Our 3 week stay was incredible! Easy access, we got to check in early, our room was perfect size and clean! Staff was friendly and all helpful. I have disabilities and also never been to London, we had many questions...staff always helped. Ana and Leticia greeted at night and made us feel welcome, and things rand smoothly. Room service, dinner, and the breakfast; fantastic! For the mall being around, always felt safe and it was quiet. I highly recommend!

Lovely hotel. Great restaurant, decent bar. Rooms are really good, plenty of high level USB sockets, walk in shower. Only problem is the lack of lighting controls - you can't turn some of the lights off.
N.
The room was awesome - super comfortable and cozy and had everything you would want right at your disposal. They provide sweatshirts to wear during your stay which we LOVED and have actually never seen before at a hotel. They also had mini cheddars in the room, a large assortment of drinks, the best shampoo and conditioner (which is very rare) and the room service menu is delicious and very reasonably priced.

3 stars maybe a bit generous. The stay was alright. Room was comfortable, pretty big (although we were given a disabled access room, unsure why but that may be why it was a larger room).
Generally, it didnt feel like a welcoming experience. Staff were not very friendly or interactive. The room was only set for one guest despite clearly being two, we had to request everything from extra robes to bathroom kits which seems like lazy hospitality. When booking, we had the deal where it gave us £50 to spend during our stay. When checking in, they were confused and we ended up getting £25 'voucher' scrawled on a post-it note.
It was not an unpleasant stay however it was well below expectations for the cost, building and atmosphere.
Overall, for the price paid there are definitely better options out there.
L.
The room was very nice and spacious and clean. We had an upgrade to a 'Larger' room which was actually a disable access room (when we asked a reception to change they confirmed all or most Larger rooms are disabled access rooms) the gadgets in the room were easy to us & useful, like using the tablet to request services. (Although 3/5 of the requests made via the tablet were not responded too so we used the phone)
The location is great as super close to Westfield shopping center but it is behind the center so the surrounding location didn't get lots of traffic & congestion.
The main hotel staff didn't come across too friendly but the bar staff & the morning waiting staff during breakfast were all bubbly and friendly.
Breakfast was 4 stars, very tasty (but service was slow & it was bot busy, it was also half cold, so not quite 5 stars - I had avo toast and the avocado felt like it had come out of the freezer but was delicious like it was just made fresh).
Overall a nice stay, we would visit again.

Had a fantastic stay at The Stratford for two nights. Tried the different restaurants which were both outstanding. Really cool, modern decor with very spacious and comfortable rooms. Very easy access to central London from Stratford station just around the corned.
B. T.
The perfect overnight stay in London - absolutely no noise, comfortable and spacious room.
We chose the dine & stay offer in Allegra (best restaurant in East London for sure)m and we really enjoyed sleeping in one of the beautiful rooms overlooking the courtyard.
The lobby and mezzanine are also great spaces to work or socialise. Highly recommended!
Y. P.
Absolutely lovely place to stay. Every single staff member was amazing and makes you feel very comfortable. I would strongly advise everyone to visit, you won’t regret. Can’t wait to go back !

Top hotel! High quality and top service great access to transportation and restaurants
L. H.
Only one criticism, being lactose intolerant I couldn't have a tea or coffee in my room as there was no kettle, only a smart coffee maker, I'm sure they would have sorted something out, but I was only there for one night, otherwise, fab.
C. W.
We initially had a problem with noise, unfortunate but we were assured security checked all floors. Our second night was much quieter.
The reception staff were professional .
The staff in the restaurant are excellent the gal who brought us tea to our room in particular deserves a shout out. We will definitely stay here thanks to all concerned.

