The experience from beginning to end was outstanding. It was my 60th, a surprise birthday from my partner, hotel in on it and made up the room with a few surprises. Hotel Staff fabulous, friendly and helpful. Hotel decor loved it quirky, imaginative, unique and attention to detail exquisite. Bed and pillows so comfortable I had the best nights sleep in months, no alcohol involved either just pure comfort. The shower was fantastic, heat of room to your own taste easy to use. Very clean. The best hotel I have stayed in. We will be back. I did not want to leave. Great access to London, lovely little market shop round corner beautiful and can recommend Rocca Italian restaurant 5 min walk away, fresh pasta, great staff. Best hotel experience ever. You will not be disappointed. Thank you to a great team.

Brilliant from start to finish. Rooms are detailed on an individual basis with no cookie cutter approach as is typically the norm. Clean and immaculate throughout, no crevice left unturned.
Staff incredibly helpful throughout with a warm welcome upon every arrival or departure.
Continental breakfast fabulous addition with plentiful spread and fantastic quality.

A nice enough hotel with a serious flaw...
If you're a light sleeper, don't book here. Perhaps because it's in an architecturally historic building, the acoustic suppression in the walls and floors is particularly bad. As you seek the silence of a good night's sleep, you'll hear the bass of your neighbours’ TV, you'll hear other guests in the corridor as if they were in your room and you'll hear people walking on creaking wooden floors above; If you get a room facing the road, you’ll be disturbed by passing vehicles like garbage trucks. And as ambience to all of that the almost nonstop sound of water flowing through pipes makes you feel like you're staying in a water closet!
Our room was particularly small even though we paid for a dearer Deluxe Double. Cleanliness was good and everything in the room functioned as expected. The daytime manager was very kind; the night time manager however was a bit more blasé. The location of course is brilliant, but it all amounts to nothing if you can't get a good night's sleep.

Great stay extremely comfortable beds and lovely room layout. Very close to cafe, bars and restaurants. Cost around £13 black cab to get into Haymarket. £40 24hrs parking located 2 min walk from hotel. Continental breakfast is fantastic and all the staff were so helpful and nothing was to much for them.

The place looks fantastic with its cool decor, the staff are friendly, the breakfast is delicious, the beds are comfy, the showers are perfect…..just one drawback: the smallness of our room.

Excellent hotel. Lovely deco and room. The staff and service are very good. Great location. We will stay again.

If you like contemporary art and a modern take on a hotel in a beautiful Victorian setting, this I'd the hotel for you. The cocktail bar is great and the staff are lovely.

Nice place!
We stayed in a room with a balcony, which was great. The room wasn't huge but was nicely decked out with a really nice bathroom so that the overall size didn't matter so much. Good bed, clean, nice friendly atmosphere and attentive and helpful staff. Will stay again for sure.

Great location for museums and getting around London. Staff are the best I've come across in London, so helpful with nothing a trouble. Thanks
L.
Great friendly staff, comfortable, cleverly decorated rooms. Loved it!

It's a fun design. The reception team were good even if the night reception didn't offer me any breakfast order as I checked in at 10pm (orders before 8pm 🙄 only )
Next day at check out the Manager didn't even bother with a greeting at midday - oh well.

Absolutely amazing.
Went here for my anniversary with my gf. The room was fantastic and we were greeted with a bottle of prosecco with balloons and rose petals.
Late night bar and perfectly located in South Kensington.
All the staff were first class, in particular Zita and Liviu

Really average. Style over substance. A bit disorganised although depends which staff are on duty. Could be cleaner. (Especially during a pandemic). Not as quiet as you'd think it should be.

Such an amazing & modern luxury hotel located right by the natural hit story museum in Kensington. Stayed here for about a week and couldn’t have lived my time there anymore. Great staff, super courteous and polite. The staff here on top of how perfect the room was (deluxe queen was perfect for two) made my thanksgiving trip worth it. The rooms were spotless and the continental breakfast was super filling and on time every morning. I would also recommend the pizza, it was so good. I could go on and on about my stay and I’m very particular about hotels but this place lived up to the hype. Will be booking again in the future.

