Brilliant location , attentive staff. We requested quiet rooms away from the bar and were accommodated. We couldn’t fault the breakfast and the service was second to none, even bringing my partner a birthday treat. We will be back soon ⭐️

How has this hotel got a 5 star rating? Rooms at 3 star at best and I’m not one to write a review but felt I had to. Stayed in better holiday inns.
Staff are great as is everything on the outside but the rooms, wow. Awful and I have another night to stay yet, contemplating on changing hotel to have some luxury as described on the internet and for the money I’ve paid.

Absolutely a great hotel. Super bar with wide range of drinks, breakfast was lovely (had a la carte which was served quickly), room was comfy, clean, large and loved the TV over the bath. Receptionists and porters very kind, helpful and smiling/chatty.
Loved the place and will be back.

Service: super friendly and efficient staff.
Food: brilliant breakfast with great selection.
Room: the room was an absolute let down. No robes, slippers or mini bar as advertised. Room is dated and shows its age. Bed was comfortable though. Bathroom was renovated not too long ago, but was done on the cheap and this already showing a lot of wear.
Will only stay here again once rooms have been renovated. For the price, you can go elsewhere in May Fair.

Hotel is really Nice, but Room was not ready, when I checked in room found washroom waste bin was not cleared and it's seems they didn't clean the room or sanitized, just seems bed sheet cover only changed and kept ready.when I requested house keeping to clean again they said they don't have any sanitation facility, A lady came and just removed waste and left. How can be so irresponsible during this Covid19 and such a five star hotel give room to guests without cleaning.
J. B.
It's a nice, well located hotel. The family liked it. Food at hotel restaurant is good. Staff try to be helpful, especially given the issues with COVID. One grumble might be rooms be a little inconsistent in size.
K. G.
Great location, the staff work hard. Food delicious. I enjoy using their Spa and gym only slight niggle is the rooms are beginning to become a bit tired. I have stayed in this hotel several times over the years and the room decor hasn't changed.
I. R.
Stayed for 3 days, bar was unfortunately closed? Breakfast is the best. We had an upgrade but only seemed to apply for a big bathroom nothing special in the room, good bed but not even bathrobes for that price. Great location though and friendly staff
m. w.
One of my favourite hotels. Top class, great bar and really well located. Would recommend if you are visiting London

Stayed in the Amber suite (no balcony). Unfortunately the room smelled like stale cigarettes, the previous guests had been smoking in the room and we found shower caps over the smoke detectors.
The room and overall experience was a little underwhelming however the staff were great, kind, friendly and good service.

Absolutely tremendous bar. Myself and my wife popped in for a quick break from our walk around Mayfair and ended up staying there for about 3 hours. The service was brilliant, polite and friendly. Our host was very helpful with telling us about every cocktail we purchased and he was spot on. Thankyou and definitely will be returning even to probably to stop a few nights.

We had a gorgeous evening in this beautifully set-up and well decorated conference room, hosted by the May Fair hotel and the Office Management Group. The staff were ever so kind, helpful and attentive at all times and delivered a smooth service! The cleanliness and the bathrooms were beautiful too and there very well presented. But the one thing that stood out to me the most was the food, it was outstanding, delicious and very well presented on the plate too!!

Easy access, situated at the heart of the city... The hotel has polite and helpful staff. The room is okay for a night or two stay...

Nice place. Reception staff very polite and helpful. Also entrance security person was nice and gentle

Stayed in this hotel in Aug 2021. Excellent location! Stone throw away from shopping streets and also to Green park, Hyde park and St. James’s park.
Hotel Room size and furnishing were v good. Liked the bathroom too.
Excellent service from staff.
Mayfair Kitchen was fair. Atmosphere was good but food was only reasonable. We had set dinner with selections including pasta, Spanish rice porridge, etc. Instead, the butter chicken for room service was excellent in taste and reasonably priced!
P. B.
Great hotel. Great facilities. Very professional and helpful staff.
Breakfast was nice too 👌

The May Fair: described by some as the epicentre of London's Super Car culture. Glitzy and yet somehow minimalist.
The hotel is a wonderful place to stay, with fabulous levels of service, though you obviously pay for the privilege.
The bar is somewhat more difficult to emotionally engage with. The security on the door feels necessary, but also provides a slightly intimidating barrier to entry, though they're exceedingly polite. Paired with the extremely modern finishings, it feels akin to walking into a very exclusive gallery, where you don't really want to look anyone in the eye or accidentally knock something expensive over. After all, a cocktail might set you back upwards of £15-20 each.
The cocktails are, without question, some of the best in London, but ask for a beer and you might get a strange look, before it is presented to you slightly above room temperature. You'll then be charged double what you'd pay in most other establishments. This was something I witnessed during my last visit.
I'd say this: if you're a member of the London glitterati, you'll love the place. If you're aspiring to be one, prepare yourself to appreciate that you're not quite there yet. If you happen to find yourself there for other reasons, prepare to have to pretend to be glitterati-worthy, just go with it for the evening, and enjoy excellent service and cocktails. And don't order a beer or knock a tray of cocktails over.
Alternatively, pop five minutes down the road to Coya for an excellent meal and a more relaxed drinking experience with almost equally good mixology.

Great stay here, always like to stay in the mayfair hotel. They also remediated a stay from late 2021 and gave us complimentary upgrades and breakfast with spa use. Will continue to be a longterm customer and would highly recommend. 10/10. Will be back down again in the summer.
Thanks zelish & the team.

By far the best hotel in london . I have been coming to the Mayfair Hotel for over 15 years . In that time most of the staff have remained the same, all of whom are friendly , professional and helpful , hence I feel like the hotel is “my second home “ . The hotel service levels are exceptional; food from room service , hotel gym, hotel bar and hotel levels of cleanliness . Thank you for always looking after me and making my stays enjoyable!
D. P.
Not our first choice but as we where upgraded to stay here, I have to say Thank you and we thoroughly enjoyed our break. The service was beyond our expectations and although I winced 🙈 at the price of the breakfast,. It was good . Thank you to everyone that made our stay memorable.
J. M.
Fantastic hotel in the perfect location. Nice rooms & not too pricey. We stayed here for our 10th anniversary & were really looked after.
Lovely bar, very busy & buzzy
J. M.
Lovely spa experience, staff were on hand and lovely. Really relaxing environment with good treatments.
L. C. D.
Overall an enjoyable stay at this hotel. I found however that the rooms were very dated and whilst the bathroom was very luxurious the bedroom was very drab and un-inspiring. I would have expected more from a hotel with such a reputation for being top quality. There was lots of attention to detail and high quality bedding and toiletries but that didn't out weigh the plain bedroom.
It felt as though the elevated price tag did not match up to the room standard.
That being said, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was excellent.
The hotel is also in an excellent location if you want to be within walking distance of key areas in West and Central London.
M. W.
Nice hotel, good service and a lively bar with a decent and not pretentious vibe.
K. L.
Clean and tidy. Great location, 30 min from London Eye by walking. Rooms are combination of modern and old style with nice curtains and paintings. Bed is comfortable. Huge tv screen, but angle of tv is not adjusted with angle of bed. View from my window is only on stairs, but I guess there are better views too. Hallways of hotel are long and little bit confusing with lot of porculain decorations. Who ever arranged this hotel I think it was inspired partly by Chinese culture. Also me and my friends had problem with chamber mades, they were talking loudly in front of our rooms, knocking and coming also without any reason. They explained that they didnt know that rooms were occupied. Very unprofessional. In end I realized staff doesent care about our comfort.
M. T. -. T. E. C. C.
I didn't want for anything. Hired a junior suite which was nice. But not offered 5th star as just a little disappointed.
No teaspoon with coffee facilities in the room. Minibar no longer offered. USB charger point too lose and so didn't charge.
Despite having been invited to check in on-line, it was pointless as asked all the same questions when collecting my key.
Overall it was more holiday inn than Mayfair!
S. B.
Nice hotel and the staff is vary good and hospitality beautiful and the location is excellent 👌
All the best for the staff all
D. S.
Great hotel, great service, not sure we got the upgraded room we paid for though.

STUNNING!
Netflix & Bounce held an exclusive event holding a Luxury screening of 'The harder They Fall' at The MayFair Hotel with a champagne reception!
I was greeted with a glass of champagne when I walked into The Crystal Room, this exclusive room is considered one of the most stunning rooms in London. Designed with sweeping dimensions, a discreet exclusive entrance and its own private bar.
10/10 for a luxe cinema experience!
S. K.
It's OK but for the price it needs to be much more. Rooms basic. Staff on door very unfriendly - kept challenging us about being guests. Tiny but well equipped gym.
C. V.
Stunning 5* hotel right in the heart of London, located between Piccadilly and Berkeley Square. Had originally booked an alternative hotel as we were only staying overnight, but due to Covid related issues we were transferred to The May Fair at no extra cost. Staff are really helpful and can't do enough for you. Excellent all round.
S. T.
Fantastic hotel, great rooms. cannot wait to come back.
N. E.
Loved the room and bed is so comfortable. Staff friendly too. Only downside was the downsized menu but understandable considering the times.
L. R.
Loved it,
Wonderful ambiance, great food, experienced and hospitable staff
Good combination all around!
Worth a visit!

