St Martin's Lane Hotel London is a 5 star hotel and it lived up to the standard. First off, they have brilliant welcoming staffs who were always willing to help. Secondly the place is elegant, the rooms are amazing and spacious. Thirdly the food is delicious, I didn't wanna leave honestly. My company hosted an event there which I anchored in studio 1 and 2 and our guest were pleased. Please do well to request for a hot chocolate when you get there, it is absolutely tasty.

I stayed at St Martins Lane hotel with my boyfriend and they looked after our birthday celebration and our weekend away. Jose and Olegs were the best party planners ever! Room was meticulously clean and all the staff we encountered were really friendly and very nice. We will definitely come back soon.

Absolutely lovely hotel, great hospitality and customer service from all staff. Really made an effort to make our stay special as we were celebrating my wife's 50th birthday! Nothing was too much trouble and a special thank you to the front of house staff. We would definitely return.

The best place in London to stay, it is definitely our home away from home. Guillermo organised our birthday amenity for my friends and we had such an amazing time. Jose was organizing our night plans and we had the best weekend even in London. Special thanks to the housekeeping team who was looking after all our requests to the speed of light. Golden Tip: Visit the secret bar they have downstairs, they have the best cocktails in town. We stayed in a corner suite and the room is just a dream came true. Thank you St Martins Lane to make us feel like part of your family. We will see you very soon!

Hotel staff were absolutely lovely and very helpful. Room was clean and shower pressure was wonderful. Convenient and central location for tourists. Cute attached coffee shop. However, this is not a 5 star hotel. Our room with two double beds was so small we had to climb over our luggage to get to the bathroom or out the door. Not ideal. The walls are VERY thin and we could hear our loud neighbors (seemed like a party?) talking and laughing as if we were in the same room, as well as every loud toilet flush or shower near us. Bathroom doors are magnetized and slam loudly when you shut them, so you wake up your travel companions if you have to go during the night. Thankfully we travel with earplugs, but they were no match for the bathroom door slam. If you sleep like the dead, and are traveling solo and don’t need much space, this hotel would be an ok choice.

We enjoyed 5 great days at the hotel.
Best location ! Just in between so many locations.
5 stars, we were family of 4, in large and comfortable room.
Enjoyed the place!

If you are looking for a quirky hotel with amazing staff, lovely cocktails and food, and the best location in London, you need to stay in St Martins Lane. From the moment you check in, they will look after you like royalty. Jennifer organised some cakes for my daughter's birthday, and they organised our tickets to the show who was actually next door. Very well located if you are planing to go to any shows in London. Thank you Lucia for looking after us, we will be booking again this hotel for our Summer Vacation.

I spent a weekend away in St Martins Lane Hotel last month and it was AMAZING! The rooms were super well designed and the showers are a dream came true. All the staff was making you feel like a part of their family, nothing was trouble for them. Thank you Kamil and Jose for helping us with all our bookings around London, you guys rock! We will be coming back soon! I miss your pillows so much!

A mixed experience to be honest. My wife and I were staying for 1 night, for shopping, eating and drinks.
So good points, the food is very good, the drinks fab.
My issues;
Our booking had been arranged via a luxury travel agent and one booking they had been informed we would have a VIP experience, not sure what that included but we didn’t get anything nor acknowledged.
When we arrived the room type was wrong, reception quickly fixed but nevertheless annoying
The room was okay, but honestly nothing special for the price.
We were out for dinner but wanted to have a night cap in the secret bar as we had heard lots about it, but upon getting there we were told it was shut for a private function, we then asked for a night cap in the bar too which we were told it was closed and then final got a drink of champagne, in truth not good enough. And at the very least reception should have advised us of this on checking in so we didn’t waste our time coming back when we could have just gone to another bar. It put a downer on the night in truth, especially as were there for one night.
Personally I think there are better alternative hotels in london with some more wow factor , but it is nice in a very good location .

We stayed for a weekend away with my boyfriend and everything was just superb. From the restaurant downstairs to our amazing room, spotlessly cleaned. Everything we wished to have during our stay, it was delivered instantly. Thank you Jose and his team for looking after our weekend away from the kids. We will be back definitely for Xmas shopping, and we will remain loyal as always to this hotel… an authentic Gem In Covent Garden. I miss already Phil’s and his boys at the door! They will recommend you the best places to have fun in London

Lovely modern and bright rooms, perfect location for Soho and Covent Garden and definitely our favourite hotel in London. Supremely comfy bed! On our third stay there this weekend we had a bit of a late night after some cocktails in the bar and then unfortunately got woken up at 4am by noisy neighbours playing music at full blast. A quick ring to reception and within 5 minutes the was off - I was mega impressed with how well it was handled. Delicious breakfast and really lovely people, I can't think of a time we will come to London and not stay here.

Fantastic service people so friendly was made to feel so at home they couldn’t do enough for us. The room was so spacious and more importantly spotless. My wife was celebrating her birthday she was given a complimentary bottle of bubbly which was so nice. I’ll definitely be coming back

If I had option to give 10 stars, I would!! This hotel is a work of art. If you like to post selfie, come here and stay here. Such a beautiful hotel!! Such a friendly staff!! They have a hidden bar too where the drinks are super delicious. I love this hotel. If you go there ask for Alex to assist you. He'll take care of whatever you need. Really enjoyed my stay here.

Lovely spacious and light rooms, comfortable beds, basic toiletries provided, our room included safe, coffee machine & pods, tea, milk, mini bar, TV. Had a lovely stay. Huge thanks to Paola on Reception who gave us such a wonderful welcome and ensured our wedding anniversary was celebrated in style with a bottle of champagne. Shame the Den and room service staff lack Paola’s outstanding customer service skills.

Booked the hotel for one night, since we arrived we couldn't fault the service. Reception were pleasant and polite to talk to. Rooms were clean and showers had really good pressure! Nice comfortable beds. Breakfast was super tasty.
Only negative was we didn't book more nights here!
Will definitely be coming back.

The hotel is quite central and rooms are decent. The only thing with the hotel is they don't have a rooftop with a nice view .
You can't go to st Martin's lane and find the hidden bar 😜

Nice place, in a good location, sadly the Breakfast was cold and the toilet lock was broken, which considering the amount we paid for a suite, was very disappointing.
