Visited this hotel last Summer for the second time! I love the food, staff and the location is excellent! You can spend the afternoon shopping in Oxford Street, Bond Street, and relax in Hyde Park. I love the attention to detail with their interior decoration here! The bars are very nice and we loved our food too! I prefer the Cocktail Bar but the Brasserie is nice too! They have really nice event spaces too! Whether it’s for a luxury fashion event or private dining they can accommodate!

Tatiana and the staff made our stay incredibly special. It was our first time away since our wedding and we didn't have a honeymoon. We were warmly received.
The bed was incredibly comfortable, the room had a wonderful shower and we had breakfast delivered to the room, which was very lovely. The room had everything we could need.
The Marylebone is close to Oxford Street, Baker Street, the nicest shopping areas, lots of cafés, restaurants, a cat café...

The Marylebone Hotel is most definetly one of the best places in the world to stay, especially when you wanna spend time in THE European town for Christmas. Though November 2021, this place definetly was still under the Covid-impression, the team took every initiative to make you feel "as always", and when the lounge and the bar are back in full force, this hotel will definetly be worth a visit. I´ll return this year anyway. The reception team and the concierge will help you out with any wish that you have, restaurants and museum reservations included, and the closeness to Regent Street, Mayfair and Marylebone´s Baker street makes it the best destination for shopping. The breakfast is first class, and even in Covid-turbulences, great staff. The only thing I´d permanently criticize -and I do for some time- is that the spa complex is closed at weekends around 20 o´clock and in central Europe, it would still be open for travellers till around 22 o´clock, f.e. Sunday after walking around town. That´s a bit sad. Seeya soon!

We stayed here for three nights at the end of November. The hotel is in a wonderful neighborhood. The photos posted online of the rooms were attractive. However, the classic room we had looked old and dated, as if they haven’t finished renovating all the rooms. What I will remember most about this place are the long, narrow, boring grey hallways, the strange way the toilet paper holder was placed, making it easy for the roll to come off. It should have been placed in the opposite direction.
We also joined a free walking tour, our first time. There was only one other person, a hotel staff, who joined us. Not knowing the etiquette for tipping, we gave her £20 for both of us. She said she can now buy a cup of coffee with it. In retrospect, we found it a bit offensive to quantify the value of our tip. I’m sure £20 can buy more than a cup of coffee, even in London. It was the only currency we had from a previous trip. We arrived from the airport less than 90 minutes before the tour.
The pool was a bit narrow with 3 lanes. But two persons can swim per lane. The gym was extensive. Make sure to go to the pool early so you can have it all to yourself.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

The Marylebone Hotel is a gem in the heart of London. My brother recently had his wedding there in a fabulous setting, we had a drinks reception in the wonderful courtyard which was beautifully lit up in fairy lights; followers by private dining in the Blue room, Art Deco style. Staff were very courteous, friendly and professional.
A big thank you to Bianca the Wedding events co-ordinator and Ben England. Both absolute stars including their amazing team to ensure that everyone had a magical and memorable experience. A highly recommend hotel.

Second stay here after a hospital surgery on Harley street. Lovely hotel but my room was a tad dirty and not what I wanted to see after major knee surgery. Needed a good clean and hoover and new curtains. I’d still give it 4 stars for the staff and food.
S. J.
I love the cocktail bar at this hotel, I go for drinks in the cosy surroundings. The staff are attentive, the drinks are costly. There is a lovely log fire, which I've not had the chance to sit in front of yet, despite my repeated visits. Great ambiance. I love this place and return time after time!
a.
Lovely friendly staff. The hotel has a nice cool vibe, albeit understated . Not the first name that comes to mind when you think central London luxury hotels, so it's a hidden gem if you want to stay away from the usual suspects
S. C.
We attended our friend's wedding reception at the Marylebone Hotel. Its an amazing venue for 30 of us. The staffs are very professional , smartly attired , very attentive and take great care to follow safety rules.
The food was really good and on time.
We had a wonderful day from 4pm to 10pm.
I would highly recommend this hotel to any couple thinking of getting a wedding reception in London.

Love this hotel, we've stayed her a number of times. The rooms are well decorated but not large.
E. P.
The location of the hotel is very good, 5 minutes by walk from Oxford street.
The staff are very nice and kind.
The room is big, very elegant, very clean... the hotel has a very classic atmosphere but yet sophisticated.
The bar from the hotel is nice and they do good cocktails.
It's overall a very good place in London.
R. W.
Hosted my company for a 2 day board away day. Excellent venue, facilities, food and drinks and staff. Highly recommended!