One of our favourite hotels for the wife's weekend getaways on her birthday weekends! Extremely clean. Very friendly and attentive staff. Great breakfast spread and the Mayfair kitchen had awesome food 👍
M. F.
I worked here for 4 years, one of the best experiences of my life, I would do it another hundred times! Lovely place
R. N.
Like the room, its comfort
Location near by to Oxford street, etc
Helpful staff with smile, happy to stay here and confident to recomend this hotel too.
O. A.
It's a lovely atmosphere. Chilled and Japanese sakura themed.
The chairs are low, (so for tall people, maybe get a bar stools seat) however they are comfy.
The music was questionable, a bar at one down the street sounded better.
I didn't quite like my drink and the attendant helped alter it accordingly for me. Much appreciated 😊
I. F.
Not an actual stay but an evening at a film preview in the gorgeous cinema downstairs. There were drinks in the upstairs bar to begin with.
C. C.
We had a work party here and everything was just amazing.
S. P.
Nice quiet rooms and staff is very helpful.
Room was specious enough. I was on 3rd floor facing the square at the back and it was very quiet despite busy street/area.
Room service not so great hence the 4 stars. Although quick turnaround, I found the menu to be too limited and unfortunately not so tasty.
F. A.
It’s good experience, and everything was perfect until I left something belongs to me on the table inside my room and I left to do check out after 10mins I went back to the room I found the cleaners inside when I asked ‘em they told me nothing was there in that time I realized that I got robbed. So thank you 🙏🏼
A. D.
Beautiful vintage hotel from outside yet lovingly restored with respect inside.
L. W.
Disappointing rooms.Bathroom was tiny and windows very close to ventillation system.
The hotel bar was very buzzy with a good atmosphere. But the drinks were super expensive and our waitress was not the most helpful or friendly (there were six of us).
On a plus point, great coffee and Sunday breakfast.
S. T.
We were moved by sister hotel to The May Fair. Our room was definitely not 5 star, which was disappointing. Staff friendly.
B. H.
Stayed here during September 2020 for a birthday getaway, however, I have only gotten around to writing this review now.
I originally booked another Radisson hotel with the view of the Thames, a peaceful atmosphere and a modern look. Due to COVID, this hotel temporarily closed during my dates and the Radisson gave me the option of another Radisson hotel (Thank you!). There were two options available but they recommended Mayfair to me.
For what I initially set out for, this hotel fell below expectations. It was not peaceful as there were partygoers in the lounge/restaurant (which you can hear from your room depending on the floor). Plus, the hotel is in Mayfair and during this stay I heard protests in the afternoon and partygoers at night. Some of the partygoers stay at the hotel, and I heard two people arguing (swear words and all) in the hallway, outside of my room.
The bedroom is not modern. Very outdated in fact. The view outside the window is not good, as it is just another building. Also, the windows were so restricted that I couldn’t even see the floor properly.
However, the bathroom is lovely! Very pretty and modern bathroom.
Overall, it is a nice hotel (they gave me a birthday card). However, for what I set out for, for my birthday, it was underwhelming… especially when comparing it to the hotel I initially wanted to stay at.

Great location around 15min walking to oxford street.room is clean with comfortable bed, staff are friendly and helpful
J. C.
Nice hotel in the good Central location, nearby NCP.
Here on business, hotel was very well presented, modern clean and helpful friendly staff.
The room was tidy, clean and well presented, showing tiny signs of use, but it's a popular hotel In a good location!
Bathroom was very nice with good amenities, separate bath and shower, nice powerful shower too!
Modern and Contemporary, decor, nice and neutral.
In room dining only at the moment, but nice food well presented delivered socially distanced.
All the glasses and mugs had been hygienically cleaned and sealed in wrap.
Nespresso machine in the room and a good choice on the tea tray. Comfy bed.
Would recommend!
H. C.
Afternoon tea was good. The food was delicious, especially the sweets.
A. A.
Very friendly and helpfull staff, nice and spacious room.

Obvs a brand name in heart of Mayfair, so expected to be a good experience. Few things need urgent attention in my opinion. 1. Had to replace magnetic fob keys thrice in two days, I am sure they are working on it. 2. There were several fancy sports cars parked on the road covering the full length of hotel entrance. While a great style statement, bit annoying for visitors. We had to hop on and off of our uber taxi from the middle of the road. With a toddler it was not fun.
R. T.
By far my favorite hotel. The service is outstanding, it even makes up for the areas which may not be 100% to my liking. The rooms are clean and comfortable and they are always willing to go the extra mile.
There are occasions where some staff members do not follow their customer service training however, we cannot let those individuals tarnish the brand as a whole.
In room dining made my stay most memorable as Sharon attended to my every need.
C. E.
Very smart..
Bar was very packed.
Need to reserve beforehand.
Popular with the young
G. P. G.
a great welcome, a good night of sleep, welcoming and polite staff at all levels, a superb breakfast and a good location.
J. F.
Nice location, rooms 10/10... shame about all the cars (boy racers) driving past until the early hrs
S. H.
Met friends in here tonight for s pre meal drink
A really trendy and upmarket venue
Excellent service

We had a very nice one night stay at The May Fair, the staff were great, there was a relaxed daytime atmosphere and a young vibrant atmosphere in the evening and the bar was busy all night. The hotel is idealy located for exploring London given its location. My only small issue was that the decore that I saw in the halls and our room is getting a little dated but it is clean and tidy.
T. A. G.
Amazing bar with great service from the staff
I. G.
The best place to stay. Super friendly and professional service.
S. M.
Great hotel. Really good service. Quite loud if you stay on a Saturday night, noise from car horns and music from outside the hotel. Not the hotel's fault. However did not spoil an otherwise brilliant stay.
R. L.
The bar, the location, the restaurant are very good, whether for a meeting or drink, business or pleasure, however the evening door staff can be amongst the rudest i've encountered at a Mayfair hotel.
J. C.
Beautiful hotel and the bar is a great place to meet.
A. M.
Had afternoon tea there. Very very good - besides the tiramisu and some sweets. Tea was very good quality and atmosphere was great. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free available
I. K.
You can't beat the location. Right in the heart of where you want to be in London.
The staff really are a 5 star team!
A. W.
Outstanding!!!! Fantastic service, stunning rooms.
c. a.
Stayed there on a recent birthday trip when we got there really impressed very friendly reception staff foyer well presented pleasant odour through vents however rooms very dated and strongly rustic smell carpet looked unclean the the shampoo conditioner stuck to the wall not body lotion did not enjoy the room at all the Mayfair bar was good with live music but very bad waitress service had to wait for ages considering the room rate not good value for money only its location !
C. C.
The Bar in the Mayfair is just a really great Bar! The cocktails and drinks are fantastic, the service is great as is the music, wonderful atmosphere and great people watching!
Both our nights (25 & 26th June) however were made extra special by three of the staff.
The doorman Adam was a real gentleman, very friendly, helpful and professional.
Our waitress Sabrina was wonderful, she has such a bubbly personality and is completely charming. Nothing was too much trouble for her - especially my wife's rasberry mojito and she really made our nights.
And finally Beatrice, who I think might have been the floor manager, she was just so helpful and kind and very accommodating with our bookings.
So looking forward to our next trip in August!
K. B.
My go to place for the last few years to enjoy a cigar in London!
Beware though that due to the restrictions their cigar terrace is converted into outdoor dinning area and you cannot smoke there for now (thus the 4 stars instead of 5)
The service is very good, good value for money overall (pricey but not too much).
J.
Wonderful service. Couldn’t get any better, my partner and I were treating with the upmost respect. Due to a booking issue on their side, they quickly rectified the issue and upgraded our room free of charge. Would recommend and will be coming back.
W. B.
A 5-star hotel which still could get a + behind its stars but probably the best quality/offering in all of Mayfair's 5-star hotels. Unlikely others, large rooms with all amenities. What lacks likely will be the amount of light most of the rooms get. Minor details could be updated but nothing that was bothering me. Staff always has been very friendly and professional. Location is superb as all (for me) important is at 'my doorstep'. Stayed there 6 times and most likely will go back next time I will be in London.
R. W.
Customer service was 5star. Room was a 3 star which was disappointing. Also not much in the spa but I did enjoy my massage.
J. F.
I used to stay at The May Fair and I love the hotel.
M. M.
Friendly staff
Lovely food
Very clean
10/10
D. M.
Honest review... Great staff, food is pretty good, so is the atmosphere, prices are pretty whack
A. S.
Very nice place for meetings and conferences. The food was top notch English cuisine.
M. A.
Rooms nice, not necessarily anything overly special.
But the service and food in the restaurant is!
Dinning in the restaurant for lunch was a memorable experience, or rather, a journey for your taste buds!
Having a corporate event here was the best company conference and gala dinner that I have ever been to throughout my career.
Thank you for having us!
M. A.
The Hotel Accommodation, Reception and Restaurant was was of the highest quality, however the bar in the evening left a lot to the imagination.
M. G.
I spent 13 nights at The May Fair, Radisson Collection is an amazing hotel, location, property, Services and above all the staff is exceptionally outstanding. Highly recommended.

