A perfect two night stay at this gorgeous hotel! We had booked a deluxe room for myself, husband and young daughter. Upon entering the room it was decorated with birthday balloons, banners and a bottle of wine which was a lovely touch! Staff welcoming and helpful! Very spacious room with a really comfortable bed, which was welcomed after long days exploring. Situated in a quiet street, only a stones throw away from Earl’s Court station which easily got us in and around London quickly. Spotlessly clean! One of the best hotels we have stayed in and hope to return to! Thank you all!

Such a wonderful and cozy spot! The staff made me feel immediately at home and the single room was very cozy and quaint for a great price. The are a multitude of amenities near by and the Thames & Chelsea are just a short walk away. Highly recommend staying here, particularly because the reception staff were so wonderful and welcoming!

Stayed at The Resident Kensington as I had stayed in their Liverpool branch before and enjoyed my stay. After a hectic day due to tube strikes, I was glad to get to this hotel with a beautiful entrance and warm reception. The staff member who checked me in was super friendly, turning my 2.5 hour trek to the hotel more positive, he checked me in quickly, providing all the information needed and they even took in my food order 5 minutes before I got there which was helpful. The room was perfect. Small but had everything I needed as I was only staying one night but even if I was staying longer, it would still have been perfect. En-suite with a shower, kitchenette, tv and super comfy bed with a little desk and plenty of storage space. Super clean, all amenities I needed and heating/air con easy to use. Will definitely stay here again (or at any other branch of theirs). Thank you for a brilliant stay.

A wonderful stay in this hotel. Staff were really friendly when checking in & out. Our room was on the lower ground floor & we even had a patio area, although we never got to use it due to it being too cold. The room was lovely, the beds were comfy, good shower & big mirror in the bathroom. Loved having a little kitchen with our own fridge, microwave etc. Couldn't really fault it!

Me and my partner stayed for a weekend at this hotel and it was a joyful experience. Staff are lovely, a really credit to the hotel and the room we stayed in was lovely. We stayed here for a week in London with the family. It was very conveniently located a block from Earl's Court tube station. Friendly, helpful staff - they even gave us a handwritten valentine's day card. :) Loved the large room that allowed us to fit cots for the kids, and a fridge and microwave to keep food costs down or stop leftovers from getting wasted. Clean and comfortable. Hope to stay again when we visit in the future.

Celebrated my 18th birthday in London with my boyfriend and we decided to stay here as we’d heard good things from family and friends. I don’t think we could’ve chosen a better place to stay! The staff were so welcoming, friendly and willing to help, and the room was gorgeous, spacious and had a pretty view! They also surprised me with a bottle of wine in the room, balloons and a handwritten card for my birthday, they totally went above and beyond to make our stay amazing and I’d definitely come back!

What a wonderful hotel! After a long boring 2 years due to covid I wanted to take my mum to London for her birthday. After doing some research I decided to go with this hotel due to the location, private parking and the reviews on Google! Once arriving at the hotel I was greeted by reception who showed me where my private parking space was, once parked I made my way into reception. I couldn’t check in till 1 which I I knew so I left my bags and came back after check in. Victoria the duty manager at the hotel has made this trip one to remember, I told her it was my mums birthday and she has made the room very special. Definitely will always come back to the Resident when I come to London. If I could give it 5**** I would. Such a lovely clean room with all you need for a cosy night away. If anyone asks me for recommendations for hotels In London I will always mention this due to their politeness. Thanks again Victoria and staff for the stay. I regret checking out tomorrow as the hotel is wonderful

We stayed here recently and the experience was excellent. We chose to stay here for our 13 year anniversary and in our room we were greeted with a happy anniversary sash, a card, chocolate and bubbly. We were made to feel really special and it was such a nice touch. The staff were really friendly and welcoming, the room was spotless, I cannot fault it. The in room kitchenette was especially welcome as we stored some bits for a cheaper breakfast. Would stay here again in a heartbeat and would highly recommend for the location and price.