Beautiful hotel, perfectly placed and outstanding customer service. Many thanks to both Malachi and Gunther who were both exceptionally professional and helpful. Very impressive indeed.
G. M.
Beverly, thank you for your help and professionalism! Very nice stay and loved our room.
T. M.
The rooms were absolutely tiny and felt very much crammed. Very clean rooms. The decor is elegant and tasteful. It's a busy place, but breakfast is comprehensive and unhurried. Gunther & Long have always been extremely helpful to me on my visits to this Doyle Collection Hotel in fashionable London.
T. M.
The employees of the Marylebone simply made our trip the best we have ever taken. For having stayed at this hotel before, I know breakfasts are excellent, there is a lot of choice and you can really enjoy a true English breakfast there. The front of house staff are consistently friendly and helpful.
S. A. Q.
The hotel is great, staff are wonderful. However, I wouldn’t recommend staying there if you’re going with family or a group of friends as their rooms are very small. It’s nice for solo or couple couple travellers.
A. L.
We had a very nice overnight stay at the hotel. Staff were incredibly welcoming and professional. The location is excellent. Rooms are comfortable.
D. A.
The hotel is located in an excellent area. The service was great, the staff is super friendly especially Jojo!
The only negative thing I can mention is the fact that the inside is a bit too dark. I totally recommend it.
N.
Gorgeous hotel and event space. The food was heavenly and the staff were super attentive, nothing was too much trouble. Loved the garden room!
J. K.
Stayed here just before Christmas with my family. Super rooms and excellent customer service. The restaurant offers a high standard of cuisine and a relaxed vibe bar.
Thanks Gunther and team
T. M.
I love working with Kevin and the team at The Marylebone. The staff were welcoming and helpful. My family felt very welcomed and totally at home from the minute we stepped through the front doors. The rooms are clean and pleasnt. Would genuinely recommend and will use next time we stay overnight in London.
G. A.

L. A.
Beautiful hotel, friendly atmosphere, good service and delicious food and wine.
R. C.
Booked as a gift for Fathers Day. Great room and breakfast. Special thanks to Tom for wonderful service.
S. H.
Great location and feel to the main areas. The rooms need sound proofing, the staff have a poor level of comprehension, breakfast service is slow and a bit all over the place.
E. T.
Magnificent boutique hotel in the heart of the city, competent friendly welcoming staff, excellent services, 5 star quality all round. Highly recommended and will definitely be back.
T. M.
We stayed in the studio suite and it was perfect. The bathroom was most suitable as we had a walk in shower unit and a bath as well There was a trolley in the bathroom for us to put all our toiletries in place. Would stay again, no doubt.
G. M.
We went to an informal wedding reception, which was well organised. The food was nice and we enjoyed ourselves. Service was good. We wandered round the hotel, which seemed very nice, though we didn't look in any rooms.
A. J.
Nice hotel, well located, beds are super comfortable but the rooms were a bit small.
M. S.
This hotel is just amazing, the service and quality is second to none. You really are treated well and looked after. If you are celebrating an event be sure to let them know and im sure they will look after you. We have been several times and couldnt recommend it enough.
S. P.
Comfortable rooms for a well located and warm hotel.
Kind staff especially Andrew at the entrance door, always smiling and willing to help.
Higly recommended!
A. M.
Ideally located in a quiet street minutes from the center. The room was spacious and very well kept and modern. I also liked the restaurant / bar downstairs which offers delicious food and cocktails. The staff is very helpful and polite. I highly recommend !!!
T. M.
The door only partially opened and you had to swivel round it to gain access to the toilet or shower. From organizing by Bianca, to the high quality service we received from Otto, Gergo and Ester, I have to say it was the best support I …
T. M.
I've stayed here several times and the location is super if you're on a shopping trip to London. Try and get a room facing the mewswas very quiet. Got the paper and a bill for it which was rather a surprise and perhaps rather mean. The staff were very attentive and went beyond the call of duty.
T. M.
Very good hotel in a great place. The spa provides various services and I had an excellent ***icure there. Had a wedding close by so booked rooms for ourselves and a couple. The location is within walking distance to the tube (Bond) and we were able to get around very nicely.
S. R.
Nice and clean. Very good service and convenient location. Roomservice efficient. Close to several shops, restaurants and cafes. Ou, and good size gym with plenty of classes and small but cozy pool.
S. S.

