I loved this place. The location could not have been better for going to a show, shopping, the national gallery, restaurants... fab. The rooms are a bit small but fine for me. Very clean, friendly staff, drinks and food available. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were excellent. It is on a side street so there wasn't much road noise. We were able to leave our bags so we could walk around unhindered after check out. And the prices can't be beat. Great place.
E. K.
Tiny rooms with glass wall shower/toilet, which means you can hear and feel everything instantly. Not much privacy;-)
However the room was tidy, bed comfy and there was more tea and coffee than in Hilton at Heathrow airport.
Location is simply perfect and people at the service desk are very kind and helpful.
All in all I would be happy to come back.
A. P.
Very clean and excellent position for Leicester Square, China Town and Theatres. Will definitely use again. Not the biggest of rooms but had everything we needed for a 2 night stay. I would have liked better lighting. Quite dark.
J. H.
The location is undoubtedly convenient if you are planning to have all various food around the Leicester Square and you won’t be disappointed with this friendly hotel. Additionally they can keep you luggage no matter before check in or after check out. Only one pity thing is tight space. What a sad.

This hotel is all about location, 2 min walk from Piccadilly tube station and near many theatres and, the Comedy Store. We arrived 2 hours before check in, our room was ready so on we went, receptionist was very good. We booked a Queen Room, not sure but dont think the bed albeit very comfortable, is a queen size. Bed is tucked into a corner so will be difficult to get out without disterbing my partner. The toilet and shower is in a glass cubicle in the corner, very little privacy. Room was very clean but quite noisy. We can hear next doors shower and toilet! Noise from the road could also be an issue for some. Overall, room is fine for 1/2 nights, we will use this hotel again.

Immaculately clean, comfy bed. Great price for location. Very compact room, downfall was because bed was rammed against the window, I kept banging my elbow against the windowsill and bed was very cold for the first hour.
E. F.
Lovely hotel, not huge, but just right for a night or 2. The room was very clean and comfortable and staff were polite. Will definitely be staying again
j. c.
Compact bedroom but with everything you need in fantastic central location. Clean, great bed, big TV and v. quiet. Definitely will use again
S. C.
Fabulous. Central to everything we went to see. Clean and great use of space. 24 hour reception which provided food and drink. Price was spot on. Definitely book again when visiting London

As far as I'm concerned Z Hotels simply can't be beaten if you're wanting somewhere to stay. Rooms are very small but then that's what I like about them. Everything is within your reach, well though of and very stylish. The room features are fantastic, huge Smart TV with all the Sky channels, aircon, free tea/coffee etc. and a powerful shower. The only thing I would improve is the number of usable power points as they are very limited, especially when one is a Euro style socket. Yes this is good for travelers but as most will have an adaptor there seems little point. Apart from this I can't fault the place, and the team were very warm and welcome. Very typical of Z Hotels and one of their finest assets, well done to you all.

All good except couldn't get air conditioning to work and so room was pretty stuffy. No phones in room to contact reception and didn't want to have to go down 4 floors to find someone to fix. I didn't sleep well! Also most of the TV apps didn't work, I think more checks on rooms are needed. Staff were charming on reception though.
G. B.
Stayed in the room opposite the lift for two nights and slept ok but was woken up a few times in the night. Unfortunately the lift makes a noise when it rises that sounds like someone is knocking on the room door, not ideal but then the pipes for the air-conditioning unit make an even worse noise. The room was otherwise clean and comfortable. Watch out when in the bathroom - there's not loads of space (reasonable for the location) but the shower door is clear glass with no safety markings on it and easy to crack your head on if you either forget it's their or stand up quickly from your ablutions.

I've stayed at a couple of the Z Hotels (Piccadilly and The Strand) and I have found them to be perfect for a short stay in London. These 2 hotels are perfectly situated to explore all of what London has to offer.
The rooms are very snug (i.e. small) but they are perfectly formed with everything you need for a short stay. All the furnishings have a quality feel and a lot better than hotels that cost twice as much.
The hotel staff are always very friendly and helpful.
If you are heading down to London for a short stay then give Z Hotels a try. You won't regret it.
D. O.
Friendly, safe, comfortable and good value. Excellent customer service. Within short walking distance of all the spots in Central London we intended to visit. Very compact room but good value having regard to prime location.
S. L.
I stayed for 4 nights so I got to experience the hotel pretty well.
I would recommend the hotel for a 2 day max stay to someone who is on a business trip/ sightseeing with their partner.
Pros :
✅ Amazing location
✅ Room has nice size (small but bigger than many hotels in London)
✅ Rooms are luminous
✅ The place is clean and I actually really liked the lobby. The exterior of the hotel is nice too!
✅ Staff is polite
✅ Breakfast is cheap : 5£
Cons :
❌ Actually quite noisy at night : you can always hear water running from the toilets and if someone is talking in the hallway.
❌ Wifi is not reliable : I was even blocked off some fairly basic websites like LawTeacher
❌ Faulty air conditioning : the room can be too cold or too hot at times.
❌ Cleaning ladies do not take care of your room even if you put a sign up. After 3 days, my rubbish bin was full to the brim and I struggled to get my hands on some non-tap water. It made the remaining day a little awkward.