We stayed here the night after our wedding. Beautifully designed hotel. We were upgraded for free as it was a special occasion. Nice room on the 6th floor, good views and beautiful bathroom. Nice products in the bathroom and a tea/coffee machine in the room.
We checked in at 2230. £50 extra charge for our dog. There was a little cake and card from the hotel congratulating us which was very sweet. There was also a nice dog bed, as well as food and water bowls for Bella. We called for room service but were told that it finished at 2130. We were then told that we could order a takeaway and that it would be brought up to us. About half an hour later, the delivery driver called to say that reception were refusing to take the delivery. We called down to reception where the receptionist said that he was by himself and that he couldn't bring it up. He was clearly stressed as he was only receptionist on duty at that time. It seems strange that half an hour earlier we were told that it would be brought up to us, potentially by the same receptionist? My wife went down to get the takeaway. The reception was unmanned. When she has taken the bag, the same receptionist has appeared round the corner asking her why she is taking the food as if the conversation hadn't been had 5 minutes ago. Very odd.
In the morning, we called down to reception again and asked if we could have breakfast in bed. The hotel does not do room service for breakfast! This surprised me as the hotel is marketed as a luxury hotel. Room service hours are 1200-2100, which seems odd as the checkout time is at 1200. Even holiday Inn does longer room service hours!
So, we went down for breakfast. Continental breakfast is included with the room and there was a good selection of items there. Cooked breakfast items must be purchased separately. Again, I feel that in a luxury hotel this should be included as standard. Vegan options limited, try getting some non dairy yoghurt in and some vegan spread for the toast.
I arrived for breakfast before my wife who had lost her face mask in the journey. When she has reached the restaurant she has been told that she cannot enter the restaurant without a face mask. This is understandable as it is mandatory to wear a face mask indoors at the current time. She was told by the restaurant that they did not have any face masks and that she should try reception. Reception did not have any face masks. Reception sent her to the bar where she was told to go back to the restaurant. In the end, I had to ask a waiter to take my face mask to her so that she was allowed to walk to the table. When I handed the mask to the waiter he pulled a face like someone had farted and carried the mask gingerly across the restaurant. The interaction could have been improved if the initial waiter/manager had fetched a mask for my wife instead of sending her all around the hotel lobby. Have a box of masks available for guests?
So then my wife walked towards the table and was chased by a woman saying, "What's your room number? You must come back and check in!" Another point of improvement, let the guests sit down and check the room number at the table. It makes the whole process more relaxed and a better experience.
We then sat down, I had a nice loose leaf tea. Lovely! We ordered 2 virgin Mary's and a tea for my wife with our breakfast. Shortly afterwards a man came over saying, "2 bloody Mary's, yes? Tea/coffee? " I believe it was the manager. Obviously the previous order had become lost on the way. Virgin Mary's were premixed but very good!
On check out we were refunded £48 credit as each room gets £50 credit to use in the hotel. This was the first time we had been told that such a credit existed for our use. Bizarre as a business to refund your guests, why not just make the room prices cheaper?
Overall there seems to be a lack of good management in the hotel, and the hotel trying to cut corners to employ less staff. Real shame as the venue is beautiful!
J. G.
Best hotel in the area for the price, well designed and luxurious rooms well kitted out. Wireless phone charger and coffee machine provided for free. Mini bar and room service reasonably priced, as is in room entertainment. Lovely bathrooms. Restaurant and bar on the ground floor and Westfield shopping centre just outside.
Y. P.
Absolutely lovely place to stay. Every single staff member was amazing and makes you feel very comfortable. I would strongly advise everyone to visit, you won’t regret. Can’t wait to go back !

The Stratford has a really warm ambiance and feel to to the place, especially around Christmas time, which is when I went. Beautiful interior design with a real international feel. What I loved most, are the various meal and drink offers they have on their menu, which doesn't lower the tone of the setting. The one thing I would say is that it's hard to get a waiters/waitresses attention sometimes as the area is quite vast, so I don't know if they can have a mobile payment setup so you don't have to wait so long when you're ready to pay.
S. E. K.
The hotel lacks some if the things I'd expect from a 4 star. The wireless charger in the room didn't work, there is an iPad that has the room service menu but you still have to call reception to order it. There was no handsoap in the bathroom (but good full sized Ren products). There was a Stratford hoodie in the closet, not sure if it was meant for guests, but it looked dirty. But on the plus side food from room service was excellent and staff were friendly.
G.
Staff are friendly. Lots of weird smells throughout the hotel. Lobby smelt fishy all day, the floor for the room smelt sewery. Says city views in advert, but the view is other people's rooms and blood found on bathroom floor. No access to floors above 6, no roof top terrace access.
A. G.
Terrible service.
I live locally and have visited twice. The first time in September 2020 for a birthday brunch with friends (party of 6 as per guidelines). We booked the bottomless brunch at the brasserie online weeks in advance, only to be told on arrival that they were no longer doing this. Given it was their mistake, they honoured the booking.
We waited ages for drinks and to be topped up in between.
The second time I visited was alone on a Saturday evening (5th December). It was relatively quiet. When I entered the brasserie I was greeted by staff behind the bar and reminded to wear my mask. I took a seat, but after 20 minutes I got up and ordered my drinks at the bar. My drinks arrived a further 20 minutes later! 10 minutes after that, a member of the two staff on service told me that I needed to order a meal. This was the first time I'd visited a bar/restaurant since lockdown had been lifted and so had forgotten about new guidelines. They really should remind you of this when you arrive or at least when you order drinks. They're just not attentive.
It's a shame as the surroundings are beautiful, but the service is very much lacking. Also toilets are so dark and no coat peg on the cubicle doors. #Designflaw

Best hotel in east London. Brilliant brasserie on the ground floor with a heated outside terrace. A more refined restaurant, Allegra, higher up with a roof garden. Amazing architecture!