T. G.
Good hotel in a nice neighborhood. The room is very nice and the hotel staff has been very attentive
R. R.
The location is excellent - close to the metro, shops and cafes. Beautiful lobby. The room is small, but there is absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay. Convenient registration, receiving keys. A pleasant surprise when checking in is a double bed, although a sofa was announced.
T. M.
Near the centre and lots of nice amenities like shops and restaurants. Guest relations ***ager was very professional. The location was perfect, being just a short walk to Oxford Street. After helping me search out the options and paying ESPN a small fee, I was able to watch the entire game.
L. S.
Beautiful boutique type Hotel where every little detail is meticulously maintained.....
B.
Very nice place and helpful staff but a very unwieldy and damaged wheelchair that was supplied to the guest we were helping was not replaced as promised. Otherwise a lovely hotel.
S. A.
Friendly staff, great location small rooms but spotlessly clean.
D. B.
Excellent hotel with every amenity and a top notch team! Great cocktail bar as well. Stop by for a drink even if you're not staying at the hotel. So glad I discovered this hotel.

Fantastic hotel at a great location minutes from the Oxford Street and Bond Street. This is our third visit and the staff have been kind and helpful as always. Especially Mr Gunther has gone above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable! Definitely will return again! Highly recommended!!
K. T.
Was here for the afternoon tea. Tea was great, as was the food. Service was rather slow though, took about 30 min to put in the order and they weren't very busy.
M. C.
We had a wonderful stay in your hotel. Your staff could not have been more helpful or friendly. The location is excellent. The food and atmosphere in the restaurant so very enjoyable. We really enjoyed the pool, it was a little difficult to locate. but a most wonderful amenity that really added to the enjoyment of our stay.
We loved London and will be back both to the city and your hotel. Once again thank you so very much.
Mary and David Clarke.

Excellent hotel near downtown London. Superb service. Had two different rooms and in one of them was very tiny, though nicely appointed. Good value for the location of the hotel and it's condition.

The breakfast is fine. The staff are very friendly

D. A.
Absolutely love staying here, was always my number one choice before I moved to London!
P. S.
I REALLY like this hotel the staff are very friendly and the hotel is very clean and modern. The breakfast is incredible! But this last visit I was ever so slightly let down, the breakfast service was slow and I had to call someone over to get a coffee or order. my coffee never arrived so left without having one.
The shower overflowed and covered the bathroom floor with water, the front desk were very helpful with getting it cleared while I was away for the day, I came back to a shower with no issues and a clean dry and tidy room! would come again!
F. R.

Staff were friendly and attentive and not pushy. I've only been to the cafes but I loved what I saw.
E. M.
Was lucky enough to stay here for a night earlier this year. Wonderful staff, incredible decor and feel to the place. Their afternoon tea at 108 Pantry was out of this world. Especially loved the selection of loose teas on offer! 5/5
M. C.
Well organised place, very professional staff. Excellent for the purpose with a buffet that respects the feeding choices of its clients. We were well treated and the chef made available on the menu any particular choices we had.
M. S.
I highly recomend this hotel in London. Great Staff and for my feeling a 5 Star Hotel. Not just 4 Stars as announced. We will come back for Christmas Shopping in November/December 2018. Best regards from Cologne 👍🏻