❌ I was disappointed that breakfast was not included. I feel like they could have included it for this price. I was willing to pay for it but they don't have much choice and they did not have croissants which is a no-go for me.
❌ The only separation between the room and the bathroom is the glass-like panel of the shower : Do not book a room with someone else if you are uncomfortable with them seeing you half naked.

Ideal Hotel for theatre land, stayed overnight on our visit, staff very informative and helpful, our room was clean with a separate shower and toilet, bed very comfortable.
Breakfast, who can not resist a bacon sandwich freshly cooked with endless cups of tea, really good value. We would certainly stay again for future visits
L. C.
What amazing place! The rooms were very clean, perfect for a short stay, everything you need including a hot and powerful shower. Air-con in the room. The staff couldn't do enough for us from telephone enquires when I had a problem they were great! The location is fantastic absolutely in the centre of London you can get anywhere. The breakfast was cooked fresh too. Perfect for a short stay in the heart of London. Thank you everyone and can't wait to stay again!
M.
Very nice hotel. Small rooms but very neat and tidy lovely very very hot and powerful shower
M. B.
Great price for central London in a modern, clean and well decorated hotel. Rooms not huge but nowhere in the area is. Exceptional location in the West End
G. D.
Lovely small Hotel right in the centre of the West End, the rooms are small but very clean and the staff are friendly and professional, would definitely choose this Hotel again.
N. W.
Good front of house service, rooms were "compact" but clean and functional.
L. B.
Excellent value for money for an hotel that is literally seconds walk from Picadilly Circus and everywhere else in Central London. Fabulous, friendly and helpful staff too. Will definitely be coming back!
t.
I loved it. Tiny room but perfect for one person, in an excellent location. Room was very clean and fresh, and nice little cafe/bar downstairs.
R. H.
Great location, reasonable price, very clean hotel and great staff, room was quite small, more suited for short trips, or solo travelling but a great stay nonetheless!
S. A.
Chose this hotel because its in the middle of Picadilly circus , which makes it easier for me to get to all the places i wanted to visit, as everything was within walking distance! Not to mention japan centre is a few steps away! The bed is the most comfortable bed ive slept on too which is perfect , and Martyna who handled our check in and check out was super friendly, helpful and gave us 5* customer service !
N. H.
Nice little hotel in the centre of London. Nice staff. Clean rooms, even if a bit cozy. Would stay again.
S. C.
Nice modern hotel. However rooms are very small. If your over 5'10 you will have to sleep diagonal across the bed. Also wouldn't advise for new couples or friends unless you are already familiar with each other as the bathroom is in the room and separated by a glass panne that's only frosted the lower half. Ideal for business stay which is what I used it for
W. K.
Best location, friendly staff. Rooms are a bit too cozy but beds are very comfortable.
J. P.
Clean room, accommodating staff, 5 min walk to Piccadilly Circus, next to great museums and restaurants. Will definitely come back and very recommendable
C. W. V. H.
5stars for an hotel that offers simple accommodation. It’s spotless. Exceptional design, fitting everything we need into a small room. Comfortable bed. Very good service. Been to 3 Z hotels and I recommend them.
B. Č.
Location 10/10
Value for money 10/10
Would suggest only for sort term.
No air in room. Small place.
j. b.
I have reviewed this visit on the hotels own site ,but was so fantastically surprised to discover, this little jem in the heart of London ,the welcome was brilliant, the service couldn't be bettered. The room though small had everything a guest could ask for. Comfortable double bed, great shower room ,free WiFi !! As the lift was temporarily unavailable, the staff offered to carry my case upstairs for me. Real service!! And the price so reasonable for Central London.
N. S.
Really good value for money. Only needed a room for 1 night. Room was compact but had everything that you would need for short stay. Will be staying again
A. S.
It is good for the location. Our room was not very clean, uncomfortable mattress and it is not sound proof. You can hear everything from outside.
r. b.
Staying for 4 days love it everything is close by which is so handy when it comes to a good night out dining and sight seeing
ר. ב. נ.
Cons -
1. Wifi didnt work the whole stay
2. The room is not ventilated well
3. Rooms are very small
4. No privacy at all when using the toilet (sound wise)
Pros -
1. Amazing location (near everything)
2. Clean and maintained
3. Good service
4. Fair price
A. 5.
Pros:
-Cheap and excellent location
-Strong showers, it was actually better than my own shower at home
-the bed was fairly comfortable and big
-WiFi was about 10Mb/s download
-air conditioning in rooms
Cons:
-I would describe it as just above minimum standard, which is really far from luxury
-the room sizes are super small, so if you are planning to do a floor workout, sorry it’s not possible
-the tea and coffee selection was not great and again the soap and shampoo is very minimal
-homeless guy literally sleeping at the entrance and nobody bothered to move him making it feel uncomfortable
-the lobby was not very exciting and I wish it had a little more taste to it
Overall reasonable comfort for a cheap price in a prime location so i can’t really complain

GOOD HOTEL, BUT ...
This hotel is in the perfect location for Central London. A 1 minute walk away from Piccadilly Gardens and a two minute walk to Trafalgar square, so if you want to enjoy the West End nightlife, this is the most perfect hotel you can imagine.
