J.This place gets EVERYTHING right. They have lovely rooms, modern with electronic controls for everything. Huge wide screen TVs online, a perfect location, and really decent staff. Bedding is high quality, soft and just what you need. The high rating from almost everyone is no coincidence. They put more other, more expensive hotels to shame.
A. W.Perfect, affordable rooms in the heart of London especially if your looking for a good quality room and bed to lay your head while spending the day and NIGHT in London! Great, friendly service, I had a queen bed, TV and bathroom. Also loved that we could opt for a later checkout (Some extra cost), if you're not an early riser!

Stayed for a weekend in London at the z hotel, room was very comfortable and the cafe was great. The staff made the stay hassle free and enjoyable. The manager (Adlea) and her “hardworking trainee” (Lucas) were very helpful with any issues or queries we had. Both were excellent!
I would highly recommend if you want an affordable hotel in the Centre of London.
G. H.A medium sized hotel, but with a small footprint. Rooms are pretty well kitted out, but relatively basic. Some of them don't have windows and can be cramped.
This visit I managed to get a room with a view on the top floor. If you're visiting London and just want somewhere to sleep, this is ideal, especially as we only paid £65 a night for Central London

The rooms are a little on the small side but great for the price. I felt a little claustrophobic and the frosted glass between bed and bathroom leaves little to the imagination for shared room.
E. C.Queen room (11m2) was still very small, located on the 8th floor (with nice view), accessible via elevator to the 7th floor and then 1 floor walk-up.
Late check-out could be arranged upon check-in at additional cost.
The neighborhood was quieter than I expected at night. Somehow I felt more safe at Z Soho and Z Shoreditch where the hotels were right on the busy street.

R. C.The Z Hotel is a lovely place VERY WELL located. Right in the middle of everything, this is a nice place to stay if you want to have something clean and affordable. The room is small yes, but it's ok if you know this and if you stay only for a few nights (small like japanese hotel rooms). Pro tips : everyday at 5, 1st floor, they make you discover cheese and wines for free. I would definitely recommand this place and will go back there for sure. Thanks again.

S. B.Yes, the rooms are small, but they have everything you could want. Comfortable bed with clean crisp bedding. Controller switch to set your lighting preference, room temperature and even controls the blind at the window. Shower is good, 2 big fluffy towels plus hand towels and toiletries. Tea tray has everything you need. Hair dryer and large flat screen also in the room. Room and shower room/toilet both very clean. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Public toilet near the cafe was also very clean and well presented. Check out at 11am is great (most places are 10am). Location is amazing. Wish I knew about this place before I had booked elsewhere for July. Will definitely return.

C.Didn't know I was signing up for a membership when they told me to put my details into the system... But the membership gives you benefits so I wasn't too fussed. Got the smallest room there and it was like a fancy hagwon room without a desk. The TV is large, the view was great on the top floor. They have a lift. Bathroom was kinda spacious in relation to the lack of space in the rest of the room. It was overall a good experience though and the other rooms have a lot more space. They also serve breakfast but we didn't get any as we were running late to sign out in the morning. A good time for two

F.Very modern and cool for those ONLY that are going shower, sleep and change their clothes.
Rooms are comfortable and well laid out in about 100 sq ft (7'x14'?). I estimate the bed to be approximately 7ft long and it touches the wall on both ends. It was a great experience but be prepared for very tight quarters with modern amenities.

M. S.Rooms are small but every inch has been used to purpose, and quite comfortable. The staff are extremely helpful - I asked for my luggage to be kept overnight (a day ahead of my check in date), and the manager very kindly obliged.

L. L.First off, this location is perfect. It is in between two underground stations making getting around easy. It is also in Soho which has tons of shopping, restaurants, and late night bars. It is down a quiet street so the noise is at a minimum. The rooms are tiny, but manageable. The bed was comfortable and they had premium tv stations. If you want more space, look elsewhere. But if you don't mind getting cozy with your partner, this is a great place to stay. Also, each afternoon from 5-8pm they have an unlimited wine and cheese time. It was fantastic! So many different wine options plus cheese, espresso, coffees, honey comb, and other snacks. This was a treat!

