We had a very lovely stay here. The room was modern and clean with a sliding door to shut out any noise from the corridor. The hotel is surrounded by many areas of interest and not too far from the tube. Didn't get the chance to eat at the restaurants or have breakfast so hopefully next time! Thank you to all the team for an enjoyable visit.

I had one of the best stays ever. From entering the hotel, to being shown my room, I experienced some of the finest hospitality. The detail from the paintings, pillows and desk chair in the lounge has been very well thought out and the view was breath taking. The bed was actually like sleeping on a pillow of clouds and the bathroom with its huge bath tub and powerful shower was such a pleasure to have. The hand delivered macaroons, just topped off the stay alongside a handwritten message by the hotel staff. Thank you for this experience, it couldn't have come at a better time!

Clean, good sized room. Very comfy bed and comfortable soft pillows. Powerful shower and toiletries provided. Breakfast buffet style and ok given covid measures in place. Easily located hotel and a pizza express round thr corner. A great stopover for one night in Central London.

The hotel met every expectation guest can anticipate at a well managed hotel.
The service personnel were always pleasantly accommodating. I recommend this hotel for a flawless stay.

Lovely Hotel with cleverly designed rooms, amazing staff with brilliant rooms for families. Restaurant is anti-family however which makes no sense to me and is why I can't give them 5 stars. I appreciate they're probably more business-focused, but you'd expect at least something if you're going to offer the facility.
That said, i'd visit this hotel again and have already recommended it to others. They just need to dine elsewhere if they have children.

Lovely hotel, great location, polite and friendly staff, couldn't fault anything at all. Very modern, welcoming, comfortable room, lovely comfortable bed. Our only comment would be that the room wasn't quite ready for the 15:00 check-in time, but then we were being keen and was literally walking into the lobby area bang on 15:00. A quick drink in the bar, about half hour later and the room was ready.

Well I have always heard good things about this hotel. I was quite excited to stay there while I was on a work trip, however, the rooms were quite small, and despite it being a lovely vision it has a few architectural flaws, particularly the floors. Basically the shower water would leak out to the room. So the wood had already started to rot at the corner. Perhaps that was just one bad ROOM, BUT the service is excellent!
Also *Spot lights* everywhere! Points out the dust so explicitly, if you've got dust allergy - bring masks.
However the restaurant downstairs is Asian FUSION, which unfortunately means - nothing at all Asian, mostly Fusion heavy. Being Singaporean it was an assault of the taste buds. Its the 'Meat Bao' I am taking about...
Lastly, they put a BASIN in the room. 😭😭😭 Why? That's the epitome of a hostel, when did the Westminster Hotel turn into a excessively expensive HOSTEL is beyond me.. 😅😅😅😅

We have just completed a 2 night short break at The Westminster. I used to stay in this hotel when it was DoubleTree by Hilton and it has now had a refresh. The location is excellent for central London - the Houses of Parliament and Big Ben are just a short walk away. The rooms are small but clean and have everything you need. Staff are helpful. Breakfast was a buffet with plenty of hot and cold choices. The staff are helpful and friendly. Kristina at the front desk was the only one I could remember but everyone was friendly and helpful. I did not eat the the STK steakhouse so cannot comment on this. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this as a great central London boutique hotel.

A great hotel! Lovely room (though view of enclosed courtyard from room window wasn't inspiring). Great breakfast and evrning meal. Not a bad bar - staff were awesome though.

Our stay here was amazing. The location is good, it's quite in the rooms. The rooms are very modern and comfortable to be in. The shower is amazing. No bathtub in my room, which I'm good with.
The front desk staff was amazing, Diana in particular was very helpful. The staff working the continental breakfast was really good too, and the breakfast is worth the added costs.
It's close to the Thames, but you won't get a view, the other buildings around it are just as tall. It's a nice short walk to Westminster Abbey and Parliament buildings. Trafalgar Square is about a mile away.
I would definitely recommend staying here. Oh and the bed was very comfortable!