It's clean and modern and the staff are largely pleasant and helpful.
The only downsides are that the rooms are small, and even after paying for an upgrade on my room, I received a room that was virtually identical (so don't pay the extra). The walls are paper thin, so if you're a light sleeper - request a room that's at the end of the building away from the lift.
But other than that, if you get a good deal on this hotel, it comes recommended.
C. S.
Decent price and modernish room with high quality fixtures and fittings but the double room I was in was double only in name and definitely not in size.
The double room I was in had no area to store a bag or case, no convenient place to dry a towel and the bed was blocked in on 3 sides. In the middle of the night if you needed to use the toilet, you'll be waking your partner as you'll be climbing over them.
Another thing to think about if you aren't going solo, the bathroom is translucent as it's made of glass with some frosted sections. This means you'll have to be quite comfy around who you're going with because they're going to hear and maybe see everything.
And finally, speaking of hearing everything, of course being in London, there is going to be noise at night, but it feels fair to say that you could hear the fine ladies and gentlemen shouting and screaming on the streets around the hotel. I don't really hold that against the hotel, but more just informative for anyone. Unfortunately during my stay though there were a fair few people who enjoyed shouting and screaming at around 1am, but that's likely due to the euros.
Other than that, the location is quite good, Trafalgar Square being a 2 minute walk away, and a Tesco just as close. I would definitely stay here again for business, but definitely absolutely not for pleasure.

Ticks every box. Amazing location. Friendly staff. Spotlessly clean. Reasonably priced and a £5 breakfast. What's not to love!
s. s.
The Hotels location is perfect, the price is good, rooms are clean, hotel staffs are kind and polite.I loved it.
D. O.
Great location, but rooms are kind of small for the price.
L. W.
Fantastic location, friendly staff, well-maintained rooms. Great value for money.
S. H.
Really good price and decent bed and set up - good facilities for the price and excellent location
Only niggles are the bathroom Wall is glass so you don’t have much privacy from your significant other when using the lavatouire
M. A. T.
Great location, very close to Chinatown. The room is a bit small but it was clean and everything looked tidy. The bathroom wall is glass which is frosted on the bottom part. Staff are very friendly and accommodating ❤
M. V.
A minute walk to Piccadilly circus, very clean smart looking hotel and only £55 a night on sunday
J. C.
Such lovely efficient staff. Helpfull and happy at all times and showed a real interest in their quests Yes, the rooms are snug, but immaculate and have everything you need plus an excellent shower. Great breakfast buffet at very reasonable price and free cheese and wine early evening was plentiful and well attended. Very good value for money in an excellent location. Would highly recommend. Thank you again to all the staff involved.
R. J.
Firstly great reception, we were welcomed in and greeted with orange water, after the morning of running around through the tube fighting the human tsunami it was a pleasant unexpected welcome.
The reception staff were very professional and efficient, we were informed of an issue with the AC but were given a complementary breakfast, wine and cheese for the issue so that was also an issue well worked out and catered for.
The room is on the small side but what they have done with the space is impressive, the shower space is practical, functional and stylish. The room was exceptionally clean and has sky sports in the room which meant I could watch the football whilst she got ready...45 minutes +extra time well spent.
T. S.
Great location. Customer service exceed my expectations. Small room with everything needed, very clean and stylish. Ideal for short tourist trip. Hotel prepared greeting set for my son to his birthday- it was so cute. Happy hours with wine and cheese are awesome, it was ideal instead of dinner. Only one negative point from my site - ventilation a beat noisy at night.
L. W.
Great spot to stay in. Hotel was very clean and the staff helpful. Unfortunately the AC in my room didn't work which made for an uncomfortable hot night.
J. G.
Great place to have nice dinner and some cocktails with good music
P. L.
Fo sheezy ma neezy. Clean fresh and breezy check in is eazy and da place ain't too sleazy.
A. M.
Great little room hotel staff couldn't do enough great experience and will be back again 👍
S. M.
Clean, friendly staff, reasonable price and ideal area for roaming around the historic places.
M. A.
The hotel has a great location - a lot of theatres are within walking distance, the subway and buses are very close. Granted, the rooms are small, but it's perfect for me - I know I'm here to enjoy the city, not spend lots of time in my room. There's complimentary water in the room, as well as a kettle for tea, coffee and hot chocolate which is also there. From 5 to 8 pm you can enjoy complimentary wine and cheese. There's also cookies and chocolate. My mom was absolutely crazy about how great everything was. They also have good breakfast. There's only two complaints - the AC can get a bit loud and we saw the elevator break (people were trapped inside). It is currently in maintenance though, so all should be good soon!
k. b.
Stayed here numerous times and every time has been excellent.
Great location, very clean and the staff are always super friendly and helpful.
M. M.
Cheap, small, simple. Just as advertised. The staff was very friendly and helpful. If you just need a place to sleep near the center of London this is a great place!
Just a word of warning, the rooms are actually as small as they look. Which was fine for me, but might get a bit too small for two people.
M. B.
We went to London for a weekend and stayed at The Z Hotel Piccadilly, located only 3 minutes walk from the subway station Piccadilly Circus.
