I stayed at the hotel the weekend storm Eunice caused our flights to be cancelled. The staff were clearly run off their feet, yet they were so friendly and accommodating-especially Rukayya who went out of her way to make us feel welcomed.
The rooms were spacious and the decor was exquisite. The breakfast was just AMAZING, I had the full English, it was certainly a generous amount and everything was so well presented. The eggs were cooked to my personal
Preference and the bread was clearly freshly baked.
Again all the staff at the restaurant were so welcoming and friendly, I would most certainly stay here again.

We had an excellent stay at The Gantry London, the customer service was more than we could have expected and the staff do an amazing job at creating an atmosphere that is very welcoming and unique.
The Hotel has luxurious feel to it, with modern industrial designs and very comfortable rooms. I love the layout of the shower, very relaxing indeed.
The restaurant & bar area is truly an experience; amazing views, food and cocktails. The breakfast is to die for, healthy options and tasty dishes. I highly recommend it.
I look forward to returning when they open the roof top bar and terrace.

This hotel is a modern and contemporary delight. 2 minute walk from Westfield shopping centre if that. On arrival we were upgraded to King deluxe room with a free glass of sparkling wine at the restaurant. The design of this hotel is exceptional. The rooms were spacious, comfortable with amazing facilities. The employees were kind, friendly, welcoming and the attention to detail was superb.
Looking forward to coming back in the summer to enjoy cocktails on the terrace area.

Lovely hotel in a good location. We loved our room which had a good view, very comfortable bed and lovely toiletries. . The hotel is quirky with a very nice comfortable bar and breakfast was cooked to order which was so much nicer than standard buffet. We’ll definitely stay again.

The Gantry Hotel on the Olympic park was an experience to cherish and never forget. My family and I spent the night at this Exquisite venue. Upon arrival I was greeted by a very friendly team who struck the right balance between delivering important instruction/advice about the area and a welcome reaction to my over tired and mischievous children. I would have employed the front desk staff as trusted childminders in that moment.
After a swift check in we were guided to our suite. This had a modern Swedish decor, a peppering of marble and brass with impressive technology attributes. The cleanliness was second to none and the view was one to photograph… repeatedly.
I have to say the beds were exactly to my liking, I know this can have a broad preference, but I slept well and woke up feeling rejuvenated.
Breakfast was also on point, now my wife and I are huge foody's and we can sniff a mistake from 10 paces. But simply couldn’t fault it.
Later that evening we returned to the Gantry for dinner, now I have had perfect restaurant experiences in the past, but never at a hotel. I, my wife and two daughters all ordered different meals and there wasn’t a complaint between us.
Anyone would think I was paid to write this review, rest assured I wasn’t. In fact the only time I usually write a review is when I have something significant to moan about. So in the interest of balance, I have taken time out of my day ( also prompted by my wife) to write about my surprisingly compelling positive experience.
If you are coming to London for any reason and can afford to pay between £90 and £160 per night, if you care about your experience, treatment and what you put in your mouth, then please take it from me, a well decorated traveller both personal and business…. The Gantry is certainly a huge yes!
One word… memorable!
My actual rating 98.4% positive!!!
Thanks for reading. Xx

Very nice modern hotel in the centre of East village. The best area you could probably stay in, in East London. This hotel is my go-to now. I forgot my charger in my room and housekeeping couldn't find it but that's my own fault for leaving it in the room. I wish the water bottle sizes were a little bigger though, London tap water is not fit for consumption by northerners.

This is my hotel of choice when staying in London for work. Whilst it appears out of town, the location is very well connected, benefiting form the original 2012 olympic infrastructure.
The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and the star of the show is the ensuite which houses a huge shower. Everything about this hotel is high quality, especially the service.
If I was to give any feedback, it's that breakfast can be a little bit 'style over substance'. The current operating model of menus and table service won't work if this hotel does get busy. The hotel also needs to think about the practicalities of how breakfast works for many people (we don't all have 30 minutes to sit for a calm, slow breakfast).
However, that's a minor issue and does not stop me from thoroughly recommending this hotel.

Beautiful and new hotel. Perfectly located within walking distance to the Westfield Shopping center. Rooms are very spacious, really nice decor and comfy beds! This is my favorite Hilton stay thus far! Staff are super friendly, helpful and very hospitable. We will be sure to stay here on our next London vacay for sure.

Really enjoyed our stay here and will be returning very soon. Location is good - easy to get into central London and loads of places to shop / eat inside Westfield. If you are parking, I would suggest the lot on International Way rather than one of the Westfield lots - it’s closer and cheaper. Hotel itself is brand new - really lovely design, good size and an incredibly comfortable bed. We were upgraded to one of the King Deluxe rooms and had a nice view into the city. It is pet friendly too. Staff at check in were really helpful, friendly and seemed genuinely interested in helping guests. Didn’t have a chance to check out the restaurant(s) so can’t comment on that. Easy to recommend!

An amazing hotel right by the Westfield shopping mall. Incredibly friendly and welcoming staff with no ask ever being too difficult. The rooms are spacious and modern. It was truly special to use products from Grown Alchemist as those are part of hotel’s amenities. Definitely check out the bar and restaurant after a long day of activities - it’s a lovely and quiet space to relax and indulge in delicious food. Very grateful for our experience.

