staff are ok, but most were not. Most of the time, cleaners would enter in my room without knocking. A male even entered my room out of nowhere. My wallet was stolen when I left it in my seat in the lobby, and while I was waiting for the bank to send my particulars from the US, the hotel management offered no type of condolence. I'm not even sure why the name of the hotel is after a Saint. I pray to never have to stay there or similar. I do appreciate that the hotel was centrally located near the high street and train to London. That was great. I also liked that they gave me an alternate heater (since the room heater doesn't really work) and brought in a little refrigerator.
L. J.
This place is deceptively large. The reception and restaurant are smart and nicely done up, this part of the hotel has clearly undergone an upgrade. The room I stayed in was quite small (standard double) but comfortable although smelt slightly fusty on initially opening the door. It wasn't a smell that bothered me throughout my stay though just on entering initially. The bed was comfortable and I slept well (unusual on a single night away). The room was a comfortable temperature. If you are a light sleeper the noise from central London might bother you but I didn't wake with it.
There was a safe, kettle and a hair dryer in the room.
Hand soap was provided and there is shower/hair wash in a fixed bottle in the shower. The bathroom was very small; a larger individual would struggle in the space. The towel provided was small too, fine for me at 5' but not so good for a larger individual again.
The breakfast was nice and there was vegan spread on the table although I didn't see labels for other food item contents on the buffet. Breakfast was busy, as you'd expect for a hotel this large but they have two rooms to utilise. Everything is help yourself.
The staff on reception and concierge were friendly and helpful.
Given the room + breakfast cost £83/night for central London this was pretty impressive value for money. The only let down was the size and the slight odour of the room.
S. F.
Clean, friendly staff. Close enough to centre but not too close. Next to tube station
C. E.
The rooms themselves were a bit smaller than what I had expected or am used to, however my room had working AC which was very welcomed as some of my friends did not/couldn't figure out how to operate theirs. Shower had barely enough room to turn around in. Elevators were always packed with people waiting in line so I often took the stairs. Quite a long way up as there are several floors before the living floors started.
Breakfast was included with the rate I had booked. It was a very good breakfast and I looked forward to it every morning.
Hotel was in a nice location. Two blocks from an Underground station.
L. W.
I stayed with my husband and had booked an executive double room. Check in was polite and efficient. On arriving at our room the views across London were amazing, clean tidy room which we could not fault. Our stay was only for 1 night so decided to have dinner in one of the hotels restaurants, the service was excellent, food amazing, due to us booking an executive room we had breakfast in their other restaurant which I also cannot fault. Overall a lovely experience of the St Giles Hotel. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends.
C.
Overall a well priced hotel in a great location. I stayed in a twin room (which has a small desk and a tiny ‘wardrobe’ section), which doesn’t provide much room when you have a suitcase but serves the purpose. There was some stains over the carpet and walls, however the beds and sheets were clean and comfortable. The bathroom was tiny but clean and appeared to be newly refurbished. Check in was quick and easy and the staff were all friendly. The hotel itself is clean, modern and very nice.
D. M.
The location of this hotel is the main reason why we chose to stay here, as it is very easy to get to places around London, and the station just 2 minutes away. When we arrived to the hotel the reception area was very busy. However, even though it was busy we had a very warm welcome as well as a well-managed check in thanks to the receptionist Ayse, she was very kind and took her time when choosing our rooms, by asking for our preferences and she managed to give us rooms that were close to each other as I was traveling with my teenagers, she was very friendly and had a great chat with us. The rooms were spacious and it was on the high floor which was great, cleaned everyday with extra towels and blankets. Whenever we needed anything the receptionists were very helpful and made our stay pleasant. We had breakfast included with our booking, the only downside was that the queue can get long, however we did enjoy the breakfast as there were great options to choose from, I liked the idea of it being a buffet style as you are free to choose whatever and how much you would like to eat.
C. H.
You couldn’t fault the location of this hotel. It’s literally minutes from Oxford St and all that has to offer. There’s a nice pub on site and a fairly decent restaurant as well. The place has become somewhat rundown though. While the rooms were clean they could really do with a bit of a renovation and the decor needs updating. The same with the corridors and lifts. Just four small lifts in the lobby to serve the entire hotel meant that there were frequent long waits and false stops as full lifts stopped at requested floors. All in all though it’s not a bad hotel and I’d consider staying there again. The staff were friendly and helpful.
B. S.
The room was in need of refurbishment. Shower cubicle was on the small side however breakfast was very good and staff attentive. Very good for location.
O. A.
Firstly I think some of the reviews on hear give this place not much justice at all... me and my partner spent the weekend hear and I couldnt fault it.. the staff were so friendly, the room was spotless. And the breakfast was really nice. I wouldnt say if your looking for a romantic get away this isnt for some but it's a really nice hotel and great for the price. I'd highly recommend hear to anyone :) will definitely go back in the future

Got stuck at Euston due to train fault. Had a hotels.com free night and thankfully St Giles had space. By the time we'd walked from Euston to hotel (10 mins) booking had been received and was able to check in, no fuss, quickly and covid safe!
Room and bathroom was of good standard 🌟
D. M.
Location wise; amazingly close! Rooms are a bit smaller than it seems in the photos! We booked the exclusive bedroom, but if you travel alone and lite this room should be fine for you. Also the room is well equipped, including: Mini bar, kettle, coffee bags refill etc. The room is very clean and the housekeeping was always nice. Although the good things of the hotel we had one issue when we opened our room window to let the air circulation get in the room.. we quickly found out that our room window is probably close to the kitchen chimney which made our room smell like someone did a BQQ in our room. Beside that issue all went very well! I recommend this hotel if you look for a hotel that is very close to center of London and in good range of price.

Brilliant location, reasonably priced. Great place for seeing the sites.
I. K.
The only good thing I can say about this hotel is its location the room was nothing like the photos and the breakfast was awful
N. J.
Excellent hotel in a prime location. Impeccable service. Mattress perfect. Been back twice now and not disappointed! Keep it up guys!!
P. J. H.
Good location, small room. Painfully slow wifi and no handsoap?
j. m.
The lobby is nice but beyond that, the hotel isn't great. Our room was dark, cramped and in serious need of an update. The TV was tiny, only one small bedside table between the two of us. The room also had an unpleasant smell and was not a very nice place to hang out.
The lifts look and feel very dated, the hallways are confusing and narrow with quite a lot of mess on the floors, making it even narrower.
If you just need a room for a night, it's okay but I'd recommend staying elsewhere.

My visit here in early September (2020), was really nice. The hotel is situated, a barely ten minute walk, from Tottenham Court Road tube station. Meaning you can walk to many, of tourists sites like St
Paul's cathedral / The British Museum.
Room wise, it has very soft beds; all lovely and warm. There is some building work going on outside, but the double glazed (blind) windows; stop that.
There is a breakfast option, that you pay extra for under. This incudes a full english / other choices, and as many beverages as you like. You can even get toast & jam, included with it.
Open to the public, it's good value for money.

A really clean and comfortable hotel of great value for the westend of London
r. g.
Pleasant welcome. Room was ready early and was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was better than we hoped !!! Self service...but that was fine ! Great location and helpful staff. More lifts would be welcomed to help ease a longish wait...but appreciate that is not something easily rectified.!!.Would definitely stay again.

Hotel is a good for tourist the city. Great location you can go walking to anywhere. The hotel is small for american standard, but smaller room are expected in budget oriented hotel. The beds are very comfortable and good bed linens. Shower has nice hot.water.and you can control and adjust the heating accordingly. Lift/elevators they have about 6 but they are old style and inefficient. So ussualy take a way to arrive and by then sometimes you may need to get the next one. This is one update that would bring impact to all staying at hotel. Good lobby. Overall great option if you are looking for budget and well located room.

Stayed here from Sunday till Tuesday for my birthday with my friend. Booked it cause of the location. We arrived around noon and our room wasn't ready yet. Which is fine, it was still early. We could leave our luggage at least free of charge and were told to come back at 2pm. We came back quarter after 2 and our room still wasn't ready. We were told to come back in a hour again. Staff apologised but already that was a bad impression. Finally in the evening we made it to our room with 2 single beds as requested. Beds are comfy. It had a small window in the corner into a very noisy street. Room wasn't cleaned the next day. Only 4 elevators available for a very busy hotel. Obviously the hotel attracts a lot of groups and young people, due to the location and price. A lot of them hanging out in the lobby or in front of the hotel constantly. Decor and state of the hotel could definitely use a upgrade. Recommend only if you want a cheap place in a good location and don't expect to much.
l. g.
Excellent location with great price. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. I particularly liked the part where they had the concierge counter separately manned because it meant that my luggages were safely kept and protected. The room was small but the bed was very comfortable. It was enough for a traveller like me who is away most of the day. Amazing location.
J. R.
Nice hotel at a great location. Staff are very friendly, particularly the concierges were extremely helpful.
The only downsides in my eyes were the fact that the bathroom door can't be locked (fine if you're a couple, not so nice if you're sharing a room with a colleague) and the conference centre. The conference centre is far underground, so you won't be seeing any daylight, and it consequently also smells a bit like it lacks ventilation.
Overall, still a great stay and would recommend the hotel, just not the conference centre.
S. R.
Staff are lovely and very helpful. Location is amazing.
Rooms were OK.
Would stay again
j. m.
Excellent hotel for a quick getaway. I was alone, but my room was quite big enough and very clean. I was sick for four days and they changed my sheets and pillowcase every day. Coincidence probably, but it made the experience much better. I will visit again for sure.