Good area, hotel is good and clean.
Prices high.

In early December I had to be in London for a few days to take photographs of a new retail outlet one of my clients had delivered in Burlington Arcade. I wanted to be fairly close to the venue, so I chose The May Fair Hotel, which was a short walk from where I needed to be.
I arrived at the hotel around 4pm on Thursday and was greeted by a friendly receptionist who provided the keys and explained how things worked at the hotel; I was also told that the room had been upgraded at no extra cost.
I made my way to room 204, which was probably about as far from reception as you could be. A lift to the second floor, then along two long corridors and finally up a further flight of stairs.
At this point I didn’t feel very ‘upgraded’ and then I went in to the room.
Yes, it was a good size and the bathroom was generous, but it did not feel upgraded; the room was a disappointment. When you walk into some hotel rooms you immediately know that you’re in a 5-star hotel, but this room — with acres of bare drab walls — and a few black and white prints, you could have been in any hotel at half the price.
Looking around the room for information I found three QR codes, which included information about ordering breakfast, the spa and the food offers. The problem was that I didn’t want to have to stare at my phone to see what the hotel had to offer. Printed material would have been preferred so that I could have properly perused all the menus and considered which spa treatments I might have chosen.
COVID-19 might be the excuse for not having printed material, but at this level I didn’t appreciate having to start snapping QR codes so I could choose breakfast or dinner. To get around any COVID-19 problems you would just need to provide disposable menus and hotel information.
It was the same experience in the May Fair Kitchen — where I met a client for dinner on the Thursday — a list of QR codes on the table and then having to scroll around the website in order to choose our food and drink. At Wetherspoons this might be acceptable, but in a fine dining venue I do expect printed menus and so I had to ask the waiter if they had any, which they were able to bring over.
I asked if I could order drinks before we ordered and was told in no uncertain terms that they could not take the drinks order until we had chosen what we were going to eat. This was very poor service and whilst the latest COVID-19 rules have only recently come in for Tier 2, I had booked a table at the restaurant and we were going to be eating.
The food was generally good, although my colleague was extremely disappointed with their main course — the Spanish claypot — which was a very thin, watery broth, which should have been sent back. The presentation and taste of this dish failed to compare to its ambitious description: "Our signature Spanish claypot: Spanish red prawns with garlic butter rice, paprika chilli broth and roasted kale".
When I asked for the bill I noticed that a 15% service charge had been added and there was also a line for adding a gratuity. If you’re going to include a service charge you should not be inviting guests to tip their servers, who should automatically benefiting from this service charge in their salaries.
There were other issues, including no USB ports anywhere in the room. My only options was to plug the cable into the back of the TV so I could charge my phone.
I had to call room service to order breakfast, which took over 20 minutes to reach. The automated system offered an automatic call-back service, which didn’t work. I simply had to keep calling until I got through.
I sent an email to the hotel with my frustrations and did get a call back; the person tried to excuse their poor performance and they told me that the room they had chosen was in the quiet part of the hotel.
The next time I have to be in London I will steer clear of The May Fair.
A. A.
Great rooms, friendly staff. Overall, excellent service.
Looking forward to stay again 🙂

Me and a colleague were moved here recently because the hotel we booked into didn't have enough bookings to stay open, OMG what a beautiful hotel, a lovely place and the hotel is in a stunning location, the rooms, food and staff were amazing, shame its out of our price range for a regular stay in London but would definitely come back for a weekend 😁
S. T.
I went to an all day seminar during covid and have to say the organisation was brilliant. Everyone in the group felt safe and looked after. The snacks and lunch throughout the day was top notch, especially the kale salad. I would love to stay over one day and try the restaurant.
S.
Great rooftop and friendly staff!
T. M.
This hotel gets better every time we visit. Denis smiles all the time and nothing is ever too much trouble. Happy staff really do make or break the stay. It has definitely become one of our favorite places to stay and we look forward to our next visit. Thank you for your great service Denis, you are such a star.
S. B.
Had the best weekend here and the reception and staff were very professional. They arranged the room and the extra to a high standard and I would recommend anyone to stay here in future. Lovely people and beautiful Hotel all together!!
M. V.
Great hotel in the heart of London. Spacious modern bedrooms with fantastic breakfast. Just minutes walk from Green Park Tube station and not far from Buckingham Palace and Leicester Square.
Was able to check in on my phone and also check out. Their clever system even told me when my room was ready. Would certainly recommend.

Another incredible evening at my favourite place, The Mayfair Bar. It goes without saying, I’m in love with this place. The staff and managers are great at what they do! Hands down...One feels right at home. Not to mention that they are on top of their game with their exemplary services by providing an amazing ambience and exquisite selection of food and cocktail options. You’re in for a superb evening when you go to The Mayfair Bar. If you are reading this review, don’t hesitate to pop in and enjoy the first class service that will leave an unbelievable lasting impression on you.

Lovely room as you'd expect, air conditioning wasn't great though so was very warm and the bed/pillows we're too soft for my taste. Pleasant, helpful, accommodating staff, gorgeous breakfast. The function room we were in was also gorgeous.
J. J.
Amazing place to stay - my advice is not to scrimp on cost and really soak up the true experience this hotel as to offer. You'll be amazed!! Also a little side note.... fear not if you drive. The concierge at the door provide an amazing valet service. Simply let them know when the car is needed, and they'll make sure the car is outside and running.
M. H. a. H. P.
Suberb hotel, amazing room, staff friendly and very attentive. They were always able to accommodate any requests and they even gave us complimentary champagne and macaroons in our room and at the restaurant they also made a special dessert with happy anniversary written in chocolate. We definitely loved the breakfast too! Great Hotel for special occasions!
E. J.
Excellent customer service no matter how you look, dress or articulate.
...food is well presented, taste relatively good, nice wine selection, Waiters are on point and know there products.
Mayfair usually knows to please a customer.
Never judge a book by its cover they say..
The bar is always well presented and workers always ho the extra mile.

Cinematic splendour! Only experienced the in house cinema for a special showing of the animated movie Missing Link, which has won the Golden Globe for best animated movie and has been nominated for the Oscar in the same category. We were honoured by the presence for a post showing Q and A session (along with two of the puppets starring in the movie!) of Chris Butler, writer and director of Missing Link . The Mayfair's cinema is off the lobby below ground level, and has to be the largest in-hotel screen and auditorium I have seen in London. Seats are comfortable and sufficiently spacious. Sound quality positively booming, high quality experience all around. Hotel lobby area is relaxed but for a five star a tad bland though modernist. I personally prefer more comfortable opulence, but each to their own 🤔 what was quite cute was the attendance of a gathering of current students of the University for the Creative Arts, whose alumni include Chris Butler himself. The group swarmed around Chris after the question session in admiration for their past student colleague. He is indeed an inspiration to them all. A thoroughly enjoyable experience in a most respectable five star venue!

