me and my boyfriend went for 1 day away and ended up staying for 3 nights… why? Please in all honest I’ve never in my life been to a hotel where the staff are so kind hearted. We had to make on complaint while we was there but they was extremely helpful! I found 2 staff members very who had good energy and was funny to have a chat too, but didn’t get their names! One was a gentleman with a bread he served up the pizza we order which was lovely! And the young lady whom helped me reduce my migraine when I had to ask for ice in a towel to numb the pain… she was such a lovely lady!
I loved my healthy breakfast of granola with yogurt and jam was very filling plus unlimited tea and coffee in the morning helps!
The only cons I have is that I think the pillows was too flat for my liking and that housekeeping only cleaned our room once out of the 3 nights. So I kept cleaning it to ensure it was fine.
But honestly I would stay there again in fact my partner had the blues when we left and was sad on the way home. First time I’ve ever had him sleep like a baby
Definitely a 5* review!

Super great stay! I had to rebook several times due to covid regulations and complications and it was super easy, no problem at all. Be careful though as the booking itself cannot be cancelled. I also initially booked a room for myself and then wanted to add an extra person to the trip which was also no problem. Super friendly, helpful, and polite staff. The rooms are a bit small, there is no fridge and there is little place to store your belongings but personally I found no issue with it as it was a short stay anyway. Check-in and check-out was very simple, quick, and easy. The location is superb and compared to the other prices in the area, this one is really worth it!

Stayed in this hotel twice with my girlfriend. We love it, its 10-20min walk from Houston train station and its location is very you a walk away from anywhere, including all tourist attractions. The rooms are small but they have everything you need and are very well set out i think. The hotel has a 24/7 desk, a late bar and restaurant offering good quality and tasting food.

A great hotel if you are only staying one or two nights, are a solo traveler and want to be in a central hotel. Rooms are quite small with the comfortable queen sized bed occupying most of the room. Only a small stool/desk if you wanted to be anywhere other than the bed. No storage or anywhere to put your case in the room. Good air-conditioning with tech to get the right light and open and close the blinds. Quite tight en suite but a reasonable size shower. Quiet room and couldn't hear outside noise
Would pick somewhere bigger if I was going to be in the room more than just to sleep/ staying longer than a night or two but is perfect if you just need somewhere to sleep for the night.

The Z Hotels are always an unusual choice of hotel. They're all a little different, but room wise you know what you're getting. A comfy bed, kettle, TV and a bathroom with a shower.
Sometimes if you're lucky, you might get a small hallway, or a window with a view, sometimes you might get enough room to take your shoes and jacket off but with no window.
If you plan on staying for a few nights, with time spent in your room then it's probably not for you, but if you're after a place to get in, sleep shower and leave, then it's the perfect place. Stayed at multiple locations for work, and can't complain.

Great location. I know the rooms are small but they are smartly designed, very clean, very quiet and very comfortable.
Easy and hassle free check in, and I forgot to get my invoice and a lady called Nicola very kindly took my details, investigated it and then emailed it to me. Excellent service. Great value hotel.
G. H.
Really nice staff. Very helpful. Christina cooked me a bacon sandwich way after the breakfast time and was very helpful. Good value for money. Greg Hall London Rank Met Officer.

The wet/shower room was horrendous. It was surrounded by frosted glass which gave no privacy at all. 2 friends sharing a room!! Really. You had to avert your eyes when the other was sitting on the toilet. We had bunk beds, quirkey and comfortable, but anyone of an age would have struggled to climb up. It was all very clean, which is why I gave three stars. We needed two beds. This seemed to be the only twin room.

I love the Z hotel concept, good bed & shower, great location. Only thing, check-in was a disaster, super unfriendly as I got a new bank card, so that was different from the one I used to book, they transferred back the original payment and had to repay at the desk, during the whole process the girl never showed any empathy, it was all my fault…

The Z Hotel offers a beautiful, quaint place to stay that’s perfect for solo travelers. The rooms can be quite small (my queen bed touched 3 of the 4 walls) but the staff are friendly and the service is prompt. They also run a 24/7 bar in the lobby and offer food throughout the day. Check-in and check-out was seamless, and the hotel was conveniently located next to an Underground station and within walking distance from major shops and restaurants.
S. H.
First impressions count, and being ignored by three staff whilst waiting patiently to be checked in is not a great start.
As for the room, I actually laughed at home small and cramped it was. I've never stayed in such a small double room. Sorry the photos aren't better but this was the only angle I could get in such a small space