I stayed at the squint splash suite which I booked for my boyfriends birthday treat. The rooms are bit out dated. The bed really needs replacing as the mattress was all lumpy and woke up with backache. The worst beds I've slept on in a hotel! Although the bathroom was the best part, spacious big bathroom and the hot tub/jacuzzi was very nice however the hotel needs a bit of updating for the price of the room.

A theatre play was cancelled the night before our stay. I call and they accepted to cancel the night stay for free. Didn't expect such a nice gesture 👍

It was really great, staff from the bar was lovely, Elena made us have an amazing evening! Loved it ❤️❤️❤️

Fantastic Art work on the walls of the hotels corridors on each floor by famous artists

An ok 3 star , never a 5 star hotel . 120 still felt too much for small room 50/60 would be about right

I like the vibe of the reception, I was only there for an art exhibition though, I can't comment on the rooms though.

My wife and I stayed here for our yearly trip to London to see Cirque du Soleil at the Royal Albert Hall.
The hotel was a sensational find. I originally picked it because of its superb location, it being just off the Cromwell Road near to the Natural History Museum. The price was good too being just £99 for a Sunday night.
Once inside, the decor will blow you away, a mix of pop art, sculpture, graffiti and other art forms. The bedroom was clean and tidy with a good sized very comfortable bed. The bathroom was even better, a large bath and separate rainfall shower.
Breakfast was a choice of full English or continental. Buffet was a normal selection but with much better quantity items. The full English too was made up of good quality ingredients.
With all this said, the best things about the hotel was the staff, everyone we dealt with were extraordinarily pleasant, nothing seemed like too much trouble.
Very highly recommended.
H. T.
On the morning of are departure we ordered room service for a full English breakfast it arrived and we choose to eat it out on the balcony. As we were eating out on the balcony all of a sudden someone had decided to tip some water over the roof which then landed on myself, my partner and on our breakfast which we had only began to eat we didn’t finish the meals we packed up and left it.After this we explained to the receptionist what had happened but felt like it wasn’t really taken seriously and she still charged the breakfast onto our bill and was just given a response of “we will look into this” but that was all…I understand it was out of there hands but just felt disappointed that no effort was really made to us. Overall stay was nice they did add a nice touch to the room as the stay was for my partners birthday but just put a disappointing damper that there wasn’t more of an apologetic response from the staff…
R. E.
The ambience and scenery are simply beautiful. Will definitely stay again

Nice, charming hotel. Good location for tourists and for business travellers. Room not so big but fully equipped incl coffee machine. Decoration modern but maybe little bit heavy for small room.
Bathroom with shower and bath, very good
For my stay prices was very reasonable but maybe for the other dates price for room back to London standards )).

This hotel is weird, wacky, and rather wonderful. I usually prefer staying at more ‘classic’ hotels, but this was a truly fun deviation from the norm.
The hotel lobby is full of color everywhere. There’s a lot to look at; it’s almost hard to focus on any particular thing. You must check out the bar with the rainbow wall, the lobby wall in which you’re invited to add your own drawing to, and the lift that doubles as a secret garden. Sound wacky enough?
The room itself was the typical London sized room, but it was made many times better by the rose-clad chandelier and burgundy velvet details. The rooms are all different colors from what we heard; it would be fun to discover all the different ones.
Thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. Attentive and very accommodating staff, fun room, and quite modern amenities (iPad with concierge, lovely bathroom with soaking tub and sizable shower).
J. T.
Quirky fun hotel. Facilities were good and the Splash room was very well equipped.. Lovey bedding and bathroom but the soft furnishings needed a wash, the armchair was grubby. Food was very good although none of the staff asked if it was nice The morning staff on duty were in what appeared to be a bad mood. Beans were left off the breakfast and forgotten about. Poached eggs were snotty. We aren't asked if we needed any Co demants or more coffee.
On checkout nobody asked if we enjoyed our stay. Hospitality was lacking.
Good for a quirky night but ne drive to re visit

One of our drivers were doing an early morning pickup from this Hotel on the 1st of January. A member of staff helped the driver to locate the passengers. Our drivers like this Hotel due to easy access to Heathrow airport and parking availability.

