We were lucky enough to have Room 43 which is at the top of the building and the room has its own private terrace overlooking the city, complete with palm trees and other plants, table and chairs and sunbed. There aren't many rooms in London where you can top up your tan!!
The staff are courteous and friendly and the room with bath and shower is very pleasant. A nice touch is the L'Occitane toiletries.

Charming Small Hotel in Trendy Area. We spent our last few days here following a 5 week tour of the UK and overall enjoyed the stay. Initially we were put into a room with a small balcony, which I had requested. However the room really was small and not big enough to place a large bag. However the room we moved too had enough space and was much more enjoyable for us. If you are staying for one or two nights and are travelling lightly the standard room is an adequate size otherwise I would opt for the superior room. Breakfast was very good. Staff are all absolutely charming and delightful. Couldn't have been more willing or helpful. The location is excellent and quite upmarket. We ate locally four times and has superb meals.(Thai, Arab and Italian). Easy walk to South Kensington tube station. Cost is reasonable for London. Highly Recommended for short stays in London.

Stylish boutique hotel in Georgian property on a relatively quiet road. We had the roof top room which has a large balcony overlooking Chelsea.. We could see Battersea Power Station. Room was simply furnished. Such a large comfortable bed... ViSpring.. With beautiful cotton bedding. Lovely and clean as was the bathroom with its L'occitane toiletries. Had Nespresso coffee maker and a variety of teas. We did not have breakfast but I bet it was good. There's also a lounge area on the ground floor. Very friendly and professional staff. Highly recommended. Great location. Within walking distance of the V&A and Kings Road and the Saatchi Gallery.

Definitely a smaller hotel and the bathroom could use better lighting but we had a pretty good stay. I'm tall so using the shower was a challenge but it's walking distance to a tube station with fun shops all around it and I really appreciated the US/EU outlet in our room in addition to the UK ones.

Beautiful hotel. Very pleasant staff during both shifts. My room was a bit cold because of the bad weather but the staff immediately provided me with a portable heater. Very clean bathroom and abundant supply of towels. Would love to stay here again.

Very reasonably priced hotel near Fulham road/kings road area.
Spotlessly clean, friendly staff, smallish rooms however have all you need and loads of plug sockets.
Decoration is very good throughout and we got an upgrade to a room with sit out terrace...which was delightful.
There is a lift though it's tiny,so if a tad clostrophopic...use the stairs.
Didn't have breakfast at 20quid however Chelsea farmers market has a great place for breakfast.
Would stay again 😊

Really great small townhouse hotel in a good location for exploring Kensington and Chelsea. Excellent staff who gave us a very warm welcome. Rooms are small but very comfortable. Would recommend for a short city break.

Don't let the picture draw you in as you're not allowed upstairs. Regardless the facilities are first class and the beds very comfortable. Food and hot drinks not up to standard yet. Bathroom first class

Very clean and modern rooms. Guest lift is very small 2 persons max and you still have to use stairs in on an intermediate floor. Very well located off Fulham Road near Royal Marsden Hospital.

We live in Australia and always stay at the Sydney House Hotel in Chelsea when visiting London.
Recently my wife inadvertently left her passport and some clothes at the hotel after our stay. She only discovered this just prior to departing for the airport.
The Manager, Will Hardwick, delivered the passport personally to the airport to make sure we got it in time.
It is exemplary service such as this, where staff go above and beyond what is expected, that reinforces our choice of hotel in London.

Town house hotel. Only 20 odd rooms. Good condition but only limited services available. Lift only suitable for one person at a time. Very close to Royal Marsden.

(Translated) Breakfast was very bad and very expensive. The room was cleaned only on the 2nd day. The water in the sink was very bad and the faucet was attached to the edge, so you could not wash your hands, since all the water ran out instead of the sink. We had ordered a topper for the bed in advance, which apparently did not pose a problem. They put a thin blanket on the mattress and said they did not have more ... they were not really interested in it ... too bad

Frühstück ganz schlecht und sehr teuer. Das Zimmer wurde erst am 2. Tag gereinigt.

(Translated) Hotel classified as 4 stars but as usual in the UK it is worth 3 .... centrally located it has quite large rooms equipped with a nepresso coffee machine, a kettle, herbal teas and chocolates etc. Very comfortable bed, large bathroom. Both large and small towels and bathrobes with slippers are supplied, I would say very beautiful and well cared for. Too bad that the safe did not work and the electric heater in the bathroom was also out of order. Breakfast not included mini £ 20 which I did not take. Mini lift for two thin people! Still quiet room. Very kind reception staff

Camera comunque silenziosa. Personale alla reception gentilissimo