Fantastic staff and breakfast propper english 10/10

Great location. That's about the only thing this hotel has going for it. The room was tiny and tired, with thin walls and doors making noise from other guests very audible (I heard a neighbour making a phone call at ordinary speaking volume). Very little light coming into the room, and it was just a shade on the cold side. The TV must have been 15 years old and the poor signal made it unwatchable. There was a safe in which wasn't big enough for a laptop, and there are no irons in the room so not really geared towards the business traveller. Finally, the most egregious modern hotel sin: paid internet connection (or the option of an unusably slow 'free' option).
I mean, I didn't die, staying here. But there are other, nicer hotels at the same price point in the vicinity. I wouldn't stay here again.
r. r.
Tiny rooms and quite noisy from the corridor in the hotel, not the outside. Breakfast was not good either. It’s like a low profile canteen. The whole place is not great. But the location is good and prices are reasonable compared to the other places around! So if you are in London for a day or two for a play or shopping, can do. For more than 2 nights it’s misery.
Also as an ex-Londoner, I suggest you don’t do this to yourself and don’t stay on oxford street. There are so many other options still close to the centre but a lot prettier and calmer.
B. M.
Have just arrived home after a 2 night stay with a friend. We had a fantastic stay, rooms lovely, comfy & clean. All the staff were friendly & couldn't do enough for you. Food was superb in the Hudson bar & breakfast was great & just what we needed in the mornings, it was a lovely & hot buffet style breakfast, we had no queuing dispute the hotel looking very busy. We will be staying again on our next visit. Location was great as well.
P. B.
Really enjoyed my stay. Great central location. Great value. I stayed in two different rooms consecutively due to booking one room then changing to another because my plans changed. The first room had air con but the second didnt. But it wasnt a major problem. Just check in advance to make sure your room has heating / cooling as may be required depending on season. Seems to be very busy hotel with large groups of tours coming through often, but this is fine by me. I think they could do something about the stairs out front because hauling big suit cases up them may be a problem for some people.
K. v. P. (.
Been coming here for years feel it's not as good as before standards have slipped the rooms are dated breakfast was sloppy service was too it's a shame I love this hotel but not impressed this visit
G. A.
Upon arrival in our room. No hand soap, little to no toilet paper, no toilet brush, only one towel. While complaining about this to reception they said they couldn't help with a toilet brush (sorry but should be available, quite unhygenic). While checking out and asking reception if they needed any more info from us, they were quite rude about it. Used to be a better experience, even though the interior has definitely improved. Also would come in handy to offer small rental fridges
S. B.
From the lobby this place LOOKS amazing, nice bar, casino, huge gym, 24 hour diner and then you go to the elevators. On our floor they had electrical tape holding flooring down walking towards our room. We got 2 singles, and they were smaller than singles I’m used to. The room is much smaller than they show in their pictures and they don’t seem to have seen a serious renovation since the 60s. Only 2 outlets on the vanity for the whole room! None in the bathroom. We could hear everything outside our room, down the hall at the elevators. The pillows were lumpy and old. The comforter on the bed was a warm winter one which was nice, but that doesn’t make up for everything else these rooms lack. Really disappointed, would never stay again. But I would visit all their additional facilities.
E. O.
Fantastic location. Great staff and very accommodating with the bar opening hours. Second time here. Breakfast was good for a buffet but not outstanding. Rooms are compact but that’s understandable for the location and price - most importantly they are clean. The hotel seems to have a culture of continuous improvement with the in room survey.
D. S.
Really enjoyed out stay here.
Didn't know what to expect as I've never stayed in central London before, but they exceeded my expectations.
The reception is huge, with plenty of people attending and a great concierge where you can leave your bag and go back out before checking in and after checking out.
They have a 24 hour restaurant, I didn't go in but the menu looked good.
The rooms were lovely, great views, cold air con and really modern.
Would definitely return.

The location of this hotel is fantastic. It's within walking distance of several sites, and close to the metro. It's also incredibly easy to get a cab from this area and the food scene in the area is really nice. The staff is also amazing. Very friendly. We spoke to the front desk agent a few times during our stay and she remembered our names and details about our trip. She also tried her best to accommodate our wishes during out stay. Housekeeping was excellent and the rooms very clean. However they are somewhat dated in appearance, but for a hotel at this price point in this location, that's acceptable. Nothing was broken, and the room, though small, was comfortable. I remember the bathroom in particular being very nice for our needs and I liked the built in vanity with mirror for applying makeup. Downside: We stayed here in July during the heatwave, and not all the rooms have air conditioning. It was quite hot on our floor, and though we left the window open for air to circulate the maid kept shutting it. They did give us a fan though, which is better than other hotels we stayed at in England. All in all it was an excellent stay and we actually are booked to stay here again in March 2019.
Also, the breakfast at their diner was quite good.
D. G.
Terrible location unless you like shopping. Hosptiality is depending on who is there. I work in a hotel and this is bad.
C. L.
Well couldn't get in the room (supposed to be 14:0) had to keep asking "can I get in" they would not contact me when room was ready so stood there. I should have asked but no air-con just a fan pushing very hot air around but then again hottest day in the UK. Room very small but worst of all the shower was uncontrollable couldn't turn on/off and wife could not do it at all. Towels were like bits of threadbare cloth and small. Decor needs updating in rooms. Not enough lifts for the amount of people with one broken and lucky we were on the first floor. The staff were helpful and no blame on them and facilities (food wise) were good but ice machine would not work!
G. S.
I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel was clean and comfortable with great facilities. One small complaint is that desk staff are very economical with information regarding enquiries, which means having to ask repeatedly before getting the information you need.
S. C.
Stayed here many times. Perfect location for shopping and theatres
S. D.
Stayed for 2 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it, our room on the first floor was rather small but was fine for us. Bedroom & bathroom was spotless. TV was very small, portable size.
Would recommend this hotel it is very busy but it's location is perfect for sightseeing & prices are reasonable.
J. P.
Nice reception, rooms are average, bit hit and miss on done of the room sizes. I have started in a twin with its own office area, a double that was tiny and most recently a single which was on the small size. Could also do with better signage as to room numbers. I'd recommend that you request a higher up room that is quiet. Breakfast is expensive so look for deals that have it included. The TV remote in my room was not fit the TV so I had done fun trying each button to work out what it did!!
B. C.
I cannot fault the hotel, it is exactly what you would expect for the price.
The full English breakfast needs some attention though (2/10)
And... The tea in the room pack! No doubt the worst tea I e ever tasted
s. f.
Located close to Soho Chinatown Westend theatres Leicester square Oxford street.
Hotel room clean compact breakfast good and plenty of choice.
The Shard and London eye a short tube ride away. Tottenham court road station less than 5 mins away.
L. A.
Location, fair prices, friendly staff.
B.
Great location and a good hotel.
S. H.
Very clean but rooms were really small and paper thin walls. Watch your head on the wall lights. Very noisy, inconsiderate guests so not much sleep BUT the reason for 4* is the staff/atmosphere in Hudson's House bar in the hotel; absolutely fantastic! Food was really excellent, portions really good value for money especially the pre theatre offer. Staff constantly clearing , watching the floor etc. Very pleasant experience. Would definitely eat there again but would request an upgrade on the room.
D. A.
Location was good and hotel easy to find. We will most likely use this hotel again.
Our room was close to the lifts which made our room noisy due to people passing by. This was made worse by corridors having no carpets so cases were noisey on floor surface.
I. M.
The rooms are OK but the main reason most people come to the hotel is the price. The reception has been updated but the rest of the hotel needs work. All the rooms are small and are well used. I was impressed with the restaurant and did like the bar. Staff are all friendly and helpful but do lack some knowledge about the hotel. Good place to stay on a budget
M. W.
Not good hotel at all. We wouldn't recommend St. Giles. Hundreds of people stay there and rooms are horrible. First we got room with no ac at all and if you opened the window there was some ventilation machine from Hell staight outside which kept about 120 decibel noise. That equals no sleep. Then we got luckily "upgraded" to ninth floor but that was also really small etc. No ironing board or so. The location is quite good but otherwise don't go there.
S. N.
Definitely a decent hotel in a good location. Rooms are decent, nothing fancy. If an indoor pool is what you are looking for, don't book this hotel. The pool is at the YMCA and costs an additional 5 pounds per person per visit. In addition the pool can only be used for lap swimming not casual relaxation. Make sure to bring your own towels.
E. M. J.
We upgraded to an executive room and received a room with a tiny double bed. After much debate we were only offered the solution of switching to a twin bed room the following day, but that took much debate with the guest service manager. Eventually we did not get to enjoy our short stay at London properly. Very disappointed and very unsatisfied with what we paid good money for. Will not come back again and will never recommend this hotel.
J. B.
Been here for a business trip and was happy to leave again.
Price is great for London but therefore you need to make compromises.
A. It too much for my liking:
Room was tiny, bed with two mattress an absolute nightmare. Traffic noise the whole night and the room door is paper thin, at a point I thought there are people in my room.
Thanks, but not again.
I. K.
Comfortable clean rooms. Staff are lovely. Highly recommend the Hudsons on the ground floor.
C. M.
The hotel's location is perfect! With Oxford street just around the corner, the British Museum a few minutes' walk away etc. The corridors to the rooms were a little confusing at first (got lost the first time I went from my room to the elevators, nothing serious though), but after that it was very easy to find the right way. The entrance/doors to the rooms were also quite narrow but other than that, everything was excellent. The beds were so comfortable, the breakfast was great, the service was very good and the staff easy to talk to.
Furthermore, at the hotel there's also a restaurant which is open 24/7 (I think) and a casino, which I sadly did not go to. On the other hand, I did try out the swimming pool, the sauna, the steaming room and the gym (which is big and on two floors - if I remember correctly). As a former swimmer, I really liked the pool area with a 25m pool and heated water.
Overall, from my experience, I really recommend this hotel.
T. M.
Good location - easy reach to all the attractions and just around the corner from The British Museum. A no frills tourist hotel that serves it's purpose well. No air conditioning so room was very hot although a large fan is provided in the room.
G.
I stayed here in 2016 for 2 nights. It is basic hotel at a good location. There was some construction work going on near the hotel at that time so there was some noise in the morning. The room was basic and lacked amenities like tea/coffee and small refrigerator in the room. Not a bad option for budget travel.
G. S.
Not somewhere I would stay again. Stayed on 10th floor and was woken multiple times during the night as there is no soundproofing. Lifts pinging and people peeing is not what anyone wants to wake up to! Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Restaurant food sounded a lot nicer on the menu than the cooked-from-frozen stuff we got served
J. Q.
Enjoyed our stay, no complaints.
M. M.
Great location and the staff were great in the bar. the issue was with the room size and the shower size. I'm 6'3" and could barely fit in the shower. The elevators only have 1 button, no up or down which leads to you having to ride it all the way down to get to your correct floor. Very frustrating. Finally there is no iron in the room, however there are ironing rooms on the 3rd and 6th floor.
D. R.
The hotel has 3 stars! Everything is perfect. Good location, the metro is reached in 2 minutes. The rooms are okay for this price. It has a great bar and a 24 hour restaurant that cooks cheap and well. A bakery is also nearby where you can have a delicious breakfast. I can only recommend the Hotel St. Giles!
M. E. V.
Perfect location for shopping, theatre and transport elsewhere. Stayed for a trip to see Harry Potter and The Cursed Child. Loved it. Staff at hotel were friendly. Good atmosphere in the lobby. Restaurant and bar looked good although we did not try them. Room was decent size although there was only one bath towel for 2 of us staying in the room. They did send another few towels to our room when asked, although one of them was stained/mouldy.
N. C.
Been staying at the St. Giles hotel for 3 months for work! The rooms are clean and tidy, the food is good.
But the thing that makes it for me is the friendly and helpful reception staff. Sylvia especially has, week in, week out done her best to make out stay, a good one
ר. פ.
We stayed at the St. Giles for several nights while on our honeymoon in London. The lobby and restaurant were pretty, clean, and nice decorated. The hallways to the rooms were a bit more rundown looking and not as clean, which gave me pause, but who spends time in the hallway anyway? The room was small, but not unreasonable for London, and the bathroom, while small, was larger than I expected. The room was very clean and nicely appointed. It wasn't especially fancy, but we weren't there to spend time in the room. There was no air conditioning, but we stayed very comfortable during the unusually warm October weather by cracking the window at night. The staff was reasonably friendly and helpful. The St. Giles is conveniently located within walking distance of several tube stops, as well as a variety of pubs, restaurants, and theaters. Would stay again.
A. W.
Pleasent place to vi's it Smack in the middle of Oxford Street. Well worth a look.
P. C.
The location is perfect. Public transportation is very close. To whom that like to walk, it is just in the corner of Oxford road.
The room is very OK. Small but comfortable and clean. Bath room and toilet as well.
The elevators are terrible. Sometimes you have to wait 5-7 minutes to go up or down.
I will probably come back.
T. F.
Dirty room. Extremely small area. No disposable slippers. No help for one-time battery charge, you should buy it, they are ready in to sell :) Even they have a place for it.
No help for calling your bank, since they couldn't charge credit card but your credit card works in ATM inside the Hotel.
Breakfast is 0-star. Dormitories serve better than it.
Actually no help at all. Maybe it is London style.
T. M.
The initial front of house service was quite professional and above expectation. Upon receiving my bill I noticed I had been overcharged by £100 and took this up with the staff, they were more than happy to reimburse the money although made no offer of compensation. The room itself was tight (twin single) though clean. The continental breakfast was more than adequate but could do with more friendliness / Hotel atmosphere as it felt more like a hostel atmosphere. Besides these points, the major benefit is location and price. I would stay here again👍
D. R.
Excellent value for money. Rooms might be a little small but beds are so comfortable. Breakfast good.Hudson's bar/restaurant was one place that we would definitely use again. Food was very reasonably priced and the atmosphere very much to our liking. Situated 5 minutes from Leicester Square. Can't wait to find an excuse to visit again.
M. M.
Ideally situated and very comfortable. Great

