F. C.I stayed here back in early December of last year and still remember this as being a fabulous experience!
Such a homely welcome! We went straight from one hotel to another, I called in advance to ask if we could leave our bags until our room was ready. By the time we got there, not only did they have a room ready for us, but we were also able to upgrade!
Greta was so, so Fantastic! Still remember how enlightening this experience was to this day! Even more excited to come back after the renovations!

The apartment was spacious and bright, it was obviously well-used but nonetheless well-kept - extremely warm though!
And the shower was particularly amazing.

F. G.Facilities were clean. After initial challenges (sofa beds not made and lack of hot water; lack of curtains in bedroom) we were offered to relocate to Greenwich Road facilities. The receptionist on duty at 22:00 was extremely helpful and got us checked in super quickly so we could have a well deserved night rest after travelling.

F.Staycity was a last minute option as our original plans had fallen through. I’m so glad we found them. We were greeted by Rish and Akram on the front desk. It was late in the evening and they were both warm and so helpful. They kindly gave is a discount on the room as it was my friends birthday. We appreciate the gesture. The room was clean and peaceful. We were very comfortable. We checked out with Brittany, Marshall and Greta at the front desk. They were all so polite and thanked us for staying. I would recommend this place to others and surely stay again soon.

Parking very reasonable for the area, and is secure and underground.

S. H.When I arrived I was met by a very kind gentleman called Sebastian. I had a very comfortable stay and Sebastian made me feel very welcome he is an asset to your business. I would suggest lighting in the reception area because it was very dark last night and also in my room there was no low-level lighting in the lounge area. Y. A.We sold our home within 1 week and had to move out in short order. We stayed in Croydon for a number of weeks then decided to stay in Staycity as we had not figured out where we were moving to. We ended up staying just over 4 months. We were frustrated but after speaking with staff (Mark & Serbastian) they made us feel at home. Nothing was too great for them to do for us. The cleaning staff were also very hard working too. Thank you so much Staycity.
a.Special thanks to Grata and Sébastien , who made everything possible in a kind and friendly manner whenever I needed anything. The location is of the hotel is also convenient, between Greenwhich and Deptford stations, Gym, restaurants and grocery stores. The cleaning service could have been slightly more frequent but it wasn’t a big deal.

J. B.Very enjoyable 7 night stay at Greenwich Stay City. Great location and good transport links. We had a studio apartment that was sufficient for our needs. It was well equipped in the kitchenette and had an ironing board and iron, hair dryer large comfy bed and Air con. Reception staff were helpful especially Sebastian. Always very cheerful on our return in the evenings, which was lovely.

This Greenwich branch did sort us out for the stay so greatly appreciated that, and gave us some drinks when we arrived for the trouble.
But to upper management…PLEASE SORT OUT YOUR ONLINE PRESENCE. You need to go on google and tell it that Deptford is closed.

The location is perfect with the Uber boats 10 minutes away and two DLR stations within 5 minutes.

It was a very modern apartment/hotel room, great shower and facilities in the room such as kitchen and sitting area. Only problem was one of my friends had the sofa bed to sleep on which was very uncomfortable. Other than that Stay City have great rooms and this one has a good location close to 2 tube stations.
M. U.A very nice place to stay, homely feeling at these service apartments. The hotel staff was good and co-operative. This property is located at prime location, nearby DLR station at Walkable distance, supermarket nearby, cafe's just opposite and restaurants below.The only suggestion would be, the hotel room should be cleaned every alternate day or everyday.

Great location, ten minutes walk from Greenwich centre, five minutes from the station and lots of good restaurants nearby. It is also an outstanding location for events at the O2. It's just a short, one stop, Clipper (ferry) ride up the river. Last boat leaves 15 minutes after the end of the last show.
M. H.The hotel is in a rather convenient located. The room includes many facilities in a small space, including a small kitchenette, table and chairs, proper sized shower and bathroom, iron and ironing board, and a hardwired hairdryer and wardrobe. Generally quiet. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The hotel includes guest lockers and a guest laundry, which is helpful. Decent value for money.
J. H.The room we booked was for 4 people and we asked for a double bed and 2 sofa beds however when we got there the room was absolutely tiny! We couldn’t even open the sofa beds up because the table was in the way and it caused problems. The room was clean which was good. Moreover, the service wasn’t great. We asked for pillows and weren’t given any until we came back to the apartment at 11pm. There was one member of staff who was absolutely fantastic and his name is Sebastian. He was absolutely brilliant and tried to compensate us with another room upon availability for free as we paid ridiculous money for such a a small room. Sebastian was brilliant. He is an excellent asset for that particular branch. Car parking was good but it was abit of a pain going in and getting out of the underground carpark. Anyone driving into the underground carpark should be careful as there is a metal box with a light on the left which you can’t see and can damage the car. I wouldn’t recommend a friend or family member coming here.

It's always spotlessly clean, comfy beds, lockers in the basement where bags can be kept on checking out day. And every single member of staff if just lovely, like genuinely. It's less than a 5 minute walk from Greenwich DLR station too, so very handy location wise too.

The style is modern, catered to those in town on business, I believe. Gym next door. Community Center with yoga a walk away, as well as a pub.

E. L. C.I have used this particular Staycity twice now as its positioning within Greenwhich and its vicinity to the centre and DLR is great. Rooms are very clean and of a good size, however don't expect any spectacular views out of windows. The majority of staff are extremely helpful and friendly, however the last time I stayed I experienced less than friendly behaviour from a particular member of staff at the desk. She appeared to find her phone more important than assisting me in checking out. Apart from this individuals unprofessionalism no complaints.

R. K.I have been staying in hotels every weekend for the last 10 years and I can happily say I’ve never experienced such amazing customer service then tonight. There was an absolute gentleman named Alex working at resption tonight and he went out of his way to help me and my family order food. If I were his manager I would give him a raise and promote him immediately before he gets snapped up by a competitor.

Prices were reasonable for London and had own private underground parking, charged at 10 per stay which is cheaper than anywhere else. Only problem was it was quite tricky to access carpark. Would definitely stay again as good location , just round corner from Greenwich Park , the Cutty Sark and lots of other attractions.
J. G.Room is nice, bed is cozy but no special view. The complimentary phone with unlimited data is a massive bonus. Made it super easy to travel around London. You can hear the trains ride past but it is not too much a disturbance.

S.Kitchens are very small and the sink is very difficult to wash up in due to being half the size of a standard sink. My dishwasher did not work properly.

D.I was in London for a week, I researched and found this hotel, I liked the idea of having a small kitchen in case I wanted to eat in, when I first arrived in London ( took the overnighter red eye) I was not aware of the 3pm check in at the hotel, I was lucky I was able to check in early so they thankfully were able to accommodate me, everyone on the staff there was very nice and helpful, the room was a perfect size, it might of been a little small for two, very clean and I really thought the mattress was quite comfortable(curious who makes it) No room service unless you request it was no issue, if I had any issue it was more with location in reference to places I wanted to visit, besides that I found it to be a really good choice, I didn’t go but there was a gym right next door as well, I imagine they had some day rate, there were a couple of breakfast places right there surrounding the hotel, you had an option to order breakfast from the golden cafe, there was also a great fish and chip place called Golden Chippy it is directly across the street.
