J.This is a pretty good hotel. We stayed here in one of the premium rooms. The room was larger than standard, and had a coffee machine, kitkats, hot chocolate and tea. The room was also very clean, and smelt nice. It was quiet at night too. The reception staff were pleasant, and I was glad to see that there was a notice explaining that the rooms automatically cool down when you leave, which avoids wasting energy. I was a little disappointed that only one large towel was included with the room, when it was stipulated that there was two of us. When we requested a towel, we were handed two hand towels as there were no large towels left, which was a little disappointing. It would also be good to see alternative milks offered with the coffee machine. The car park could also be better signposted to indicate that there is also underground parking, as opposed to just the ground level car park, which is mostly disabled parking spots. The staff also didn’t answer the side door when we pressed the call button, after arrival. However, overall this was a good place and reasonably priced and I’d come back here.
S. L.Nice big family room, clean and tidy. A couple of the staff were a bit rude and was kept waiting to check in for more than 5 minutes. Breakfast tasted bland, coffee machine out of order and only a tint kettle made available instead so there was a big wait for a cup of tea/coffee with your breakfast. V. H.This is a great budget hotel. Good value, comfortable room and close to the North Acton underground station. Parking available and breakfast available if you want to book it. This was good for a work stay. The breakfast was very nice too.
S. G.We stayed at the Acton Travel lodge in November 2021. Raj checked us in and kindly upgraded us to a larger room. Raj was very welcoming, friendly and polite and he kindly arranged a taxi for us for the following morning.
The room was huge! There was a double and two single beds, bathroom and shower. Everything was very clean and tidy. The bed was so comfortable and we both enjoyed a great night's sleep. The room had tea, coffee making facilities etc.
Karl checked us out in the morning and again was extremely polite and helpful. We had great service at this hotel and would definitely stay again should we need to be in the area.
C. M. U.Staff friendly but poor service. First evening they forgot to cook our evening meal, they were very apologetic and sorted the issue out. Breakfast was ok but poorly laid out, kept running out of food and plates, coffee machine broken during our 3 day stay so not unlimited hot drinks as no hot chocolate etc available.
USB ports not working in one of our rooms. The rooms were clean and close to the tube station. We did not have a room overlooking the tube line so had a good nights sleep.
Every time we walked past reception somebody was complaining about small issues. I would not stay at this location again.
B. W.Paid £28 for a nights stay with free electric car charging. It was so clean and staff very friendly. This is a new hotel as of Dec 2021 so everything is clean and fresh at a fantastic price

T. W.Not a bad little hotel, basic room facilities and condiments, all hotel facilities are not running due to COVID. Parking is expensive, I honestly think it’s unjustified to be asked to pay for parking, defeats the purpose of getting a good deal. Local shops/ pubs very near by. Rooms have been clean all times we’ve stayed there. The overall hotel feels a little maintained and the vending machine failed many times and the staff were a little clueless. Overall not bad, when getting a good deal.

Or to the right,Is the rest of Broadway,turn left at marks and Spencers,is Ealing Green, with more pubs and shops,and Ealing studios.
D. W.An overall nice hotel to stay at for a good price! There is a tube station right in front of the Hotel which connects to all important lines. Super easy to get anywhere from North Acton. There are two small supermarkets very close by the Hotel where you can buy groceries and whatever small thing you need during your stay. Rooms are small but neat, the shower was okay. Remember to bring your own hair dryer!