Very good and convenient location to Soho area, Oxford Street, British Museum and underground station. Room was clean and comfortable bed. A very busy hotel but breakfast need to line up to get in. With elevators but slow. There were …

An affordable, reasonable hotel in a great location. The rooms are a bit small and the service could be better. We had issues with getting the rooms we booked. We got double instead of twin, and had to switch rooms after the first night. It seems there's a mix of rooms in this hotel. Some are better and some are not as good. Notably, the water pressure in the high floors is really poor.
P. G.
This hotel has a great location, with a major tube stop right outside and on the edge of Oxford Street, with loads to do within a minute’s walk. Whether staying for a holiday or business in the area it’s a great choice. The lobby area is impressive and modern with loads of staff on hand to help. The actual check in process wasn’t the fastest though and the member of reception staff felt a little unsure. However it was seamless enough and we were at the useless lifts in good enough time. I say useless because they took forever. At the lobby level they only have a ‘down’ call button which doesn’t work well, two were out of order and on the inside they felt old and dated. This dated feel continued in the corridors and room and unfortunately it seems only the reception area has had the refurb.
I’d booked a Classic Twin room which was pretty small. If you have anything more than a small bag you’d struggle to move around comfortably. There was no view from the window but fortunately being on the ninth floor meant that there was no noise from outside and it was possible to sleep with the window open. Annoyingly there were no electric sockets by either side of the bed but sleep quality was alright. The bathroom was good enough but again small, although the shower had power and heat.
The attached casino is a great facility, open 24x7 and also offering good prices on food and drink. Paired with the location it means I’ll certainly be considering staying here again, although I wouldn’t recommend it based on the rooms alone.
S.
The staff are excellent, the hotel room was nice and clean and the smell was fresh and clean. The beds were really comfortable, we had breakfast which was lovely, it is a great affordable hotel and will definitely be staying here more often. It is in a great location, the price was great!! Definitely a must visit if your staying in London, its close to the threatres!
g.
Rooms are very small and dark and musty. Our room was not clean and did not have air condition. I expressed my concerns and I was given a larger room. However, it also was dark and musty and the shower did not drain. I was supposed to stay three nights and I wanted to leave after the first night. The staff at the front desk were absolutely wonderful and they reimbursed me for the unused nights.
R. d. S.
Rooms could be cleaner, some mould in the bathroom. Quite an outdated hotel/rooms, very small with small windows. The lifts are quite bad, waiting 2 mins for a lift when there are 4 of them. The orange juice at breakfast is squash, not juice. Good location though.
S. P.
Very polite welcome on arrival - receptionist Ayse was a credit to you, helpful and professional. Also, Hudson's Bar is a great place to meet with friends, with excellent food and drink, and friendly staff. …

Had a lovely two night stay in a comfortable bed, nice bathroom Double bed executive suite. In a beautiful easy access area of London. Check in was easy and staff extremely helpful and the cleanliness is what one would expect. The only thing that has not allowed me to give the the 5 stars, was a let down over some breakfast confusion. I noted that breakfast is served from 5.00am till 11.00 most day with the excepting of Tuesday being 6.00am till 11.00am and a Saturday 7.00am till 11.00am. However this Friday morning at 5.30am I headed down for breakfast only to be told that because it’s the morning of Halloween parties overnight, that they we not open for hotel guest until 6.00am unless I wanted to have a very restricted menu. I declined and returned at 6.00am. When pointing this out to the front of house staff on my way back to my room, they were very apologetic and had a realisation that something may have been said. I really didn’t mind the half hour wait but management should communicate better and pass on information to theIr staff and guests.
C. K.
We stayed at St Giles Hotel in September/2016. It was three nights and we really appreciated the staff's manner with us. The staff were very helpful and friendly all the time of our stayed. The room was nice and clean included the bathroom. The location is great as you can get the tube two minutes walking from the hotel. Of course, it's not a five-star hotel, therefore it's corresponded our expectations and we have a great time there. If you want to stay nearby town, I highly recommend the hotel.
A.
Lovely hotel in a great location, very central to everything London has to offer. The staff are the most helpful I have ever had the pleasure of staying with. In particularly, the concierge helped us enjoy our stay by organising our travel and sightseeing. The bedrooms were very compact and the bed was a bit on the small side. However i will be back to stay again and soon.
s. b.
Great location and clean basic lodging in central London. Rates are always good so if all you require is a shower, clean bed and hearty breakfast this hotel ticks all three. Don't expect luxury.. You get what you pay for at London prices.
n. o.
Good hotel, but outdated and worn. Perfect location. Nice reception staff. Poor bar staff, horrible breakfast staff. Room had no ventilation or air conditioning, thus made them smell like a medieval dungeon. Opening a window is a bad option regarding the location in the busy area. However, I would consider going again.
S. A.
Central hotel very bad rooms, mediocre breakfast.
R. C.
Just for the location I wanted to give this place a good review but I honestly cannot.
The reception area is nice but the rest of the hotel feels tired at best and the stairs are like a murder scene.
The noise insulation between rooms is very poor
Bathroom bare and functional but ok clean
Cleanliness generally just on the edge of acceptable. Rooms are dated and they shouldn't use carpets unless you change them often as they feel very old and dusty.
Mattress is uncomfortable and the cheap bedsheets are tiny therefore you can't avoid sleeping on the bedcover that was cleaned maybe 10 years ago.
WiFi works when you first login. It will not work on the day you check out as the hotel is so keen to get rid of you it switches it off at midnight. Employees some are nice others are a bit rude but none knows why things don't work.
Oh and make sure you take copies of your reservation and receipts if you have pre-paid as it is more than likely the hotel will lose your reservation or claim you haven't paid or something or other.
Yep the second star is just because of location.
G. R.
I love this hotel. I have stayed here twice. The service is great. The breakfast is generous with great verity of food to choose from. The best of all is the location. Convient stores, cafe, restaurant, fast food restaurant and the tube 2 min walk. I love it
J.
DONT GO THERE unless you like really small rooms.!! You can also upgrade to room smaller than the regular rooms if that makes sense. The only different is that the carpets is a move red instead of that boring grey carpet in the regular rooms. There is also the house keeping situation! Just know that when you put the "do not disturb" sign on your door, to the housekeepers if means that they should burst into your room without knocking or they will knock really quick while coming in at the same time OR they will keep knocking while ignoring the sign. OR they will tell you that the sign was not on the door when they know that they are the ones who took it off.
I must say that the receptionist were really nice and helpful, but they cant control the conditions of the hotel.
The breakfast is not really that good. You have to stay in one of the upgrades rooms to get the really good breakfast. It's not worth the money.
M. D.
For the type of hotel this is, it's quite good and is a decent enough place for 2 or 3 nights. Some rooms can pick up noise and parts can look in need of refurbishment but on the whole it's an ok place to stay in an excellent location. The Concierge guys are great!
P. S.
Best hotel there is in Central London.
Staff have 100% friendliness and the hotel itself makes me feel like being at home.
I have been staying in this hotel for almost 6 years and I am pleased to say that it is 100% luxury.
The rooms are nice and cozy and clean and sound proof. The tea and coffee facilities in the rooms are very useful for when I want to make either a cup of tea or a cup of coffee.
What also makes this hotel my favourite hotel is that on every floor where the lifts are there is a vending machine which is handy for when I want to buy either a can of pop or a snack etc.
The WiFi is super fast for when I come to use it on my phone, laptop or tablet etc.
Definitely would recommend this hotel to everyone and I will be staying there as a guest regularly.
Excellent Service.

