Great hotel. Really helpful staff, really lovely room. Dog friendly and they made us feel so welcome. Ended up staying a second night. Absolutely perfect location. Great breakfast choices and such a friendly vibe. We will 100% be back. Thank you.
C. R.
Comfy beds. Great bright mirror when putting make up on. No noise at night. Brilliant sleep. Loved the freebie biscuits. Friendly, attentive breakfast staff. Lots of choice including vegetarian. Close to all London attractions.

This is a tough review to leave. The staff were mostly great... fantastic even. But there was a bizarre experience with the night manager who made us move 10 feet to different seats due to "risk". When asked what the risk was he said "me loosing my job". We mentioned this on leaving and the staff showed genuine concern.
Rooms are decent and clean. Showe us large and good hit water and pressure, but some dirty grout.
But, overall, I would stay again.

Hmmmm…..what to say? Mould in between some of the tiles and leaky shower in the bathroom and alcohol free mini bar, small TV in a big room. All alcohol free drinks for room service too. Not a big deal really but the Full English breakfast is best described as a Partial English….’bacon’ is dyed Turkey and ‘sausages’ made from chicken. Not impressed with the brown water passing as coffee, though decent coffee can be made at an extra cost not what I would expect in a 4* hotel where there would only be decent coffee. Small things but I can go to a 3* place for those. The room though was extremely comfortable. So 3.5 stars.

I stayed here after winning a raffle, it was my last night in London, and the Bermondsey Square Hotel treated me so well! The services and room are really high quality and great location too! I still have a tote bag and think fondly of my stay here!

Was not very happy with the accommodations. We got our room and it was freezing, called the front desk and they tried to sort it out but it kept glitching. We asked to change rooms and the new room had the same issues. We wasted 1.5 hours trying to get it resolved and eventually they told us to go out and they would figure it out. Came back and the heat was finally resolved. Tried to go to sleep and realized how horrible the pillows were. I mean they should be thrown out!! Completely flat, even with two stacked. I hardly slept all night and got up with a very sore neck. They didn’t ask how our stay was so I am posting it here. Hopefully this will save you from booking at this hotel. Staff were nice, but hotel just wasn’t what the pictures showed on website at all.

Beautiful modern hotel in the heart of Bermondsey. It's close to Tower Bridge and Borough Market which is ideal. Make sure you add the breakfast to your booking!

I had my daughters Afternoon tea party their yesterday. The staff are amazing! The communication was excellent. Everyone enjoyed themselves and loved the hotel! Food was well worth the money (I would visit again for more sweet potato fries and brownies). I highly recommend Bermondsey square hotel!

Good friendly service, good value. Room was nice although bulb out when I checked in. Sorted within 15 mins. Reception happily printed out an attendee sheet I needed a paper copy of.
N. D.
Really lovely staff, clean room and good food! Maybe a bit pricey BUT they let me check in early on request (for £20) which was great! Lovely antique market outside on Fridays and lots to do around.

Stayed two nights in September 2021. Overall nice hotel, spacious double room, friendly staff. However the double bed was way too bouncy for two light sleepers... Breakfast was sufficient, but if you must use oil to cook an omelette (which of course you shouldn't -- using butter is the only correct method) go gently and don't drench it!
M. C.
Nice location, quiet at night, and great we could have our dog with us but parking is miles away and massively expensive, and omg, the bed was as hard as a rock!!!! We hardly slept, it was so uncomfortable. Apart from the horrible militant guy at the restaurant this morning who flatly refused my husband an espresso coffee unless he paid for it (when he'd already paid for breakfast but had only taken two little pastries and a banana on his way to work!!) the staff were all helpful and lovely.

10 mins walk from the shard but for everything else you need a bus or taxi. Good clean room. Breakfast was also good.

Hotel enjoy are stay there. Unfortunately breakfast we had to ask for everything but he was a nice man but I think it's back to a breakfast bar as normal next week. Hotel starting to ware a bit like the bed base in our room. But over all for 2 nights good..