Always a delight staying here. Now with renovated rooms and new reception area. Friendliness is spelled with Capital Letters. There was a small delay during breakfast and the manager solved the situation miraculous & offered a free breakfast. Will come back again & again. Bravo to the entire team.
R. V.
Great price for comfortable room in great location with good facilities.
Pool a bit dark and needs a freshen up but the spa at the Third space was heavenly. Book ahead to be sure of a treatment with Dimitra. Highly professional and so friendly and knowledgeable. I will be visiting again! Many thanks
F. T.
Right in the heart of London, Marylebone was a nice hotel with amazing staff to welcome and guide you. Really the staff was very helpful. Rooms were good, clean, and spacious.
E. L.
When I checked in and went up to the room, I noticed that someone who had stayed before me or the housekeeper didn't flush the toilet, was quite an unpleasant experience. I tried to make a call to the reception desk to talk about it, but the phone didn't work either. They eventually gave me a better room. However, when I went out and returned, there was no hot water notice. Aside from the location, the hotel is nothing special. I’d not recommend this hotel. There are so many better hotels in London.
S. T.
A well presented venue for a small business event. Good food and attentive staff.
F. “. R.
Great place and food. Helpful waiters. But we couldn't find any waiter to place is at the beginning. And there was no detail on the bill.
R. v. p.
Top hotel.. Very good service, top food and accomodation
S. Z.
Great hotel, service and people
D. R.
Very small outdated rooms. Check-in process was long, they said they would bring my bag up, ten minutes later I had to go and get it. Would have preferred to take my up myself in the first place. Breakfast was very good and gum facilities were exceptional.
J. E.
Attended a training course at the hotel: excellent conference facilities, helpful and friendly staff and delicious food for lunch. Everything was great!
S. G.
Beautiful bar and fantastic service. My one critique would be that the red wine was served a little too warm.
S. B.
Stopped for drinks before dinner and were happy to take us in on a table. Drinks are rather pricey, bit very delicious. Wide range available to suit different tastes.
N. P.
Lovely experience here. The cozy rooms are tiny, upgraded to the queen room and it was perfect size for single traveler. Great facilities here. Wonderful dine in breakfast options to have delivered to your room in the morning. The staff here pay attention to special touches. There was a small hiccup with my room at check-in and they responded with a bottle of wine, a box of chocolates and a room upgrade and a hand written note.
A. J.
One of the best hotels in marylebone. Very chic
P. M.
Visited the spa here. Great facilities, not too busy mid-week and fabulous facial. We received a small beauty present as well for booking a treatment- very thoughtful! Would go again.
S. R.
Lovely hotel, great location and delicious food but it’s a shame that children under 5 are not allowed in the pool.
N. K. B.
I had the pleasure to host The Marylebone Hotel. She made a real effort to leave the premises as clean as when she arrived. Would love to have her back!
I. J.
Good private dining. Spacious rooms for the most with some narrow parts. Very good food and wine selection.
T. K.
Great hotel, comfortable bed, good facilities and gym!
C. F.
I would have given 5* if bathroom was bigger, breakfast service was quicker and price of rooms about 1/3 less than we paid.
All in all a nice place with friendly helpful staff and excellent central London location.
ו. פ. ק.
Excellent hotel in an excellent location.
Very quiet and close to entertainment places and to Oxford Street. A subway station is 5 minutes from the hotel.
All the staff were very kind.
Twice a day they arranged the room for us.
A very good breakfast includes omelette, coffee, cheese, muffins, yogurt, granola, etc. I'm sure we'll come back here again
A. B.
The suite was spacious and comfy. Good location, next to the shops and restaurants. The doormen were very friendly and polite, as were the receptionists and room service department.
H. A.
The hotel is in the nice neighborhood of Marylebone and is approximately a 7-minute walk from Oxford Street and the Bond tube station. Most of the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Our room was of a decent size and was quiet, clean and comfortable.
Few downsides to our stay - sometimes the reception area and lifts can be busy; and unfortunately, during my stay, there was an evacuation (possibly due to a small fire) that last 2-3 hours where we were locked out of the hotel. Upon returning no explanation, apology, or anything to make up for the inconvenience was done. Also, I forgot my phone charger which was plugged into the wall, I called the hotel looking for this a few hours after checking out but they could not help me find this.
I. I.
Great room, super nice staff
s. g.
excellent customer service and varied but sensibly priced lunch menu. would certainly consider visiting again
d. c.
OMG it's amazing, food ambience and staff five star
N. B.
This is easily one of the most beautiful hotels you will ever stay in. The staff is very accommodating and the food is wonderful. Really you could spend your entire London trip in this hotel and never get bored. They have a gym, pool and spa as well. The spa is my only negative, and the only reason I'm leaving four stars instead of 5 so I don't know if that's fair, but they are connected. The therapist herself was amazing. I left feeling much much better than when I arrived, she had really released a ton of the tension in my shoulders. My disappointment was in the rooms and general environment of the service. I could hear people talking loudly during most of my service, the lights were far too bright and no music was played. If the hotel weren't so posh maybe this would be fine, but the spa experience needs to match it's location.
My actual hotel room was very quiet; that was so nice. I don't think I heard a single noise from my room my entire two night stay. The lower tier rooms are small, like most European hotel rooms so if you brought large luggage or don't like cramped spaces, this hotel may not be for you. I didn't find a problem with it personally.
r. r.
Very nice hotel. Excellent location for the shops of Oxford and Bond street and the more independent shops on Marylebone high street. Onsite high end gym, swimming pool, sauna and classes which are now unable to be booked in advance by guests. Delicious food and drink. Rooms can be on the smaller end but always immaculately presented.
J. S.
Nice location and breakfast is just awsome
E. A.
We visited the 108 Brasserie, which is the restaurant of The Marylebone hotel. Our dinner was excellent, the staff was very friendly and the service was amazing. Also we closed the night with some very good cocktails!!!

