The management are so friendly, and well mannered. My room was ideal for one (double bed), soooo clean!!! Which is great for my OCD. The communal areas were clean and well kept. They have rules regarding cooking at night as there are rooms downstairs. I arrived at 9pm and there was a shop still open with slush puppies and cotton candy! You can also hear the locals singing and drumming which is actually awesome. For what it is it's brilliant/clean and I would recommend.

Didn't see much of the staff which makes sense for a guest house. The room was fine but we were on the top floor which had heavily sloped ceilings. The bathrooms left quite a bit to be desired, other occupants of the hotel has not cleared up after themselves very well.

Good place for living in London with minimum cost. Hotel rooms are not bad to stay in lower budget. But washroom you need to share. Around this hotel you will get maximum facility. Shopping, restaurant, metro rail station etc.

This place was beautiful, I had the double room with the en-suite. The room was phenomenal very spacious and glamorous, especially for the price. I will definitely be returning. The staff were helpful and friendly and all in all it was a 10/10 stay.

(Translated) We stayed here for 5 nights & I have to say that it was enough for us. The lower rooms have 3 toilets and 3 showers. Of course, it doesn't get dirty when all rooms are occupied and the bathrooms are used by everyone. There is a kitchen that can be used and washing machines that can also be used. The wifi is very good. The windows in room 5 & the opposite point stupidly into the kitchen & otherwise you can hear every step, which is not too bad when it is quiet in the house. I recommend every guest to bring their own bed linen, flip flops & disinfectants. The man who is sometimes in the house is very nice & helpful. There is an underground station 5 minutes from here, from there you can get anywhere flexibly. As a holidaymaker you would rather look at the city & whether it is a 5 star or a 3 star hotel, you are only there to sleep anyway (Original) Wir waren hier für 5 Nächte & ich muss sagen das es uns vollkommen gereicht hat. Die unteren Zimmer haben 3 Toiletten & 3 Duschen. Das es mal dreckig wird, bleibt dabei natürlich nicht aus wenn alle Zimmer belegt sind & die Bäder von allen genutzt werden. Es gibt eine Küche die benutzbar ist & Waschmaschinen die man ebenfalls in gebrauch nehmen kann. Das W-lan ist sehr gut. Die Fenster in dem Zimmer 5 & dem gegenüber zeigen blöderweise in die Küche & auch sonst hört man jeden Schritt, was aber nicht weiter schlimm ist wenn es erstmal ruhig im Haus geworden ist. Ich empfehle jedem Gast eigene Bettwäsche, Badelatschen & Desinfektionsmittel mitzunehmen. Der Mann, der manchmal im Haus ist, ist sehr nett & Hilfsbereit. Es gibt eine U-Bahn station 5 min von hier entfernt, von da aus kommt man flexibel überall hin. Als Urlauber möchte man sich doch viel lieber die Stadt angucken & ob es jetzt ein 5 Sterne oder ein 3 Sterne Hotel ist, man ist eh nur zum Schlafen da😉

It has ironing boards, iron, bathroom amenities, heater, hair dryer and etc. Even after the checkout the host allowed us to keep the suitcase in our own room and we had the keys to still enjoy the city, because our flight would be only 23h. Um pouco afastado do centro de Londres , mas Localizado próximo ao metrô em um bairro simples, porém com muito comércio e acessível. Nos arredores possui 2 mercados que funcionam inclusive de madrugada. O Anfitrião muito simpático, prestativo e cordial. De uma gentileza sem igual. Ficamos em um quarto com banheiro privativo. Limpeza impecável, o quarto era grande, assim como o banheiro, cobertas e toalhas limpas e de boa qualidade. Todas as dependencias estavam em perfeito estado de conservação e limpeza. A cozinha equipada e limpa. Areas comuns também. Possui passadeiras, ferro, amenidades de banheiro, aquecedor, secador de cabelos e etc. Mesmo após o checkout o anfitrião permitiu que guardássemos a mala no próprio quarto e ficássemos com as chaves para ainda aproveitar a cidade, pois nosso voo seria só 23h. Recomendo a todos os meus amigos, e aos clientes, pois trabalho com viagens. Excelente experiência!!!

Es sah so aus wie auf den Bildern und war sauber. Auch nach dem Check out durften wir noch in ein neues Zimmer, um mein Baby zu wickeln. Wenn man keinen großen Wert auf die Außenansicht eines Hotels legt und die Qualität der Ausstattung nicht unbedingt perfekt sein muss, ist dieses Hotel absolut empfehlenswert vor allem für den günstigen Preis.