Was staying in this hotel over night, 15-16 January 2022. Love't! Clean and quiet, spacious room. Quality furniture in room. Staff very friendly! Will definitely return again.
Very good location.
Thanks Hilton for very good experience

The Gantry is a new hotel. It's in the early stages of a VERY successful future.
The location: great.
The architecture: beautiful.
Interior design: gorgeous.
The staff: brilliant.
The food: tasty.
The rooms: clean & comfortable.
The showeeeeer: HEAVEN!!!!!
This hotel is in the heart of the 'new' Stratford. I've been around to see 4 decades of Stratford's development; the 'new' Stratford is E20 (Stratford village, behind Westfield).
I spent the Christmas weekend here and I'm SO glad that I did. What a treat!
Any constructive criticism/ feedback will be given directly to the hotel, and I'm SURE they will immediately implement anything I share with them because they're EVIDENTLY striving to be the best.
This is a 4-star hotel...apparently. I'd rate it a 5-star hotel, however.
Do not expect a buffet breakfast - you have to select from a breakfast menu. Considering we're in the height of a pandemic, this is the best option, to ensure guests aren't coughing and talking over your food!
I had a vegan brekky with a black coffee and pastries. Within 24 hours, the hotel improved the scrambled tofu!!
The bathroom has the most luxurious hand soap, hand cream, body wash, etc. I wish I could have taken them home!
I was provided with robes and slippers; a nail file, cotton buds, teas & coffee, a coffee maker, and 2 bottles of water in the toom, too (water is free for members).
Upon arrival, my room was upgraded (I think I know why!). The young man at the front desk asked if I was comfortable with heights because my room was, now, located on the 13th floor.
I am impressed! I have NO complaints.
This hotel is a gem!
Enjoy your stay.

My husband and I have stayed this weekend for 1 night, wish we could’ve stayed longer! The hotel itself has such a lovely decor, love the colour palette as well. Rooms are beautiful and the shower area is my favourite part. When it comes to service, the staff are amazing and go over and beyond. (Sorry I didn’t catch everyone’s name) The lovely lady on check-in as well as both staff at Reception on the late shift and was very lovely to chat with Erica on check out. Not to forget the staff in the Restaurant made our “happy hour” & Dinner time a splendid experience. Thank you once again to Dinos & Sunil for making sure everything was perfect and to our liking. Also went out of their to make us Cocktails that are not on the Menu: the spicy Margherita really was a nice kick & the Piña Colada was just perfect!! And last but not least the food from the dinner and breakfast was just to die for. The trout was just perfect to my taste and my husband loved the beef cheek. Breakfast Manager made sure we are seated to our preference and also made sure even at check out upon seeing us that we enjoyed our breakfast!!! In case you didn’t already notice, starting from the hotel itself, the food & service was just AMAZING!!! Can’t wait to go back❤️

I stayed at the Gantry for two nights at the end of January for a solo staycation and it was fantastic. Sofia K, and the reception team were amazing, helpful and made me feel at home immediately. The rooms are new and super clean.
I highly recommend a stay at The Gantry Hotel. I will definitely see you soon, guys :)

Fantastic stay with a gorgeous suite room. Super comfy bed, spacious room with plenty of wardrobe space and the most incredible shower in the amazing ensuite.
Quality finish in the hotel throughout and super friendly service.

Stayed in Room was a dulex king with park view on 12th Floor for 3 nights.
Pros
1. Great size room, bed and views. Comfortable bed.
2. Extremely lovely hotel staff; very welcoming and polite, always asking how you are, if they can help or assist you
3. 24 hour gym!
4. Food tasted great in the Union restaurant.
Cons:
1. Limited restaurant food choices - The same menu is used for lunch and dinner, thus very limited for long stays. Also wanted a message on a plate that said “congratulations” but the hotel said the chief could not do it. A simple request that wasn’t catered for.
2. No bath in the room. Only shower.
3. Sunday breakfast service was shocking bad. We was given the wrong order twice, and even on the third time they still failed to give the juice we ordered.
It is a shame that Sunday service was horrible. Otherwise it was a lovely short stay and would have stayed again if the Sunday service didn’t destroy it. Huge let down

Arrived early but was allowed to checkin early. Booked through Secret Escapes free drink & 1O% discount on meal/drinks breakfast was included . At checkin I asked for non-alcoholic free drink was tol d I could get a mocktail but at dinner told it was not part of the deal could get a soft drink. Staff all friendly & helpful. Didn't quite understand £50 deposit taken at checkin it was later offset against our meal. I had to pay at checkin I said I thought I had paid already I had to put my bank details in through Secret Escapes was told it was only reserved.
Beautiful room King Gantry good size, immaculate finish. Mod cons Nespresso coffee machine, great shower. Loved the decor. We were on the 8th flr view not too great (parking lot of Westfield). We liked the hallway outside the room as well. Coupe bar area lovely. Let down is the dinner menu very basic does not match the type of hotel expected much more - I'm guessing because its a very new hotel they are attracting more people with the menu & low prices. Breakfast was not buffet had to wait more than 30mins to place our order 2 tables got their orders in before ours even though they were seated after us which really annoyed us. I got up & told a waitress clearing a nearby table that we were still waiting. Pastries were lovely rest of breakfast was standard. Checkout was late which was great. On my bank app both Secret Escapes & The Gantry had pending amounts at checkout they said they would reverse their amount. Told them about not getting a mocktail & the wait at breakfast was offered.a soft drink but I just took water as we wanted to leave