This hotel was the best hotel experience I ever had. Unlike the mainstream hotels they evolved their concept to provide you a "residence" that give you the flexibility and the comfort you are looking for. The rooms have that small kitchen with everything you need. Microwave, kettle, fridge, plates, glasses etc.. You can order from some apps that deliver food from a large variety of restaurants, in case you would like to eat in the room. And the reception is there 24/7 for your practical needs. We endlessly ordered ice-cubes and they always had them :) The location is awesome, there is this pub very close by 2min walking, which is very nice to sit in and outside and if you are there for a short time, it is nice just to sit there and watch around the street. There are multiple grocery stores open all night, the tube station is very close by. I totally want to stay there again. We were there for a small holiday, and I simply loved the service and the staff. The room was so comfortable. The reception was very very sweet and smiling all the time:) I miss that place already!

INCREDIBLE stay! This was quite possibly the most comfortable, welcoming and enjoyable stays I've ever had in London. The staff are one of the main reasons for this... In particular Nicol, what an absolute GEM! We were there for my bridal shower, and the effort that went into making our stay memorable was so heart warming...Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff...We had the best evening out, got welcomed by smiling, friendly faces on our return, and then woke to find a bottle of bubbles and the kindest card waiting outside our door in the morning...HOW CUTE?! Now other than the impeccable service, the room itself was spotless and had everything you could need, including the handy kitchenette with microwave and stocked Nespresso machine (MUCH needed after a night out)... It was comfortable and met our every need. Thank you so much to all the staff at The resident, we can't wait to visit again! X

I loved staying at this hotel. I was greeted by friendly and helpful staff who showed me where a few spots I should know around the area are. I was whisked to my room, which, although small, was quite cozy and expertly cleaned each day. Having the kitchenette was very helpful to save a little money- I bought a few microwavable meals, salads and oatmeal at nearby shops. The bed was huge and comfortable. The hotel is also located quite conveniently- close to the tube, High Street, Kensington Park, and much more. While the Nadler doesn't have some of the other amenities that other hotels have (a gym, bar, etc) it was perfect for my visit. I would definitely stay there again.

Loved staying here. Staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and courteous. We arrived early and left our bags at reception. When we arrived later that evening our bags had been placed in our room- never seen anything like that before, amazing. Rooms are “London small” but they way they make them work is incredible. Perfect little hotel as home base for my trip to London. No real frills, but what they do, they did perfectly. Pleasant and efficient check-in. Room was clean and all fixtures were modern and functioned well. Bed and linens were new and very comfortable. Fridge, microwave and dishes which I did not use. Filtered water and coffee maker which I did use daily to great satisfaction. Didn't use the food service or other services. On a quiet little street, very convenient to Earl's Court Station which got me everywhere in the city quickly. Would highly recommend.

Great location close to Earl's Court tube station. We stayed in a family room which consisted of a double bed and 2 fold out single beds. The room was small but we were comfortable. Not much room for our suitcases so we closed them up and placed them near the windows. The hotel offered us great discounts for local pubs and restaurants. Would stay again but in a larger room.

Centrally located near a tube station. Room was clean, had a kitchenette. Made it easy with a baby, however I was on the 1st floor although there is a lift it was difficult to go with a push chair to the room as there are stairs to the rooms. Another issue was lack of ramp at the entrance making it difficult to enter the hotel without assistance from the staff. Overall a good experience with friendly staff.

Excellent hotel. One of the best, if not the best I have stayed at. Very clean and tidy, very comfortable beds and the small kitchenette in the room is an amazing feature in the room. Less than 5 minutes to the closest tube with easy access to the city centre. They also have partnerships with local restaurants within walking distance where you can have discounts. They have a variety of cuisines that are all have delicious food and friendly service. The staff are excellent! They were brilliant. They were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. I will most definitely come back and recommend this highly to everyone.