Great Hotel. Worth every penny.
J. G.
My favorite hotel on planet earth. Always feel lucky to have stayed here. It's a relaxing, easygoing, and friendly atmosphere. Exactly what you want to come back to when you're visiting a busy city. The staff is aces. Big thanks to Aundrie (hope I'm not misspelling), David, and Evie. They made my time in London better. The hotel is surrounded by good bars and restaurants, the gym is great, and the breakfast is delicious. It's a great experience.
Z. T.
Nice place, art deco theme, excellent location, good on-street parking (free on Sundays and bank holidays).
Y. C.

Good situated hotel close to all amenities
J. W.
Very classy. Third Space gym downstairs was amazing addition, worth coming to the hotel for.

C. D.
Room look amazing and great customer service
a.
Garreth & Brendan run a great hotel in an excellent location
v. b.
Wow is the word for this london hotel.
being in the center the rooms are expensive for their size but that's the case everywhere in zone 1 hotels.
The Service is just fabulous, the staff is so generous and knows how to treat the client. From the funny and energetic doorman to the managers every one is really good.
the location is great whether you want to shop or eat its in the center.
The rooms are really clean and room service is great.
I will say Must Visit to this hotel, I have stayed there for a week and was the best time of my trip.
S. S.
This is a really fabulous hotel. Staff are all so friendly and helpful, going the extra mile to make your stay special. Lovely and clean everywhere. Food amazing. Guests have free use of the pool and spa. 8 minutes walk from Bond Street tube and Oxford Street. I dont think I will be staying anywhere else from now on. Oh and they definitely do provide hairdryers!
F. K.
This is such a cool boutique hotel located perfectly for seeing the different neighborhoods of London. Besides nice rooms, a wonderful restaurant and breakfast, and awesome if slightly crowded gym, there are lovely details such as the luxurious bowl of fresh fruit that is refilled nightly.
J. B.
Pleasant bar with central London prices. Food OK, service good.
T. F.
Nice and neat hotel with good breakfast
C. M.
The marylebone room was beautiful, had an engagement party here and everything worked out great. The food was also very good.
R. H.
Great place in decent location. Be careful at night.
M. K.
It's fine. Room had a good view but the bathroom had some issues. Water and rust stains in and around the shower, turning on the sink or shower made horribly loud noises. Bed is comfortable. Would probably consider it again.
H. K.
Lovely staff and a beautifully appointed hotel. The ceilings in the corridors are very low (I'm barely 5'4") and feel a bit claustrophobic. The toiletries in the guest bedrooms are Aromatherapy Associates and very nice. The suite I was in was cosy but had everything you needed. The lounge was very comfortable and the bathroom large enough with bath and shower.
D. K.
Rooms are really nice, neo classical WiFi included. Great gym and nice bar restaurant. Great drinks selection superb service.
E. B. F.
We were on a vacation for easter we spent a lovely time , a really good time. The hotel was good; but the rooms were TOO SMALL!!!!! Otherwise the service, the staff, the cleanliness the.... -->amazing due to the friendly staff working there! A very good experience . The breakfast should contain more various food! The location is perfect ; 10 minutes walking to the Oxford Street were all shops are located!

Staff here as good as possibly the Queen herself may have . Breakfast expierence lets call it as good as any Hotel i have stayed in

Great place
Food not so great
Å. G.
A very respectable affair.
The most exciting thing for me was the gym that was adjoined to the hotel. As a keen fitness buff, any hotel that has modest exercise facilities gets top marks .... but this one blew my socks off.
The Restaurants were reasonable priced and there were so many towels :-)
C. J.
Quiet and beds are super comfortable, definitely a plus. Rooms are very small, especially for two people. Hotel atmosphere is ok, kind of retro vibe, the walled art was reminiscent of my refrigerator years ago. Probably a bit overpriced, we did not check around, mainly wanted a quaint non-chain hotel. The Marylebone area is fantastic, this hotel puts you right in the center of fabulous food and quirky boutiques, location is great. The staff was wonderful, all smiles and very accommodating. I would stay here again based ultimately on a great nights sleep.
S. V.
The service here is second to none, as is the Afternoon Tea. Slightly out of the way but a really great location.