Helpful staff.
Our room took over an hour to be made ready so we were given a free cream tea. Very nice gesture. …

Very central ,just 2 minutes walk from tube and very close to Oxford street. We had an amazing stay at St Giles, the staff is very friendly and the room very clean 👍👍
B. F.
It was our second visit as a party of 8. Staff very friendly and nothing too much trouble. Hotel very handy for Covent garden and the West End. Beds are extremely comfortable and although rooms are a little small, very clean and all you need. Restaurant and bar area great. Will definitely be making a return visit.
M. S.
I booked deluxe double room for 5 nights while I was single to have excellent stay. It was not bad, but I expected better especially in the breakfast. I was expecting buffet, but I got kind of a small menu to choose from. Also you have to pay extra for almost every thing Internet, swimming pool and even for late checkout. The location was good, and the service and the cleanness too. There was a very annoying noise due to construction operations in the building next to it.

We have used this hotel many times for our annual theatre trip to London. Clean and comfortable hotel at a sensible price. Good eating options are available at the hotel. The location is good for Oxford street shopping and most of the theatres are within walking distance. The only reservation I have is that the lifts are very busy at peak times.

Great location, probably the only redeeming feature of this hotel. The floor I was on (third floor) was in desperate need of redecoration as the wallpaper / paint was clearly distressed. The room itself was tiny, a real struggle to navigate around with a really small gap between the bed, one wall and the desk. The shower was bemusing, it's at least a foot higher than the floor and a serious trip hazard. If you use this just as a base of operations and are happy to pay £100+ just for the location then go for it, otherwise I would recommend something a bit further out.
E. b. t.
The price for the location is good and the room size is small but enough since you shouldn't be spending any time in it apart from sleeping and getting ready after a day out. The bathroom was recently decorated in our room and the view to outside the window is pretty dull, but no complaints. Pretty clean overall in the hotel. It's also a bonus that the hotel was connected to a gym, 24/7 cafe diner, bar/restruant and a casino.
B. S.
Great location but not a brilliant hotel. The rooms were in need of refurbishment and it took forever to get hot water out of a disappointing show. Housekeeping were overly keen, knocking on the door at 9:30. Lifts are slow in coming and often over crowded. The bar is not attached to the hotel so you cannot put drinks on your room.
A. M.
I stayed with this hotel several years ago and guess what? Nothing has changed. To be honest I dont think much have changed last 10 years. Rooms are below average strandard and beds are rubbish. Door and walls are very thin so bring your best ear game.
At first sight bathroom looks great, but its not. The shower is a slow pathetic experience and remember dont do number 2 if youre having a romantic weekend since there is no brush.
Whats fantastic though is the location. Absolutely lovely. But with these low standard rooms I cant give this site more than 2 stars considering price isnt ultra low.
Rooms have no curtains and barely no view. Great gym is included if you find it.

Honestly, such a disappointing experience. The staff were very apathetic and obstructive. I booked a 2 night stay with them, but on the day of my arrival, I found out my grandfather passed away and I had to cut my trip short as I had to fly out urgently to help arrange the funeral in Europe.
Given these unforeseeable circumstances, the hotel was adamant that they would not be willing to amend my stay with them and would charge me the full 2 nights despite this. They were apathetic and rather rude in terms of professionalism. Especially to client who was grieving in such a difficult time, they were unapologetic and even dismissive of the situation, as if they would not believe me.
Unhelpful, dismissive, obstructive, and overall NO hospitality. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They were able to make an unfortunate situation even worse.
In addition to the above, the hotel is outdated and dim. The location might be useful, but that's about all that is going for them.
y. s.
Cramped, noisy and not very well cleaned. I didn't even think single beds were still a thing in hotels these days. Location is good and the hotel bar was great, but the room itself was very disappointing. You can barely move in the "bathroom" and the noise from the street is not kept out by the window. Definitely won't be staying here again.
C. S.
Small room & bathroom, not very clean (hairs in the bathroom) shower had a lot of limescale and took ages for the lift to come. Staff in the morning could be friendlier. View was ok though, at night is a bit load but hey
J. C.
It wasnt bad - it wasnt a 5-Star Hotel neither. Stayed for 2 nights. My room was tiny (+ - 10m2). The mattress of my bed felt like as it hasnt been changed in the last 10 years. The room itself was okay for a short stay. Bathroom was okay as well. Only 1 kind of Shampoo/Soap. Except of a shower cap no free supps. Breakfast... i had to queue for breakfast at 8.15am before getting a shared table. I guess there were approx. 200 guests - so it was quite noisy. English Breakfast, Cornflakes and coffee was all i could find.
Its good located and cheap. I will spend 10-20€ more a night next time to check another hotel.
K.
Decent place but very crowded. Breakfast is fine. One of the elevators didn't work for a whole week (could be much more) and it causes the other elevators to be really busy. Most of the guests used the tiny inconvenient stairs carrying all of their bags with them for 3 or more floors. If you go there, I would ask for the lowest floor

Good hotel
Good service
They actually do you requests
They have gym and a pool, but didn't use them
Very good location
I loved the discount booklet they have me
Bed are super comfortable, I travel a lot and The bed was one I could sleep in
Friendly staff
The bathroom was looking good
But...
The view isn't so good, you are mostly going to end up looking at the side of the building to another building.
No free breakfast
Rooms and hallways found use some updating
Rooms are super small :0

Concierge staff friendly and helpful. Reception staff not that friendly, got a bit of a telling of for asking the receptionist for our key when we checked in. Food was so-so at breakfast. Orange juice 5*. Bacon, I scratched my throat on. Hash Browns, lovely, scrambled eggs, gross, no option for fried or boiled. Room was clean. NO AIR CONDITIONING, in a room where the window opens only 6 inches. Had a fan, but it just blew hot air around (35°c weather). Cleaner cleaned our room while we were at breakfast, at 9am, we STILL had our room key! She had cleared our stuff out, we hadn't even checked out! So when they say a check out time, ignore it. The cleaners basically clear you out at the crack of dawn. Hotel entrance is lovely. Guest stairs are disgusting, stone, back of house stairs, that wouldn't look out of place in a public parking lot!

Best Location!
Good value for price.
Rooms are very small. …
U. L.
Good location, reasonably priced, however they have bed bugs. While staying here I was bitten by bedbugs, and upon complaint the managers reaction has been to disregard photographic evidence of the parasite itself and suggest to me that I might have had an allergic reaction. The policy seems to be to protect the interests of the hotel at the expense of the wellbeing of the hundreds of guests that may be sleeping in infested beds.
A doctor's visit confirmed this. Seems like it was in my clothing and luggage too so now I must treat all my belongings after moving into a new house.
Other reviews mention this but it doesn't seem like anything as been done.
G. C.
We booked a Deluxe room and it wasn't big enough to swing a cat in. It did have a 'separate seating area' which was odd and wasn't somewhere I'd want to relax in. The shower room was tiny.
Ended up speaking to Reception, who are really pleasant, and asked to see a standard room. They are miles better, no silly seating area and you could actually walk around the bed. Shower Room still tiny, but hey ho, you get what you pay for.
All in all, if you're just here for a quick trip to London and won't be spending loads of time in your room, don't bother going Deluxe.
M. H.
Staff is very welcoming and helpful. The roof top room was small but cozy but the way leading up there (elevator, hallway) isn’t nice at all and the roof window doesn’t block out the light. Go for a room on the 11th floor.
Shower was great, and the trim was overall clean.
G. J.
There was a lot of confusion with the rooms and they were not able to find a member of our groups reservation on the system, we finally got into the room where i found dirty laundry from the previous occupant, wettened toilet tissue used to stuff gaps in the windows and black mould in the shower cubicle. I was told housekeeping would come and collect the dirty laundry from the previous occupant and clean the room but no one did. The rooms are exceptionally warm so you have to open the window overnight but the street noise makes it impossible to sleep. Overall a disapointing experience.

St. Giles London is one of the best hotels on the planet. You will be greeted warmly and treated to an affordable beautiful room. The breakfast is a groaning board buffet, and don't forget to have your evening meal at their restaurant, Sage and Chili. Everyone is spot on and will never disappoint. Your trip to London will be made even more memorable when you have rested and dined in this beautiful property. Be assured you will be treated like royalty. We can't wait to return next June.