M.I loved the rooms, simple and stylish. The deco is minimal which I loved. In the evening, there is a free serving of cheese grapes, wine and do on. A very lovely touch, the guests in my experience had a nice time mingling, snacking and sipping wine. This hotel is value for money.

D. D.This is a micro-hotel. Travelers from abroad may be surprised by the incredibly small size of the room, but I assure you it is well appointed and quiet comfortable. I do take issue with the choice of a hanging smoked glass sliding divider between the bed and the toilet. Couples sharing a room should be prepared to become intimately familiar with the sights, sounds, and smells of their partners bowel movements.
I. W.Rooms are small but perfectly formed. Showers have excellent pressure. Restaurant provides a free cheese and wine buffet for guests between 1700 and 2000. Single lift is slow.

The control over lighting was a brilliant touch and the cheese and wine tasting is just icing on top of a masterfully crafted cake.

H. Q.This was a nice hotel to stay in for a few days. It is pretty small. We stayed in a small room but opted for a room with a window. There is an outlet with a USB port. Also, some space to hang up clothes. In the bathroom there are shelves above the toilet. Under the bed side table is a hair dryer if needed. We stayed on the 7th floor. There is an elevator, it only went out once during our stay. Hope this helps if you are wanting to stay here!!

Btw rooms are rather small. Bed-rooms. The room is sized for a bed. That's it. Bathroom and shower en suite. All clean tidy and with hot tea coffee and even hot cocoa mix. Very kind. Not very spacious but as long as you know that it's fine. Totally worked for my wifey and myself!

1. Great location if you are visiting London and want to do all touristy things. Saves you travel time to most places in central London.
2. Marta , staff at the reception was great at the hotel. She gave us a bigger (slightly) room as soon as it was available (at no additional cost). she was very helpful and professional.
Cons
1. Rooms were super small. Only thing that I found strange was that the toilets in rooms have frosted glass walls and it's awkward to share with someone unless staying with spouse maybe (everything is visible to the person in room, while you shower).

The big +++ is the location of the hotel! It is perfectly located in the very festive district of Soho, 1 min walk from Oxford street, 1 min also from Carnaby street! Ideally located for shopping, and especially for partying.

Il est vrai que les chambres sont de taille très réduite , mais pour y dormir 2/3 jours ce n’est pas un problème . Le lit est super confortable , les chambres sont propres et dispose de ce que l’on peut avoir besoin ( café , thé , sèche cheveux .. ) .
Le gros +++ c’est l’emplacement de l’hôtel ! Il est parfaitement situé dans le quartier très festif de Soho , a 1 mn à pied d’Oxford street , 1 mn également de Carnaby street ! Idéalement situé donc pour shopping , et pour faire la fête surtout .

Nous y avons dormis 4 nuits lors de notre séjour à Londres. C'est bien simple si nous revenons un jour nous retournerons dans cet hôtel. Premièrement la situation est ultra idéale. Vous êtes à quelques pas du métro pour voyager dans Londres. Vous êtes également à quelques pas de Regent street (rue commercente) de Carnaby Street, picadilly circus et Kingly Court que je recommande pour aller manger le soir. Alors oui les chambres sont très petite mais si comme nous vous n'avez besoin d'une chambre que pour dormir et prendre une douche tout y est (il y a un rangement pour la valise sous le lit que nous avons découvert trop tard). Le lit est très confortable ainsi que la sdb. La chambre est moderne et propre. Il y a en effet de l'animation dans la rue mais cela nous a jamais dérangé (j'ai pourtant le sommeil léger). Nous n'avons pas pris le petit-déjeuner préférant découvrir ceux proposer en ville. Le personnel est très avenant notre valise réceptionné avant heure de check in a été déposée dans notre chambre. Au check out vous avez également la possibilité de la mettre à l'abris à l'étage petit-déjeuner si voulez la récupérer plus tard.