I have just come back from having afternoon tea at the hotel and had a very enjoyable experience. It was value for money and the host John provided excellent service. There was one very small issue that was dealt with very quickly and professionally. I would certainly recommend having afternoon tea there.
G. C.
Comfortable hotel , not far from London bridge even on foot. Nice room with air conditioning. And a fridge in my room. Bed was really comfortable.
M. E.
We were on 1st floor, room was OK and functional medium size room with minimal view of Shard. My daughter was on the 6th floor. Now this room was larger and the views spectacular
S. R.
Nice weekend stay, breakfast at very reasonable prices
U.
Lovely stylish clean hotel, friendly staff, good room layout
M. M.
Comfortable, clean, wonderful atmosphere Very obliging staff will Definitely use again

The staff here are polite, helpful and ready to answer your questions. The room I stayed in was clean, and a good size had what I needed tea and coffee making facilities in the room, small fridge and they had bottlee water for me. Good location easy walking to the city for work or if you're just in London for a tourist holiday then walking distance to Tower Bridge, the Tower of London and many other London attractions. I was here in May just as London was coming out of covid19 restrictions. My room was cleaned daily, they had hand sanitizer. I didn't have time to eat in the restaurant but I'm told it is good. Only thing no alcohol served here so of that's important to you then try elsewhere.
S. M.
Friendly staff and clean and comfortable rooms. Does not serve alcohol
S. M.
Staff here are always welcoming. There's a nice chill out vibe and you can just have coffee or a full meal
C. H.
I loved my stay in this hotel, the rooms were small but clean and the showers were very good. The view over London was fantastic. There were very slim pickings for vegans in the buffet and off the menu, but there was free coffee which was great. Overall the hotel was great and I would stay here again.
P. B.
Excellent hotel at very reasonable prices should you wish to stay south of the river.
True it is a little away from Central London but there are plenty of buses,no tube, nearby that will get you there in about 20 minutes.
Rooms good size with everything you really need apart from a safe.
Reception staff are lovely and very helpful.
Also another minus for us the Hotel is not licensed so we were unable to eat there if we wanted some wine with dinner.
L. v. T.
Great location, good selection for breakfast, perfect for a base when visiting London.
L. K.
Loved it! Stayed 11 nights; price was fair, breakfast is full of options, room was awesome and comfortable, and front desk service was excellent. Even though I rated the experience as 5 stars I'd strongly recommend the hotel management to reconsider the wifi accesibility and connection process.
a. c.
Solid hotel. We thought the room was a little small and configured odd. But it was nice. The staff was great. Also the we got breakfast part of our booking which was AWESOME. Overall a great little spot on a not so touristy side of town. I would do it again. 👌🏼
S. S.
I have been in this hotel around five times during last two years. Good service and friendly staff. Nice location. Easy access and easy to locate. Some time it takes long (waiting) time for check-in. No selections for vegetarians and Asians in their many, especially for breakfast. One of the nice place, i have ever visited. Best value for money.
E. C.
I stayed over with my dog Bo. I had a brilliant night's sleep. Really quiet and a very comfy bed. Unfortunately, I had to remind the hotel to put a dog bed and bowl in the room and turn on the heating. Although a shaky start I would definitely recommend. So lovely to be able to take Bo
Y. P.
Stayed for a couple of days and had a lovely time. Found the staff to be exceptionally welcoming and helpful. Had special dietary needs so ordered food in advance and the kitchen stored it (despite the size) and heated the food and brought it to our room for no extra cost. Really outstanding. highly recommend!
I. B.
Great location in a nice quiet square, but very well connected with everything. The room was comfortable and spacious, everything was clean. There is a smartphone with an unlimited Internet plan that you can use for free for the duration of your stay to get around easier and it was very helpful! Great idea! The breakfast included options to satisfy every taste and the staff was always very friendly and helpful. Overall the hotel has a cozy and welcoming atmosphere and I would definitely recommend it.
J.
This is our first visit but it won't be our last. The staff are so helpful and friendly, the food is well-made and delicious. The room is beautifully clean, tidy and soothing. The location is excellent with plenty of restaurants and bars in walking distance. The centre of London is within easy reach. Most enjoyable place to stay.
G. L. (.
This is a really surprising place. It is a dry hotel so no alcohol unless you take it to your room (I did, no prob), the staff are really really nice and helpful, the atmosphere is absolutely great and the decoration of the place is simply beautiful. The room was cosy and nice, absolutely great ceiling shower, fantastic view of the London skyline. I recommend it hands down, please everyone stay here (I swear the owner is not a member of my family!).
C. B.
Super hotel situated away from the madding crowd yet is only 15 minutes walk from Tower Bridge. It's not a very big hotel but is well run and has unusual bedroom layouts. The breakfast is to die for and the hotel and the whole area has a lovely feel. Strangely although afternoon tea was available they didn't have any cakes or savoury delights. Didn't think the staff were that helpful or friendly though. There is an open market directly outside the hotel in the Square and 5 minutes away is Bermondsey street with independent shops, cafes and restaurants.
T. M.
Faculty was very clean. All the staff were pleasant. All facilities worked properly. Hotel is about 10/15 mins walk from tower bridge so in a very good location for that side of town. Smart phone which is free to use. Room was small but why would you want a big room Quality not quantity.
A. S.
A truly stunning hotel. The bed was the single most comfortable I've ever stayed in, the room was spacious and luxurious, the bathroom modern and well kept.
It is a dry hotel so they don't serve any alcohol, but that doesn't matter as there's a Sainsburys next door and they let you bring your own drinks to the room.
Breakfast was very very good, high quality and very filling with a good choice of food, both hot and cold.
The staff were a little hit and miss though. Most were very friendly and a pleasure to talk to, however there was one who came across like he didn't want to be there and was (possibly unintentionally) a little rude.
All in all, a fantastic hotel and I wouldn't think twice about returning.
T. M.
The room was spacious and richly decorated. The rooms were spotless and our view of the London skyline was a million dollars. There is a Wetherspoons pub on Tower Bridge Road which does a very large breakfast for a fiver which we visited and can recommend. I really loved my stay here.
A. P.
Rooms were nice and clean if not on the small side. Surprised to find the hotel was dry (did not serve any alcohol) which was a shame as I would have definitely used the bar if there was one. Food was good in the hotel restaurant and very reasonably priced. Location was good, and was a short walk to tower bridge. If getting there via tube, I would suggest walking from London Bridge station rather than borough as it's a much nicer walk.
E. M.
Nice place, lots of upcycled furniture in lobby makes it interesting. Nice clean room and bed was comfy. Fairly compact room but the space was used well! Continental breakfast was ok. Fruit salad was fresh, some of the bread and cakes seemed less so. But generally fine for continental. Nice area and views
A. M.
Loved my stay here! Nice bright clean room with everything I needed. The hotel restaurant was nice (they accept tastecard) so even better value. I had the breakfast on the morning of my stay which was lovely.... Not an issue that they didn't have pork products. Great location and will definitely stay here again.
S. Y.
The location is wonderful (20 minutes walk to Tower bridge, 10-15 minutes walk to Borough and London Bridge underground stations, Sainsbury shop just opposite the hotel). The service is very good. Breakfast at the hotel £9.95. The staff is polite and friendly.
Just 2 disadvantages - impossible to open the window in the room and the sofa-bed for the third person not so comfortable.
H.
We had such an amazing time here.
With a convenient location, decent prices, good sized clean room, comfy bed and pillows, excellent water pressure, super friendly staff, and walking distance to everything... What more could I ask for?
We can't wait to visit again!

