I. M.We stayed at tower suites for 2 night in January and it was hands down the best hotel I've stayed in London. The rooms are massive and airy. There's so much natural light! The staff are very helpful and sweet, special mention to Duleepa, Boris, Sylvia and Gabriel from the restaurant for their welcoming and warm service. Value for money and will definitely be staying here again! Thank you again!!

Music unfortunately last night wasn't nice at all for a new years party it was all R A P so not a very good atmosphere on the roof top but at least the weather was killed d and mild for us.
We do intend to visit this Hotel again in July.
M.Very friendly staff. Clean e try and clean rooms. Great rooms! Largest I've seen in the UK so far. We were upgraded to some other kind of suite but without a view. Only downside is no tub! Otherwise a great stay and worth the ££.
D. P.Stayed here a few times since being back in London and find it to be pleasant in every way. Located in the middle of the city with beautiful decor, clean and spacious rooms and very friendly staff. It’s starting to feel like a second home which is a lovely feeling!

Only complaint (and hence the 4 stars) is that housekeeping can be a mess. We stayed for over 10 days and didn’t have housekeeping everyday, which is quite odd for a five star hotel. One day I called 3 times requesting for housekeeping and no one turned up. It’s also difficult to communicate with the housekeeping staff because some of them do not speak English. Once our rubbish was taken out but the housekeeping staff did not put a replacement rubbish bag, which again is no biggie but just something I didn’t expect from a five star hotel.
So as a constructive feedback, the hotel should train their housekeeping staff more. Otherwise I think we will still stay in the same hotel next time we are in London.
Z. K.Lovely hotel in a prime location. Went here for Valentine’s Day - when we arrived, our room was not yet available and it seemed they had overbooked us due to being so busy. We waited around 45 mins with complimentary drinks at the bar until our new room was ready. Ended up being upgraded 2 rooms above for the inconvenience. The room we were upgraded to was amazing and felt just like a studio. Even had a washing machine and tumble dryer! Would definitely return.