My friends and I booked for an overnight stay here, just to use a base in between theatre shows.
LOCATION:
Being just a twenty-minute Tube from the Covent Garden area, it’s closer to the centre than I thought! Due to the quiet location, we all got a good night’s sleep, undisturbed by any noise. There is a TESCO, Sainsbury’s and a Costa nearby (all about a five-minute walk away).
ROOM:
Our Family Room had one double and two single beds (no pull-outs which is always a good thing!). They were comfy enough. The room itself felt bright and kept in good order.
FACILITIES:
There were basic tea and coffee-making facilities. The bathroom was clean enough with a hot and powerful shower as well as plenty of towels. The first thirty minutes of Wi-Fi are free. It had a very fair-sized telly. Lastly, don’t forget to pick up a hairdryer from reception!
FINAL COMMENTS:
We’ve stayed at Kings Cross Royal Scot and Farringdon before: on this occasion, Acton worked out cheaper and I was pleasantly surprised that it turned out to be nicer while still being within a reasonable distance from the centre.
D. C.Great value as I booked a couple of months in advance. Paid for the better room and was worth the extra for the coffee, biscuits and hot chocolate. The staff were very friendly and could get free top up of the extras. Breakfast has improved a lot, sausages and bacon are much better. They serve fresh mushrooms and tomatoes, no tin stuff anymore. Good location for the central line and bus links. Better than a hotel I stayed at a week before and £30 less.
M. V.We arrived early and we had to wait for the check in. We really liked the room. It was big and clean. Big a d comfortable bad. Far from the center, but you can use the underground (its expensive though). The bus take more than one hour. Emanuel was a great receptionist and really helpful. The manager is ok.
D. M.Some staff were friendly. One was not. Out of five nights my card failed to open my room on three of them. Twice I was left with dirty towels and once none at all. Girl on reception offered me a dirty towel. I said I will leave a poor review. She said go ahead of don't care. She then went chatting to some male friends in the bar area. P. M.Me and my friend stayed in this hotel in mid August for 3 nights.
We found many good points, including:
-Staff were always friendly, reliable and welcoming. The manager especially when we couldn't connect to wi-fi was helpful.
-Room was clean, comfortable and decent size for two people. All features (such as mirror lights) worked.
-Breakfast had a good selection, and if you got cooked breakfast was always hot and plenty to go around.
It is currently by a building site, however we never had an issue with noise. It was also very convenient for the tube (station is less that 2 minutes away) and bus stops.
R. K.Karl Metten went above and beyond his role to help me!!! Excellent customer service by him and Habeeb. Rooms were fully booked but nevertheless Karl went out of his way to ensure I was able to book elsewhere. He's a complete star!!! Thank you both!! I will not forget your kindness.

K. K.Wonderful hotel. Very polite and friendly staff. We're a family of 5 with 3 children and would have liked both rooms nearby but were put on separate floors. That's the only bad point. Plenty of secure parking with easy affordable payment process. Rooms were both super clean and spacious, as we're the bathrooms. We ate in the restuarant which was fantastically priced. The food was delicious and plentiful. Breakfast was lovely too and kept stocked all the time evd when busy. Staff work very hard to quickly clear tables. Highly recommended.

Left me wanting more and have stayed here three times since! ‘Travelodge Tuesdays’ me and the hubby now call it. ‘Sahil’ was an amazing member of the team and it was nothing but a pleasure to be served by him. A truly phenomenal stay. Travelodge saved my marriage.

G. H.Great little hotel, the breakfast was ace too. Just across the road is the railway station that takes you to the underground network. The secure parking is paid extra at £12:50 a night. We ate their on our first evening and the wife loved the half roast chicken, this prompted us to eat in on our last night and third evening. However the chicken was slightly dry this time, but was more than edible! Definately would stay again
D. E.It's a Travelodge. Gets an extra star for being cheap during the lockdown. Parking can be a pain for vans as cars take up much of the high parking area whilst the limited height parking remains empty.

The bad: only English Breakfast offered (not clear online, and I prefer a continental breakfast ). No closet in the room. Booked a double bed and got a twin room instead. One of the reception staff was quite rude (the rest were brilliant )

- No dairy alternatives available for drinks, both me and my girlfriend are dairy intolerant to certain degrees. Huge red flag for a rebook.
- pillows were low quality and hard.
Now the good:
- The staff: The fellow who booked us in on monday was one of the genuinely friendliest fellows I've seen in London. A stella welcome.
- Overall, the room was cozy.
A. W.The room was very clean. A little basic but in good condition throughout. I just wish the tv’s in Travelodges were larger. I had a drink and a meal in the evening. Portion size a little meagre. Breakfast was very good and well presented. I would stay again.
M. S.Room was clean and fairly comfortable. Hotel is only a short walk from North Acton Station on the Central Line that takes you to the heart of London quite quickly. Staff was friendly and helpful.

R. 3.Simple effective place to stay in London. Great location for the price, 5 mins walk from the station. Only around 8 stations away from major attractions. Not much around the hotel, but there is a cafe for coffee and cake.