Great hotel with modern rooms which also has architectural flaws which makes you comfy while staying in the room.
Not to forget that the hotel is well locates in a nice, spacious, luxurious area just 10 mins away from the Parliament and Big Ben.
The staff were helpful and gave me a complimentary upgrade to Queen Premium room upon check in.
Would HIGHLY Recommend the hotel.

A very chic and delightful hotel, right next to parliament. As a diamond member, was given a complimentary upgrade to the 11th floor where the view overlooking the river was spectacular. Highly recommended for anyone wanting a quiet location to stay yet only a 5 minute walk to the bustling Leicester Square

The Curio Westminster London has a very nice, modern atmosphere.
The rooms are small but tastefully decorated and very well thought out with a relatively large walk-in closet. Every corner is used sensibly.
Good breakfast, cool bar and a hip STK Restaurant (very popular on weekends).
The Front Desk and Concierge Team have been outstandingly friendly and extremely helpful in any situation.

Hotel was lovely, from the moment you came in they're looking after you. Staff were very professional and polite! The Queen room was very tidy and well kept. Recently renovated, all the decor was new and modern, and overall it was a very pleasant stay. The receptionists were avaliable 24/7 for any assistance needed. We had a later train so they looked after our bags for us too. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean, refurbished, friendly. Room nice and quiet .. not terribly large but fresh and modern. Good location. They only had 1 beer, Sol, in the bar when i visited, but as they normally have more on tap - upping the star rating. Good place - would certainly stay again

I like the design of the room - sophisticated, Muji-like, and make efficient use of space hence the room didn’t feel too small. Staff are always so eager to help. Nice lobby area and a good steakhouse just upstairs. Very close to the Tate Britain and Westminster (altho the downside is since there were always some sort of demonstrations going on at that area, the bus was always cancelled). Tube station is not that far away of a walk though.
Also, got a nice surprise for my birthday - some chocolates in the room when I arrive. I appreciate the thought! :)
Nothing bad to say - only one thing happened during my stay where there was no hot water in my room. Called the concierge, and he came pretty much straight away to fix it although it was past 12am midnight at that time! Thank you!

The re-do of the Doubletree Hotel is very nice, with a clean and contemporary feel. We arrived early and were able to check in, I think, because there weren't many guests. We stayed in a Queen Guest Room, which was small but interestingly designed for both style and convenience. The bed was firm and comfortable, and the shower was good. The entryway is really the dressing area, with the sink right by the door. The way the desk, extra chair and coffee bar were all built in made very good use of the space.
We also had drinks in the bar which were very good, as well as the service. The reason I gave 4 stars was because I like to leave a nightlight on if I get up in the night to go to the bathroom, but their only option for "restroom nightlight" lit up under the desk by the bed, the shower stall AND the toilet areas, making it practically like daylight all night. Also, the TV had an intermittently poor connection. Otherwise, the staff was very good and the place was clean. (Be sure to request housekeeping or you won't get it.)

Quite frankly, the best hotel in London. The location is absolutely perfect, allowing easy access to all major attractions. From the moment we arrived, we were overwhelmed by the exceptional service from all members if staff- they simply could not do enough for us! The room was extremely clean and all of the decor was beautifully chosen- the bed was the comfiest we have ever slept on!
I cannot praise this hotel enough and I cannot wait to return!!