Gorgeous hotel, spotlessly clean, super comfy bed. The staff at the hotel were simply world class. The gentleman who checked us in very kindly showed myself and my husband to two separate areas of the hotel where we would be able to have a small business meeting (which was the reason for our one night visit to London) he also took us personally to our room which is something I have only ever seen once before in a hotel. We were also sent a complimentary bottle of fizz and some scrumptious macaroons to our room which was a wonderful surprise.
We also dined in the tapas style restaurant for lunch. The young blonde waiter was so attentive, helpful and friendly and the food was absolutely delicious - spicy - but he did warn us 🤣🤣
Thank you to the Mayfair and all the staff for making us feel so welcome.
S. D.
Stay in this hotel for 4 night. Excellent hotel. Excellent location. Hope can back again next time ❤

Mayfair is a place to be.. 5star service and amazing ambience

Great hotel and fully looked after me. Staff very polite and a must stay place if doing the whole staying in london, shopping, novikov for dinner etc.
The breakfast is one of the best i ever had!
S. E.
Perfect, really nice place to stay and central
A. L.
The food was nice although I did not like the 28days mature steak..not much to choose from the menu so dont expect to have a huge selection. Cocktail were nice, and good service. Overall, food is good, cocktails are very good, the location is good. Enjoy
R. T.
Excellent service and if a problem with room its sorted immediately. We love it for the valet parking as hassle free. The cocktail bar very relaxed atmosphere and lively. Food excellent. We've stayed several times and cannot find fault.
E. H.
Perfect position.. Looks stunning and friendly helping greeting on arrival..
No mirror for a lady in the bedrooms tad disappointing .
Drinks on our return after a great night out were so rushed and at 1 am with 8 fresh drinks asked to drink in our rooms? Understand if last orders but not to leave .
Money was added too our bills for room service but most embarrassingly a huge dispute over breakfast.. 2 rooms meant be included and 2 not After half hour of quibbling and standing around we decided to leave . Real shame o

Great welcoming staff, amazing and clean tidy place to stay.
If you want a comfortable unforgettable place to stay here is where you should go.

Lovely hotel, convenient location, great food. Loved the breakfast. Our suite was very spacious with a large bathroom as well as a separate shower room. Top quality furnishings as you would expect. Can't wait for our next visit.

Very nice hotel but can be overhyped in some ways. Rooms are nice, spacious, luxurious and modern. Restaurants may need reservations for dinners. The breakfast quality and selection are fantastic, but inconsistent service quality (despite large number of staff) can lead to disappointment. Still highly recommended to stay in the hotel at least once if you are a London traveler.

For a hotel with a name that carries a lot of weight, the overall level of service was exactly as you would expect. The evening on the terrace was exceptional with Georgia being a fantastic hostess. Myself and the other guests had a great time, ending in the bar till the small hours. The staff were helpful without being overbearing and nothing was too much trouble. The room was slightly smaller than expected based on the websites photographs however it was well presented and the bed was very comfortable.

Went for a work event, beautiful hotel, very nice staff. Two bathrobes in room both smelt of cooking, had clearly been worn to breakfast and not washed afterwards. Breakfast in the morning was anazing, huge array of foods both cooked and continental, lots of staff on hand to take orders, colleague had eggs royale which looked lovely. Overall great stay
J. G.
Hotel was very nice as was the location. The service and staff was fantastic. A couple nights there was very loud music playing late in to the night (2am+). I was on the 8th floor so quite a bit of separation between myself and the hotel bar. Not sure if it was a guest or a nearby club. Otherwise this would be 5 stars.
S. M.
Gave us a free upgrade and room ready early too
Clean bed, nice and comfy

World class hotel with everything you would come to respect, with regards to luxury. The basics are mastered and the elements that make it one-of-kind amazing is quite the lengthy list. From top to bottom, a stellar experience that is a visitors dream. If there are any complaints, it would be the location of my room, specifically, was quite a long walk with numerous twists and turns, including steps which made hauling luggage a bit tricky on two spots. There should be an understanding that their are numerous residents in the building so when traversing the grounds, many families can be heard, specifically, high quantity of children. Again, however, top notch personnel, services, amenities, care, etc.

Attended a company meetings there. Main room was well laid out but a little warm for me. Plenty of water available. Food and drinks were served after the meeting with drinks readily available and food delivered quickly and in good quantity. The atrium was a little small and echoed a lot but that may have been a mistake on our part based on numbers.Nice

I like it. the stuff are nice and helpful. the good thing is close to everywhere in london 15 mins from oxford street.

I stayed at the Mayfair hotel this past week for a business trip. Myself and my colleague were extremely impressed with the excellent quality of service from your manager Filippo Di Bitetto. From the moment we arrived until the very last day he went above and beyond of his way to make sure we were happy and comfortable. Hotel was Clean, spacious, great location and friendly staff. Thank you for the lovely stay. I will definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to booking again. Best breakfast in London!!

Came here for 1 night for my birthday and stayed in the deluxe king room. I was just blown away with the service, cleanliness and atmosphere in this hotel. I have never had an experience like it. The staff make you and your stay their top priority which is what everyone wants in a hotel. Little did i know that my partner had organised with the hotel an even better welcome with prosecco, cake and a fruit bowl with no further expense. As I was celebrating an occasion, we was given 2 complimentary breakfasts, again with no added expense. The room was huge, the bed was the comfiest bed i have ever slept in, the bathroom was spectacular and the little added touches like slippers, dressing gowns and even an umbrella just made our stay that extra special. It just goes to show that little details like these really do go a long way. I just hope one day I can return.

We stayed here in March. We were greeted with a smile at arrival. Our luggage immediately taken care of. In a few minutes we were checked in and in our room. I have stayed at several major company hotels in Vegas and other cities and one of the most often frustrations at almost every single place is the check in process. Not at the Mayfair. I deeply appreciate this.
We received a room upgrade with our Credit card, that was nice. The room was spacious and elegant, as expected for a nice London hotel. There was a TV by the bath tube, this was a first for me to see. I did enjoy it on one night.
The location of the Hotel is excellent. We walked from there to several spots. The red bus and all other tourist-filled buses are about 2 blocks away. Lots of restaurants nearby. Green park (Buckingham Palace) and Regent street are walking distance.
We loved our stay and would definitely look into the Mayfair for any future trips to London.
L. F.
Lovely hotel, spacious rooms with good facilities and the staff are excellent.

Great hotel in the heart of London. Spacious modern bedrooms with fantastic breakfast. Just minutes walk from Green Park Tube station and not far from Buckingham Palace and Leicester Square. …

Nice 👍

Great staff, attend to all your needs. Fastest check in and check out ever. Great place

Modernized hotel don't expect any charm. The bathroom floor in my room was polished marble be very careful with wet feet, the floor reminded me of wet ice. The lobby and hotel were over scented for my taste...no escape. Nice large room, spacious bathroom luggage and hangers are in the bathroom. Shower and tub with a television on the deep end of the tub.
S. W.
Exceptional service with fabulous food.
J. B.
Great location. Atmosphere was good. Services was great. Room services was good. Staff were courteous. I enjoyed the spa. Fitness section was good. I liked the decor. Bar section was good. Room was beautiful.
M. D.
Lovely, busy but excellent service
A. L.
Not all rooms match the modern lobby. While exceptionally clean, some rooms remain in a past-era (for better or worse). Restaurant was great for both breakfast (classy) buffet and dinner service. Location to the tube is amazing, with multiple lines 2 blocks away.
G. M.
Absolutely beautiful hotel in a great location. Room spacious and decorated beautifully could not of enjoyed the stay anymore. All staff so friendly and extremely helpful. Will definitely return again.
M. M.
Good lication. Hotel can be better

Went to the spa here and really enjoyed it. The staff were very proactive in customising the timings and the facilities were pleasant, clean and high quality. For the price we had a massage, two hours of facility use and dinner inclusive, which is a pretty great deal compared to other things we saw. Only fails to get five stars due to being a little small and maybe needing one more thing to do - but maybe I'm being greedy.
N. N. (.
I've visited the hotels restaurant only which is open to non guest too. The staff was amazing and the food was incredible. We ordered 4 sharer plates which were reasonably priced at an average of £8-£10. I would definitely recommend it for a nice lunch/dinner with friends.
S.
I visited this hotel on work purposes and the staff were welcoming and really helpful throughout the whole time there.
Service is second to none and so are the facilities.
The only thing which is a concern (like in many areas of London) is car parking facilities. I would suggest to avoid bringing your own car to this area and get an Uber instead.
S. F.
Staying for a week for work. While it's not my first time at the hotel, this experience has been much better than the first. I recieved a complementary upgrade to a beautiful room, the staff are very pleasant and it is a very short walk from the nearest tube station. Would definitely recommend.
M. T.
Little tapas style dishes are served on a nice/posh restaurant who belongs to a nice hotel in Mayfair. We had very high expectations and were not impressed about the quality, taste or presentation of the dishes. Quite expensive although not surprised for a restaurant in that area.
G. C. ..
Great place to stay and dine. Forgot my belongings over at the hotel. The staffs were so kind to have posted it to my address.