Wow..! This was magical, this was booked by my wife for my birthday with the birthday package, and this blew my mind away! I don’t think there’s another hotel that comes close to this in London alone, the aesthetics, the rooms, the parking, the views and the breakfast is out of this world! We couldn’t have asked for a better stay than this! What really made it exceptional was the service, the effort they go through to ensure the stay is comfortable and enjoyable is mind boggling! We want to thank each & every one of the staffs from the front of house to the bar/restaurant staffs, specially Rukayya, Andreea B & Errika (apologies if misspelled) thank you for a memorable service and 100% will be returning for many more stays.
You really have to stay to appreciate & approve this fantastic hotel.

Stylish and modern hotel very near to Stratford Westfield. It all looked impeccably clean and new. We were given a free room upgrade which was a nice touch. We were very impressed with this place and would definitely stay again.
S.
Modern hotel with beautiful, well maintained rooms. Good quality breakfast compared to hilton. The reason I'm giving 3 stars is due to poor parking instructions. Room service food is absolutely awful.

One of Hilton’s best, a truly outstanding hotel. I genuinely don’t know where to start, the beautiful architecture, the large modern rooms or the exceptional staff; theres always something to be impressed at.
I was lucky to stay opening night and it was a brilliant experience. The staff created a fast, personal and warm checkin experience and the express elevators get you to your room quickly. The decor across the hotel is beautiful.
The rooms are spacious and are full of character and modern design. The beds were very comfy as always in a Hilton. I really appreciate the attention to detail in the room, like the safe and fridge being built into a draw. And the cocktail glasses and ice box in the room ready for use. Even an umbrella stowed in the wardrobe incase of classic british rain, everything was thought out.
The bathroom was great, i love the slopped sink and buttons to turn on the large rainfall shower. All the usual Hilton amenities were present including gowns and slippers, however i did notice my room was missing a hairdryer.
The hotel has a set menu for breakfast, not a buffet, this was a nice change. There was a good variety of options. The Union Restaurant has a beautiful balcony which is not open yet but will open soon. I would definitely recommend trying some of the cocktails, The Middle Eastern Bazaar and Mystical Smash are a must have!
The location is also perfect and its only 15-20 mins door to door to Liverpool street so perfect for business trips.
You just have to try this hotel. Its outstanding.

The hotel and the rooms were extremely clean, I guess because it has been only a month since they opened. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating with our needs. Would recommend this hotel to others and will definitely visit again in future.
S. B.
The reception teams service was excellent. The room decor was superb as was the confirm of the bed, duvet and pillows. 2 min walk was DLR and Stratford International, only 10 mins from King's X. Near Westfield,Olympic stadium and plenty of restaurants
A. M.
Had an amazing experience here and the team across all areas are truly exceptional - friendly and helpful! They have an amazing bar area and a great rooftop terrace (hopefully gets more use once the summer arrives). Also very convenient in terms of location.

We were so impressed with the staff and our lovely, quiet room, we're intending to stay here in future, whenever we have an event to go to in London. Without doubt, it was the most pleasant stay we've ever had in any London hotel.

Lovely staff, delicious cocktails and good food. I went here to the bar on Wednesday night which was a bit quiet, but really nice atmosphere and very attentive waiters.

Really lovely new hotel and super location for Westfield & Stratford International. Only a couple of mins from there to St Pancras on high speed. Didn't get to dine here hence the 4 stars but I will be back in the next month

Exceeded expectations. A boutique hotel in the 2012 London Olympic village. Friendly staff, super room.

I have to say this is by far the best 4 stars hotel I have ever been to in Europe
• Good service
• Spacious room with high quality furniture
• Incredibly comfortable bed+ usb plugs on the bed side
• Shower is big enough with good water pressure
• Great isolation, I cannot hear anything from the outside
• Excellent location, super close to Stratford international station
Really nothing to complain, ofc it will be even better if they can provide free bottled waters/ Nespresso machine in the hotel room. 😝 Overall I am really happy about my stay!!!! Will probably stay here again next time when I go to London!!!!!

(Translated) I stayed for a little over a week at the timing of about 4 months from the opening. It may be just after opening, but it is clean and the staff are very kind.
Breakfast and dinner can be enjoyed at the restaurant and bar on the 2nd floor. We recommend a full English breakfast for breakfast and beef cheeks for dinner.
Stratford is a bit far from the city, but it's just a stone's throw from International Station, and St Pancras Station can be reached in about 10 minutes, so I didn't feel so inconvenienced.
Westfield, a large shopping mall, is right in front of you, so you don't have to worry about eating or shopping (be careful as it is extremely crowded on holidays).
(Original)