The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from London Bridge Station and nestled in a nice neighbourhood. The Lucy room is a fantastic room on the top floor with an outdoor hot tub in London. I stayed across from an office-type room and the doors …
I. A.
Modern, Roomy and Refreshing. This hotel is new, modern and close to London Bridge station. The neighborhood is safe, trendy and easy to navigate from the hotel.
The room was big and the bathroom was pretty spacious too. The bed was comfortable and the pillows weren't a thin cotton mess. The a/c was cold and there is a grocery store across the courtyard.
The bad. The walls are thin. There was a couple having loud sex down the hall that I felt like were in my bedroom at some points. I also saw a drunk woman on a man's lap in the lobby bouncing up and down on him presumably trying to go at it. Sure these were just 1 offs.
Everything else was lovely and I would definitely stay here again. Beautiful neighborhood views and a view of The Shard from the room. Oh and the hotel stafg was fabulous. Don't try to check in early though. They are very strict about this.
M. G.
Stopped by for lunch while driving from London to Bristol. You can order a la carte or choose the menu options fairly priced £20 for 2 and £25 for 3 courses. Delicious food, friendly service, beautiful decor. Dog friendly and large free parking area. Highly recommended.
D. E.
The Bermondsey Square Hotel is a decent hotel. The neighbourhood is very trendy, hipster, with a lot of young people, bars and restaurants. London Bridge station is a 5-10 minute walk and connects you with the rest of London. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room itself is fine. We maybe expected a bit more luxury for the price paid, but London is a very expensive city overall, so it will probably be an accurate price for its worth. Only aspect that could really be improved, is the drainage system in the bathroom. It makes a lot of noise and the bathroom and also the towels smell quite weird.
L. C.
Great welcome, superb staff. Spacious rooms, perfectly clean and everything required. Came back extremely late one night and we're still able to get a sandwich to our room, was needed! Would definitely recommend!
P. D.
Great hotel. clean and luxurious for a reasonable price. It is a bit far from most of the London attractions but a quick walk to the tube will fix that. We also had the breakfast which was really nice. There is a really nice flea market in the square, not sure how regular it is but it was nice to walk out into.
S. A.
Doesnt look like a 4 star hotel. This was my second stay . First time I was more than satisfied. As the room was too good. Bt the next time the gave a room which was not at all worth a star or the price we payed. In 3 days everytime the housekeeping came without knocking. There was no dental kit no warm breakfast . If u order warm breakfast u hv to pay extra. Which is an absolute illogical as they already charging a bomb money that too without proper breakfast. No place to hang your clothes in washroom. .totally dissatisfied. Would not recommend.
H. B.
Great views of the shard from our bedroom and only a 10min walk to London Bridge station! Rooms are bigger than average making it great value for money. Restaurant has a casual vibe with free coffee in the day. Excellent customer service, will definitely be visiting again!
J. I.
Very comfortable hotel and accommodated us to have another bed put in the room. We had a great view of the London skyline from our 5th floor room.
Breakfast was included and was a good continental choice of pastries, cereal, toast etc.
One downside was there being no bar but there are 2 local bars within a few minutes walk. We popped into Sainsbury's opposite for a bottle of wine and sat outside the hotel watching the world go by.
Highly recommended and close to major attractions without breaking the bank!
R. B.
Nice little hotel. Rooms are well equipped and perfect for an overnight night stay on business. Room service was nice. Pretty good overall. Delivers the essentials well, but doesn't go above and beyond.
K. -. A. W. I. R.
Gorgeous hotel in a good location, very close to Tower Bridge. Some rooms have excellent views. Comfortable rooms, amazing showers and lovely extra packages. The chocolate truffles we had were amazing. Staff very helpful.
V. G.
Good hotel with friendly staff and was very clean. 10min walk to London Bridge tube and 20-30 to most sites. Not sure about the review claiming no alcohol or bacon butties...um why don't you just walk to one of the many bars or cafes or even the Sainsbury 20m away.
T. M.
The area reminded me of Soho in New York but cleaner. Nice service all-round. Had a very satisfying and delicious evening meal in the 'at home' restaurant and found their left luggage facility really useful. I had booked a 'Club' room since I had heard these were worth the slight increase in money.
I. I.