As we wanted to be in walking distance to Oxford Street, The London Eye and other things we wanted to see, the location was perfect.
The room was really small but we already knew that from the booking so it didn't come as a surprise. It's suitable for shorter trips when you only carry a hand luggage.
The design was modern and clean.
All the staff in the combined reception and a small snackbar were very nice and helpful.
A nice thing was the complimentary wine and cheese they offered all guests in the evenings. A really kind gesture!
There was a breakfast which looked good with a small variety of things to choose from but we chose to eat out.
If we go to London again we will definitely consider this hotel again.
G.
The hotel was modern and nice and clean. The rooms are compact, but had everything I required. The location is excellent, especially if you want to do the tourist attractions. The free wine and cheese on the evening was and excellent touch. I will be staying again.
R. P.
Clean tidy and comfy rooms at a great price. Thanks guys 😁
m. h.
Perfect location , rooms are similar to most London hotel properties in size. The staff lead by the manager Paula is very helpful.
Paula the manager has personally assisted me with all my needs and exceeded my expectations with her nice gestures and perfect service. I highly recommend this hotel. A bonus tip , ask for their discount code they will happily give it to you.
A. E.
Absolutely fantastic hotel, the staff are so friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and stocked with all you need.
The only down point is the cup of tea with breakfast was stone cold.... but that's such a minor problem.
We will definitely book there for our London trips in future.
S. M.
The staff were very welcoming. The hotel is on a quiet street and there was no noise from other guests. The rooms were compact, but we'll appointed. The cheese and wine in the evening was a welcome social event. I would recommend and will certainly stay there again.
K. H.
very pleasant staff nice clean room close to all the famous sites and thearters, hotel is in a very good position 2minutes to Piccadilly circus and Liecester Square.
A. D.
While my room was tucked away in the basement, the overall experience was great. The rooms were small but very efficient in their use of space and well kept. Breakfast was great (lots of imported meats and cheeses) and complimentary wine/cheese for happy hour. Would highly recommend.
L. S.
Second time at the Z Hotel and there isn't much to complain about at all. Small but practical and clean rooms, very centrally located and reasonably priced. Lift was out of order and the room was a bit cold - but the staff carried my bag and the temperature is adjustable.
A. A.
The strength of this hotel is its location - while it's not in the middle of Piccadilly, it is a block away which makes access and commutes very simple. The staff are also very helpful and friendly, and the hotel makes effective use of its space. However, the rooms are incredibly tiny, and the bathroom walls are made up of glass; even if you can't fully see through (which you still can to some extent), it does feel invasive because every sound can be heard from the outside. If you are planning on staying for a few nights (2-3) either alone or someone you're comfortable with, this is a good hotel. But don't come with someone you don't necessarily want to share a small 'transparent' room with.
C. C.
Excellent experience. He staff was incredibly friendly. The room was small, as expected, but nicer than expected. The shower was fantastic. The Continental breakfast was also quite good, and the atmosphere in the cafe was great in general. Finally, the location is stellar.
I absolutely recommend this place, and would certainly stay here again.
R. G.
A really well executed central London hotel. Pleasant efficient staff. A tiny room but clean and comfortable with a decent bed and an attractive shower. The breakfast was good, excellent buffet selection and even the coffee was good quality. Great position tucked in behind the National Gallery and, for London, very good value.
M. M.
Needed a place to stay in London unexpectedly. My expectations based on the price were exceeded. Very good value for money overall. Warm welcome. Comfy, clean, compact room. I would recommend and I will return.
E. A.
I don't usually write reviews but I had such a lovely time at Z Piccadilly. It's a compact hotel which I thought would be rough for a week but it was actually great. I loved the wine and cheese in the evening and the location is prime. The best part was the staff. Everyone was super generous, helpful and fun. Thanks folks!
C. B.
Friendly staff, excellent location, clean and stylish rooms.
B. O. N.
Very modern, central hotel. Rooms are clean and contain all you need. An addition of a chair to sit on would be helpful. We arrived 45 mins before the 3pm check in and were not allowed access to the room which was slightly annoying. Staff were friendly and helpful but sometimes seemed disorganised. Loved the complimentary wine and cheese on arrival. Very impressive. Other nice touches include lending guests umbrellas in the rain and fresh water in the room each day. Bathroom is a bit small and a little too 'see through' to be comfortable. Overall a great city centre hotel. Will certainly be returning. Mainly because the Location is fantastic.
o. m.
Great hotel, staff super friendly, perfect locationand great price . Will definitely return thanks guys
I. L.
Superb location - probably the best. service is excellent and the staff are very welcoming and helping. every day from 5pm to 8pm they serve cheese and wine next to the reception desk. very good cheeses and wine and very good service. the rooms are very clean and tidy, the only downside is that the rooms are very tiny but this has to be expected when you go to a reasonably priced hotel right at the center of london.
J.
Small, simple yet clean rooms. Lovely to have free cheese in the evening too! Although this hotel is no frills (no refrigerator, microwave, wardrobe, windows that open), there's fee wifi and is close to a variety of shops and restaurants, great place for tourists!