It's fine. Efficient front desk for check-in and out. Bed and shower in the room both did the job. Didn't try the other amenities (gym, pool, restaurant etc). Right next to Tottenham Court Road tube stop, with some food options and useful shops nearby. Good for my 1 night stay.
T. M.
Having stayed at the St. Giles many times, I will continue to do so due to its location and reasonable pricing. I would always recommend and executive room over anything more basic. Despite this, there have been a few changes that are less than ideal. The orderly queue at reception has now been gotten rid of in favour of a scrum. The executive rooms always came with breakfast included but after years of this being standard, it has quietly been removed with no true warning of the change. On balance it is still worth staying at, but less of a sure bet than it has been.
K. T.
A friendly and professional greeting on arrival as it was throughout our two day stay. Great breakfasts. Every where was clean. Our room was a bit on the small side but quiet, the bed was comfortable. We will be back thank you.
E. H.
Ok hotel but a shame about the so called classic room. Really wasn't big enough to swing a cat 😻... Been in store closets that were bigger than the bathroom/shower etc. The bathroom was that big you could used the toilet, shower & sink at the same time without moving (no exaggeration!!). The room was big enough as a single room only. Won't EVER be going back there again!!
k. l.
Hotel was in a very good location, near to tube station, walkable to oxford Street, Covent Garden and theatre land. Staff were all really friendly and helpful - especially the concierge guys. Room was small but clean and well laid out. …
T. W.
Stayed here 4 times during the Euros. Breakfast good just a pity the bar wasn't open late everytime
H. H.
So it's not terrible, but it's not great either. The rooms are pretty small, but that's a European thing. There's a million stairs for everything if you can't use the escalator. The breakfast is average to slightly above average. But the main thing that's making me say 3 instead of 4 is the fact that the rooms are hot 🔥. Forget about the A/C. It's ineffective, just sleep in sweat at night. Oh, and there's no outlets inside the bathroom. They are inconveniently located in your tiny bedroom. Other than that, it's good.
L. R.
Very busy Hotel with hard working front desk staff . You will spend a lot of time waiting for the lifts so most times with used the stairs because we were on the 2nd floor.
The room was OK a bit small compared to some Hotel's I've stayed in. Bedroom bathroom and lounge, nice but all rooms were small.
Breakfast was included and was very nice with helpful friendly staff.
A. O.
Me and my partner stayed at St Giles for two nights. The Hotel is near the centre so going into the city is no problem at all. Tube bus walk whatever you want, the city centre is close by. The personel in the lobby and restaurant/bars are great. There are 4 lifts to the other flours. During our stay two of them were out of order. So we had to wait a bit longer to go to our floor. Personel ware assisting people with their luggage if needed. The room was clean, the beds very good. A small problem with our sink was solved quickly by the technical staff of the hotel. All in all a good room for a good price. Our breakfast was included. It is a buffet, but everything was there what you need to have a good start of the day. In our case we enjoyed the English breakfast. So conclusion is as followed. The Hotel is clean, the personel are nice, the rooms are neat, the beds are comfortable, the bathroom is simple but sufficient. I would not hesitate to sleep here again. St Giles is a simple but fully equipped Hotel.
A. P.
An awful experience here: our room and the entire hallway smelled like mold and body odor combined; the breakfast was sub-standard; the breakfast staff were quite rude; there is no free wifi; heat wave + no air conditioning + lots of street noise = no sleep. The hotel's bad atmosphere and lack of amenities made this one of the worst hotels I've ever been in.
D. “. S.
Great location and price. Basic, but has everything you need. 24 hours service, plus the VQ restaurant downstairs that is 24 hours. Rooms small but comfy enough. Concierge very helpful.

Loved it,will go again next year xxx

We were very satisfied with our stay in this hotel!
Indeed we got a classic twin room at a very good rate because we booked in advance and the location is really the best one you can have for a hotel in London in my opinion.
Everything was very clean, we had towels, tea bags, a kettle, beds were comfortable.
We didn't have the air conditioning and it was more than 30 degrees at some point outside but it was a problem because the nights were cold and we slept with the window open. But if you want to be sure that the room is at a cold temperature then i advise you to book the rooms were there's an AC even if it is a bit more expensive.
The check in and check out were very easy and staff was friendly. We alao were able to let our luggage in a room for free to visit a bit more before going back home.
I really recommend if you're ok with simple hotels.

A very good hotel with excellent facilities. our room was clean and comfortable..extremely reasonable rates for room and food and drink. A great selection of restaurants and bars within the hotel.. First rate staff.. Friendly and helpful.. Great location for many attractions.. Theatres.. Museums.. and night life. Our first time here and we shall definitely stay again.. We could not fault it in any way.. Highly recommended.
M. M.
Liked: The location is good. One of the staff memebers at the reception desk was very kind to help us print the airport tickets. Staff at the concierge and restaurant was polite and helpful.
Did not like: 1. Swimming pool does not belong to the hotel and you have to pay extra to enter there. The quaetion is then why did they post pictures as if it belongs to them.. 2. Breakfasts are not good, coffee is not qualitative. We expected to have some special breakfasts on Christmas day but at the end we received even less food options because the delivery was not working that day. Well, you should have thought of some alternatives. 3. Rooms are not comfortable. Inside rooms the furniture is old and is falling apart. Blankets are too heavy and not covered with an extra cover as normal hotels usually do and you never know who slept on these blankets before you. Rooms are cold so we had to ask for an extra heater. 4. When we were checking-in the woman at the desk was quite rude and not welcoming at all. 5. We had to pay extra to keep our luggages at the concierge for two days that we traveled to Ireland. If someone plans to stay longer at your hotel, I believe it is better not to charge extra and to show that you care about customers.. 6. The price is way too expensive for what you get at the end. NOT RECOMMENDED!

Central location , but room compact ,although all service in the room.

You will find tons of bad reviews about St. Giles, however keep in mind that you are talking about a three star hotel not a four star so it isn't going to have the best of comfort. This said, I have stayed in two double rooms they weren't the biggest in the world but they were the best at the price you paid for. The only trick at the hotel is to early book a double room and not a single as those are absolutely unbearable. There were no issues with the cleanliness of the place, staff clean the rooms daily!!! Since I grew up in the centre of a busy town and am currently living in a noise neighbourhood I'm not the best person to judge the noise level, however, with windows closed there were no issues.
B. R.
Honestly the quality of the hotel itself is relatively nice. My reservations lay within the service and conditions of the hotel insofar as value for money. For example, if you would like to use the on-premise gym, you have to pay an additional fee, which, given the sub-standard quality of the gym, is an exorbitant £5. Breakfast is also extortionate and tastes somewhere around average.
The rooms are nothing to shout about either. Imagine the construction of a hotel in Central London, and imagine the interior designer has a vision of a contemporary vibe. Well, let's say the workers are on track to realise this vision, and when they get somewhere to 70-75% of the way there, they're hit by a plague and cannot complete the job. Not then, and evidently, ever. The skirting boards are taccy, the windows have the thickness of tracing paper, and the bed mattresses are as springy concrete.
C. A. V.
Reception was prompt and courteous. Friendly staff. Good location close to Tottenham court road tube. Room was on second floor and corridor were a little disorienting. Room was very basic but clean. TV remote wasn't great. No iron in room you have to go to a separate ironing room by the lift lobby. Breakfast was plentiful and included in the price.
J. S.
A big and efficient hotel perfectly located. Clean rooms. Continuous refurbishing, but not bothersome. Construction work in the neighbourhood generates some noise after 7 a.m. Check-in and check-out is smooth. I often choose to stay at St Giles.
J. B.
Very good price for a great location in the center of London. However, the size of the room is very small, if you have a big suitcase you would have trouble to open it inside the room (mine was small and if I left it opened, I could not have opened the room's door). The sheets were clean, but the bed covers did not seem it and did not even smell fresh. On the overall, if you visit London, you are going to spend most of the time outside the hotel, so considering the stated on the first paragraph and their service, I would say the hotel is ok.
I. P.
Not a great experience for our trip to London. I gave the hotel a 2 rather than 1 star because I understand the city was very congested due to Wimbledon. Nevertheless, the rooms were very small and we had to switch rooms because they didn't have any air flow in the room, the only small window that opened could only open about 5 inches and there was no screen to prevent the bugs from flying right in. Believe me, the room was small enough, we didn't need to share it with flies as well. There is no mini fridge, so drinks bought cannot be kept cold. It was warm water the whole trip. They gave us a new room, but the only difference (albeit a large one) was that it had a room A/C. Everything else was nearly the same--toilet you had to sit on sideways, a shower that was about 24x24 inches and you could barely wash yourself in, soap that was a strange blue "hair, body, face soap" that was bolted to the wall (FYI, it's not the kind of soap anyone in their right mind would want to steal anyway), no clothes line for drying clothes, no mini fridge. In essence, they had none of the bare necessities a simple motel in America might have. Also, the elevators only had a down arrow, so you had to wait until someone was going up rather than down just to get up to your room. It seemed that although there were about 4 or 5 elevators, only one was working the whole time we were there. I'm not sure if the others were out of commission, but it didn't say so if they were. I must admit, I've never been to London, so maybe this is normal. Nevertheless, I've been to many large cities before (NYC, Tokyo, Paris, etc.), and this is probably the smallest, most ill-equipped hotel I've been to. I would strongly suggest, especially, if you are larger in frame as we are, to consider a different hotel. I think the hotel could work on some of the problems like make sure all elevators work and install an "up" button so you don't have to guess which elevator will take you to your 9th or 10th floor, let's say, but I'm not so sure the hotel can change the larger issues like extremely small windows that let nearly no air into an air conditioning-less hotel or the fact they have. bathroom about the size of my home's broom closet. In terms of staff, it would only be fair to say they were accommodating where they could be. The breakfast as part of room cost was rather nice for meat eaters, but not as good for those who are vegetarian or gluten free--this isn't a surprise for someone that is both of these things. All in all, the hotel somewhat put a shadow on our first impression of London, which is a shame, but it might be nice if you need a budget hotel room and are willing to forgo some common essentials and amenities you would get at most hotels (even some motels).
j. e.
Fantastic and reasonably priced. We had a rooftop of executive room that had a wonderful skyline view of London. Will go back again next year. Only complaint was that being that high up the shower pressure was zero in the morning.
L. A.
The front of house staff were friendly and the common areas were very clean and in a very good condition. The location was very central and well connected to shops and transport. The look of the hotel from the outside is somewhat dismal and brutalist contemporary which isn't really to my taste. The room I visited was very small and very poorly ventilated which was the real downside of my visit. There was Internet connection and television which was great however it all felt a bit cramped, something that would make me think twice about staying in this hotel in the future.
I. T.
Very reasonably priced modern hotel for central London. Only 5 minutes walk from Tottenham Court Road underground station.
Decent rooms. Clean, spacious, all mod cons.
Nice bar, with a good selection of reasonable priced drinks.
Slightly limited breakfast, included in room price. But not bad really for the overall room cost.
Didn't use the restaurant but the food looked good.
Handy for theatres, usual London sight seeing & local restaurants.
Already thinking about our next visit.
A. P.
Fabulous. Really good value, particularly worth checking out the pre paid deals direct with them. For a good value hotel it was great. Rooms were small but had everything you needed, were clean and comfy. The food was well priced and good too. We'll be back.
J. b.
Great location, lead in rooms are very small but for a night you can live with, may be a little dated but rooms are clean and beds are fairly comfy. Reception quite trendy and modern and a few decent places to eat and drink, can recommend the bar for a burger and beer and friendly service
l. r.
Ok so the rooms are small and dated. No room service. Sauna, steam room and pool are extra as unrelated business. I travel for business so want to charge everything to the room. The premium WiFi is extra and also unrelated business, basically it only good point is it's location. Oh and don't start me on the lifts!!! The staff are nice though and they could do with upgrading the sausages for breakfast, you can tell the quality of a hotel by the sausages they serve at breakfast, and the ones here are dog food.
Y. M.
The location of the hotel is great - central London and within walking distance of two tube stations. The hotel itself is a bit shabby and the rooms are tiny - plus the heating in rooms doesn't work so well. The rooms aren't very soundproof too. Feels more like a hostel than a hotel.
S. P.
I was a bit disappointed...
Small room... I had a better room in a hostel in London (not a dorm a proper room for a couple) for better price.
Staff at reception was friendly and professional.
But the Italian restaurant food was ok...
Service was ... Well bitter to me.
I noticed from the afternoon when I wanted to get more informations about the menu..
That I was bothering him. That was my first impression.
It was not busy.. no interaction with waiters.
I was on the rush to finish my food and go.
Next time I will pay attention to my intuition.