Started our England trip here and really enjoyed the location and the staff. I had a lower ground floor room which was very quiet. A nice retreat to return to after a busy day of sightseeing. The hotel has no in house dining but it offers discounts on the ***y different restaurants in the surrounding streets.

Oh how I loved this place!!!!!! I was on a vacation here and this hotel was absolutely amazing!! So many attractions were near, the beds were comfortable and clean, the kitchenettes WERE AWESOME the hallways were very clean and well kept and the staff were the nicest staff ever in a hotel I stayed at. We pickup and drop off passengers at this hotel on their airports , cruise port and day trip transfers. This hotel is located within quick access to Heathrow airport. Drivers can pickup/drop off passengers at the entrance to the Hotel. Reception staff members are always very helpful if a driver needed help to locate his/her passengers.

We stayed here for 9 nights in August 2016 and could not have been happier with our experience. First of all we booked through Expedia and the price was great! The location was 1 block from Earl's Court tube station (which services District and Piccadilly lines) and Cromwell Rd bus stops. One of the problems we read about were room sizes. Our room with a queen size bed and child's fold away bed was perfect. There was a refrigerator and microwave which enabled us to utilize one of the 3 nearby grocery stores for breakfast food. And surprise, groceries in England are much cheaper than in the US! They do offer an £8 continental breakfast which we never ate. The room had complimentary wifi, which was not offered at a lot of the hotels we researched. The desk staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They were always able to help us with directions. The room was always serviced well and they even creatively arranged my daughter's stuffed animals on her bed. I would recommend this hotel to anyone planning a visit to London.

Located only 5 minutes walk from the Earl's Court tube station. Our room was clean and comfortable with a mini kitchenette and high speed wifi. They don't have a restaurant but there are lots of breakfast and dinner places within close proximity. They were a great help in obtaining tickets to a West End show. Would definitely stay again. Didn't like their breakfast recommendation for Cafe du Coin. We preferred Paul's down the street.

We had a perfectly wonderful stay at the Nadler. The hotel is in a beautiful part of London with a close tube station. Kensington is a great neighborhood. The local area has multiple eateries and supermarkets with discounts offered by the hotel for some. Showers were powerful and easy to use-just a press of a button.

One of the best hotels I've stayed in London, either for business trip or family vacation. Just a 5 min walk from Earl's Court tube station, so you get there from Heathrow even faster and for sure cheaper with Piccadilly Line instead of Heathrow Express (and changing the tube twice). Nice designed rooms, very clean, a very friendly team onsite, some lovely details all around in the hotel which let you finally feel very welcomed.

I recently spent 6 nights at the Nadler Kensington wth my wife and 22 year old daughter. It is a very nicely appointed boutique hotel with ice cold air conditioning (which we Americans love) in a quiet Kensington neighborhood. It is less than a 5 minute walk to Earl's Court Road with it's various restaurants, shops, services, and of course the tube station with easy access to central London or Heathrow airport. We did find our room to be a tad bit small (especially for three people) but we weren't in London to spend time sitting in our hotel room. The 24 hour front desk staff was super friendly and helpful all the way from answering questions about the local area to arranging for a private car to take us to the airport upon departure. One day our daughter stayed in until late afternoon when she wasn't feeling well so we left the "do not disturb" sign hanging on the door until late afternoon with the expectation that our room would not be serviced that day. We went out to the theatre that evening and when we returned we found that housekeeping actually had been in to make the bed and change the towels despite the late hour. The Nadler Kensington gets our 5 star rating without hesitation, we would gladly stay there again!

Got a great price on the room by paying in advance. The staff at the front desk were incredibly helpful. The technology works well and the staff are there for any question or help. I would definitely stay again if I can find rates within my budget, although it was so good I could be tempted to go over budget for this place.

I stayed at the Resident Kensington for 6 nights and I find it to be a very nice hotel nicely located close to Earls Court Underground, restaurants, pubs, etc. The superior rooms are reasonably sized and clean and housekeeping is extremely efficient. Special mention goes to the ladies at the front desk who make sure that you fell welcome and at home.