Well located hotel, nice breakfast (warm croissant with good butter and jam and fresh orange juice), the man serving breakfast was kind and helpful.
However, really slow check in (lots of people travelling for business at rush hour trying to get into their rooms at once - surely a hotel in Holborn should be better equipped to deal with this?), musty, stuffy room and constant buzz in the room. Stair well to the back of the hotel (directly behind my room) had no signposting and it wasn't clear whether guests were meant to use it (decorating in progress on some floors, no signage to know when you had reached the floor with reception or how to get to reception - I got quite lost). Man on reception in the morning unhelpful and dismissive (they asked how I slept; I gave an honest and polite answer; they were dismissive and reluctantly said someone would email me; still waiting).
Stayed in a 'King' room. Size good for location. Handy to have use of an iron. Shower decent. Could do with some hooks in room/ bathroom for hanging towels and coats. Nice to have a big bottle of water.
A. T.
Does what it needs to- good for overnight stays on a short visit but wouldn't recommend if you're looking for anything longer than a couple of days.
Room was comfy, with good shower and comfortable bed. Can get loud at night through the internal air vent system
S. K.
The staff was polite and helpful. When we booked our room it was not mentioned that we would get a room in the basement. Walking past all the supply carts ect. Secondly the room is apparently cleaned after three days. We did not even get a bottle of water. On requesting the staff provided us one on the second day.
C. A.
Simple no-frills hotel that does everything you need. I'd have appreciated a more private bathroom but no other concerns. They do a great bacon butty for breakfast!
I. W.
Loved it !everything was great ! Maybe an extra pillow but that's me being fussy ! an ultra modern room ,sky TV 👍queen bed,the service reception were very efficient and helpful ,bag storage so when we checked out we can leave there to enjoy the rest of our London stay until ready for the train home 👏
R. P.
Big fan of this concept. Good quality room, nice tech, lovely bed and awesome shower. Just perfect for an overnight stay in the middle of London. Price and service really good as well. Will absolutely be using again.
G. C.
The rooms are small but ideal for a short stay. There is no phone in the room so make sure you have roaming in your mobile. The reception staff can't call a taxi or uber so download the uber app to order your own. The restaurant is small serving only pizza and potato wedges. Breakfast is 5 pounds extra with a choice of a croissant, a bacon wrap or a yoghurt and granola pot with unlimited tea/ coffee and that's ok for the price. The location is excellent and within walking distance of musical theatre, shopping, Soho.
I. M.
Loved this compact, stylish and functional room. Very clean bedding and towels. Everything you need for a short stay. IMO There is not enough storage for longer stays with more luggage, but that's not what this is about, I think. Aircon essential as with it off the room heated up very quickly.
E. S.
The room exceeded my expectations, very clean and tidy, comfy bed, great facilities!
M. K.
Everything you need from a hotel room for a really reasonable price right in the centre of London. Clean, comfortable, minimal noise from outside room.
T. H.
Rooms are a little small, but well kitted with everything you need for a short stay in the city at an unbeatable price. Friendly and helpful staff and a lift for luggage.
A. B.
Good value for the price. Comfortable beds in a quiet environment. Small rooms but convenient for the price.
K. H.
Super clean, super friendly staff, very pleasant short stay. Thanks
B. G.
Lovely deco and Ambiance. Located central to all restaurants and transport
Staff lively, welcoming and informative. Got a free upgrade due to staying for our anniversary. Lovely surprise in our room which was a nice gesture. Would defo recommend and visit again
S. W.
Fantastic hotel, really quiet and value for money. Right next to the theatres. Air conditioning , super tv at the end of the bed, free fruit and tea/coffee. Great staff, thanks to all, see you again soon!
Z. D.
Great hotel. Good prices. Small rooms but good for short stays.
S. K.
Very nice but does not have room service. Other than that a very nice hotel and prime location for attractions. Lovely customer service but there's always that one staff... that karren - you'll know who that is. Stuck up face and can't be arsed to help. Overall very very nice 👌
R. S.
Very clean and modern room with everything you need. Staff were helpful and professional. Great price for central London.
S. T.
Excellent hotel, great location. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again.
S. K.
Spent the weekend there. Would of gave it a 5 star if the rooms were slightly bigger. However the staff were very helpful and attentive and the rooms were super clean
A. H.
The location of the hotel I could not fault. We stayed 2 nights and found it very small for a couple.Did not enjoy climbing over my partner in middle of night to access bathroom.Very clean hotel and friendly staff.okay if your a single traveller.hence why only 3 stars.
P. B.
Excellent value for money if you need a room for an overnight stay in central London.
I. S.
Few minutes walk from London Euston. I will recommend Z hotel. The room was very neat an tidy. Very cosy bed to sleep on.
B. B.
What a refreshing place this is, rooms are small but value for money with simple but delightful breakfast.
M. A.
Stayed here a few times in 2020 (before lockdowns) and always had good experience. Very clean and tidy, with friendly service. Rooms are very compact but efficient, good shower available and v.large TV, beds are comfortable. For the price, very good, and excellent location.
R. J.
Wow!!! This is quite a new hotel, open just over a couple of months. And they've taken a great concept, and executed it very very well.
While in London and you just want a base to sleep, this is perfect! Rooms are small and compact, but very well kitted out. Good quality bed, linen, towels. Good air con, shower and very quiet too.
We opted for an inside queen room, plenty of room for our needs, great shower in the morning too.
The breakfast looked good although we skipped that. And the complimentary cheese and wine from 5-7pm, a very lovely touch.
Lots of competition within this area for places to stay, but with a good competitive pricing strategy, Z Hotel Holborn could well become a popular player in the market and take custom away from some of the more established brands
A+