Good facilities, helpful staff. Room large enough for us with toddler and baby just about. Buffet breakfast ok but nowhere near as good as other hotels I've stayed in. Location is excellent and on site parking a bonus too.

This was our second overnight stay at the St Giles we booked a standard room last year which was very cramped and stifling(no air con) in the summer heat. With a tiny corner window, barely room to move around the bed or use the mirror. Not even room for bedside tables. This time we chose an executive room it was much more spacious with a lovely view, air con and sofa area. Bathroom was beautiful with spacious shower and adequate toiletries and towels were provided. 1 bathrobe only, which neither of us used, the fabric was not cotton or naturaly absorbant it was soft but not nice after a shower. Access to the bathroom was through a tiny corridor from the bedroom area, there was a tiny step up into the bathroom which was so slight neither of us noticed until I stumbled down on exit and my husband stubbed, grazed and cut his toe on entering early in the morning. My shower was cold, unable to adjust the temperature however my husband managed to work it out after me. Tea and coffee making facilities were good and the bed was comfortable. Would we stay again ...Yes we would as it's very central and ideal with convenient parking underneath.
K. P.
Hotel is fine for over night accommodation.
Needs a make over and attention to cleaning.
Breakfast is a bit substandard as you can tell items are the cheap end of the market.
Room was supposed to be deluxe nothing deluxe about it to be honest and was in great need of a new carpet.
M. C.
A good place to stay. Staff was polite and helpful! Room was clean and quiet even at the first floor. Not a fancy room but fine for a short visit!
D. G.
Value for money and convenient for Euston train station and theatre district. Basic but clean and comfy
A.
Food is great as far as the breakfast goes. They should add crepes or something like that and small packets of honey, lino lada ot nutella. Staff is very professional. Rooms are crying for renovation and you can't get rid of moisture smell even with windows opened all day.
S.
Stayed here in August for 2 days the room which was described as an executive room was small and compact. This is to be expected for central London. The room was damp and had visible damp patches. The toilet floor tiles were lifting away from the floor and the shower showed signs of damp. The bar was ok although very expensive again to be expected . We had booked breakfast for 2 days which he had to go to an attached restaurant not part of the hotel. Both days we were told he hadn't paid. Both days we had to go back upstairs go to reception complain the accompanied by the receptionist downstairs to be then sat down to a pretty poor breakfast. On the plus side it was near the theatre.

What an awful hotel, would not recommend this to anyone. The rooms are tiny, not as they look on the photos, also quite shabby with dirty bedding. However, when we asked for a different room, our luggage was transferred, when I unpacked some of my clothing was missing, and reported it to senior staff at who were not concerned at all and no apology given. In the end I phoned the police to report the theft. NOT a place I would recommend.
R. A.
Excellent value for money, clean modern hotel, friendly professional staff, good location, warm comfortable rooms. Will definitely return.
M. G.
Room was very small and basic at the end of a corridor, ‘mini bar’ aka empty fridge on floor in room, shower the size of a touring caravan, stained carpets and generally awful. Had to pay for an upgrade an extra £30 a night which was a better room about holiday inn standard. Very busy having to wait 5 + mins for a lift. Good location and bar downstairs.

Visited in April and May 2017.
Strategic hotel with nice staffs and easy access to the public transport (Tube: Tottenham Court Road exit E). Not far from the gate, there are some kiosks of fast food and free daily newspaper. Rooms were not so spacious but the amenities were adequate. Breakfast is available for purchase on spot with £10 per person/day. You can ask the hotel staffs to inform places around if you are in need, they can tell you a lot.
M. S.
Didn't have really good stay. Breakfast was very poor and my room was very cold in the night. At the check out they asked me if everything was ok and I said that the room was pretty cold during the night. The only thing they could say was "okay, anything else?" but didn't really give any importance to what I said. So please, if you cannot handle the complain why do you ask if everything was ok? And please, try to improve the quality of your breakfast, that was definitely not worthy for the 170€ i spent for a single room!!
F. l.
The location is great, We had a twin room on the 12th floor not very big but just OK size wise it did have air conditioning but we could not leave it on at night because it was so noisy you would not be able to sleep, plus no instructions on how to work it. Next there were no curtains at the one and only small window just a Venetian type blind so we were woken up at about 04:45 in the morning by the sun rise, we left the window open at night which then meant when the sun came up it shone through the open window onto the mirror which then reflected it into my eyes so no chance of staying in bed any longer, not happy! Check in was fine as or at least we thought, but when we went for breakfast we were told it was room only and the women that checks you in at breakfast would not have it that we had booked breakfast even when I showed her the print out that said room rate included breakfast, she was not helpful at all just kept repeating room only, she said you will have to go to reception which we did and it was sorted, so I guess it was whoever booked us in had not put it on the system correctly, but the member of staff in the restaurant could have been more helpful. Back to the room, it was clean, so was the bathroom but the bathroom lighting was poor and a job to see to shave, the shower was terrible, no power at all, the door on the shower did not open fully and a job to get in and out, plus it is an 8-10 inch high step out of the shower to the floor, not good it you are older or have mobility problems and there is no rail to hold onto as you get out unless you grab the towel rail.

We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights. We took an upgraded room. The hotel is very centrally located next to Tottenham Court Tube Station. The room is divided into two cubicles: one is a small double bed (no space) and the other includes a sofa bed. A small refrigerator ,table , a safe and enough room for two large suitcases .
Cleanning was good. Very helpful staff.Large lobby ,bar open 24 hours. All around is full of restaurants and shops.we enjoyed . Full value for money.

Nice hotel. Been few tines. Lovely choices for breakfast. Central to Oxford Street for us ladies. Bus service spot on too. Had a meal in their restaurant not great but OK. Recommended for cleanliness in rooms too. Staff pleasant and helpful. Would recommend this hotel but we're goin to try somewhere different on our next visit to London as it's gettin a little pricey for us now.

Superb !!! Friendly staff with good service. Very nice room, with a good veiw. The location is central, with walking distance to many of the tourist attractions, theaters restaurants and more. My suit that had been wrinkled in the suitcase, but the concierge fixed that for me quickly.

The location of this establishment is outstanding. Next to Tottenham court road and Oxford street. The hotel itself is quite basic and the rooms are small. Upgrade to deluxe, it's an essential for staying here. Also, the desk staff is very helpful. Service is quite good! May have some ques...

We have used this hotel several times for theatre breaks as it is well located for the Theatreland.
Again service at dinner was appalling. Last times we were there dinner service …

Not a very good conference centre. As guests arrive there is no info to list conferences/meeting happening on the day. They have to go down several flights of stairs into what i presume is a converted car park. There are several meeting rooms but no labels saying who has booked each room. The food was good. On the day we were there was noise from ongoing maintenance which interrupted speakers. WiFi awful.

I went into St Giles a few years ago after looking at all of the reviews one very site I could find. I knew what I was getting into and I have to say, I was more than pleasantly surprised.
+ I asked for a room on the 2nd-3rd floor facing Bedford Avenue and was given room 223, exactly what I needed. It was a bit noisy from the street at night, but I was more than knackered every day so I slept right through everything.
+ The room was fairly larger and better than what the pics made it seem like. It was cleaned and kept daily, the shower/bathroom were appropriate.
+ The safe was large enough to hold my iPad Mini, passport, and many of my A4 papers.
+ There was a fan, an extra pillow and blanket, a hairdryer, a fan, a shower cap, all supplied with the room.
+ The elevators were just a tad bit slow, but there are 4 of them and I rarely had to wait more than a minute for them. Nothing impossible to deal with. When I was in a hurry, I took the stairs.
+ The location is beyond excellent. I had no trouble getting anywhere in London, and I did most of it by foot, because of the central position. I also had no trouble getting back to the hotel late at night because Oxford street and Soho are so dang close, so the area is almost never empty or scary.