I stayed in London for three nights and four days for a business trip in early August. The hotel is very centrally located, has an amazing bar and casual restaurant. Rooms are very clean and updated. Services are all top notch. Good value as well.
J. W.
May fair hotel super wonderful experience. Everything perfect.
S. W.
Incredible hotel! Obviously well presented and very attentive staff. Bar has a fantastic selection of food and drink and breakfast is not to be missed. You made our birthdays extra special, thank you!!
A. K.
This hotel is well located in Mayfair, close to the top restaurants and bars in the area.
It's got a good balance of hustle and bustle/tranquil atmosphere and lots of attention to detail with how it's presented to the guests and visitors.
The rooms are fairly spacious, but it's reaching the stage where it could do with a bit of an uplift. That being side, the hotel is well looked after and thus garners a 5-star review :)
A. G.
Very nice service and space, great cocktails but not so exciting food. Thank you!
J. K.
++ Central location.
++ The Polish housekeeping lady was adorable. Thank you for taking care of my shoes and keeping everything tidy.
++ Silent.
++ Great bathroom.
++ Fully equipped bedroom.
++ Extremely modern gym (the very latest Techogym devices).
+- Odd in bathroom closet. No problem, though. Everything remained clean and dry.
+- Pillows were too thick to my tastes (but that's quite subjective). Instead of 4 fat ones, I would have enjoyed to have a mix of both thicknesses.
-- Apart the doormen and 2-3 people, lots of the staff employees were quite arrogant with some superior attitude. Overall not very pleasant. Same with the waitress at the restaurant (good food, though).
-- I didn't like the cheap curtains in my room. The fact that you are in a court with no view other than your neighbors, I would have appreciated to have additional veils as curtains. Instead, there was only a cord up/down type curtain (yes, the type you might find in a trailer). Absolutely substandard, at such a price tag. Furthermore, the sunlight comes through, around the edges. Meh.
-- Room looked old-fashioned, with soso carpet. Very clean, though.
-- Charging 12.5% additional fee on room delivery orders for clients having food allergies? Is this some kind of a joke?
R. T.
Amazing little Spa inside the hotel. We tried the city dweller package and were warmly welcomed at the Spa, which features a large wooden traditional sauna and a steam bath. The quiet room has hot stone resting beds, which if you don't watch out make you fall asleep. The massage was very professional and very good.
N. G.
Great section of bar. Drinks was good. Interior was amazing. Great place. One of the finest place. Services was good. Staff were nice and provided the great services. View was good. Room was clean.
É. L.
One of the best hotel to stay if you're in the city of dream on visit. Infrastructure was awesome. Services was great. Room was beautiful with perfect lighting. Staff were professional and nice.

The room and the bathroom were big, nice, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was fantastic. Great location, helpful and kind stuff especially the manager of the hotel Mr Stein, the manager of the restaurant Mr Gabo and his assistance Mr Karlo who were very professional and very attentive. we had a wonderful experience and we will definitely be back and recommend. Reuvena Federman

As someone who doesn't drink alcohol, my choices were limited at the bar, but this was to be expected. They have 4 non alcoholic cocktails of which I tried the Citrus Fizz, which was great! The table we were at did have very small seats, almost as if they were for children, which wasn't ideal, but I wasn't there for too long. Overall a nice experience, the staff were friendly too.
A. A.
This hotel is excellent in all areas. The check-in is simple and quick. The staff and receptionist are pleasant. The room itself is modern and well kept. The room is clean and a turndown service is available. Room service is good with 24hr service and a wide range of food. The hotel itself is centrally placed and it is easy to get to other parts of London from here. Would highly recommend it.
C.
Luxurious hotel in the center of London. All was good, but for that price you cannot expect anything else. Some of the personnel is a bit too stiff and can appear as arrogant to customers which they do not consider '5 stars'. Instead of just taking card details and checking it they take 2 gbp which then they suggest to leave as donation.
N. C.
Very nice hotel and rooms. Great location. Book tables should you wish to eat in the restaurant etc. Bar is too busy and typical with nothing that really makes it stand out from any other hotel bar if I'm honest.
L. A. d. L.
Great hotel for corporate events
A. P.
Had drinks in the May Fair Bar. Good selection of drinks, place was busy for a Monday evening but had no trouble getting a seat. The staff were professional and courteous, they were very attentive even in a busy environment. Overall a good experience. I can't comment on the rooms etc as I was only there for drinks, but I'm sure they're to a high standard.
P. M.
A great hotel in the Middle of Mayfair. Wonderful service and attention to detail from the staff. A top place for a drink or two if you’re local and want somewhere quiet. I also hear the rooms are top notch too.
P. D.
Stayed at the property for 1night . Has the reputation of being one of the best hotels in London and lives up to it . Service is top class and the rooms are well furnished with really soft beds . Breakfast is top notch and offers a spread to please every palate.
P. R.
Really nice warm friendly and good value
R. D.
A most relaxing stay - could not have asked for more - on the list to go back to stay at - thank you for making it so comfortable
L. T.
Wonderful hotel. Originally was only supposed to a portion of out trip but decided to stay the entire time. Excellent location. Walking distance to the palace and shopping as well as art galleries. Service excellent.
J. R.
A great hotel, just off Piccadilly. Huge and comfortable rooms. A trendy bar (that will be packed on Friday & Saturday nights.) The restaurant is good for a quick dinner. Look out for the free sweeties at the reception during the day :-)
G. A.
After visiting a great London salon I decided to treat myself to a couple of nights stay with my wife.
The staff were very professional and polite and our room was pretty large and very luxurious.
To be honest this was probably a one off treat, although if you can afford it, it definitely is worth a stay!
G. W.
The Mayfair is an impressive hotel if you are visiting for a conference or similar, but if you are intending on staying, then don't expect anything above average in your room. Having booked this I expected a much higher standard of finish within the rooms, especially when, on arrival, the total is so impressive. We didn't make use of any of the hotels other facilities, so can't comment on those, but if you are looking for a central base, with quality rooms, better to look elsewhere.
S. S.
Great hotel for meetings and events. I spend a lot of time having meetings drinks and lunches and it sometimes like a second office... during the day the bar is definitely a focal point for businesses to meet in Mayfair. I have also hosted lunches and various events here as well as attending other people's events and I can say the staff always go above and beyond the call of duty from the waiting team to Botho the GM.... definitely my go to hotel in Mayfair...
J. S.
The rooms were lovely and the location is fantastic. We had a problem with check-in however as one of our rooms was not ready for 2 1/2 hours after the check-in time. Staff communication seemed to be pretty terrible as they forgot about our complimentary breakfasts many times which led to us having to return to reception about 4-5 times during our stay. Staff were generally friendly apart from that and the manager apologised for the poor communication during our stay.
D. R.
Stayed here for the night on 3rd Nov, Great location. The concierge on arrival and the entrance look amazing and expensive. But had a fishy smell in the lobby area. However, the staff were polite. Our room was ok but didn't quite match the decor of the rest of the hotel. I was expecting something Regal. But was more like the a premier inn room. It was clean but could do with a vacuum nozzle around skirtings. Thick grey dust around the edge of the carpet! Not something I'd expect for The May fair! The king size bed wasnt much of a wow factor . Faux brown cheap box bed with crocodile print, wasn't my cup of tea . It really didn't go with the thick red damask print roman blinds( not black out by the way)..however, the bed looked clean and comfy but as soon as we pulled back the sheet, there were quite a few body hairs underneath and on top of the sheet. We asked for a top room so we had a nice view but all we saw was a brick balcony with quite a tall wall which blocked our views. The bathroom was clean but tired. We didn't take advantage of the mini bar due to very expensive items. A can of normal size coca cola was £4.25! Yes, its london but paying £248 for a night stay in this hotel we expected a little more. Very disappointing. Won't stay here again.
A. S.
For a start, the staff are incredibly lovely. And gorgeous. I spent a lot of my time there staring at their lovely dresses/hair/legs. It also didn't feel very exclusive - there were men in suits typing away on laptops and having business meetings. But that's not necessarily a good thing - if I was paying £10+ for a drink in a bar, I'd want it to feel special. And lovely as it was, the bar didn't feel that special.
The toilets are fabulous though - incense, buddhas, chanting music, THE WORKS.
L. F.
Lovely hotel, spacious rooms with good facilities and the staff are excellent.