Nice place for a home-away-from-home base. The staff at the hotel itself were incredibly kind and accomodating. The room was kept impeccably clean. I like the layout of the room. The room had a window between the bedroom and bathroom which may not be ideal for new couples or friends. Modern art compliments the interiors.
M. C.
Cheeky stylish hotel, 5 minutes walk from South Kensington station.
Nice bar, good friendly staff.
My room was clean and funky - nice shower room.
Fixtures are fittings can be cheap (laminate marble effect tables - really?)
Noisy air conditioning with a mind of its own.
But I enjoyed my stay overall.
K. M.
Did not have an amazing experience, because the staff were not friendly or helpful.
I had a payment emergency situation as my purse was stolen on the way to the hotel and I could not provide the card I booked with. I did not have any cards, as they were all in a purse.
I called the hotel straight away and asked to do a bank transfer or give me another option, to which the receptionist said: "As it clearly says on the instruction we sent you, we can not check you in without the card you provided for booking and it is too late for the bank transfer". I had to ask a friend (not very close one)to come to the hotel with their card and pay and I did a bank transfer to them after. The staff's approach felt like in the Soviet Union, not like in a hotel with five stars.
The room we had was a suite and on the description it says that the room is - 72 square meters. I am not sure what and how they measured, but the room was small.
Maybe the balcony's plot has been included in that number, but what use of a balcony do I have in February?
The pipe was leaking too, so the carpet was wet.
Not amazing experience for 360 GBP charged.
M. (.
If you're going to the Natural History Museum, this is an ideal location. Not fancy, but possibly the best rainfall shower I've ever experienced in a hotel. Boutique feel, not corporate at all. Lots of power drops. The heated bathroom floor was nice! Mattresses were probably ready to be replaced...
J. k.
Front desk staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly, and the room was very clean. The room was a bit small but the bathroom was great and considering the price it was well worth it.
L. B.
Absolutely loved it. Booked a room with a balcony and was super impressed. Gorgeous bathroom and interiors. Super efficient staff and great quality food. Will definitely return again and recommend.
A. E.

I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. Not my taste for every day decor but was fun for the night. Significantly, the room is really clean. Most of the people who work there are very professional. Personable service and a good well cooked breakfast the next day.
M. T.
So far the place is very nice. It's in a fantastic location. Some context....I'm a large American, (6'4 235), and I am used to having sprawling rooms in my US hotels. My understanding is all hotels in the London area have some space restrictions ...the bathroom is awesome, shower amazing, staff is friendly, bed very comfortable...I only wish I had a larger room for my wing span....I've only been here one night but so far so good. ...
(update) so the trip finished well. The Wi-Fi was awful... I had 3 options to pick from and all three were "meh" at best. For whatever reason, on one night of my stay, the bed turned into a stone slab. However, when I told the front desk they quickly took care of it by adding a topper... Staff is super friendly and helpful. Any and all questions I had they answered.
K.
Lovely hotel in a perfect location.
Stayed in an apartment with my family as we were going to The Albert Hall.
There were small bits that were missed:
Needed a more generous hoover,
Curtains needed fixing at the corners.
But those things can be overlooked and did not change our stay.
Would go again.
J. M.
Beautiful hotel, good price for a lovely room, shower and bath with good pressure and lots of hot water... Staff are always lovely and always helpful.. Good place to stay when coming to London
V. J.
One of the most interesting and pleasured stays i had around and in London so far. Amazing staff, impressive and interesting design and all in all a really enjoyable stay.
J. G.
The place was amazing. Our room (Squint Splash Suite was immaculate, the plunge pool was the perfect temperature and everything is just fantastic. The only let down was the breakfast service. The food was amazing but the staff seemed a little stretched thin. Other than that, we can't fault the place! Would recommend and will be returning.
M. B.
Awesome hotel, each floor had its own unique theme and the lift, reception and bar all had its own unique decor. The shower and bath were luxurious and the staff were friendly and helpful. We will definitely be staying there again
J. M.
If you are looking for quirky luxury, then this is the perfect London boutique hotel. Full of character and charm, with interesting art and thoughtful details everywhere you look. Excellent location, staff are super helpful, and the cocktail bar is superb. Breakfast was not included with the room I booked, but it was delicious and well worth the extra spend.
S. H.
An amazing stay! Fantastic Staff gorgeous penthouse suite. We were informed before our arrival that the air conditioning was broken, we were supplied with adequate fans and had complimentary breakfast for both mornings and a reduction on our bill. Can’t praise the hotel enough we will definitely be returning very soon :-)
S. H.
Quirky hotel, great attention to detail with all of the rooms, and communal spaces - beautifully decorated. Staff are friendly and helpful. Fabulous breakfast and well stocked bar too!
C. D.
The suite we had was amazing. Roof top view and outdoor TV! Massive bed. Sitting room with big tv. Kitchen. Quirky decor. Fabulous bath. Worth every penny and worth staying in rather than going anywhere!