Fantastic hotel, would highly recommend! Situated within walking distance of 4 tube stations and within 15-30 minutes walk of tourist attractions it's a definite just for sight seers.
The rooms and hotel as a whole are remarkably clean and well maintained.
V. M.
Great location! Would stay here again for the location alone. Lobby and area is updated and modern. Rooms are a little dated and small, but are pretty much everything you need. Would stay again.
m. j.
Lovely hotel in a prime spot to everything you need. 1 minutes from Oxford Street if shopping is your thing and 2 mins from the British museum. Plus only a 20 Min walk to Piccadilly Circus and Soho. The only downside to the hotel is with 700+ rooms over 12 floor and only 4 lifts be prepared to wait. 2 of the lifts was out of order while we was there and the hotel was so busy due to armistice fay. But other than that a really lovely hotel and the staff are so nice.

Nice enough hotel located in a great part of London which makes it an ideal base to sight see from. The bar and restaurant are adequate with friendly enough staff. My only negative is that the standard rooms are quite small and claustrophobic and the bathrooms have no baths only a tiny shower cubicle.
A. K.
Staff is friendly. Rooms are small and older. Price is decent. Close to the underground and across the street from a grocery store. During the stay construction was going on in the lobby. At night, people on the streets can be heard so bring earplugs.
P. F.
Pretty good considering the location. Room was basic, extremely small and noise level from the nightbus did hinder sleep, but staff were great - apparently I could have moved room during the night, had I known and had I felt the urge to pack up and go at nighttime. Cooked breakfast is to be recommended at the 24 hour cafe/ bar/ restaurant/ wifi-spot. Other options for eating available. Would try again and request room away from noisy places by bus stops.
S. D.
A great place to stay if you are going to the theatre. Most theatres are no more than a 20 minutes walk from the hotel. Rooms are comfortable and the VQ cafe is open 24 hours and service is quick and friendly.

Utterly disappointed with this "3 Star" Hotel. Booked to stay one night for my wife's Birthday. Phoned up 5 days before staying to ask if rooms had Air con as it was 34° outside and we have health issues. Was told that ours didn't but we could be moved to a room that did. Asked before as we would have made other arrangements if not. Got to hotel and checked in at their 2pm time. Room wasn't ready. Then kept waiting for an hour to be told that the person previously in our room had not checked out and had gone out for the day and left their stuff in the room. Then turned abrasive and told us that we either needed to cancel the room and incur a charge, only to then pay for a more expensive room or accept the room we had. Giving us no choice, we had to take non-air con room. The room was much hotter than outside and was only just bigger than the double bed in it. Better service at a Premier Inn, and much cheaper as well. The next morning for breakfast, we were greeted by puddles of water everywhere where there had been a leak. Water was cascading off light fixtures and where the buffet was located. Whilst getting food, a member of staff was mopping up but sending more of the water onto our legs rather than mopping it up. I understand that it was a lot of water in a short ammount of time, but there was no communication at all until a waterfall of water started streaming down the lights in the room. We were so disappointed in the hotel that we cut our visit to London short and paid for additional train tickets home.

Great location, need some more lifts for the size of the complex, however staff are helpful and friendly. Breakfast is amazing. The rooms are clean but a little out dated.
K. W.
Enjoyed my stay here. Clean rooms at a decent price. Great location. I would stay here again. 3 onsite restaurants. Staff was very helpful.
S. K.
Really good hotel, centrally located. Rooms a little small, but adequate and spotlessly clean.
I have stayed in this hotel on three occasions and will be happy to stay again.
The only negative is the breakfast is very disappointing.
T. M.
The restaurant and the hotel managers only care about profit at the expense of a loyal customers experience ! sat down for a evening meal alone and the waitress thinks its acceptable service to seat a complete stranger on my table because the restaurant was currently full. In central London at a sit down restaurant I do not think this is acceptable and as for the management they just offered a apology
S. F.
St. Giles has great location, fair prices given their location, and a gym/swimmingpool. The recepsionists are wonderful too. The rest is so-so.
A travel companion of mine said that the hotel had an "industrial feel" and I'm inclined to agree. The restaurant has a caffeteria vibe, the food is simple but ok. The rooms are small, the bathroom tiny. The hallways are not very wide, I had trouble getting my medium-sized suitcase past the cleaning trolley (which stood at the same place the whole duration of my stay). The elevators take forever to come to your floor! Someone said there are 700+ rooms in this hotel (I haven't checked if this is correct), but only 4-5 elevators.
There is only room for one set of towels at the bathroom in a doubleroom. At least I suppose so, since my towels (I assume they were mine but I couldn't tell, since all of them were moved) always ended up in the closet after the room was cleaned. It could also be new towels, but I had not asked for new ones, so that wouldn't make sense.
The on/off knob in the shower (which also acted as the hot/cold regulator) was loose, making it unnecessarily difficult to turn the shower off after use.
There was no possibility of adjusting the shades on the window. Since the building across the street has neonlights on at night, that proved slightly unfortunate.
All of these are small, annoying issues, but the great location in the middle of London at a reasonable price compared to others, make up for most of them.
However, one episode that caused us much displeasure and delays, was the concierge "helping" us get to the airport. Our group of 8 people planned on walking to the underground, take the tube to the train station, and take a train to Gatwick. The concierge meant this would be foolish, due to it being more expensive than taking a big taxi to a fixed price. So far, so good. Then he said it would take an hour and ten minutes to the airport and the price was £140. We were worried about traffic, but since there weren't much traffic in the adjacent streets, he figured it wouldn't be a problem. Here's what happened: the trip took TWO HOURS and ten minutes and that was without too many traffic problems. The price was indeed £140, but only in CASH, NO CARD! The driver had informed the concierge about this, but he had failed to mention it to us, so we didn't have the right amount! So one of us had to go with the driver to the closest ATM in order to get the money, delaying us even further! Needless to say, some of us got slightly put off by this.

I enjoyed my stay and thought highly of the hotel. My room was good, on the top floor, small but comfortable, exactly what I was looking for. I would recommend the hotel. I had dinner there too with my friends and the food was good.
S.
Clean modern room with everything you could need for a short break in London. Breakfast hot fresh buffet style with good selection from usual full English fayre. Continental option too. Very helpful & polite staff.

A good basic hotel situated in an ideal location, Tottenham Court Road, close to Oxford Street. I stayed 2 nights in a single room, small which I was aware of but adequate. The shower and toilet compact but the best shower I've enjoyed for ages. Great spray and hot. The room clean and bed comfortable. Breakfast, no frills and you won't go hungry. Help yourself. Cereals and juice, tea and coffee. Cold Ham and cheese. Yoghurt and of course a cooked breakfast. Toast and jam. All the staff were helpful and friendly +++. I was given a voucher book with discount in the hotel restaurants. The Hudson bar in the hotel was lovely but there are local restaurants close by. You can also dine 24hours, but never tried. Large swimming pool and gym downstairs. £5 a day for hotel guests. I would definitely return. Thank you for a lovely stay. The only thing I was disappointed with was the soup upstairs in the spice restaurant, watery, insipid with very few veg, supposedly minestrone.
M. P.
Was really looking forward to this given supposed to be a nice hotel. The water from the bathroom sink tap had a silverfish in it, yuck! The restaurant evening meal was appalling, service was worst ever, very very rude and really didn't care, menu was wrong in several places, waitress didn't even know what was on offer, the desert menu was ice cream or some lemon in a cup. Given it was our 11 wedding anniversary very disappointing.
N. B.
This hotel was great for a weekend in London. The rooms were okay as they are only somewhere to lie your head. Bag storage proved invaluable when our train want until late on the day we checked out. Some nice cafes near by and Oxford Street is just around the corner.
T. D.
The Facility was good but the customer service was poor.
A. P.
The WORSE HOTEL I have been to.... and I travel extensively. I actually had to leave and stay with a friend. Waited 1 hour to check in... the room was small (although executive room) and dated. AND flags outside were clanking all night. TERRIBLE
C. W.
Our room was quite small but clean and comfortable. All facilities in the room were fine apart from bad distortion on TV sound. Didn't eat in the hotel so can't comment.
M. V.
This hotel surprised me. I had never hearted of it. Very welcoming by great concierge staff. Check-in swift. Restaurant excellent. Only 4 stars because our room was too small. Twin for 2 ladies. My fault I should have checked. Place spotless. Close to Covent Garden 20 mins. Oxford Street and Regent Street. 10 mins.