Top hotel! High quality and top service great access to transportation and restaurants

Great meal with family. Thank you to Josh P and the team. The food and service was excellent. X

Had an absolutely awesome time here. Booked the Brasserie for an evening meal, and surprised the hubby with a stay in the hotel.
After our lovely dinner, popped up to Mezzanine for some cocktails before heading back to the room.
Lovely breakfast the following morning. The staff throughout the hotel and restaurant couldn’t have done more for us. Really lovely to have this in the area. Will be back again to try the new 7th floor restaurant when it opens in a month or so.

Beautiful new hotel in the heart of the Olympic Village in Stratford. Beautifully designed throughout as are the luxury loft apartments on the top floors.
I feel like this hotel will only get better with time, as the area becomes more developed and more businesses and hotels pop up.
Food in the brasserie is amazing, we tried lots of the dishes and everything was of a high standard.
V. M.
The hotel is gorgeous with luxury facilities and a lovely fireplace area downstairs to unwind with drinks! It was very close to Stratford station. The staff were extremely friendly and even contacted me prior my visit, to check if I needed anything! Would definitely recommend staying here! I will be visiting again!
K. S.
New hotel, fresh and modern and with the most helpful and friendly staff I've ever encountered. The rooms are beautiful, they have a lot of great facilities, and a lot of different food options. Our stay here was just amazing, and if I ever go to London again I would book this one!
T. G.
Unfortunately quite disappointed the last time I visited the bar and cafe here. I've generally been happy with the place as it has good cocktails and a great little pizza and beer deal. But then they charged for tap water. It was put on my bill as "filtered water" but that's not what if asked for and the bottle delivered to the table was a generic glass one that was open and half-empty - not good.
This sort of thing really puts me off a place and might mean I don't go back again - a shame really.
L. S.
Beautiful hotel and amazing breakfast! It tasted really good and the staff was very friendly.
I was only struggling with the lights that didn't turn off. They seemed to work by sensor, so they finally went off luckily.
K. R.
Very friendly and welcoming service. Smart, contemporary design.
Each room has a hoodie for each guest for use at the 24/7 gym, an unusual detail.
Service is definitely a strong point of this hotel together with the design. The Mezzanine bar is truly smart!

I and my partner had a great stay at this hotel. With the special recognition of inga who made sure most of our request was actioned. Thanks for your assistance inga you are an absolute star...We will definitely come back.
M. R.
Please be aware that you will be charged £20 if you take shampoo or body wash home , £40 if you do both , learnt that the hard way. Also there isn't any complimentary water so bare that in mind. Update : I have spoken to the hotel and they were happy to amend this charge.
E. B.
Such a lovely hotel! Stayed for three nights. Great breakfast, modern and a big gym, clean and very comfy rooms and just perfect service/staff! I’ll come back soon again.
D. G.
The service here really lets it down. It’s sooooo slow and the staff are really oblivious to maintaining
customer contact.
S. D.
Chantelle and the team are always excellent. Great music too.
C. S.
Quiet, stylish hotel which is very convenient to Stratford International. Lobby/reception area felt overstaffed, with staff loitering even though it was relatively quiet. Felt a bit odd, but we would return because the room was trendy, quiet and comfortable.
J. M.
Great place to meet after or even during work.
Good food and good service
E. E.
The hotel definitely has some kinks that need to be worked out after their recent opening, but the staff did a great job overcoming these challenges. The bed was amazingly comfortable.
Location to Olympic Park for the MLB game was great!