Staff are excellent throughout - faultless service. Rooms are a little small, but well appointed and good quality furnishings. Bar is good and well stocked with scotch.
A. C.
Stylish, and friendly staff, simply out of this world, always looking to go the extra mile with a smile and a song.
L. W.
This is a luxorious hotel in a lovely neighborhood. We left our bag with the front desk, and somehow it was misplaced. The management team, in particular Hanon, gave their full attention to helping us find the bag. They went above and beyond to make it up to us. We would absolutely recommend this hotel and would stay here again if given the chance. Thanks Hanon!
A. J.
Excellent service always someone available to help you out or answer any queries
R. B.
Good place. Outstanding Hotel.
D. D. M.
The staff is very friendly, the food is delicious and the hotel is beautiful... but that is where the good news ends. I've stayed here twice now and both times I've had rooms with issues with the a/c / heating units (either not working or making horrible noises). Also both times I've had issues with other guests making noise in the hallways (teenagers hanging out in the hallways chatting, people in and out of rooms all night, thin walls and you can hear everything on the other side). Finally, the house keepers have left used products in the room... half used shampoos and empty shower cap boxes. For a '4 star hotel' it all feels like very poor service with a shiny surface.
L. B.
Came for a business lunch. The room and decorations were absolutely gorgeous and the staff were extremely helpful. The food, however, was just plain bad. Soggy fish and overcooked chips. At least the coffee was tasty.

I was a patient in The Wellbeck Hospital yesterday and when I went to leave, Andre, the concierge at The Marylebone Hotel was just so kind and helped me into the car and offered me a bottle of water. I could barely walk after a lengthy operation and he was just exceptionally helpful and couldn’t do enough. Thankyou Andre!!

The location is amazing if you planning to shop in Oxford Street as it few blocks behind John Louise. There is always taxis outside. As well as, there are a lovely cafes very close to it.

Marylebone is so under rated and this hotel is testament to that. Great rooms, food and service. Location is unbeatable.

Amazing hotel. Stayed night before our wedding and on our actual wedding. Customer service go above and beyond. 1st night with the bridesmaids we got complimentary strawberries and prosecco. On my actual wedding night with my husband, we got strawberries and champagne complimentary. Breakfast is great.
L. R.
Good hotel with perfect location
A. R.
Love that place to stay again
A. B.
Centrally located in Marylebone within walking distance of a wide range of shops and restaurant.
I thought the rooms were small and it can get a little stuffy if the A/C is not running (which has an automatic shutoff) Keeping the window open was the simplest solution bearing with the outside noise.
The furniture provided is the least practical given the size of the room. For instance, the television should be mounted on the wall to free the desk space.
The navigation system on the television is rather slow which can be a somewhat frustrating.
The restroom is also quite cozy and the bathtub should be removed to allow for a more spacious shower.
The bed are too soft in my opinion (that’s a personal preference) and a range of pillow options would be nice.
The access to the gym is definitely a plus. The gym features a pool and a spa.
The lobby bar is decent and the staff quite friendly. The same can be said for the 108 pantry restaurant although I find the evening staff to be less friendly and/or disgruntled.
The room service is usually quick with a few 24hour options including a fantastic club sandwich.
Overall, I think it is a great hotel minus a few details.
A. M.
Stunning venue but staff could be a bit more courteous.

We love the Marylebone area if London and the Marylebone Hotel is wonderful. A treat of a place to be.