I have stayed at The May Fair Hotel few times now and it has always been a good experience. The Hotel is well placed in May fair and staff are friendly. The rooms are compact but very nicely decorated and comfortable. The beds are so comfortable that you wouldn't miss your bed at home. Would recommend to friends and family.
T. C. C.
We had a fantastic stay at the May Fair. Truly 5 star hotel the service is impeccable. The breakfast is incredibly busy but has a huge selection.
It is part of the Club Carlson/ Radisson brand so you can stay using your points. Add a concierge member or welcome gift was commentary drinks at the bar which came with lovely bar snacks.
D. C.
Good customer service. However the mud room was undergoing maintenance during my spa appointment for my mother's birthday and I wasn't given any heads-up this wouldn't be working prior to my appointment. We couldn't use the proper room which was disappointing (the main treatment/whole reason we booked it) no compensation was given. However the staff were friendly.
A. M. T.
Very trendy upmarket hotel in the heart of London's Mayfair. Wonderful decor and rooms, superb facilities and wonderfully cheery door men. Negatives, incredibly noisy bar on entry, and the road outside is a nightmare - loud, congested, double parking aplenty. But i did visit on a busy Saturday night, so fairly acceptable. Recommended place overall!
E. D.
I went there on the 24th, maria and Amin were so helpful, customer service by them was incredible please tell them i Thank them again and again from the girl who has a bakery. Kind regards
R. A.
Very elegant friendly and welcoming, came for a spa for a few hours and stayed for lunch with my wife. The range of spa options and food options available suits all. You'll not walk out workout a big smile on your face.
s. w.
Just checked in, surprisingly allnof the staffs attitude completely different from some reviews. The valet guy is completely helpfull, patient and polite. The guy at the reception when we were checking in also very polite and helpful too. Even the potter guy also very nice and polite while he was bringing our "many" luggages. Very2 recommended, it is a luxurious hotel with nice interior ambience, the beds very comfortable too
C. S.
Very well situated hotel with a very nice feel about it. Comfortable rooms even though they are compact (expected in London) with a trendy bar and dining.
D. L.
5 star hotel in the heart of London for fine dining Restaurant, Award wing Bar, Meeting rooms Private Theatre with Spa, Large rooms, Guest can enjoy free hotel WiFi. Excellent service by staff.I fully recommend this hotel, But not Cheap. And also Afternoon High Tea is available for reasonable price
M. M.
Pleasant 5* hotel the hosted a gala reception for the Commonwealth Heads of State conference. Great location in the heart of Mayfair close to Green park and Berkeley Square. Nice décor and decent service. Room arrangement could have been better for our reception as there weren't many tables provided. Food was simple and repetitive canapés and not particularly creative
L. D.
The room was cosy, clean and comfortable and had everything that was needed to make the stay perfect. The restaurant was elegant and the food was excellent, the staff were very friendly and welcoming it was an amazing birthday surprise.
H. B.
My partner and i used the mayfair for their spa experience. We had the morrocan hamam and were shown all the other facilities we could use.
The look and feel was nice however, the main corridor lead straight into the relaxation room so if anyone was talking, you could hear it which took away from the experience. Also there were only two shower cubicles in the lady's changing room one of which had shampoo etc. So there was a line of people waiting to use the showers and you'd have to go get some shampoo and conditioner before you could have your shower.
The good thing was they did provide hair straighteners and cotton buds and the usual robe/towels/slippers.
R. G.
Sensational Stay at the hotel. Staff , services and rooms are amazing. The team Mr Stein (Gm) runs is amazing. Will be back next month.
C. V.
Great location! Hotel is just few mins away from Green Park station. Supermarket is just right across. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Especially Julie Liu at the front desk. She gave me lots of tips and information where to go in London. Had a wonderful stay in London.
F. A.
Nice hotel with good service. Clean rooms and toilets. The location is very convenient and near many restaurants and coffee shops. There is a supermarket opposite the hotel and the area is quite safe comparing to other parts of the city.
R. G.
Tldr: You have plenty of money and want a fancy well located hotel to visit London? It's the hotel for you. You're a professional, need things to be convenient, a work desk, a quiet bar to work, coffee in your room? Pass. The hotel is really well located, easy access from Green Park Underground station and really fancy. The service was great, desk always well staffed, knowledgeable and efficient. The room was alright but many little details don't quite hold the 5* rank. Leaking shower cords, not convenient position of toilet papers, shower gel in bulk, bathroom floor very wet after shower due to no appropriate windows, difficult to open sliding door for the bathroom. WiFi was good and secure though.
A. H.
Good location, near Green Park tube station. Open entrance with helpful staff. Attended an awards evening in the downstairs cinema space. Intimate setting but limited space on stage for creative performances. Lobby area downstairs too small for larger audiences. Refreshments and service of a high standard.
L. H.
If you would like some luxurious pampering, would recommend to visit at least once. Of course, it is not the best in the world, but the experience is worth it.
4 stars only as the price is not of optimal value. If the hotel can offer discounted prices even for 10% of the rooms, it would be great.
S. G.
Nice foyer but the rooms are very borimy. Bathrooms nice . No mini bar but there is a Sainsbury local opposite
T. B.
Fabulous hotel in a great area, you have whole foods. It's a super cute store with awesome finds. Hotel room is equipped with a mini fridge and a coffee maker.
a. a.
Elegant hotel, in great location, food and services were excellent
M.
It's nice for a coffee in the afternoon or a quick drink in the evening. I much prefer it in the afternoon. At night it gets really busy and loud, and because of its open design it's not necessarily very pleasant. The cocktails are nice though and the bartenders clearly know what they're doing.
L. H.
Nice hotel, quite popular as it is right in the heart of Mayfair. The lobby seating could be better, with comfortable seats rather than the flat seats. You may find some supercars parked outside, albeit with parking tickets on their windscreen.
G. G.
Nice hotel friendly staff
D. B.
Loved it.
Staff were winderful.
Rooms great.
Bar expensive but well worth it
A. H.
Excellent guest experience and location
Z. Z.
I'm working there for next 2 days, and for anyone in the technical aspect of events, this place is a nightmare. I had to move many bins of wasted food just to get stuff in the loading bay. Disgusting. So from my point of view, and only mine, its not good, but from a normal rich punters point of view it's pretty awesome, as we did walk out the front doors. Let's see how the next few days go and see if they can redeem themselves. I will rate again after Friday. Staff seem fairly helpful so far.
B. W.
Excellent Hotel
Excellent Service
Excellent Staff especially Quinten in the Mayfair kitchen & Bar
J. S.
Amazing hotel, 5 star luxury. Beautiful property. Very helpful and polite staff
K. R.
We went for a couple of cocktails. Service was good and the were served with parmesan crisps, which was great, however I wasn't sure if they were vegetarian. The waitress advised me on a cocktail, which was nice, but very small for the £14.
I. i.
Nice hotel. Booked on points and was given a reasonably sized room, especially considering the area. Great location, less than 100 yards from Green Park Tube stop (Piccadilly, Jubilee and Victoria lines). Short walk to Hyde Park, tons of upmarket shopping and dining and can't go a block or two without an M&S or Sainsbury food store for timely markdowns on prepared food. We'd (probably) never spend the $500/night the Mayfair was charging when we were there, but if you afford it, you probably already know what you're going into, and that it's going to be an enjoyable stay. Be aware that this is a fairly large property with ~400 rooms. It can be a good hike from reception to your room.
S. T.
Classic Edwardian style. English 5 star luxury hotel. They have a may fair kitchen with amazing cuisine. Great rooms. Service is excellent. Staffs are pleasant. Good ambience. Near to green park station. Near hyde park
V. P.
Nice hotel . Clean and fabulous location. We've stayed there many times . The only let down in the breakfast- very small tables and we were often left waiting a long time .
O. S.
Location is beautiful, everything is around. Park, city centre, lots of coffee shops, supermarket, pharmacy. Beds are very comfortable, cleaning of the rooms are offered twice a day, air conditioner is perfect, breakfast amazing
D. B.
Service was excellent, room was nice and the bed comfortable. The only gripe would be that the air conditioning in the room wasn't working (possibly due to it being winter) which made sleeping difficult as the room got rather warm and stuffy. Would stay again otherwise.
T. D.
Convenient for what we wanted. Great reception staff. Large rooms. Comfy bed. Not quite sure about the atmosphere of the bar though
C. V.
Great service, snacks and the drinks are just perfect. Very trendy and there's enough space to have a conversation with friends while enjoying your camomile tea!
S. M.
Good service and their French fries are excellent
A. C.
A touch of class and sophistication. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.
A. K.
Nice overnight stay on the weekend. Really elegant and close to all amenities. I would live to go back there again. We had lovely breakfast and went to stroll in the nearby green park. Ritz is just around the corner and there's a great restaurant Novikov just 2mim walk away. Sainsburys at the door step for any snacks etc if you feel like it.