T. E.
My room was only the width of the bed, from head to toe. Small, but perfectly packaged. Very comfortable stay, right in the heart of Piccadilly. The room was nice, modern, clean and cozy. Aircon worked well. The shower room was interesting, but I kinda liked it. TV was a big modern flatscreen with sky. It was quiet too. And the price for it all was extremely reasonable. I'd definitely recommend.
D. M.
Whilst the views aren't great and the rooms are compact and bijou, the beds are comfy and the in room facilities pretty decent. The breakfast selection is reasonable too. The staff are always friendly and welcoming and the cheese and wine tops off a good place for a short stay.
A. R.
Great little hotel. Funky clientele. Friendly, helpful staff. Free cheese and wine from 5pm til 8pm, and good wine too! Clean, modern and perfectly formed for a short stay. Small rooms, but good budget hotel standard.
A. B.
A great location in Central London. Very good if you are going to see a play easy to walk. Very modern and clean hotel with super friendly staff. Like most places in Central London the rooms are very small. Space for one suitcase under the bed and that's about it. The bed was nice 👌
a.
Perfect location! We were able to order food from pretty much any place we’d want via Deliveroo. Very clean room, very polite staff. If you have an issue with smaller rooms, it probably isn’t the hotel for you. I thought it was very cozy! They have a glass bottle of water in the room that is filled up each day, and if you need more you can go to the lobby and ask. I hope to stay here every time I come back to London!
J. K.
What a brilliant time, not only was it the perfect location for 3 shows we were seeing in 2 days but we had everything on our doorstep or provided for us in the hotel. We were offered a free wine and cheese happy hour which I sadly couldn't make while I was there but will definitely next time. Food was first class for a continental buffet and fresh even half hour before finishing, which you dont get at many hotels, but the friendliness and down to earth staff were brilliant. Always chatted to us and were making sure we enjoyed where we went and making recommendations. Definitely glad I became a Z Member!! Will definitely return. Planning again in a couple weeks!!!
A. K.
Stayed for one night due to a layover. The hotel is in a central location which is why I chose to stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and made my stay enjoyable. The room itself is small. But that is perfect for someone who doesn't plan on staying in much. The room was clean and very comfortable.
L. H.
Good price for central London. Perfect location for the show we went to see at the west end. Quite loud throughout the night until around 3:30am. Rooms were ample and VERY CLEAN!
C. G.
Rooms are small but it doesn't bother me as I just need a nice place to stay and sleep comfortably. Location however is fantastic.
Had some issues with the AC as it wasn't working properly. When notified someone tried fixing it straight away but couldn't really do anything, just offered us a fan.
However things break down all the time and the response to these issues are more important. The regional manager came in the next day and was very friendly and courteous. He offered us a 25% discount and a priority to stay again with an upgrade. We thought the compensation matched the inconvenience and it was delivered very well.
Would give it another chance for sure.
S. H.
Lovely fresh, clean hotel central to most threatre's. Rooms small but comfortable. Unlimited complimentary cheese and good decent wine between 5pm and 8pm, excellent value for money. Will be back soon.
N. M.
The location is the best part of this hotel, you are around the corner from the national gallery and Trafalgar square. The lobby is rustic and decently sized without being huge. There is free wine and cheese and snacks in the afternoon and an appropriately stocked bar. The rooms are definitely small, but this is central London; space is rare. You'll get a shower, a toilet, and a bed, not much else. If you have a full sized suitcase you won't be able to unpack. You're given four hangers. Otherwise you'll leave your clothes in your case most likely. We did have an issue with the air conditioning in our room not working. We asked to be moved to another room but unfortunately this wasn't a possibility. The staff was very courteous and helpful in trying to find other solutions and provided us with a fan which at least made the room comfortable enough to sleep in. In the morning we spoke with a manager from another location who apparently stopped by specifically to speak with us about our concerns. We asked for a significant discount on our stay for a variety of reasons, not least of which is that it was August and the room was warmer than it was outside. The manager offered us a 25% discount on our stay and upgrades for a future stay, which we thought was a good compromise. One other issue was the television in the room which seems quite dated. The room also had some wear and tear, including some pretty large scuff marks on the walls. Overall, not the best hotel I have stayed at in London. The location and the staff and the management are clearly the brightest spots for this hotel. Those go a long way, hence, 4 stars.
A. L.
Great location with fairly decent price for the area it is in. It's less than 10 mins walk away from Piccadilly station and near a lot shops. The rooms are very small, but are very clean and modern. There are some rooms that don't have windows, so take care in what room you book if that bothers you.
S. W.
Really like the atmosphere and friendly staff of this hotel chain. Small but beautifully formed rooms work well for an overnight business stay. Delightful buffet breakfast in trendy bar area is also reasonably priced for central London.
T. “. Ø.
Great location, clever room solution for a small and compact room. Air condition is a bit noicy and not a lot of power outlets(just found one in our room), no safe or fridge in the room. Also not much storage, prepare to pack in and out of your bags!
D. K.
Great location next to Piccadilly Square, and one of the better prices found for a queen bed in all of the tourist hotspots. Small room but to be expected. Very clean. Had an issue with the air unit when we arrived but upon mentioning it to the staff they fixed it immediately. On that note, very friendly staff. And they offer a daily happy hour from 5-7 with free wine and cheese, which is a nice bonus before heading out for the evening!