Budget hotel but very clean and polite staff we plan to stay again
S. W.
Good value, internal room clean and functional. Good staff, even checking that we were well
P. F.
Very small rooms but clean, modern, good service and great price.
K. M.
Left my headphones there came back later and the staff helped me find them. Great value cosy room. Nice decor and grand entrance.
S. N. D.
Clean, modern rooms - they are small, but I don't think you could ask for much more when it's in such a central location and at an affordable price. Friendly staff, will definitely return!

I found staying at the Z Hotel in Holborn to be one of the best hotel experience i have had in a very long time.
As a business owner i have stayed at top end hotels and some budget hotels in my time however none of the come remotely close to how i was made felt very welcome and i had all my needs catered for.
I will give a few examples, i requested more towels and within 5 minutes the nice young gentlemen delivered to my door along with some water and a cup and a spoon all items i requested along with a smile and a simple thank you.
This is the service delivery people do expect but rarely is achieved for many reasons could be time, being busy or other reasons.
I stayed at the hotel for two days for work purposes and my stay has been very good from start to finish.
My blinds worked perfectly, my 49 Inches TV with movie channels worked perfectly and my bed was one of the most softest and welcoming beds i have had the pleasure of sleeping in after a long hard day at the office over the christmas holidays.
If i could have given this hotel 10 Star i would but google only allow 5 star.
Finally,
The shower was amazing it was like having a massage early in the morning very wonderful plus the rooms meet all my needs had a kettle, cups, spoons, sugar, coffee and milk.
I will be coming in the future and the price at £50 per night for my stay was a good price range.
I will be recommending this Z Hotel to my friends and family for there London stay.
Its the small details that made my stay that little more better like how the coffee and sugar tray is arranged so you can select your sugar and coffee in a suitable manner and not knocking anything over, the TV volume is set to 30 can not go any higher this is good as you dont want to stay in a hotel and find your traveller next door has their on full volume and finding they have to me what looks like mood lighting very posh but i liked it.
And the shower and toliet area was something i would have seen in a 5 star or 7 star hotel so that was a big bonus to find.
The people made the business and they are the most important part of the business and alway was made welcome no need was too big or small for the to handle and always with a human smile.
I will be coming back in the new year 2021.
If you not sure just try something new and stay at Z Hotel in Holborn you in my opinion can not be disappointed.
Thank You.
J. C.
Nice hotel, very reasonable priced , but most of all the staff were great. Especially the night staff couldn't be more attentive.
J. “. B.
Simplistic and convenient in a busy city. Easy to get too and near all theatres, especially gillian lynne.
Rooms are small and cozy. Prices for rooms are pretty cheap.
T. L.
Good room but the sly didn't work for the 2 nights i stayed there most recently, has always worked in the past
D. K.
We stayed for a single night. Great tiny rooms for quick visit to London. Beds are rather uncomfortable.
K. F.
New hotel very close to Holborn tube station and the British museum. My entire room was about the size of two and a half double beds (including the bed); compact bathroom, no windows. Very comfortable though and clever design with space for one person for a one or two nights. At the price and with such a central location it was a great deal and I slept well. Very welcoming check in. Shall return.
C. G.
Nice clean hotel and modern but the room size was just very claustrophobic especially if you want to work in your room it wasn't very comfortable for that purpose.
M. G.
A true gem of a hotel in the city centre. Price ways amazing, paid 80 GBP for a double room. You cannot get that easy in London! The room was very compact in a good sense, well styles, high quality facilities and quiet. The whole room was a great experience. If you are more than 1.9m tall, please ask for a room with a larger bed. Staff was helpful and friendly. It deserves 5 stars!