We stayed at the hotel for valentines night and got the All You Need Is Love Package (All you need is love this February! Indulge your someone special with chocolate dipped strawberries, a delicious breakfast in bed and a lazy late check out at 12 noon and feel the love!) .
The suite was lovely, spacious with a comfortable large bed.
Shower was amazing.
Lovely balcony overlooking the sky line.
The location is great, a short stroll from London Bridge, on a square with a small cinema & a sainsburys local.
Breakfast was lovely and service was very good.
Would definitely stay here again!
T. M.
Stayed with friends at the hotel this weekend and had the best time. It's location is great. Parked in NCP Kipling Street although there is closer and cheaper, refer to hotel. It's a boutique hotel with contemporary decor. Only highlights were the walk in shower and the cleanliness of the room and hotel.
S. S.
Lovely room and good restaurant.
T. M.
I came here with my mum for my 17th birthday and It honestly couldn't have been a more perfect place to stay. Free use of smart phone with free calls. Room was small but why would you want a big room. Our room was a kingsize room and it was beautiful.
H. C.
It is very dissapointing that one word comes to mind after staying at this hotel. RUDE. I just came from traveling in Paris where people are stereotyped to be rude but the kitchen staff here made Parisians look like saints. The rest of the staff is extremely kind especially the front desk and the cleaning staff which is why the review has 3 stars. The rooms are really decent as well. But it is hard not to lose your appetite after a quick encounter with the staff in the "restaurant". Extremely dissapointed.
C.
I thought this hotel might not be my cup of tea considering no alcohol is served... how wrong I was... some very interesting pieces of art to delight your senses. Great lounge place for a meeting, breakfast or coffee... and I thought I have seen it all for toilet signs... check those one out!
d. I.
We had a newer room, very nice, clean and equipped with several built in USB charging ports! That saved me every day :) free Wi-Fi and once logged in with Android (a bit quirky due to login page design) it will quickly reconnect after prompting you to login, upon returning to hotel. We took the free breakfast option, it was easy and nice just to go down and eat with out having to gear up and leave the hotel. The food was nice and plenty of it. Plenty of options too.
The only bummer was the coffee was luke-warm, never hot, but was able to ask the staff to heat it up with the steam from the cappuccino machine problem solved! (Wouldn't let that stop you from staying here) The staff was very nice and friendly :) thanks to all and especially those who steamed my coffee!! I would certainly stay here again, great location and quiet for good sleeping.
R. R.
Pretty good boutique hotel. The superior double rooms are fairly basic but clean. The free Android phone with unlimited data is a nice touch but didn't stop me using my personal phone with the free wi-fi. Breakfast was delicious and the turkey bacon and chicken sausages were great and helped the prohibition on pork. Only slight annoyance is that it's located between underground stations so whilst I was happy to walk the 15mins to London Bridge in daylight, I had to cough up £10 for a black cab late at night..
C. C.
Location is really good
W.
Location quite silent and there is a supermarket with a lot of cheap stuff 50m away.
The stay in the hotel was quite ok. Unfortunately the windows could not be opened and the AC was really working.
Most of the staff (reception, housekeeping) were quite kind, but sometimes we were treated like suspects... not very friendly.
Breakfast puristic which would be ok if it would be served in the given time window. Unfortunately they start to bringt the breakfast stuff away by 10:30am. If you come in "late" you are able to order breakfast by card for $$$. what a joke.
J. R.
Arrived early and dropped my bags off, always a welcome service when your visiting somewhere and headed out for the morning came back early afternoon the room wasn’t ready but not an issue I hadn’t expected it. Went to the bar very friendly staff member and I assume a manager, ordered a coffee and wanted to pay by a Ulster bank £20 note (sterling and official uk currency) this was refused even after I tried to explain, not a problem really and done in good spirits but perhaps some training might be helpful on legal tender (later gave it to a seller of the big issue who was delighted to receive it)
At 2:30 checked in and made my way up to my room, standard fare for a city hotel, basic but clean, met my needs for a short stay, bed was very comfy, all good for the price paid.