V. H.
Fantastic location! SO many places are easily walkable. Small room, but super efficient. Comfortable bed and good shower. Very friendly staff! The complimentary wine and cheese time was a nice time. Will absolutely stay here again!
J. M. O.
Super wonderful.
The staff is super kind, room was impeccable, very clean. At night we received free wine, the best part of our staying... 120 % recommendable.!!
B. R.
The location couldn't be better. Just a few minutes to either Piccadilly Cir or Leicester Sq tubes. Super convenience. I paid an extra for a double room didn't know it was on the ground floor which windows have been frosted to create some privacy. This also means the room is on the dark side and lights had to be switched on at all times. The black flooring didn't help brightening up either. The room itself is very clean however there was no wardrobe nor stool so the suitcase ended up on the floor taking up walking space which was already limited. There was a few hooks on the wall with a few hangers so clearly it was for a couple of nights at most. Because of the limited space it couldn't fit in an iron and a board let a lone the safety box. Just a kettle and tea set. The mattress is good. Not too hard nor too soft or springy. It's very firm and comfy but because it was on the ground floor I could hear noises from the corridor and the reception plus cars and scooters from the street through my windows. A pair of silicone earplugs will be of an essential. The continental breakfast was better than its first appeared. A small corner was carefully arranged with many options from cereals, juices, yogurts, diced fruits, pastries, jams etc. You could pay a couple extra pound for a hot breakfast if needed. In the evening, the same corner was arranged with wines and cheeses free for guests which is a nice touch.
I. D.
So impressed with the Z Hotel Piccadilly. Just checked out now. OK the room is small, but you know that when booking. Bed is comfy, TV massive (and full of Sky channels) and shower powerful! For the price and central location alone, this hotel gets my 5 star review. Plus to be offered complimentary tasty cheese and wine from 5 to 8 was an unexpected bonus. Really good all round and I'd book again.

Really nice hotel, very clean and equipment quite new. The stuff is friendly and the have a nice welcome pack. Despite being quite small, the rooms are very well acconditioned. The best part are the location and price, with an interesting fidelity pack. I will for sure consider it when I come back to London.
E. S.
LOVE LOVE LOVED my stay here. I had all I needed for my overnight stay. It was very clean and well furnished. Very cosy. They have a wide screen TV with Sky, Coffee and water in the room. I had an awesome sleep, the bathroom section was well designed. The staff were very very nice. Location great with lots to do and eat around you. Night life very hip and happening.
Definitely going to book again 😎
L. S.
A good price for room. A great position.
S. Y.
Stayed it the hotel because it was very close to Leicester Square. The location made it easy to walk between popular locations. Room was modern and in reasonable condition. Room was small, but who visits London to stay and watch TV in the room? Nice perk was a wine a cheese serving every night.
G. S.
Air-conditioning wasn't great but apart from that, if you're looking for somewhere cheap to stay in central London, it's OK.
A. W.
Great location low cost but high quality hotel. The rooms are small but really all I want is a clean secure place to sleep when visiting London and this place ticked all the boxes. Also the free wine and cheese in the evening is a great bonus.
P. T.
Perfect hotel for a work trip. The rooms are small but perfect for a short stay. The price was great for the location and the staff were nothing but great. The breakfast was nice but simple but due to the location there is options around. 3rd time staying there and will be there again in April always a present stay
S. M.
love the location! 5 stars for that! staff were really friendly and accomodating. the room i had was quite noisy as it was the first room where everybody passes. the window was taped as otherwise pedestrians can do windowshopping into my room. small room but for 1 night perfect. very modern and practical.
A. A.
The hotel itself is in a great condition. The staff is very nice and helping. Only con is that the rooms are extremely small. I got used to it pretty quickly, but there's not even a wardrobe, which made my stay inconvenient since I had to live out of my suitcase.
m. w.
Going into this place I was a bit sceptical about the pricing but once I arrived, I was honestly so surprised with this hotel, I booked a room with no windows so I was concerned how it would be, turned up was welcomed by staff, and given complimentary glasses of wine, I then was led to the basement floor, coming out of the elevator it looks like a ware house which was kinda weird but cool, then we was shown to our room, walking into the room I was surprised at how small the room was but I felt so cosy, everything I needed was in this compact room and I honestly would love to have a room in my house the same, I felt really relaxed! Double bed was comfortable they had hot chocolate tea and coffee ready, nice soaps to use with a good amount of towels to use, I loved the shower as it was relaxing and the room was very clean. Sky in the room so every channel was available with air conditioning which keeps the room cool and clean. I would like to thank the staff again for the warm welcome and making the experience way better, I would use this hotel as a first choice get away from now on!
M. L.
Compact and efficient rooms. Free wine and cheese every night. Good selection of nibbles 24 hours a day. Helpful staff. Not pricey, especially considering the area. No ice buckets or fridges though, so don't expect to keep groceries or cold drinks in your room.
E. N.
Fantastic location for the price! Lovely clean rooms equipped with everything we needed for a flying visit to the capital to see a show. It's true the rooms are compact and I'd certainly recommend that if you are sharing your room you do so with someone you know very well as the shower / loo facilities are only enclosed in frosted glass. We didnt get chance to take advantage of the free wine and cheese offering laid on in the reception from 5-8pm each day as we had plans but I think this feature might be worth returning for! I loved this hotel. It offered everything we need and was only 2mins walk from Leicester Square and 5mins from the tube. I'm already looking at breaks in ZHotels other city locations to plan my next stay!
