m. l.It was a fantastic two-night stay. The staff was really friendly and
accommodating. We arrived at the hotel around 9 a.m.,
and they let us check in, which I am extremely grateful for after a long day of travel. We had a covid
test scheduled for 11 a.m. as well, and I believe
our experience would have been different if we had to wait until 4 p.m.to check in. There were several bars and restaurants
to choose from in the area, and Bond St. station was only two blocks away. The accommodation is definitely on the small side, but it's ideal for a cozy night's sleep after a day of seeing everything London has to offer. The shower was incredible! I'd definitely return.
L. N.Had afternoon tea here. Was a little disappointed to be charged for an extra cup of coffee, when my companion had a generous pot of tea. Elsewhere I have either been given a pot of coffee or a second cup included. Scones were perfect, slightly spiced, which was very nice. Bit too much garnish on the sandwiches for my taste and would have liked greater selection. Beautiful place, nice staff, just not a 4* tea.
I. S.Great hotel-we had a long weekend for 3 nights and ate in the restaurant 2 evenings. We had a lovely room. The breakfast was great too with a choice of full english or continental plus any type of egg. Great location for lots of different places. Easy to walk to Hyde Park (about 10 minutes). Bond Street Tube station about 5 minutes. Tip: Use the Marylebone entrance if you have suitcases or heavy bags, as you don't have to cross Oxford Street, and it's step-free from platform to street. The hotel has friendly staff, who were really helpful.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly and the afternoon tea was lovely, the sandwiches were fresh and scones were still warm. The little chocolate cakes were delicious, we ate every bite!
The restaurant was classicly decorated and had a charming relaxed atmosphere. We really enjoyed our afternoon here.
S. P.I've had a very good stay at the Mandeville. I've stayed 9 days and overall the service has been responsive and the amenities are good. Special shout out to the concierge staff who are consistently superior and helpful. Some noise in the evenings from the neighbourhood pub, but beyond the hotel's control. The location is excellent with Oxford St a short walk away. Marylebone is a diverse and interesting neighbourhood

Great rate for a Superior Double with full English included (£222) in such a great location. Right near St Christopher’s Place. Loved the decor & my room was just perfect for me for the night. Super comfortable bed, room service, food was delicious and breakfast too. Asked for a later check out, nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend and will definitely be returning, thanks again for having me ♥️

b. s.Once again marvellous stay at the Mandeville - Over the years we have stayed at many London Hotels big and small but none can beat the Mandeville. It is a clean friendly hotel near everything - or a short ride away - and just around the corner from Selfridges and the rest of the shopping delights for my wife. My thanks to Ian and his colleagues who are always there to give a helping hand. One section of the hotel staff that appear to be missed are the cleaning staff. They do a great job and are very friendly.
The bar is agood place for me to wait for my wife and daughter.

Litterally the most amazing location 5 mins from bond street, mayfair and 10 mins walk from Oxford street. Marylebone it's self is lovely for shopping and for breakfast.

E. J.This was a fabulous place to stay in London. It was so close to get things to do and transportation in the city. We also thought our room was so clean and so comfortable for good night sleep after busy day being tourists.
L. H.The staff are all lovely and the hotel is beautiful from the outside and main areas rooms are not amazing but very clean and has everything you want. It's a bit dated in the rooms but in a cute way. Lovely stay and location and a good price competitively. Breakfast was very good too.
S. D.Had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Staff were polite and attentive. Rooms were clean and well kept and the showers were great (always a deal breaker for me! ). We ate at the restaurant downstairs and the food was really good. No complaints from any of our group. The barman, as with all staff, was very polite and made good conversation.
The decor in this hotel outside of the rooms can only be explained as consistent but 'random', and it was consistently random. The lift had children's Paddington Bear wallpaper in it with starry wallpaper above. The seated area near the bar was a complete mish mash of styles in terms of furniture and soft furnishings as was the artwork on the walls. Also, not to mention the two random extra large framed Dandy comic covers on the way downstairs to the toilets.
Would definitely consider staying again in the future 😁🤣

O.Lovely hotel in an excellent location. The rooms are small but very clean and well maintained. The staff is courteous and efficient. There are a lot of quaint restaurants and boutiques all around the hotel. Selfridges is also just a five minute walk away.
P. S.We held a conference in the Voyager Suite, in the basement of this hotel. The facilities were very good. 25 of us then had drinks in the bar, and dinner in the same Voyager Suite, which was great, as we could leave coats & bags in situ. The food was terrific! I very much enjoyed the fishcakes, and sea bass was fantastic - a generous portion of succulent fish - the best sea bass I've ever had. Also I must mention how charming the waiters were. Really polite, efficient, and courteous. They made us feel very welcome, and nothing was too much trouble. Overall then a highly successful day, and we'll be back every 3 months. Thanks to all the staff, who made such an effort to make this an enjoyable & productive day for us.

