m. n.Very good experience at this place. Please find below some of my strength/weakness points based on my experience with 5* hotels :
Strength: 1. location near to the bank underground station, in the center. We can walk to many famous places like the bridge, St Paul Cathedral and even Big Ben. We did all the center by walking and this was super appreciated. 2. Service, what a good service here ! The service was super nice and efficient. People were smiling and helpful. Do not hesitate to ask for advices and tips to visit. 3. Very good breakfast. Our formula was all included and the breakfast was prepared with very good quality products. 4. General quality about the bedroom, bed very comfy and bathroom furnished everyday, good quality of towels. I Appreciated that. 5. To conclude a very good quality/price ratio for this place. I would recommend and I will come back at this hotel my next time in London.
Weakness : No toothpaste and no toothbrush

S.The hotel is gorgeous, beautiful old features and well maintained/ clean. The staff are excellent, very helpful and nice touches such as Prosecco in my room and hand written Happy Birthday note - made my day! The hotel wasn’t serving proper food due to Covid quietness so had to order a food delivery but hope to return once it’s back.