With many of our clients needing everything under one roof, the Flavour Venue Search portfolio must include high end, well equipped venues. The Stratford Hotel offers everything and more. We recently explored this incredible hotel venue and were very impressed by their offering. It boasts 145 hotel bedrooms for short stays, plus 248 loft apartments for long term lets. There’s a brasserie, mezzanine bar and a wonderful fine dining restaurant, plus a great collection of event rooms and a stunning sky terrace to suit a variety of occasions. The perfect venue for seminars, meetings, parties, mini conferences, private dining, short- and long-term accommodation.
Based near Queen Elizabeth Olympic park and Westfield shopping centre, the venue benefits from a great location and excellent transport links. The adjacent Stratford International station has trains which reach Kings Cross in 6 minutes. London City airport is only 17 minutes away by DLR. Guests can walk 5 minutes to Stratford station, which has excellent Jubilee, Central line and Overground links to central London and further afield. Once the Queen Elizabeth line is opened, Heathrow airport will be reachable within 40 minutes, making the Stratford Hotel an excellent hub for travelling delegates.
The accommodation at The Stratford is exemplary. The bedrooms are spacious and beautifully styled. A blend of tasteful Scandinavian minimalism and ultra-modern gadgets, such as clever lighting, high speed Wi-Fi and tablet controlled in-room entertainment. We tested a fantastic Manhattan Studio room. Featuring 65 square meters of space, a rainforest shower, free-standing bathtub and floor to ceiling windows, this majestic room was big enough for a party. Long term guests will love their loft apartments, which feature fully equipped kitchens, comfortable rooms, luxury linen and weekly housekeeping. Guests can also benefit from access to one of the best equipped hotel gyms we’ve seen, plus a breath-taking rooftop garden. Oh, and they’re dog friendly too.
The Stratford hotel has a wealth of event spaces. They’ve a selection of fully featured rooms that can be tailored for boardroom meetings of 12, or reception and theatre style events of up to 44 guests. The ground floor brasserie is a vibrant open space which includes an inviting fireplace, an art installation and an outdoor terrace. Reception is tucked away, so guests can drink and dine in leisure. Spaces can be booked for drinks parties, group dining and private hire events. The mezzanine space is a glamorous cocktail lounge that can host receptions, parties, informal meetings and networking events. For a taste of luxury, the 7th floor Allegra restaurant is a real treat. Featuring full hire, semi-private and outdoor dining options, plus genuinely delicious food, Allegra is a fantastic choice for high end dining events and canape receptions.
We were genuinely impressed by The Stratford Hotel and can wholeheartedly recommend this venue for accommodation, meetings and all manner of private and corporate events. Enjoyed a lovely meal recently in the main restaurant. Oysters to begin with with some prosecco! Whole sea bream for a main to share which was very enjoyable. Service was excellent and the food was delicious! Highly recommend the restaurant 🏆

Amazing hotel, excellent service
H. V.
Absolutely amazing service with a sophisticated interior loing to accompany the decor. This bar lounge is ideal for those who are seeking executive thrills while drinking and enjoying the high life atmosphere.
K. H.
The lounge downstairs staff they don't know how to make good cocktails especially when charging good price and also when someone is craving for hot coffee and they ask for it the coffee was too cold.
A. S.
The service was quite slow and the cocktails a little unremarkable. Not my vibe interior but that’s personal taste! Food was very nice
M. S.
Friendly staff. It still feels like it is newly opened but I really hope it becomes a success as it is what the area needs in terms of quality and sophistication.
The food menu in the brasserie is concise and features plenty of options, and the bar/cocktail lounge on the mezzanine offer excellent drinks choices plus a wide array of spirits and whiskies to suit every taste.
It was relatively quiet when we visited and the staff seemed keen to make a fuss, which will definitely change in due course, but besides the obvious teething problems it will hopefully become a success.
I'll definitely be returning.
J. W.

Impressive engineering and architecture. Very original. This building is a huge 42-storey structure standing at an massive 143m (469ft) in height with 250 apartments. Whoever owns the penthouse here is easily going to have one of the best views in London.

Excellent new hotel outside of Stratford International. Food very good but comes with the associated price - full breakfast is £18.50. I was offered a complimentary upgrade which was very nice. Think this would be the best hotel around Westfield and Stratford stations.

Brand new residential development in Stratford, a short walk from Westfield shopping centre.

Wow what an amazing place!
Now this building really is something else rather than just another tower block. The cut-outs in the sides mark it out as somthing special from the ground, but get to actually go inside and see the gardens within them and be prepared to be blown away! Really impressive timber clad seating areas that have been incredibly well decorated to both blend in with the building while giving the impression of a more massive ourdoro space than actually exists. Just so quiet and relaxing, all with incredible views as well.
We went inside 3 different lofts all of which are simply amazing. Would you choose the split level loft with the downstairs kitchen or the single level log with the private skygarden? Every bit of this building is incredible with very impressive inerior design, decorated in schemes that just have the correct feeling for a modern building.
All in all I think that we were just incredibly lucky to be able to go on a tour and see selected parts from the inside. Thuis has the look of a landmark that will last and enhance the Strtford skyline fo many years to come.

(Translated) Stayed here for four nights. A family of 5, two adults and children of 0, 5, and 8 years.
Fantastic room and enjoyed it incredibly well. With bath and large shower.
One faucet was loose in the bathroom. Forgot to say anything to the front desk.
But the hotel has only been running for about 8 months. The feeling of new and luxury came quickly when we checked in. Delivery of extra pillows, duvets, and ice cubes in the room is great. Was also very close to the train station. Took the train into the city center almost every day. Goes very fast. Easy to get around with children and pram.

Bodde her i fire netter.