P. C.Very nice hotel. Walls are not so sound proof though. A woman was on her phone quite late at night and I could hear every word. The shower is over the bath which was very narrow. Location is fabulous and the staff were wonderful.

A. S.The rooms were nice, clean and modern with nespresso machines. The location is fantastic, so close to Oxford St but in a quiet enough area. Breakfast was really disappointing though, the scrambled eggs were bad, mushrooms had been sitting too long and were rubbery and pastries were a bit tough. M.Excellent location! I’ve stayed in various hotels in London. Most of them are 5* hotels and yet the Mandeville Hotel in Marylebone has the best location ever if you’re planning on hanging around Oxford street, Bond street and Marylebone. Premises are clean, service is good but facilities are average. I’ve stayed twice and you clearly pay for the location. The lobby is small, the concierge is very helpful but you can clearly see why it’s a 4* hotel.

I. A. R.I usually stay in The Mandeville hotel for its location very close to oxford st. and the friendly and helpful staff in the reception and concierge. The rooms are considered as small size, however it's designed very well to make your stay perfect. Bathroom also arranged well. The only main problem is the quality of windows, it does not block the air and no sound proof.
T. M.We booked this for it's location being ideally suited off Oxford St and with car parking just round the block we were not disappointed. The decor in the whole of the hotel is so lovely and quirky. Ian and Carlos and the concierge staff, the room service and breakfast team and the domestic staff are all amazing.
S.Great room service, very comfortable bed and clean bathroom. The a/c didn’t heat the room and was very noisy, imposible to sleep at night with it turned on. If turned off the room was very cold. Service in general was very attentive and breakfast was fine.

R. B.The second time I've stayed at the Mandeville and as ever the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was a large and the shower was a decent strength. The room was first floor and road facing so it wasn't quiet but you can't really be expecting silence in such a central location! There were elements of the decoration that showed wear and tear and the television refused to work but it was clean.

M. M.My boyfriend and I spent a week here in June 2018. We booked like two weeks before and got a fairly decent rate. Overall, we were impressed with the magnificent location -a few blocks from Selfridges and Oxford Street shops...but also in Marylebone, which is a beautiful neighborhood where real people live —it is not just filled with tourists. The staff at the hotel and concierge were really friendly and helpful. The hotel has a cool and artsy vibe and is a British boutique hotel ..this is something we really wanted. The rooms are a nice size and well decorated. Overall, it was a great experience and we felt it was great value for what you get. Especially given that hotels in the area easily go for over a thousand dollars a night and we paid $350 u.s. and this was with a last minute booking.

M. V.The rooms are not quiet, you can even hear people standing outside at the area pubs. The rooms are also small and dated. Our AC cooled the room but it also made it very humid. The location is convenient.

C. R. M.Loved the Mandeville hotel. Its a fabulous boutique hotel in the heart and soul of central london, less than a minute walk from selfridges. Staff were super friendly and helpful and must us feel very welcome. I will definitely be recommending this hotel to friends and family. Loved our modern furnished bedroom it was cosy and clean and provided slippers, robes, towels and toiletries along with a smart phone with unlimited data and calls what a beautiful touch.

N. M.If you're going to London for a shopping weekend the location of the Mandeville is perfect. There's also some great little restaurants near by and the Social Reform & Grill attached is pretty good too. The rooms were nice and clean however I felt that the pictures on the website make them look a lot bigger than they actually are. I chose not to eat breakfast at the hotel as there's some lovely little cafes near by and it's cheaper than £17!
S. E.Really great location, but small and not so cosy rooms. The windows in our room where so thin that we kept looking to see it they were open. That meant we could here everything from outside. Just outside our window was a construction site that began working everyday around 6am. Difficult to sleep to say the least. The breakfast was okey.

M. A.The room was tiny for £240pn, it didn't have an iron, it did have a hair drier, the aluminium window didn't open but, with the wind blowing through it, you'ed swear it was open (wide). Expect to pay about £4 a pint or £3 for halves! 2 pints plus 3 halves cost me £22.5 with service charge so about £6 a pint

rooms are small but not packed , but i recommend staying at the deluxe double room its more speacious and has more space for luggage .. all the rooms had all the necessary amenities .. a nesspresso machine and a kettle is provided .. what is more important is that all the rooms are near the elevator and their elevator is fast..