Was heading out so wanted a shower, no hot water, called down and was told they would look into it, after 15 mins I called again to be told the same thing waited another 15 mins and called down again, got a different girl who was very helpful and she called back to say they had issues with some of the rooms not having hot water but offered me a shower in the conference room, bit inconvenient but No point making an issue of it at that point.
Got back that evening still no hot water, I like to shower before bed and a hotel should have this as a basic service. Thought I’d deal with it at checkout 2 days hence.
When checking out I brought up the lack of hot water and asked for a refund of some of my money stating that if they had issues in some of the rooms and not in others as I had been told why didn’t they make sure the room they checked someone into did have hot water before checking them in? If there was none either tell the client so they could accept it as it was or move them to another room?
The receptionist went to see the manager in his office 10 yards away and came back and offered me a free breakfast (I didn’t want a breakfast) and 25% off my next stay, I was asking for a consideration based on my current stay why would I return to a hotel that clearly has issues with their boiler system? So I declined their offer the manager did not find the complaint to be serious enough to walk out of his office to speak to me.
Sat down for a coffee before leaving and whilst doing that the daughter of another guest called in to say that her French father had the same issue I assume at the same time as me and she wanted to register her disappointment that nothing was done to assist him again nothing was offered in terms of compensation, I got the impression the complaints they were fielding on the boiler system happened regularly (no evidence to that just a gut feeling given my stay and observations)
In conclusion I was happy with the standard of the room (hot water issue not withstanding) staff were good humoured reception staff as helpful as they could but dreadful management, clearly the staff had been informed not to mention the lack of hot water, clearly no plans were in place to move guests to rooms that did have and or assist guests who didn’t have hot water. Manager Not moving a very short distance from his office to make a personal apology and offer direct compensation for the lack of a whole days basic amenity was very disappointing.
Tried to give an honest review here you might just like to ensure prior to booking that if you need hot water you will have it!!
J. P.
Great location and very attentive staff. The room was lovely and of good size with a fantastic view of the city skyline. The food Inc breakfast was a good quality with good portion size and not too badly priced for London. Would definitely stay again
A. C.
Interior of the rooms looks somewhat dated, and the aircon made an annoying noise, but otherwise it was clean and comfortable. A bit over 1km from underground and train station, 1.5km to Tower Bridge or London Bridge. Supermarket right across. Environment is relatively quiet. Checkin was a bit slow, but not unbearably so.
B. R.
Fantastic view from the room, good facilities. Staff are very helpful and polite. Restaurant food very good, and large portions too! Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to stay close to the centre of London.
J.
This is a beautiful hotel (and actually where my fiance and I got engaged). Every room is different and they have a great eggs benedict and an amazing ribeye at Gregg´s Table downstairs. The only critique is that our room service food was cold when it arrived (but still delicious).
G. K.
The Bermondsey Square hotel is in a prime location walking distance from Tower Bridge. My hotel room overlooked the square which is a busy place with a wonderful Turkish restaurant, a Sainsbury grocery store (with an Atm), a bar and movie theater, food trucks at lunch and general community atmosphere. It is across the street from an historic Abbey Church which has a lovely park where people walk there dogs, eat picnics, and spend time outdoors looking at their phones. There are plenty of restaurants withing walking distance that there will always be something new for dinner. (Or you can do like my grandmother and I and eat at the Turkish restaurant three of the five nights of our stay.) The hotel has a wonderful breakfast included with the room and a restaurant and room service menu as well. The hotel does not serve alcohol. The staff was incredibly accommodating and set my grandmother and I up with two rooms last minute when we were ripped off by an Air B&B user. Everyone was so friendly and offered assistance when we had billions of questions as the tourists we were.
P. G.
This hotel is pretty good value for money with an nice restaurant, okay rooms and a good breakfast buffet. That said, it's a bit in the middle of nowhere so not a place to go if you imagine walking out of the hotel and just pottering around. But the staff are friendly and they do some excellent cocktails, even virgin ones, and the steak was exceptional.
S. E.