I made a reservation at this hotel for 4 nights for the Deluxe Room. Upon arriving at the hotel at 4 pm to check-in, I experienced a frustrating delay of 40-45 minutes due to a problem with their system and the booking. I explained my concerns to Theano, the acting Guest Relations Manager at the time.
Theano was very professional in handling the situation and was very kind throughout the entire experience I had with her. I was quite impressed with the level of professionalism she showed in understanding the initial experience I had with their hotel and did everything in her power to make sure I have the upmost positive experience during my stay. She made it her duty to ensure I enjoyed everything about my stay from the upgraded room, to the complimentary breakfast, and all the way to the room service dinner I ordered by providing some deserts and adding a pleasant letter!
Unlike other hotels where you would speak to the manager once and that's all you heard from them. Theano kept in touch with me throughout the entire stay and showed her importance of keeping guests happy. Her attention to detail is what sets her apart and really is the best part of this hotel if you're fortunate to meet her.
The staff here are nice and the breakfast was pleasant. The Deluxe room is actually quite nice even though Theano provided a larger room for the trouble I experienced.
It's the way Theano handled the situation that makes this a 5/5 star hotel.
I. F.
Lovely food and setting. Fantastic for Christmas
M. M.
really friendly doorman, always opens the door for you and makes you feel like you're important even if you've just gone in to use the bathroom. was very understanding with my toddler who wanted to run around and climb on everything. we therefore came back another time, for a cream tea, which was delicious :)
C. S.
Rooms are a little small. Friendly staff, who really helped to fix an issue with our booking!
M. C.
Good hotel Central location
H.
Visited for drinks. Helpful staff, but although there is an extensive drinks menu including cocktails and hot drinks, they were clueless about an order for a liqueur coffee. The only solution was to order a coffee and a liqueur separately and then 'do what you want with it'.
N. C. P.
Nice, if a little up market for my needs.

This truly is an incredible boutique hotel, amidst access to a lovely neighborhood and staff that will make sure that your stay is a top of the tops quality. The surrounding area is great for a stroll and shopping while the storefront windows are a gateway to the trendiest and classic design showrooms of the area. I was awestruck by their decor at Christmas holidays, fireplace and small sitting areas along the ways to a great restaurant and sweet bar. I highly recommend everything about The Marleybone Hotel, and it is true: you get what you are willing and able to pay for and then some! Experiential stay here. Our room-views are reminiscent of old London with houses converted to new homes and offices, where one can imagine chimney sweeps dancing atop the rooftops.

Returned to The Marylebone Hotel Again to celebrate wife’s birthday. I can’t thank the staff enough for making the birthday stay so special - especially to Suzan and her Reception team, Theano - Guest relations , Roberto and Goodwin at the door. Thank you!!

Always pleasant staff and lovely hotel
J.
Bathroom very cramped compared to hotels like the Holiday Inn. Pretty much only one tile to step on. Tub drained extremely slow like it was clogged. Put the do not disturb sign before leaving, but cleaning service still came in everyday, so it probably doesn't mean anything. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Shaving kit was good. Wifi available.
Ate at the pantry downstairs. If they ask what toast you want, just know that it's £3.50 for the toast that's not mentioned.

Spa was good, main criticisms were that you pay for an hour massage and they don't let you in until your start time and then finish 5-10 mins early. So really you get about 45 mins. Then, in the men's showers, there is no conditioner (but there is in the women's). We went for the spa & afternoon tea deal. The afternoon tea was OK. The service was a little haphazard by serving the wrong tea and then taking each plate away from the teir the second we took the last thing off of it - like they were desperate to get the posts back. Overall, had a great time. My biggest tip, is that if you go for a massage, ask to go beforehand to use the gym for free, then have your massage.

Set among the trendy shops & restaurants of Marylebone Village, this modern, upscale hotel is a 7-minute walk from Bond Street station, less than a mile from the Royal Academy of Arts and 1.3 miles from Hyde Park.
The chic, contemporary rooms and suites all feature pillow-top beds, Nespresso coffeemakers and marble bathrooms with heated floors, plus iPod docks and flat-screen TVs. Wi-Fi is free. Airy suites offer additional seating areas, private balconies, London views and/or whirlpool tubs.
There's a hip restaurant/bar serving locally sourced cuisine, an afternoon tea cafe and a smoothie bar. Other amenities include a gym with an indoor pool.

This hotel is very well situated, close to Bond Street, Oxford Circus, Baker Street and Regent's Park Underground Stations . The staff are very friendly and helpful. The internal decor is very contemporary, and it does not stay static. Each time I visit, there is always a positive change to the internal decoration. For a hotel situated in Central London, I find it really peaceful. The meals are also very good, from breakfast to dinner. As is expected, there may be one or two issues with a room, but this is usually fixed promptly if it is mentioned to reception. Oh, I must not forget the lovely gym and swimming pool as well.