Travelling all over the world, living in Dubai, I was actually beyond satisfied wth my stay in msyfair August 2017. Room, housekeeping, room service, food quality was so good, I’d look forward to coming to my room to eat rather than the fancy restaurants.
Most of all, service, and warmth of each and every staff, whether, reception, waiters, concierge or doorman ....... always greeted so warmly and looked after repeatedly.
Like I feel a royalty living in Dubai, I felt like a royalty in London .
Thank u Thomas in looking after me at the reception. And all waiters who brought room service. No hotel delivers within 25 minutes.
Mayfair hotel states luxury and class to a high level ☺️
D. U. (.
The bar and restaurant are good. The rooms are poor. The bathrooms are good. I was disappointed. Ok the location is excellent but then at that price you expect a room of a better quality.
D. P.
Nice hotel, shame about the lift when we arrived.
Ideal location
D. V.
Great hotel with perfect location. Extremely friendly staff. Loved the virtual friend Edward that you might text about everything you need during your stay. Everything was perfect! Recommend!!!
A. S. C.
Lovely hotel. The only downside I experienced was going through several entrances and exiting before actually finding the one I needed. But the place is pretty big and reception or doorstaff will kindly direct you to the one you require if you ask;
Which I did myself. In the end. 😏
K. G.
Stayed on night here and attended a function. Lovely rooms and wonderful environment. Very central location so finding good food and entertainment was a breeze.
A. M.
Spa is very small but quality textiles used. Rooms are clean and up to standard.
R. M.
Went for a conference so didn't stay in a room. Fairly standard Mayfair hotel experience. All marble etc. Good if that's what you're into. Canapés were decent!
B. A.
Attended an awards event, so got to sample the hospitality in the atrium before the event which in a nice setting. Would have been nicer had it not been raining. The food at the event was very good as was the service.
K. S.
I was a guest of my daughter and her boyfriend who was staying in one of the penthouse suites the service was absolutely perfection the staff on duty were very very polite the whole atmosphere was euforic. The food fayre in the hotel suite was excellent and I would deffinatly recommend the hotel to friends.
l. c.
Nice cocktails Service can be a bit frosty..

I attended an event here. Staff were very accommodating. I met Daniel, one of the managers who was helpful from the offset and Yuri a lovely member of staff whom nothing was too much.
P. H.
The May Fair is part of Carlson, the hotel company that runs Radisson hotels, and you can tell. My room, pictured here, was bland and generic, and could have been in any airport hotel anywhere in the world. On top of the bland, even stark, design, the room was rather tired and in need of a refresh. Cobwebs on the ceiling also suggested housekeeping isn't quite up to scratch. On a positive note, the service is top notch and the bar was excellent, if a tad loud. However, having stayed at The Haymarket, Montcalm, Charlotte Street and Ham Yard hotels, amongst others, the May Fair is very sadly lacking in both style and luxury.
M. F.
This is not a 5* hotel.
Room1: Brick wall and fire escape view out the window, brilliant!
Room2: Opposite the housekeeping laundry closet. Non-Stop door slamming and chatting of staff
Room3: “The quiet spot” according to front desk. Well someone tell housekeeping to stop opening and closing doors 20 times when cleaning the room!
OMG, worst noise ever heard at hotel. If you plan to stay in room beyond 8am to sleep, then do not stay here, look elsewhere.
Tried to call Radisson to switch hotel but was told it was not allowed as past cancellation date.
Other things:
-No doorman 80% of the time
-Breakfast staff have no manners
-Front desk have a serious english language problem

Definitely not a "5-star hotel" but a nice convenient location in Mayfair. Booked a Nonsmoking room that filled with smoke minutes after checking in. Guest services was helpful in changing rooms, but initially asked if we could wait while a housekeeper checks the floor to see if someone on our floor was smoking. They were not, and it was clearly a problem with the ventilation/HVAC between non-smoking/smoking rooms. They were kind enough to offer 2 free drink vouchers for our trouble Spa was nonresponsive to phone calls from room and cell unless we walked down to the desk(absurd) and concierge often said they would call us back - which they didnt - and is unexpected when staying at a property billed as "5-star". Rooms are slightly outdated and food options are not very good for a hotel in the MayFair area. Luckily there are plenty of great resaurants nearby. Wifi was outstanding in the hotel and the cigar bar and tea were nice touches.
I may have been "that guy" with a bad experience this weekend but I was extremely underwhelmed with the MayFair and will not be staying here in my future trips to London.
J. H.
I returned to the Mayfair after a stint of going elsewhere and this hotel is hit and miss. Based on the prices, it cannot afford these misses. Got to my room after a long journey to find phone didn’t work so I couldn’t order room service. It took two attempts ringing customers service before I could make an order.

The small business suites are nice
C. W.
Most definitely not 5* most 4* hotels are much better than this hotel
B. H.
Predictably expensive. A good negroni.
A. T. I.
In the heart of Mayfair, beautiful hotel with a trendy bar. Rooms are clean and spacious. I really enjoyed the whole experience there, stuff is very friendly and helpful. Good cocktails at the bar.
A. R.
Nice stay, comfortable room, lovely breakfast! Very well located in Mayfair, London
M. P.
All the cutlery, cups, etc. in the rooms are wrapped in plastic, they get renewed every day. Please try to save the environment and find a better solution (no plastic wrapping like in every other hotel). Thank you
M. M. G.
Beautiful hotel in posh Mayfair area. They have an excellent albeit smallish gym with top of the line equipment. Staff is very attentive and the premises are spotlessly clean as chic.
l. T.
Love this place been here 11 years and always go back great spa with different showers and a nice relaxing space. Not too expensive for a normal room expect over £120 a night though but worth it :D
E. G. S. (.
As with every visit, left dragging my feet.
Nice and helpful staff, efficient safety measures, very well equipped and kept rooms, and an amazing breakfast buffet.
If you can, come to this hotel

Been going here for a long time but now looking tired in certain areas. Food is good. Nice breakfast. Bar has good atmosphere in evenings.

In 2004, a new era for The May Fair began. Having been bought by the prestigious Edwardian Hotels London, every single room in the hotel was transformed. New wings and floors were added, amid a stylish, modern effusion of glass and leather, marble and gold leaf. Just 30 months and £75 million later, The May Fair could once again announce itself to the world: ‘a hotel like no other’
Still to this day, eminent spaces remain. The Crystal Room’s spectacular Baccarat chandelier glimmers in past and present glory, and the private theatre’s acoustics are still felt to the core. A lavish bar continues to serve the classic and avant-garde, and a fine-dining restaurant still creates the delectable. Above all, 404 luxurious rooms and 12 of the capital’s most spectacular suites provide unforgettable experiences, and the later additions of the Cigar Room and the urban spa retreat ensure that The May Fair still competes in a league of its own.
And so it’s no wonder The May Fair is the official hotel to the British Film Institute and London Fashion Week, with its grand settings playing host to lavish product launches and fashion previews, auditions, dress rehearsals and film premieres.
Famed for hosting outrageous parties overflowing with champagne-infused debauchery in eras past, today The May Fair is celebrated for its elegance and charm. Yet nowhere is, or has ever been, more renowned for its discretion.
Bound by secrets that will never escape, The May Fair is a fortress of tales. But it’s not just discretion and luxury service that keeps guests returning. High security, private entrances and CCTV all ensure that everyone can stay and not be seen – unless of course, that’s exactly what they wish.

Rooms spacious and luxurious. Beds extremely comfortable. Excellent service from all staff, without fault. Superb location in the centre of London next to some great landmarks.
R. L.
Food is ok but nothing to be impressed by. Seats in the lobby are very impractical and should be changed.
And someone needs to educate the chef on the proper chutney for cheese.
G. S.
Great staff, attend to all your needs. Fastest check in and check out ever. Great place
M. L.
Perfectly located hotel with a friendly staff. Nice furniture and finishes in the rooms. Very popular restaurant and bar (though with super small servings).
S. M.
Lovely hotel, lovely room and awesome food. Staff was excellent and very helpful. I would love to go back for another occasion.
A. Q.
I fell in love with London and I think the May Fair might have helped. So happy I chose such a trendy hotel with yet a old world charm. Perfect location and charming setting. The next time I go to London I'll be staying at the May Fair as corny as that sounds.
A. B.
Hotel had nice decor and atmosphere. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good central location and close to the tube. Would definitely recommend.
F. A.
Awesome, perfect location
S. W.
Lovely cocktails and atmosphere. Only downside was they turned away our friends as it was after 12 when apparently only hotel guests are allowed (even though we weren't staying there).
M. E.
Average rooms in space, clean, room service is great. Nice hospitality. Breakfast is similar for 2 days, why not change from day to day! , the Hotel very near to Green Park station through you can reach the very famous Oxford Street.
R. R.
What a great weekend, the hotel staff and facilities were excellent, and i'd happily travel that extra just to stay here, the hilton could never deliver this service, we've never had a bad night in the Radisson. Thank you.
M. S.
Transferred to the May Fair from another hotel as they had overbooked so not off to a good start. Staff were welcoming and nice, room was adequate although a little small for the price we paid. Location was good, short walk to shops, food and bars so pleased with this.
H. P.
A decent breakfast buffet served for £32 + service cover. The Italian was an alternative to egg benedict with boached eggs served on crispy streaky bacon and ciabatta. A good size for my light & fussy appetite. I enjoyed the range of fresh juices which included The Green Cleanser, grapefruit juice and orange juice. Fresh fruit were available with goji berries and pumpkin seeds....I was kept full until tea time.
I"d certainly go again for a special occasions breakfast with friends
H. M.
A decent central London Hotel. The bar areas are always buzzing with mostly gents. Rooms are pretty good - not the most comfortable. Find this hotel lacks 'realness' - something missing Heidi Moore
A. H.
Luxurious hotel located in the heart of London
Value for money spent.
S. M.
My favourite hotel in London. Service is good, bar downstairs is excellent. Always a good vibe. Next to Novikov so works well. Can park car outside the front. 1 min walk from Green Park station. Spa and pool etc are very good. If you book in advance you get get it for around £240. 2 mins walk from the ritz
A. T.
Great hotel. Spent 2 nights there for our wedding and staff were very accommodating. Food was also very good.