There are two supermarkets on the way to the subway station. All in all, with the same budget, we'll definitely be back and recommend The Ne Ville to others. Big plus: despite late arrival (after zero) we were warmly welcomed and shown around for a short time. Minus: it is really not signposted. It is best to orientate yourself on the house numbers, otherwise you have no chance. It is also important to have the Ne Ville's telephone number, so be sure to save it (Original) Das Zimmer war unterm Dach und sehr geräumig. Man hatte vor allem viel Stauraum. Es gab einen Fernseher und einen Föhn. Dir Küche ist mitbenutzbar und immer ordentlich. Man kann sich Geschirr und besteck ausleihen und muss es dann nur wieder zurück bringen und abwaschen. Es gibt ein Bad mit Toilette und Dusche und dann noch je zwei einzelne Toiletten und Duschbäder. Die sind auch nie zu lange belegt. Einzig der Zustand in dem sich die ganzen Sanitäranlagen befinden lässt zu wünschen übrig. Es ist nicht dreckig, aber man merkt, das zu selten etwas in den Räumlichkeiten getan wird. Die Teppiche in Zimmern und Fluren sind sehr angenehm zu laufen und man hört kaum andere Gäste in den Gängen gehen. Die Gegend ist auch spät abends noch sehr lebhaft, aber nicht zu laut um zu schlafen. Es gibt zwei Supermärkte gleich auf dem weg zur U-Bahn Station. Alles in allem kommen wir bei gleichem Buget auf jeden Fall wieder und empfehlen The Ne Ville auch weiter. Großes plus: trotz später Anreise (nach null) wurden wir noch herzlich begrüßt und kurz herum geführt. Minus: es ist wirklich nicht ausgeschildert. Man orientiert sich am besten an den Hausnummern, sonst hat man keine Chance. Auch die Telefonnummer des Ne Ville ist wichtig zu haben, also auf jeden Fall einspeichern

Ich hätte dafür vier Sterne gegeben, aber wir hatten das Zimmer 6, welches direkt neben den Toiletten/ Duschen und Küche war. Dadurch haben wir alle in der Küche gehört. Die anderen Gäste haben schon um 6 Uhr lautstark sich in der Küche und Badezimmer unterhalten und Türen geknallt. Dazu kamen irgendwelche Pumpgeräusche aus der Decke, die mich einmal Mitten in der Nacht geweckt haben. Ansonsten war es wirklich nur ein Hostel. Duschen hatten Schimmelflecken an der Decke. Also nur mit Badelatschen betreten. Küche ist groß und man kann alles nutzen. Tee und Kaffe satt. Kein Zimmer an der Küche buchen, davon gibt es drei. Man muss anrufen, keine feste Rezeption, um reinzukommen und seine Schlüssel zu bekommen. Wlan ging. Ein Bahnhof ist gleich um die Ecke. Von da aus kann man in einer halben Stunde zu Londons Zentralen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Bus/Bahn.Tagesticket 13 Pfund (-4 Uhr morgens gültig). Wenn man über London den Stansted Airport kommt, muss man erstmal mit dem Bus zur Stratford Bus Station. Das kostet mit einem Bus der National Express um die 10 Pfund pro Person. Von Stratfrod könnt ihr dann mit Bus/Bahn oder Uber weiter. Das kostet nochmal so max. 10 Pfund insgesamt.

Bad og køkken faciliteter er fælles, og rengørring af disse sker på eget ansvar. Køkkenet indeholder alt det man kunne behøve, dog er det ikke muligt at bruge ovnen, af sikkerhedsmæssige årsager. Internettet forbindelsen er meget god. Samt er der et tv i værelset. Værelserne er forskellige mht størrelse og indretning, dog er der masser af plads. Der er små uro rundt omkring hotellet sommetider om aften, men det kun tydeligt pga. den gamle bygning. Sengetøjet er okay rent. Er man meget hygiejnisk (eller ikke kan dele et wc) skal man slet ikke booke et værelse her, da hotellet renlighed er meget lavt. Ellers ligner hotellet ikke et hotel på nogen måder(der er intet skilt), og det er kun genkendeligt grundets dets vindueskarme. For at kunne komme ind, skal man sørge for at kontakte dem før ankomst, da det kræver en nøgle! Alt i alt er hotellets personale (der er kun 1 mand, som er der sommetider) meget flinke og hjælpsomme. Samt er overnattelsen til den billige pris overkommelig.
