S. B.My son took me away on a 3 day surprise short break. 5 star accommodation. 5 star very modern compact bedroom. Huge comfy bed & T.V, hairdryer, ultra modern shower & toilet. Super friendly staff. Exceptionally clean. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
A. L.I've been to the Holborn hotel previously as I love the cheap prices and in the past I really enjoyed their early evening "buffet". You used to be able to drink wine and eat for free but they've stopped this service unfortunately.
I did ask the staff at Z Hotel Strand and they told me that they do still give a complimentary drink each day of your stay so I had a few glasses of wine over the 2 days! Great value. The staff also told me that if you book Z Hotel Gloucester Place, they offer that original service with wine and food included for their Club rooms. I've booked myself in for December so I'll make sure to review my experience. No doubt it will be good because all drinks and food are free as well as breakfast!!! Crazy...
Staff are friendly and very helpful. They really do work hard and make sure your stay is a great experience. The rooms are fairly basic but ridiculously cheap. The rooms have smart TVs but they're a little buggy if trying to connect your phone.
All in all, excellent! 😊
N. J.I would very much recommend this hotel for anyone looking to go to the theatre. We paid 70 for two of us. The room was clean and has the standard necessities. Location was very good and the people were pleasant. I would think that it would suit a couple whose main priority is the going to the theatre
E. A.Stopped in this hotel in November, staff were really friendly and checked us in early as our room was ready! The room has all the necessities and is perfect just to sleep as youll be sight seeing all day! Cheap and cheerful but well worth it!

B. L.Hidden up a well lit alleyway next to Nationwide, this is an absolute gem! The rooms are very small but they are very stylish and come with a very comfortable bed, huge Smart TV with all the Sky channels, controls all at your fingertips, and free tea and coffee. The shower and bathroom is in the same room but separated by frosted glass. Perfect for solo or couples, I wouldn't recommend it for friends unless you're particularly close. The service is absolutely spot on, all the team are very helpful and give you a warm welcome. A little tip is to sign up to their Urbanite program and not only do you get discounts for booking direct but you get little perks such as a welcome drink and an early/late checkout when available

Some little niggles, but a comfy bed and hot shower. Would definitely use again. No food included, but we like that.
I. F.We knew room was small when we booked, but be careful as some are literally not much bigger than a broom cupboard. Just about enough room for 2 people to stand up in the first room, which we rejected as it didn't have even a single hook to hang any clothes. I mean, OK no wardrobes is one thing, but not even a hook in the wall or back if the door. Ridiculous! Complained and they moved us to a slightly bigger room with a wall hanging station.

a. b.The hotel itself is in an excellent location, is super affordable, clean, modern, secure and has everything you could need for an overnight stay (or longer!). Rooms are small by design, but very well designed so this doesn't impact comfort. Staff were exceptional - helpful, thoughtful and accommodating. Will absolutely be staying here again.

Tiny rooms, as wide as the bed is long, but very clean and modern, with all you might need, wide comfortable bed, huge TV, en suite bathroom, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities. Good price, friendly staff, cafe at reception. Hint: as you leave the front door, instead of turning left down the alley to the Strand, turn right to Maidens Lane with several good restaurants, and to Covent Garden.

Located adjacent to plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants. Check in was simple and staff were very friendly. Will definitely visit again 👍🏻