N. D.
First time staying at a Z hotel. Reception very nice, check in easy, still plenty of people working on fitting out the building. First impression of room? Wow it is small! Second impression? But perfectly formed! What do I want from a London hotel room? Comfy bed, clean, decent shower, kettle, quiet, a/c, WiFi. Room gets a big positive tick for all of these. Nice to haves are window that opens, blackout blinds, bottled water. Z room also gets big tick for these.
Overall the room was great - but it is small, if you are ok with caravan, ship cabin or sleeper train you well be fine. But the room is much better equipped than any of these, big TV and room controls were a delight.
Free wine and cheese was a bonus and very nice, staff were all friendly and seemed happy to be there.
I didn't eat there, why would you when there is so much choice near by?
Overall it was great for solo business travel and I well definitely be staying again. Won't be for everyone but I am now a fan.
And I paid £95 for a spotless, well equipped room in central London!! (I have literally paid over £400 to stay near here and it was no better, just more spacious and snobby.)
C. L.
Friendly staff, good rooms but compact. Will stay again with Z Hotels soon
M. F.
Great place to stay for a short stay, will admit the rooms are small but to a very high standard from comfy beds, cleen sheets and showering facilities are amazing. All controlled by touch of a button, great Air con too and great size of tv included are sports and movie channels. Flawless checking in and out service and staff are very pleasant and welcoming. Only down side of my stay was I was out sightseeing and came back to relax, maids tapping your door at 4pm in afternoon to see if room needed done to which we put a sleep sign on our door. But this was only a small issue and would highly recommend.. Also great location only 25 min walk to Euston station and 35 to King's Cross. But in the heart of all the attractions. Will definitely stay again
c. g.
Clean and reasonable priced for the area. Good concept and stayed in similar hotels in nee York (pod hotel). Only downside is they could have done things different with storage space in room, example under bed made draws or small cupboard to store luggage
B. Z.
Staff very helpful kind and emphatic, good value for money at a very good location

Stayed in what was the family, would not recommend unless you are a very close and open family as the space is very small; anyone using the bathroom can be seen clearly through the frosted glass and the steps up to the bunk/2nd double bed are a health hazard as I slipped on them coming down and but for the fact I was holding on to the railing it could have ended badly for me. In terms of location and accessibility it's ideal and with an NCP car park located in very close proximity its great for those who want to drive into London.
R. A.
I’ve stayed at City and Holborn hotels.
Rooms aren’t always cleaned/refreshed when I’ve returned from work (around 4pm)
They offer members a free drink once per day but staff sometimes have tried to charge me for this or said it’s not available
Staff could be more helpful
Other than that they are good hotels at good locations in London

(Translated) Nice new and central hotel. The rooms are super clean! But you have to consider here the rooms are also extremely small !! The bathroom was made of glass with a view and a sliding door. Therefore, you should have a very good relationship with your room partner! :)
The only thing I didn't like about this hotel was the noise at night. Couldn't sleep well without an ohropax. But I had some with me.

(Translated) We stayed in this hotel for a few days, we would have liked to spend more days but it was impossible on our part.
To start with Dumitru was the best receptionist in the hotel without hesitation! We arrived late and he gave us where we could go to buy some things we needed, he explained where we were located and how we could get to each place, the truth was that he was a charming boy.
The rooms are small yes, but that already puts it when you see the hotel on the website! We spent two days and we were fine, it is clear that it is a hotel for people who are really just going to rest ... thank you very much again to Mr. Dumitru for making us feel at home! Congratulations !!

Felicitaciones !!