Used the couples Spa experience. Had a Moroccan treatment and an hour long massage. Both were really enjoyable.
Also got to use the sauna, steam room and relaxation room.

I stayed here on a business trip. Customer service was great, the rooms are contemporary and clean but quite small and I expected more piźzaze for the price.
A. K.
Had a lovely dinner.
Great staff and food
L. P.
You get what you pay for: expensive but tasty cocktails and the exact clientele you would expect. Pretty loud on a Saturday night so wouldn't go there for a cosy date!
J. J.
Beautiful hotel with exceptional standards. I attended here yesterday for a Princes Trust event and the staff, food, drinks and facilities were exceptional!
D. D.
Friendly and fancy hotel. Small rooms though - full bed against the wall on one side, so its good it was just me in there. Pricy internet but its free in the lounge, which is good because the desk was tiny and the chair to wasn't too good.
A. O.
Very friendly welcome. My baggage was collected and kept for safe keeping till I finished the meeting I went for. Liked their burger.
A. K.
Great breakfast buffet
A. R.
Excellent location... Excellent staff in Hotel and door staff very helpful.. the Bar is great atmosphere...clean tidy rooms very good ... BUT AVOID BREAKFAST ITS TERRIBLE AND SERVICE IS NIL STAFF BAD ATTITUDES RUNNING ROUND LIKE HEADLESS CHICKENS... WAITED 30 MINS JUST FOR A POT OF TEA MANY PEOPLE WALKED OUT WORST MANAGEMENT EVER EXPERIENCED SERIOUSLY AVOID!!
O. B.
Excellent hotel! Always use the restaurant facilities here for meetings, close to the tube station and always good to spot some celebrities))
C. A.
Best hotel in Mayfair! 5 star hotel, best location !
The Mayfair Kitchen has great food and the Mayfair Bar has excellent ambiance. There is a Sainsbury's supermarket conveniently located across the street, NOBU, Park Chinois and Novikov restaurants all only a few feet away. I can't say enough good things about this hotel and it's location. Love it!!
J. H.
2 night stay, king deluxe room 6th floor. 606

Fantastic place to relax.

We are confident that the hotel is one of the best hotels in London, due to its cooperation and support for the Arabs and Saudis. My next stay in London will be in this hotel. Thank you, Miss Fatima, for your cooperation and support.
D. P.
Visited to use the Spa facilities, they were fantastic. The staff were welcoming and friendly, the facilities were excellent. Spent a couple of hours here and came out thoroughly relaxed!!
A. W.
Fantastic experience I ever made in such a hotel. They absolutely deserve 5 star. Greate location, all the posh bars and restaurants are around. Love to stay again.
A.
Good food and service. Nice atmosphere. Warned that food would come out when ready but was a large gap between diners of the same party being served
V. K.
Friendly staff great location

Amazing location, great hospitality

We stopped by the May Fair Bar last Wednesday for a celebratory cocktail after getting engaged. The bartender Akos was perfection, crafting his own, yet-unnamed gin with cucumber, mint and I-have-no-idea-what-else cocktail for myself and a very different take on a whiskey sour for my fiancé. Both were exquisite and unexpectedly flavourful, with layers of flavour that made it very tempting to stay around for quite a few more. Akos in particular was polite, professional while simultaneously familiar and engaging. He even made us a special layered Tiramisu shot (again, his own recipe) for the road. I remember describing taste to him at the time as 'It tastes like a hug'.
J. D.
Top class hotel in a very buse part of Mayfair but also in a fairly quiet street. Helpful polite staff. A bit pricey but it is in the heart of Mayfair, so to be expected.
J. L.
We're still here, but it's been a fantastic experience. The location is perfect for taking the tube anywhere in the city. Plenty to do within walking distance, too.
D. R.
Great staff ,delicious food ,excellent service
M. D.
Nice location. Rooms need further renovation, poor air conditioning. Avoid the restaurant on site and visit their bar or the numerous options surrounding the property.
K. H.
Went to the Mayfair for afternoon tea. I have to say the experience was impeccable. The service, the food, the atmosphere could not be faulted. The staff were also very accomdating of my allergies.
N. G.
Helpful and friendly staff. Well appointed room. Very comfortable bed. Truly excellent breakfast.
D. K.
Staff were friendly. Great location. Walking distance to the train station. The rooms are average size but well kept.
T. Z.
Best hotel around.... Amazing food, rooms and staff.
O. G.
One of the best place. We was enjoyed there pool and liked the large room.
I. P.
Went for a meeting but the arrangements for the meeting room were shambolic and there was a Jobsworth attitude to arranging coffees. Could do much better. Over hyped.
A. P.
The May Fair is a sleek, vibrant, five-star luxury hotel ideally situated in Mayfair, opposite Green Park and within convenient walking distance to many London attractions. Rooms are well appointed, and service first class.
T. C. H. R.
A top of the line hotel. A first class service and personal attention to the guests and for details. We Will surely come again!
L. B.
Staff was very friendly and welcoming, much exceeding what is expected from an international standard hotel.

Well located with excellent transport links. Staff are friendly & helpful. Rooms are to a high standard. Service excellent & timely. Would highly recommend.
D. A.
Very nice place with good rooms and service minded staff. Only the breakfast bit boring for my taste and very slow elevators.
m. h.
enjoyed our stay at the Mayfair in September 2012. The only complaint we had was been woken up by the t.v. giving us a message at 11pm in the evening. After mentioning to staff the same thing happened the next night. To which we put in another complaint. But were leaving the next day.
K. S.
One of the best hotels in London. I can not wait for my next vist.
S. Q.
This is a beautiful place and I really felt pretentious staying here. That being said, the staff were very welcoming and friendly. It is also very conveniently located to the city and a train station.
O. H.
Lovely hotel, often you can get good last minute rates and the location speaks for itself. The bar is also great for a drop in.
T.
Lovely room and impeccable service. Check in was so pleasant. Breakfast food was great too.
z. l.
pricy but one of the nicest cocktails u will have the atmosphere and the staff are cool
G. Z.
Used The May Fair for work events, great location with well equipped rooms. Wine and canapés provided was of good quality as well.
H. A.
Definitely one of my favorite hotels in London.
Staff are incredibly helpful and my rooms are always just as I request; a corner room with a view.
I love this for when I'm on a leisure visit and I want to stay around the area for the bulk of my stay.
Mayfair is definitely the go to area for the best restaurants, shopping and relaxation. It is easily accessible to South Kensington, Knightsbridge and fashionable streets like the Kings road via picadilly line.
Additionally, you can easily go to oxford street through the victoria line in less than 10 minutes.
Will be coming back again for a recharge.
D. C.
Had drinks in the bar for a birthday. Mixed well and tasted great! Other than one drink coming wrong the experience was really good.
S. T.
Loved it lovely weekend with the other half ❤
Thanks be back soon

I was stranded in London Andy airline gave me.a room at the May Fair. They had good service and tries their best to serve every person! Breakfast was awesome!
V. T.
Located in central area, in the Mayfair borough as his name, the hotel is pleasant, small common spaces, rooms are nice but small, very nice service, with a big bar located after a long corridor.
L. p.
Love this Hotel bit annoyed that you Now have to pay for parking, staff very Help full, food nice, but wish they could change there menu a bit.

A luxurious hotel in the heart of the city. It has everything you may need, bars, restaurants, spa and an underground casino. Very busy in the weekend just like the rest of Mayfair area.

If you are looking to host a venue, May Fair is the one to book. They have great facilities and catering. Staff are accommodating and helpful.
P. J. S.
Haven't slept at the hotel but tried the restaurant, bar and cigar bar. I think they have one of the best cigar bars in town!
T. K.
Great hotel, nicely appointed, gym had good facilities. Jealous that I didn't get to watch Rogue One in the theater!
A. H.
It's ok but room wasn't up to the high standard I was expecting. Bathroom was small and curtain hooks were coming away from the wall.