As I had a birthday dinner planned at STK and as I knew it was going to be a late night, I decided to book a room (queen premium corner room) so as to avoid the hassle of going home in the early hours. I am a HH members which meant I could use my points to part-pay.
The check-in service was quick and seamless. I got room 1206 which looked to be on the highest floor for the rooms. The room looked brand new and immaculate. The wardrobe was very big for London standards - I could literally hide in there! Unfortunately I only stayed for the one night but it would fit several suitcases easy!
The living room area had a cosy sofa to sit on and watch tv. There is also a desk area I could use if I had to log on for work - wifi speed was also good. The bedroom had a lovely big bed and was connected to the bathroom. Basic amenities were present : shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. As for temperature of the room, you had two controls, one for the living room and one for the bedroom - this is perfect as I always love to have it on the cooler side for sleeping.
I did not include breakfast in my room rate as I wanted to try the Bao place instead. In the morning, I did want to make a coffee with the provided machine but unfortunately I couldn't find any coffee capsules - I resorted to coffee at Bao instead.
Check-out was equally seamless. As requested, dinner was already charged to the room and as I had already provided my card details, everything was automatically charged to it without me having to sign anything else - invoice was sent directly to my email, completely paperless which is what I love.
Overall, a perfect stay for me. Rooms are beautifully refurbished, I love the somewhat modern decor and it was also clean and cosy. If I had another event to attend to in the evenings I would definitely consider staying here again. Highly recommend.

A well presented hotel with very kind staff. Some issues with cleaning, some minor food issues and amenities hold this back. An improvement on its predecessor as a double tree, but certainly work to be done to meet the Curio required luxury standard.
C. L.
Great stay at the Curio Westminster. Exceptionally welcoming front desk and a well designed room. Loved the shower and the various lighting options. Great views from the fitness centre too, would stay again in a heartbeat.

Great welcome and reception team. Compact but practical (accessible) room. Central location. Excellent breakfast. Rated down for housekeeping's failure to clean the room when requested.
S. R.
Stay was pleasant enough, nice room and usual great breakfast, but lack of basic staff coordination meant we missed out on a treat being sent to our room!

We last visited the hotel a couple of years ago for the Chelsea flower show, this time was a slightly shorter stay, it has recently been refurbished, great location and great members of staff. I would thoroughly recommend a stay
M. B.
It was ok.
The rooms were basic but the cost was 'cheep'. Our floor was all uneven from where the shower had leaked and lifted the laminates. It meant the doors on the shower and toilet caught and scraped the surface when you opened them. Very disconcerting walking over them.
But, given we were out most of the time it was perfectly adequate.
The bar was nice.
Breakfast was ok if a little uninspiring.
The staff were lovely and very friendly / helpful.

Made to feel very welcome, hotel was lovely inside and out. Great location. Two things to make it even better, have better direction for guests driving in as to where to park. Another was the house keeping lady kept coming round knocking on the door in the early hours..... Very annoying being woken early hours on a Sunday.

Excellent hotel. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The location is great and it was very quiet around the hotel but only a few minutes walk to the bus stop of 20 minutes down the south bank into the heart of London. Would definately stay here again.

I really loved the hotel and it was amazing place to stay , Definitely i recommend ..

Great refurbishment of this hotel, excellent welcoming staff that could do enough for you. The rooms are a standard London size, excellent use of space with a larger wardrobe than you might expect, full size hair dryer and decent iron and ironing board. Breakfast was great, good selection and eggs cooked to order. The hotels in a great location around 10 mins walk to Pimlico tube station which is 2 stops away from Oxford Circus or 1 from Green park interchange, there's a couple of pubs and shops including a Sainsburys around the corner. Its so quiet that you wouldn't know you were in central London The cut through at the side of the hotel to the Thames very useful. A great stay would absolutely stay again next time in London

(Translated) Elegant and modern hotel, friendly and always present staff
the corner room met our expectations, equipped with everything for the bathroom, towels, bathrobes and slippers, and even an espresso coffee machine.
The comfy bed with a nice topper, super quiet room! we slept great the 4 nights we were here.
Convenient location for walking to Westminster Abbey.
The only thing to improve: the cleanliness of the room, you have to tell the reception if you want the room redone.
Unfortunately, however, the floor was not swept or vacuumed very well.

Hotel elegante e moderno, staff gentile e sempre presente