Situated within walking distance of South Kensington underground station and 'round the corner' from the Natural History Museum, The Exhibitionist Hotel is in a great location. The hotel has a funky vibe, with interesting artwork and other pieces throughout. On arrival, and throughout our stay, the staff were very friendly and happy to answer any questions. The rooms themselves were furnished in a modern fashion, again with some quirky touches to the room. Large modern television and an iPad, which managed room service and other information. For the price paid, the room was a bit smaller than expected. Breakfast in the morning was continental with the usual suspects - no complaints here. We didn't eat here in the evenings, but the bar and restaurant looked interesting and were moderately busy.
G. P.
Great location really cool decor which inspires conversation. The staff were really helpful and kind but a little slow. Good cocktails which didn't seem overpowering. The rooms are really nicely done and comfortable. Would recommend
A. O.
Excellent service and rooms but the decor was not to my liking but the hotel wasn't chosen by me. Its very quirky in styling and great if you are into that sort of thing. Breakfast is great. Overall a great hotel.

Fantastic Art work on the walls of the hotels corridors on each floor by famous artists

Cleanliness was of a very high standard. Easy to walk to anything we wanted to do. The room was way over priced for the size of our room. The location was rather inconvenient for me. The bed was were very uncomfortable. Breakfast - boring just something to fill you up. Staff was friendly.
S. B.
Small but luxurious rooms. Great reception staff. Quality towels and toiletries. Very handy for museums etc. Martha's kitchen, near South Ken station, excellent for breakfast/lunch!
C. C.
Friendly staff who showed us to our room. Clean, looked exactly like the pictures online, nice bathroom and toiletries and managed to get a later check out time with ease. Great spot would definitely visit again.

Nice hotel to stay in for a night or two in central London and within walking distance of South Kensington Underground station.
On the Piccadilly line so easy to get to and from the airport.it is in a great location and the hotel itself is different in a good way with quirky artwork and touches throughout.great friendly staff that is happy to help or answer any questions.
Different teamed rooms and we stayed in the "drop dead gorgeous splash suite" that has a large bathroom with a tv on the wall bathtub, shower and a large splash pool➖ that unfortunately was very cold and not so romantic to stay in as a couple.quite a humid room because of the wooden glass door that does not provide enough to seal of the pool area.also the carpeting throughout the room felt humid and not so fresh.
comfortable bed large tv and an iPad that managed room service and other information ➖unfortunately no 24 h room service.water-coffee-tea facility with complimentary snacks.free Wifi!
This hotel need to have 24 h room service with a good food and drink menu, ice bucket and snacks.repairs made also addressing the issues of the humidity in the splash pool suites, new noise free AC,remove the carpeting in hallways and do a perfect finish!
J. C.
Guilia, the receptionist, was very helpful and kind. Thank you Guilia.
On the other hand, the manager was unprofessional in handling communication with the staff — arguing with his staff and disciplining them in front of hotel guests. It seemed like the hotel was being run by a bunch of university students. Weird dynamics for a “boutique hotel” in Chelsea.
The location is great but it’s not a comfortable or cozy place to call a home away from home.
L. B.
I needed a reasonably priced accommodation with 2 separate bedrooms and the apartment booked through the Exhibitionist Hotel exceeded my expectations. Clean, comfortable, roomy and great location near Underground stop and museums.
K. B.
The hotel is in a good location and the staff was friendly. The room was fairly small, but comfortable. The bathroom was huge for the size of the room with a full tub and shower.
J. P.
Nice hotel right in the centre of town. Here's what good: the bed, helpful staff, room size, location and bathroom. Here's what needs improvement: No minibar, iPad used for ordering for room only works some of the time, no power point near a mirror, no steam iron.
G. W.
Nice room with balcony. Pillows could have been better. Sound insulation not the best. Shower leaked. Restaurant was understaffed, food just OK. General decor was nice and pretty funky.
S. R.
Brilliant location for Albert hall and museums . Great service , lovely room with huge shower . Breakfast in bed . What else can you ask for ? Parking available round the corner but be very careful of the cost £££££££
J. D.
A great hotel. Not ideal for a quiet retreat, more of the opposite. The rooms are well presented and clean. Staff are all international and welcoming.
y. f.
The room is smaller than the photo makes it out to be but it is great nonetheless. Verry clean pretty and great reception with nice lighting. Breakfast is good I think its called continental? With drinks and nice options like toast yoghurt fruit ect. Free WiFi is fab. Big tv although not used much. And available iPad although Google didn't load may have been a one off. Would go again