Y. F.
A small cosy hotel nestled in the corner of Haymarket, the sleepless Piccadilly area. The room is rather small but clean and quiet. The staff is very helpful and the location is just great and convenient for tourists or business men or women coming to work. Highly recommend to single traveller or couples who wish to spend a few days in the heart of London.
M. L.
Modern and comfortable room. Great location within walking distance to the theatres and China town. There was nowhere to store clothes except four or five hooks. Luckily we were only staying a night but any longer and we'd have to live out of our bags. Slightly lacking privacy with the frosted glass toilet in the room situation.
R. R.
Decent small hotel off the Haymarket. Small rooms with double bed shunted up against the wall and no table or desk, so not useful for business trips. Other rooms may be better furnished.
G. T.
Wonderful nights stay here, great facilities, rooms are modern and very unique styles. The staff were lovely and complimentary cheese and wine was the icing on the cake. Really good job guys and girls!
T. O.
Great hotel for short stays. Room was clean and comfortable. Modern decor, good room layout, fantastic location. Staff are friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again.
O.
Room was very small with very little privacy in the glass walled bathrooms. Street noise is extremely loud, with motorbikes passing throughout the night. Windows badly need to be sound proofed. One positive is the location which is superb
N. H.
The rooms are snug, and not an ounce of unnecessary space is spared, but the rooms are cheap, and it's minutes away from the best hotspots in London. The staff are friendly and attentive, and the hotel goes out of its way to make the guests feel welcome.
S. C.
Welcoming and exceeded expectations given the price. Liked the dining come reception area and staff were welcoming. Bit of an odd dungeon room with no windows but just for a night with a massive TV and full Sky it did the job very nicely.
M. H.
Clean hotel basic but ideally placed for Leicester Square/Trafalgar Square
R. F.
What a lovely surprise! I booked the hotel because it is just a stroll away from the Harold Pinter Theatre, where I intended to go. Now it is my second home in London. The location is fantastic, so close to all the London’s best theaters and cinemas. It’s very close also to Trafalgar Square, Haymarket, The National Gallery... a little jewel in the heart of the City. The rooms are a little bit small and they do not have a safe, but the environment is cosy and the staff very friendly. And the best thing is the complimentary cheese and wine from 5 to 8pm: excellent quality and a great way to socialize and having a good time before the theatre. Strongly recommended!
K. N.
Very nice room, v clean 10/10 for Covid protacol, staff helpful and just around the corner from National Gallery.
M. M.
The whole point of this little gem is that you get a small, but adequate room for a very affordable price. Breakfast is good, Cold cuts, breads, eggs, juice etc. The rooms are about 12 feet by 8 feet with a small shower and a queen bed.
J. J.
Small but good quality and very clean rooms. Good breakfast buffet but could be more vegan friendly. Good ventilation although windows do not open. Staff friendly and helpful.
s. v.
Good location for a great price! Clean, quiet hotel. Friendly staff. 😉
j. g.
Tiny room but very clean.
G. M.
The room itself is quite small, but the overall cleanliness and professionalism of the hotel staff is amazing. Will definitely stay here again when I visit London.
D. R.
Had troubles with my A/C which was a pain to sort out and many different excuses were given. Smoked salmon was mentioned in the breakfast description but wasn't there any of the days I was there. Complimentary wine in the evenings was nice. Glass shower was a bit odd but you got used to it. The room I was moved to after A/C issues smelled metallic and odd.
M. R.
Good hotel for the price.
Perfect location for visiting.
One small complain : the room are really small and the toilets does not have a real door (which can be embarrassing
Y. M.
Perfect location, friendly and helpful staff and everything is a 5 minute walk from the hotel. They have Sky, good AC unit and an amazing power shower.
J. B. -. S. I.
Oh my good gawd, what a brilliant place, superb price, tiny rooms but comfortable and dead cool. Clean, efficient, and just about everything you need. Oh and that price...I shall return, many times I think.
s. “. m.
Great service, the staff are very very friendly and welcoming. The hotel rooms are very clean and homely.
A. W.
Great little hotel, rooms are small but very well appointed and priced for the location. The free wine and cheese every evening is a real bonus and makes staying really special.
K. H.
This was a fantastic little hotel, with loads of character to make it stand out from the crowd of similar priced hotel chains. The room was really well layed out so I hardly noticed that it's probably the smallest hotel room I've stayed in, it was very clean, we'll presented, and had ask the amenities needed to make my stay pleasant.
S. L.
Small room with little natural light, but nicely fitted out, very comfy bed, great staff and fab free cheese and wine. Good value.
M. E. J.
The rooms are small and without wardrobe, but the staff offers high-end service and is very helpful. Also, there is free wine and cheese every evening, which is fantastic!
R. F.
No frills hotel, in the center of central London. Close to everything. Friendly staff. For me, I didn't love the immediate area. Was traveling for wedding and room was too small for two people to dress at the same time.