The situation was excellent for us, approximately 200 metres from North Acton tube station or approximately 100 metres from a Hammersmith bus stop.
It's close to a industrial site and railway lines but we were not aware of them except if we opened the window, which might have been different if we'd visited London at a warmer time of the year
A. G.Just arrived and first thoughts are clean, refreshing and easy to park. Difficult to find due to one way system and stupid SatNav! One thought as we are in the Basement, they don't have telephones in the rooms so say my mobile had no signal and I was in difficulty in my room, how do I contact reception?? Just a thought for people travelling alone and not feeling safe.
Will update after we have had room service where you have to collect it yourself! And hoping we have a good night's sleep!!
M. B.If you are just looking for a presumably clean bed for just a night or two for a very cheap rate, this is your hotel. But for anything more, it's terrible.
The shower cubicle is so small - if you have the sower curtain on, you will be rubbing yourself against the shower curtain or the shower cubicle wall - but if you don't have the curtain on, expect your toilet to be a puddle of water afterwards.
You wouldn't get room service unless you ask for it!
I had all my electric outlets not working one day - after complaining to the manager, it took them two days to fix that - which was just a breaker tripped.
They have the same menu for breakfast every single day - so, if you are staying for a while, don't bother with pre-paid breakfast.
K.The hotel is very close to the tube station, which will get you into central London in half an hour and you'll pay a lot less staying here than you would in the centre.
Room was fine. Basic travelodge.
However, if you are a light sleeper you may be disturbed by passing trains and over head planes coming in and out of the airport. However, it never bothered me.
Would stay again.
C. K.The quality of staff at this hotel is always great but the clientele does not always match, the past 2 times we have stayed here the hotel has been great, staff great but on the family floor people think it is okay to let their children run around like animals, stomping and screaming.
Breakfast is solid, the bacon could do with some more cooking, will certainly stay here again and post photos next time.
Apart from the other people who stay here this is my go to hotel in London!
L. C.Stayed 29th June 19, with friends, hotel is spotlessly clean in every area, rooms, bathrooms and general public areas.
Staff were very pleasant and helpful especially Rahib, who went over and beyond. I’d left my mobile at home so was unable to pay for parking. He allowed me the ring for parking on the hotel phone, but message advised it can only be done on a mobile. He used his own personal mobile to enable me to do this and also text the confirmation to my phone so I would have a record of it if needed later on at home.
I understand that Rahib has not worked there for long, but he is a natural, so friendly and helpful, Travel Lodge should be very proud of him.
g. 1.Minutes from North Acton Tube, on Central Line direct into city centre in 20 mins or so. 2 years old so still fresh and new looking, excellent staff, spacious rooms, decent clean bathroom. Tesco and Sainsbury's minutes away for basic shopping/snacks. Subway, Domino's and local takeaway. No decent bars/restaurants. Local area lacking in amenities otherwise, though plenty of takeaways deliver.

" Im sorry sir we cant do anything about it whilst the room is occupied" If thats not fobbing somebody off? I dont know what is? The Asian man i spoke to simply was not interested! It really annoys me! - i wonder how many other people who stayed in that room previously, have reported the same problem? And how many more after us have to complain about it? Not happy!
G. C.Okay so it is a Travel Lodge, and does well what Travel Lodges do. Also though, parking was easy and on-site, and you can pay with an app that worked very well. This Travel Lodge had a bar and dining area (though I didnt use it). Best of all you can cross the road on foot and be at the tube station in less than five minutes. I noticed there was plenty of parking for disabled guests, and a wheelchair entrance to the building by those spaces.
V.The staff were wonder, very welcoming and helpful. Great value for money (book well in advance) the location is good 3 minute walk across the road to the North Acton underground stop, and not far out of the main central area. The room was bigger than expected and very clean.
F. S.It's a new build Travelodge. It's clean, has air conditioning and the staff are friendly. It's convenient for Westfield, White City and the Central Line into the west end and square mile. Beds comfortable. Only down side is a little noise in the morning from new builds going on adjacent.

O.The staff are amazing specially the assistant manager Sarah. Very clean and pleasant to stay.
Some bad point : NO PARKING - I was advised to find a parking outside and majority of the roads are residents only.
I had to drive all the way to wembley late at night for a 24/7 convenient store. None around that late very industerial area.
I was only told the next day that there are limited spaces to park.
No fresh air. Windows are sealed but however their is an airconn which can give u dry up your nose just like it did mine :(
I will stay again if parking issues are sorted.

Clean hotel and breakfast of reasonable quality. The stair well smelt of adhesive . My only complaint was the skanks that came down to breakfast in onesie's and bare feet. For goodness sake have you no decorum?
s. c.New, clean & comfy. Breakfast was hot with a good variety of full English and cereals/fruit/yog, constantly being replaced. Right next to the tube- although it was closed the wknd- we were there we used the free rail replacement. We stayed as visiting Wembley & thought we could walk back after the gig NO WAY- don't even attempt it, not only is it a long way, it's not a straight run, through housing estates & over lots of foot bridges & unlit areas, will take nearly 2 hours. Walk to the local tesco & get a taxi from there. Delicious pizza from reception when we finally got back!