Great hotel you will struggle to get something that special for the money anywhere else apart from the shard !

A good hotel with some great staff and funky rooms. Let down by poor expensive breakfast, and coke that is £10 Joe a 500ml bottle. The POSITION is Good, but the parking is more than a taxi.

Just wow! Just want to start off by saying have lovely and attentive all the staff were! The vibe and feel of the hotel was on another level. This was a birthday treat for my partner. When we were all checked in we headed up to our beautiful room. Safe to say we were blown away. The room had been decorated for his birthday. Thankyou for making us feel so special.

We stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights in March 2022. The hotel was querky and very interesting. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. The room we had was spacious and clean and very comfortable. Had the best 2 nights sleep in this place. I would 100% recommend this hotel . Thank you

(Translated) The rooms are small but wonderfully furnished. There is definitely no planting on the balconies. The staff is super friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately you can hear the noises from the neighboring rooms very strongly through the ventilation.
Overall, we had a nice stay

(Translated) Beautiful hotel and great location
I booked a room with balcony and its a bit small but for me it was good for two persons
Insulation is not good but the hotel was not crowded which made it acceptable.

(Translated) the location of the hotel is very good. To large museums it is not far to reach the underground fast and good restaurants in the proximity. The bedroom was very small but the bathroom was nice and big. The entire hotel is very stylish and the staff was very friendly.

(Translated) The rooms have been renovated very lovingly and with excellent materials (e.g. fantastic velvet curtains!), But they are extremely small.
The staff, however, were either unfriendly or incompetent or both. So I didn't feel very well and was happy to leave after 1 night.
(On arrival the room wasn't ready, I left my luggage there and was not recognized by the same employee after about an hour. An employee brought me a room fragrance and asked: Are there German TV channels? And: Are the snacks there in the bowl free? Already asked In the evening my room card was briefly taken from me because it had to be reprogrammed somehow, then the door opened, but the light did not. That could only be repaired by the second employee Then in the evening I asked if I could get something to eat, which was answered in the affirmative. What was it? Was too complicated to answer, of course, and at the bar I found out that the kitchen was already closed. So much The rumble of people standing around in their suits is almost grotesque. There is no feel-good atmosphere. Really a shame. The people who styled the rooms so nicely would surely be overpowered annoy colleagues ...
However, it is very strange not to have a mini bar in a 4 star hotel and a toothbrush cup was missing. There is even a 2-star rating.
The room is really only suitable for staying overnight, not for lingering. Even though I still had a cute balcony.
I didn't find the price-performance ratio that great. (Approx. € 300 without FS).
I wouldn't go back either.

Was denn?

(Translated) I highlight the location because on this trip I had planned to go to the Royal Albert Hall and it is only 700m away. So for me, location of 10. The subway is very close and just opposite is the Natural History Museum. The neighborhood in which it is located is very nice. Unbeatable treatment and details at all times in the room.

(Translated) The hotel is well located in a quiet street and within walking distance of the underground. The service at the hotel was impeccable and the service at breakfast was exceptionally good. We were a family of four on tour and the kids got extra good service. The entire hotel has details and features of everything that is fun and entertaining. The beds were very comfortable, so did the extra bed for the kids. The bathroom / toilet was clean and inviting. We would love to come back.