Small compact room very well appointed. Fridge in room and a walk in shower. Room service took an age to order as they couldn't understand sandwich and coke! Delivered quickly though
P. M.
Very comfy rooms. Basic but good restaurant. Great bathrooms. Good location close to Tower Bridge. Good location. Friendly staff at the reception and the restaurant. Easy check in and out. I guess the price is all right for London too.
E. Z.
The room was nicely decorated and very modern. Loved the shower. Mattress was very firm but didn't feel the springs. I just wish it was closer to the underground we didn't need to take the bus.
L. T.
Had a minor Hot water problem which was handled very efficiently by staff after 4 weeks we have thoroughly enjoyed our stay - location location location, the. C10. Bus to Victoria got us to every tourist attraction on the map and the Bermondsey Square has all the facilities within easy reach as well as a 1st class restaurant in the hotel I highly recommend it
T. W.
Very well appointed room, except the windows didn't open which would have been nice. There is a Sainsbury Local across the square which is really nice. Free fast wifi in the rooms.
I enjoyed my stay.
D. E.
Stylish decor and well designed rooms, including USB charging sockets. Decent continental buffet breakfast but no individually made tea and coffee - just an urn plus teabags and hot water.
E. M.
Very good service and well presented dishes from an international array of choices.
The chef is from Catalunya and likes to experiment new combinations.
Make sure to try at the end of your lunch a couple of mushrooms truffles; you won‘t regret it.
A. G.
Good location. close to the London borough market. Overall the place is fine, with some minor negatives. .the taxi from the gotten to the Heathrow Airport will cost you about 90gbp, so be aware and take a tube when possible.
R. W.
Modern and smart hotel with welcoming bar and restaurant
A.
Nice hotel with generous rooms for London but corridors have a bad smell. Walking distance from London Bridge station. Sainsbury's supermarket opposite the hotel as well as many restaurants.
B. D.
Really great hotel, a little far from a tube stop, but that's really the only fault. The room is big, clean and tidy, with a great bed in the middle, big and comfortable. Bathroom is good as well, awesome shower.
v. b.
Big room for the location and price.
K. R.
Fantastic Afternoon Tea - we were booked in the lovely Liberary Alcove, perfect for up to 8 or maybe 10 people. Wheelchair friendly.
R. M.
Nice friendly hotel, great location in walking distance of great attractions. No alcohol served though. Rooms well designed but cracked tiles and limescale in bathroom.
D. K.
Clean comfortable and convenient. Maybe not the first place you would look for central London accommodation but arguably one of best. Views of the Shard and London Eye. Short walk to Tower Bridge etc. Our second visit and probably not out last.
P.
A nice mid-sized hotel with great views of the Shard if your room is on the right side. Would go back here just for the full English breakfast, which was superb.
L. F.
Amaaaazing view and hospitality in the Lucy suite ...... Highly recommend !!! No alcohol or bacon here but as long as u take ur own alcohol if u want it it's happy days . They provide glasses and ice.. can get alcohol free champagne but not quite the same 😁😁😁
j. p.
Nice place, clean, comfortable.
A. T.
This hotel is in a great location. Just half a mile from More London. The room I stayed in had recently been renovated and was finished to a high standard. I would definitely stay here again.
T. A.
Hotel very clean! The staf was very friendly! Room and bathroom with very good size! The view was amazing from our Room! Car park 7 minutes walk from the Hotel! I will back again! 😉
G. C.
The bed was easy to move because it has wheels. Staff are friendly, towels are fluffy, soap smells nice
D. B.
I booked this for parents visiting us in London. Comfortable rooms, helpful staff and an amazing breakfast served until 1400. The hotel is well located for both attractions and public transport.
G. D. (.
Fantastic staff who helped me manage an enagement proposal. Shame you do not do the alcohol on site. Suite was amazing with panoramic views of London and jacuzzi.
M. o.
Great service I stayed in the Lucy room was great fun having a hottub !
K. H.
Great stay. Hotel very comfortable. Great location for our trip to the shard and borough market. Service was excellent.Very relaxing stay.
J. H.
Friendly n helpful staff. Good room with fridge n nice bathroom. Our room on the 4th floor had an ace view of the Shard which we didn't expect!
S. P.
Lovely location, with friendly staff. However, the suites could do with a refresh - during our stay, the main light in the room was out and a hairdryer exploded.
H. M.
Boutique hotel - trendy yet spacious rooms. Staff were very friendly. Note that the hotel does not serve alcohol but they permit you to bring your own.