Very convenient stay for theatre town x
W. S.
If the renovation of the lobby is anything to go by this hotel will be a chic treasure in a short while. At the moment the rooms are clean but beginning to show their age.
J. M.
Budget hotel conveniently situated to allow easy access to explore London. Tidy, clean rooms with TV, Desk, Kettle, and hairdryer. Shower gel is provided but the bath towels are small. Good breakfast options provided. Polite, professional staff.
T. H. G.
Great location but it's starting to get tired and shabby. The room and lobby are fine but the rest of the building is suffering.
When. We arrived there was no hot water until the evening but then that was resolved however the list decided not to work then for the rest of the stay and we had to walk down 5 stories.
A. R.
Booked a double room and arrived at midnight to find no electricity working in the room. Spent 45+ trying to get a replacement getting offered twin rooms (which I was more than happy to take at a discount) but the hotel refusing to offer. Will definitely not stay here again.
A. B.
Not good room very very hot. Sweated all night. Asked for aircon to be fixed, no luck. Passage ways etc cool room stays hot at all times. Double bed very narrow. No fridge. Room , bathroom clean. Would Not Recommend to stay here in summer. Location good. Will tell FLigth centre back in Australian .
M. D.
Very good hotel with low cost. Well located near Oxford street, nice rooms with all what you need. I will use same hotel next time. Friendly and welcoming personal. I cannot give it five starts since the windows in our room was not completely isolated, thus there was a bit cold in the room and some noise from the road.
S. H.
Room was adequate, had full basic amenities (tea and coffee, hairdryer, TV). The soap dispenser was empty and not refilled during my stay. Service was good, friendly and helpful staff. The location was great for being able to get around with ease, and I would stay here again for a short stay.
R. S.
We stayed at this hotel on our honeymoon, and they were very kind to us. They made a point to give us a spacious room with a great view due to our lengthy, 10 day, stay. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, and equipped with heat and air.
R. A.
This is a budget hotel in central London. For less than £90 a night you can get a room that is clean, quiet and warm, if maybe a little small and tired in decor. Compact and bijou is the way to describe it. But the staff are very friendly, there's a casino and leisure facilities close by, a bar and restaurant on the ground floor and an Italian restaurant on the second floor. The hotel is currently undergoing a serious renovation programme in the reception area, so be prepared for disruption and upheaval if staying in early 2017, but if you're looking for great value and aren't worried about the size and modernity of your room, this is a great place to stay.
L. M.
Very central and relatively cheap; seems extremely popular. Not easy for disabled accessibility, breakfast is served on mezzanine level with no lift access and rooms are cosy, but staff very nice, food good, beds comfy, everything you need for an overnight in London
Y. T. G.
Not sure why all the negative reviews- it’s not The Ritz but for the price it’s fine for a night or two and an excellent location. Certainly stayed in far worse places.
The YMCA next door gives you access to a huge and well-equipped gym and pool for £5. Also a casino right next door and loads of great places to eat and drink nearby.
H. P.
Best price-quality ratio hotel in London
M.
Lovely hotel very clean & comfortable staff where polite & very accomidating
J. W.
Stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. The room is quite small with a pretty small bed and bathroom. There are 12 floors at the hotel and sometimes could take a while of waiting for the elevator.
Nice breakfast (British) but completely the same everyday.
The major drawback of this hotel is that there is no free WIFI for the hitel guests but only for 5£ per day...
Still, The location of this hotel is PERFECT, one minute from Primark, near SOHO, two minutes from the tram... The location was worth it all.
D. K.
Decided to take my wife to London for her birthday and to the theatre. Lovley Hotel with friendly staff and a warm welcome. Room tidy and clean. Restaurants were friendly and good food. Ideal location for us and at a great price. Slight delay in checking in was delt with quickly and we will be back again.
A. G.
Had a small twin room with no aircon other than a fan. Probably nice and cosy for stays in winter months but summer time, rooms can be quite hot. Still, you only use the room as a base to freshen up and sleep don't you? When you're visiting London you don't stay in your hotel room! Service was fine with quick check in. Lifts were fine, quick and plentiful. Fantastic hotel though for price and location and doesn't necessarily show up in searches which is a shame. Came across the hotel listing by accident. A hidden gem. Only negative...rooms could do with an iron.
P. W.
Good customer service. Small rooms ... I mean small! Fantastic breakfast included and that's a rarity. Good value though breathe in when moving round your bed.
R.
It's a nice hotel and convenient to Covent Garden, Chinatown and Fitzrovia. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I wasn't too impressed with the first room they put me in as the carpets were damp and I suspect there was a problem there as there was a portable heater in the room. That being said they were more than helpful and accommodating in moving me to another room. Didn't try the bar or restaurant - I'll do that the next time. Very reasonable price considering the location.
S. D. c.
I have kept very limited expectation from this hotel after going through some particular reviews except the location. However I was pleasantly surprised to find out that I was wrong.
First of all The Location! Within 100 yards Tottenham Court Road tube station and by 10 minutes of strolling you can reach Piccadilly Circus. I don’t think there is any other hotel available at this rate in that location.
Check in process was super smooth and it took only 10 minutes. We got a room on 2nd floor. The room is very clean and it has all amenities (tea maker, hair dryer etc…). Room heater worked absolutely fine and for that reason even in January the room was very comfortable. The bed was soft and nice and extra pillows and blanket was already stored in the room. Bathroom was spotlessly clean and was fair sized. We stayed for 5 days and the room cleaning service was very nice.
We did opted for the breakfast option in the hotel and they do serve a nice spread.
W. P.
Very clean and tidy, and the price my daughter paid was cheaper than Brighton and rest of south coast hotspots
P. J.
The hotel was centrally located and the bar was great.
The room was small and in need of a refurb. Breakfast was ok but little choice for vegans.
A. W.
Location here is fantastic. So much at your doorstep. Stayed here when we watched the cursed child at the theater and it was only a few minutes walk away, also just down the road from oxford street, so perfect for abit of retail therapy The room itself was nice enough. Clean and nicely decorated, good value for money when you compare it with other hotels in London. Just a couple of things that let it down. There were no curtains at the window...just blinds that didn't really block the light...meaning we were up at 5:30 because of the sun...abit disappointing as we were looking forward to abit of a lie in having a young toddler back at home. Also although the breakfast was fine it was nothing special...especially when there are so many lovely restaurants and cafes at the door stop. I would recommend...just take an eye mask and go somewhere else for breakfast!
C. J. B.
Very small room but good for the price. In a really great area to get around Central London. Shame the pool needs to be paid extra for. Very quiet despite being in a busy area.
N. L.
Very nice hotel. Close to theatres, shopping and sights. We stayed on 5th floor, was very quiet even with window open. Great breakfast. Was very clean. Would recommend

Stayed at the hotel as part of a weekend visit to the Theatre. We booked a DeLuxe room, but got an upgrade to an executive room, which was very welcome. The hotel is well situated close to the underground for easy transport access. The room was spacious, clean, and had excellent views over London. Complementary teas and coffees were provided. The bed was very comfortable. The shower and bathroom facility was clean and refreshing. WiFi is available as an optional extra, but we didn't use it. Breakfast the following morning was in the VQ restaurant; very tasty and good sized portions. All the staff were polite and friendly. Booking online was easy, checkout similarly quick and easy. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, and would happily stay again.

For the location and amenities I would recommend.
Unfortunately they do not have their own car park anymore; however, there are a couple of NCP car parks close by and about a 10 minutes walk, but as I learnt they are expensive (£90 for 2 days)
The hotel has 3 restaurants and access to a pool and gym and a casino.
When you arrive and walk in hotel looks very nice.
The down site for me personally (the wife disagreed) I think the floors with the rooms and the rooms could do with a facelift.
I realise it is a high traffic hotel but from what I saw when booking and how it looks upon arrival, I personally felt a little let down.
The bar and restaurants are really nice with the bar playing a variety of music and is comfy, but drinks are pricey (£5.60 for a pint of good larger) The restaurants have nice food and look modern, with pricing very good.
The location of the hotel is fantastic with many shops only a couple of minutes walk (Primark is massive, covering 4 floors and with its own Harry Potter section that is like a store in its own. The site is immaculate, very clean and everything in its place, unlike other stores (Birmingham) and I was not exiting that at all!).
There is a train station close by and about a 5 minutes walk and it is pretty close to the main tourist attractions like Buckingham Palace, Tower Bridge, British Museum, Regent Park etc.
Breakfast it's good. It is a buffet style offering continental breakfast and everything for a full English which is not greasy either.
Overall for location, amenities, service and price the hotel is good just the rooms that are a let down hi
D. T.
Had a pleasant one night stay, and evening meal at the 24hr restaurant. Room was fairly basic but had everything we needed and the location was very good for transport links and local shops. The food was reasonably priced and tasted fine.
T. T.
Had a roof top room. Excellent view. Very clean with all accomodations. They propose us shower or bath very Nice care. Staff very pleasant even if They don t make efforts to speak french
C. J.
Fast and friendly service upon arrival. Clean bedroom and bathroom although slightly dated and shower door was broken. Lifts very slow but only on the second floor so used the stairs. Good choice at breakfast but not the best quality.
A. C.
Perfect location, easy to get there, nice personal, reasonable breakfast (cofee could be better and some sweets will be more than welcome). Small rooms but in compensation nice pub and restaurants quite inside the hotel.
J. H.
Only stayed one night, room & en suite was very clean. Not the greatest view out the window bit excellent location if your exploring or going out in central london. Good choice at breakfast, buffet style English you help yourself too & fruits & cereals etc.. . A little bit of a wait for lifts coming down, i was on 2nd floor so opted for stairs. Staff were v friendly. Would stay again.
T. C.
Great position in london, cheap and nice inside. The outside looks very concrete but don't let that put you off if you just want a bed for the night. Rooms are small but fully functional. Didn't eat here so cant comment on the food.
D. A.
Small room but very clean and warm. Good choice breakfast. Very reasonable priced interior restaurant. Friendly staff.
J. T.
Staff are excellent & VQ restaurant is brilliant - 24 hours, good value & tasty meals, ask reception for vouchers. Room always well equipped & clean. This time our room was freezing tho, radiators not working & heating not on! Got heater working but still chilly 🤤
M. C.
Under going a refurb, which we weren't told about when making our booking. Had to wait quite a bit because reception had been set up in a temporary location when we arrived. The rooms decor was very dated, the rooms where also quite dark even when full lighting was on. I know that room space in London is a premium but because of the bad decor this room felt tiny. Bathroom facilities were ok though. Cleanliness not great either. Locationwise it is ok if your prepared to walk. But it's just a bit grim.
E. H.
Good Hotel, been there 4 times now. I choose it cause of its location. Hard to beat that! The rooms are okey, but not more than that. So if you are gonna stay in a lot, there are better hotels.
M. G.
The Hotel lobby is undergoing renovations at the moment so as a result you walk through a building site everytime you enter or leave the hotel. To say the rooms are on the small side would be an understatement. However the hotel staff are helpful and there is complimentary access to the YMCA gym underneath the hotel while the lobby is under construction. Make no mistake though you are paying for the location and very little else.
C. B.
This place should be named hotel from hell! The lobby was very nice, updated and modern. But the rooms were outdated and disgusting. Trash and dirty laundry filled the hallways and they have BEDBUGS! We are covered in bites. They told us they would refund us our money..its been 2 weeks and no sign of our refund. DO NOT STAY HERE, I REPEAT... DO NOT STAY HERE. I didnt even want to give it 1 star.. but had to.
