J. S.As one would expect, great location, quality and the spa and private members club on the top floor is a place to unwind, think and also work on projects in peace. Their lunch buffet is deliciously fresh and tasteful.
O. S.I just got robbed of $15,000 and some change at the Carlton Tower Jumeirah in London. Housekeeping came to clean the room I went out and before I came the money is missing from my luggage. The hotel security said the cameras showed only the cleaner entered the room and she left the building abruptly after cleaning my room. According to them ahe claimed her child was ill and she needed to leave the building. I'm waiting for the cops now. This is a terrible experience for me at a luxurious hotel of this nature.

Excellent service from attentive staff throughout.
A clearly themed menu and service which was explained to us at the beginning. Very good selection of teas. Unlike most afternoon teas the savoury selection was brought out first which I felt meant a greater variety. Not blown away by the pastry selection (when compared to other hotels very close by) but attention to detail on some of the pastries was amazing to see.
Will definitely be returning.

D. C.I attended an awards ceremony at the Jumeirah and the hotel was absolutely stunning. The staff were extremely friendly and polite, always going out of their way to see to it that we had everything we needed.
The food was just perfect. I simply cannot fault any of the dishes we were served. I can't say anything on the rooms as I didn't stay over but the rest of the services I'd recommend 100%.
J.Hands down the best hotel I've ever stayed in. The staff are all on the ball, I mentioned in passing we were staying for my OHs birthday and an hour later they had sent up a cake and written a birthday card for him! Beds are insanely comfy and the rooms have everything you'd ever need from earplugs, coffee machine and brolly to deep sleep pillow fragrance and speaker in the bathroom. Will definitely stay here again.
d. s.My partner took me here for my birthday. The whole experience from walking in the front door to checking out at the end of our 2 days was a complete delight. The staff couldn’t do enough to make the customer experience one to remember. They were friendly, courteous and nothing was too much trouble.
The staff also went the extra mile to make sure I had a birthday to remember. So thankyou for everything you did for us.
We had a fantastic room. Breakfast was out of this world and the spa and pool was fantastic. It really is 5 star opulent luxury from start to finish. I would heartedly recommend this hotel.

The hotel has a 24 hour gym and Codagan Gardens if you fancy going running outdoors.
R. J.A beautiful and elegant hotel set in the heart of London. Has a large and accommodating banqueting hall with a great sound system and lightning. A/c system can be lacking on a hot day and staff more responsive.

I have visited this hotel several times, in the past few years and one of the things I like is service consistency, which is very rare nowadays. Below is a summary on some of the things I personally care about when choosing a hotel:

A. S.Beautiful hotel in the heart of Knightsbridge. Friendly, accommodating staff and comfortable rooms. Many have balconies and a park view, all rooms have excellent tea/coffee making facilities, luxury toiletries and v comfy beds and seating areas
P. D.Great location in Knightsbridge, just a few minutes away from Harrods and Harvey Nichols. Service is extremely friendly, but not superficial. We had dinner at the Rib Room and that was comparable with the best upscale steak restaurants in Argentina.
B. (.Great setting with ample space for plenty of seats as well as room to walk around. If necessary, some can also find space for privacy in the corridor outside the ceremonial hall, This venue is well set in the heart of London. Great layout for good sound system to operate. The only downside - if one were to get caught by the urgency - is that the toilets are not on the same floor. For disabled or one looking to rush to one, this can be somewhat embarrassing. Lastly, if you are travelling by car, parking on a Sunday is plentiful in the surrounding area. Be sure to have protective clothing if the weather is not favourable.
T. M.Lovely hotel in the heart of Knightsbridge. On arrival they upgraded our room free of charge to a suit and in the room there was a personalised cake and a bottle of champagne in an ice bucket. Quiet location across from a gorgeous private park. My husband had a perfect English tea and coffee has a well blended taste.
B. E.This weekend, my family and I stayed at Jumeirah Carlton Tower for my 30th birthday. From the moment we set foot in the building, we were greeted with a warm welcome, professionalism and a smile. The staff at Jumeirah were very accommodating and helpful. As it was my 30th birthday, it was classed as a bigger occasion than I thought it was; I got up to the room and provided was a personalised 30th birthday cake on the table and found out that my family had received chocolate dipped strawberries too in order to make their stay more pleasant. This was a great start to our stay in general and the room was immaculate and overlooking the city too which made it more luxurious.
Afterwards, we all popped out for dinner and as I returned to the room, the wonderful staff had decorated mine and my partner’s room with rose petals and had created a ‘love heart’ on our bed which was very special.
My sleep that night was so relaxing as the bed was extremely comfortable and I easily dropped off as soon as my eyes closed.
When I awoke, we all headed downstairs for the breakfast in the rib room restaurant and were met with so much choice. There were the traditional options alongside the ‘healthy corner’ which comprised of copious amounts of fresh fruits, smoothies, honey and natural granola and even healthier versions of muffins too! I was so thankful of the delicious variety on offer and fortunately left fully satisfied and well nourished.
After breakfast, we all checked out of our rooms and the service was the same as when we had walked in at the beginning; exceptional! My birthday celebration surpassed any expectation I had prior to visiting the Jumeirah hotel; it was spectacular!
T. M.I'm a regular at this hotel and am always mainly impressed with the high quality service levels from their staff. Staff attentive and accommodating. Rooms are well equipped if a little on the small side. I would recommend this hotel to anyone for a night or long weekend in London.

G. B.What makes a great hotel? … it’s the staff. Tonight, at an event dinner after I inadvertently knocked over a glass of red wine all over my white shirt. (My fault entirely). The staff came to the rescue. Much to the amazement of my fellow guests I was, within a short period of time, back at the dinner table looking fresh as a daisy. I couldn’t find what I thought was the right email address to reach the hotel before our stay. So I mailed them on the common Jumeirah email address and also sent them a message on Facebook literally a day before reaching there. They gave us a complimentary room upgrade... and the concierge got us sorted with dinner reservations and with tickets for a show which he recommended and it was awesome
Special shout out to Irkali. This Georgian superstar helped us check in and then got us an upgrade and even sent us a box of chocolates later in the evening to our room. Honestly from a service standpoint this place is unbeatable. I cannot remember any person serving us without a smile. You guys are awesome. Will make it back to this hotel on our next trip to London

D. K.Very posh hotel. Could only really justify staying here on a business trip paid by the company. Definitely caters to the middle east crowd. Always some fancy supercar parked out front. The waiter at the restaurant bragged to us they have the best and most expensive breakfast in London but people always come back. Well he was right about the expensive part. They have a golf simulator and an amazing pool - wish I had the time to try them out. The rooms are updated and they have good wifi as well as US powerplugs. Staff did a great job of cleaning up daily. Room does have a small safe, but it's hidden in one of the cabinets. It's right next to a row of high end boutiques so be prepared to spend some $$$.

Whilst the venue and staff were generally good, we were very disappointed with their level of knowledge on allergen information in the food they were serving was extremely poor, to the extent that we had no belief in what they were saying was correct. Would not eat there again.

T. M.I stay at the Jumeirah once a quarter, and over the years it has become my favourite London hotel. The service was excellent the front desk the door*** the valets everyone was very very nice. The hotel is close to Harrods and about equidistant to the Knightsbridge and Sloane Square tube stations.
T. M.Had an unexpectedly luxurious experience at JCT. The rooms are nice in general and differ in their rates if you book park or street view. I was greeted by name, recognised as having visited their hotel in Singapore and upgraded to an executive room with an excellent view over Sloane Street.

Jason enthat a me back to Zara to help me report the matter. He was genuinely concerned and wanted to make sure I was okay emotionally .