Clean hotel, polite staff, a bit disorganized as we have had breakfast include but they didn't had that in file, however we had our free breakfast eventually.
Short walk to the Shard and town centre 20 min
s. g.
Had a very good time and the staff are very helpful and friendly.
M. H.
550 a night not worth it but awesome stAy, considering shard is the same. Breakfast was not the best, the eggs benedict tasted of to much vinegar
J. M.
Lovely place, great breakfast, friendly staff. A Sainsburys right opposite which was helpful as we forgot our tooth brushes. And a cheap Uber away from everything
R. G.
We stay here a couple of times and the service is very well room are a little small but still confi. The hotel is located in a area with restaurant and a small food market.

Beautiful hotel, lovely comfortable room. Slept so well and in such gorgeous surroundings. Definetly a little gem hidden away in London Bridge.
J. W.
Great staff, great rooms, food could be improved a little but an overall great experience. Would recommend to a friend and would stay again
D. W.

M. M.
Very good hotel , we had a club room. Great shower lovely breakfast . Good restaurant accross the road Antico lovely food . Walking distance to the river Thames.
O. W.
Nice rooms etc and front of house staff but consistently very unhelpfull/rude restaurant staff. As a result... tend to have breakfast across the road at the "Watch House" and dinner at one of the many local restaurants.
T. M.
Most certainly I do not appreciate prohibition of any sort. The worst is that all of this is right next to the entry door. As usual there is no bidet in the bathroom , not even a little shower head by the toilet which makes it very difficult to wash your private parts.
J. “. H.
Really great, comfortable rooms and good customer service. The breakfast is generous and creatively avoids pork products.
M.
Good service and enough food for breakfast. Rooms for 4 people have nice bathrooms, but when you have a shower, water goes every way.
T. M.
I arrived there early and I had my room ready without any extra charge. You're free to take it out of the hotel and use it on the move. The hotel is about a 10-15 minute walk from Tower Bridge or a 35 minute walk from Waterloo. I will be back.
Y. Y.

(Translated) Simple and tidy hotel. Without great pretensions and with a minimalist but effective approach. Good cost / performance ratio especially if related to the beautiful location in an area of London that is becoming more and more interesting. Some negative aspects are connected to the difficulty of regulating the temperature in the room (too hot, for my taste), to the need to have an adapter for the power sockets (the hotel does not make them available to guests, but it does someone just for sale) and the somewhat rough management of the breakfast spaces
(Original)
Hotel semplice e ordinato.
