A. S.My wife, doggy and I went for afternoon tea and it was fabulous. Super friendly staff, the tea, sandwiches and cakes were divine and we just had an exceptional time. If you're looking for a dog friendly place to go and have afternoon for you and your partner or friends, you will absolutely love the Egerton House Hotel.
G. B.This is a fantastic hotel in a great location, especially if you want to be in Knightsbridge and close to the V&A, Natural History Museum and the Science Museum. The staff in this hotel are so friendly: everyone without exception was so nice and helpful at all times. It's a dog friendly hotel, but by no means overrun with dogs (we visited with our dog and she was the only one there). We stayed in the Victoria & Albert Suite which was lovely and spacious with a small private outside terrace/sitting area. Without hesitation I would return to this hotel. Thanks for a great stay.

I had the sense that the waitress wanted to get it right but didn't know how to. The answer is obvious: set up breakfast for those who want it at £38 which they did for me in the lounge. Food, tea, juice excellent. I shall go back. Just amazing staff and housekeeping. To be recommended!!

The staff was so friendly and went above and beyond to make sure the stay was the most pleasant we could have. You could tell that each smile and greeting was genuine and not just put on as part of their job. They truly enjoy making your stay unique and wonderful. Jacques, Sabhi (who makes the most delicious Vesper ever anywhere along with other amazing martinis), Mustafa, Hamoussa, and all the others were just beyond exceptional. I honestly cannot wait to go back, even if just to pop in for an afternoon tea and a martini or two. I know I will be after my first of hopefully many stays there during trips to London. Thank you to all the staff, it was a delight!

H.Afternoon tea with your dog having it's own menu!!! I can not say how wonderful this experience was and would give 6 stars if I could. The dog even had her own tiered stand of food! The staff were incredible and the food and tea were exquisite! There was more than enough food for us and the sandwiches were freshly prepared. We were there for ages and no one hurried us and more food and drink were offered! It was a truly wonderful experience and we will definitely be back.
a. l.We had a lovely 2 night stay at the Edgerton Hotel! During our time, we received the most wonderful dinners at the bar, which was comfortable with a fantastic atmosphere. A special mention to Sabi for making the best cocktails and tailoring them to our tastes. The front desk staff, Scott, Morgan, Mustafa and Natalia were so welcoming and looked after every aspect f our stay. Nijole served us breakfast in our room on both mornings, which was truly the best in London!

This is because the service was outstanding as the staff were amazing, the food was astonishing, the area was aesthetically pleasing and very tidy. Jacques was super accommodating and helped me map out a couple of vegan spots to go in a beautiful neighborhood about a 10-15 minute walk away (Wulf & Lamb—SO worth it). L.We took our 11 year old dog yesterday for a Doggy Afternoon Tea, and not only did the staff give us brilliant service but they were just so attentive and gave Tia so much fuss I’m pretty certain she would have stayed there all day for cuddles. She loved the meatloaf, biscuits and ice-cream, she definitely had the best time at her Afternoon Tea.
Our Afternoon Tea was delicious too and you get such a perfect choice of sandwiches, scones & cakes that are all tasty! We actually couldn’t finish them all, but the staff were only too happy to package them up for us to take with us.
This was actually our 2nd visit to The Egerton House Hotel to enjoy the Doggy & Traditional Afternoon Teas and I certain it will not be our last time. Finding places that are dog friendly can be very hard but we are so grateful and pleased that Egerton House Hotel have opened their doors so we can bring our furry families too 🐾
J. Z.We visited for Vegan Afternoon Tea for a birthday occasion. The lounge, service and spread couldn't have been better! The hotel itself is beautifully arranged and was decorated for Easter. Service was impeccable! The staff popped by to check on us every once in a while without being overbearing, and saw to our every need. The tea itself was undoubtedly the highlight of the afternoon though. Finding vegan high tea, or indeed even vegan options of this sort, can be hard to come by

g. g.We took our dog William, quite a large chocolate Labrador for afternoon tea today, firstly a chap on reception came out and helped us find a car park space, thank you very much you was so helpful, we were seated in a quite beautiful room, ( as dogs allowed I wasn’t expecting is to be quite like this) Chimney was our waiter, he made us and William SO welcome, he was lovely, he went through our menu then went through Williams menu. He was so attentive all the way through our afternoon tea, one back with more tea, sandwiches and extra for William. A. S.I took my girlfriend here as a surprise treat yesterday. The atmosphere was incredible from the word go... a tad on the quiet side... but all in all beautiful. The food was extremely decadent on the vegan menu and provided a varied choice. We were 2 cakes spare at the end as we were unable to finish it.
The core of the experience are the staff. They treat you with utmost kindness and a top class service.
The only downfall however is the pomposity and down-right rudeness of the general hotel guests towards the staff. The staff clearly work really hard to uphold a standard and level of service and it's such a shame this is taken for granted.
Would I recommend it ... absolutely!! However be prepared to tell 'arrogance' to shut his lips if you come across him.
H. T.I went here for a birthday party for my friend. We had a vagen afternoon set and the food were very good (I'm not vegan), the tea was top notch, and the best customer service I have seen. I had cream tea in Harrods and this hotel provides a much better service, as the staff ease you into the comfy atmosphere and they make plenty of jokes.
I actually liked the room and all the furniture they provided, very comfy!

Staff is very good and this includes both the reception and waiting staff, they love dogs and we primarily chose this hotel due to their doggy afternoon tea which is well priced, however not sure about the value for money in relation to their adult afternoon tea, i let you judge from the photos, also i would have preferred a more chilled glass of champagne, however for £13 you get a big glass. Sandwiches were good but tiny and certain cakes did not include 2x portions. Overall it was a good experience and our Ella loved it, will defo come back hoping i can get more of those lovely sandwiches. By the way...those scones were excellent and freshly baked....

We arrived back late and seeing her condition they offered to bring ice packs to the room and enquired about how she was the following morning. When you get back from a day of shopping enjoy a delightful afternoon tea in the lounge. There is no restaurant, but the area is spoilt for choice. On your return from the hotel you have to visit the bar. The secret (or not so secret) pièce de résistance is Antonio. He's guaranteed to give you a great night serving up the best martinis in London in his own unique style. If you have any doubts about this place, don't. Just book a room!

- being welcomed into the room in a very romantic way (bed with rose petals and bathtub with candles and roses).
- despite the late check-in time, the welcome at the reception was very pleasant.
- the room (a bit small) furnished in English style and with a comfortable bathroom complete with everything. Extremely comfortable bed. Quiet.
- the a la carte and buffet breakfast, very good and very varied.
- all the staff, especially Mrs. Tünde and Martina (thank you for helping us have an unforgettable evening. You were fantastic, nice and helpful).

- l'essere stati accolti in camera in modo molto romantico (letto con petali di rose e vasca da bagno con candele e rose).
- nonostante l'ora tarda del check in, l'accoglienza alla reception è stata molto gradevole.
- la camera (un pò piccola) arredata in stile inglese e con un bagno confortevole e completo di tutto. Letto estremamente comodo. Silenziosa.
- la colazione alla carte e al buffet, buonissima e molto varia.
- tutto il personale, in particolare la signora Tünde e Martina (grazie per averci aiutato a passare una serata indimenticabile. Sei stata fantastica, simpatica e disponibile).
