G. M.(Translated) I stayed 2 nights in a private room in the same building (apt. 8 room 2). The room was without a balcony but very similar to the one presented.
The room is minimal but very nice and tidy. Absolutely comfortable.
Unfortunately the presence of a shared bathroom worsens the review.
However it depends on the sense of order and cleanliness of the roommates.
Good value for money.

Sono stato 2 notti in una camera privata nella stessa struttura (apt. 8 room 2). La camera era senza balcone ma molto simile a quella presentata.
La camera è minimal ma molto bella ed ordinata. Assolutamente comoda.
Sfortunatamente la presenza di bagno in comune peggiora la recensione.
Tuttavia dipende dal senso dell' ordine e pulizia dei coinquilini.
Buon rapporto qualità-prezzo.