M. M.
Great place to stay in the heart of Central London. You'll love their complementary wine and cheese buffet with its lovely, gracious staff. Highly recommended.
C. K.
Having a great time here at another Z hotel. Wanted to add more about the Z Piccadilly teams. They always make my brother and I feel very welcome, each time we have visited. Look forward to each time we are visiting in London. Miss everyone when we leave. Until next time.
K. S.
Small but quaint, staff were fantastic and we will stop here again.
J. H.
Outstanding service; very clean, and comfy. Really nice breakfast. The wifi is public only -- so quite poor. But as a crash pad it's perfect. Super staff.
A. R.
The hotel is great located and very nice. The staff was super nice and fun and the cleanliness of the room was perfect. I recommend it 100% for a short tourist trip !
M. P.
Great place right off the main street hustle. Walking distance to the tube, palace, and most everything you should experience in London. Made it easy to enjoy everything this amazing city could offer.
N. M. O.
I like their Soho location better. The cafe downstairs is pretty loud and busy most of the time, which I liked less than the cosy cafe at the Soho location. Make sure you book a room with windows because not all have them!
C. Y.
My wife and love this hotel.
It's a fab idea,no frills but a cosy ,friendly atmosphere
The cheese and wine from 5-8 every night is brilliant.
Staff are superb
Thanks George and Jane Yule
j. t.
We stayed at The Z Hotel Piccadily. Room very comfy, free wine & cheese in the evening and staff are all very friendly especially Audrey, has very good rapport with customer. From: Janet & Sam
P. B.
Very friendly staff. Great value hotel ideally located. Rooms are small but modern and clean.
D. A.
Tiny but perfectly formed; the perfect base to explore from
S. M.
Great Price
Staff are very nice
M. M.
Great central location - free wine and cheese in the evening. Modern, clean. My room was a little small - but I was travelling on my own, so it was fine.
M. M.
A very modern, cosy London hotel. They offer guests free glass of wine and cheese between 5pm- 7pm, definitely a nice bonus! Good location.
N. I.
Lovely place in a prime location. The receptionist Maria was super friendly and welcoming! The hotel was a ten out of ten!
A. H.
Rooms are very small and only suitable for a one night stay. But very comfortable, quiet and good access to Piccadilly Circus, Soho and China Town.
J. C.
Small but perfectly formed rooms. Excellent friendly and helpful staff. Delicious high quality breakfast and superb location. Can't wait to go back 😀
N. K.
Great location. Small but adequate room. Maybe not so good if you are a big person, but I found it great. I also got it for a great price, so look around and see what you can get it for
A. B.
OK for an overnight stop. Small pod type room (double). Very well located. Wouldn't want to stay more than a night.
A. H.
Ok. Not the greatest service considering its location. Very pushy staff in terms of obtaining your private info even though its optional to complete the survey and not compulsory. Rooms are tiny. Pillows too firm and AC messed up.
T. M.
Straight forward hotel accommodation. Minimum requirements covered in a good way unless you prefer to spend your time on the hotel room only. Room as wide as the bed is long!
C. C.
Love it here. The wine and cheese nights, the cute room, the perfect location. Staff is friendly enough, and the rooms are kept very clean!
A. L.
Nice clean rooms and top service. The evening meet and greet is not to be missed, quality cheese and wine is served by the usual friendly staff.
S. W.
Modern, clean london sized rooms. Only two negative points: can't open the windows and you have to climb over one another to get into bed.
F. R.
Great hotel in fabulous location, staff are amazing and can't do enough to help you. Love it and will definately use again for our little trips to London.
L. T.
The rooms are very small but spotlessly clean. The staff could not be more helpful excellent customer service, We would definitely stay here again
J. L.
Jorge & Rangel are the best... Definitely an asset to the already great spot
I. M.

Great location, 30 seconds walk from Leicester Square. friendly staff, room was small but modern and clean. Great value for the money. Will stay there again.
N. C.
Best Hotel in Piccadilly for the price. Recommend it. Clean, good location and really helpful girls on front desk.
C. N.
Small, compact, clean rooms. Good and friendly service. Free wine and cheese between 5-8 every night.
B. K.
It was possibly the tiniest hotel room we've ever stayed in, but comfortable and located quite conveniently with easy access to many of London's attractions.
J. A.
Stayed at this place a few times now. Rooms are very small so not good for two friends as might be a little intimate. Services are always helpful.
S. D.
This hotel is fantastic value.
when I visited it I couldn't believe they gave away wine and food from 5 until 8 in the evening
A. N. V.
Amazing location, room small but ok, would say normal size for London, worthy breakfast
s. H.
PROFESSIONAL warm and friendly check in by Thanos in reception. Homely, modern hotel with a nice atmosphere. Great central location.. Fabulous fabulous fabulous!!!
W. B.
Small but stylish rooms in a well placed location in the city. Complementary wine every evening is a big selling point!
T. D.
Staff and room are nice. But our toilet clogged on the first day. Was a bit disappointed as we couldn't use it for a few hours till it could get fixed
T. L.

Went in to meet a friend at the bar, found it very difficult to order drinks and the food was missing parts advertised in the menu, but was still reasonable quality. Very well located, however!
