The manager Malick was incredibly kind and helpful with any request we had. He went beyond our expectations and ensured that we were happy at all times. He is very hardworking as well taking on duties of porters and other staff with incredible friendliness and warmth. We felt very welcomed there. We requested additional towels and spare linen as well as extra toilet paper and the administrator Jordan was happy to help us every time. We needed change of key on several occasions because we kept the key next to phone devices which apparently make the key not working and the staff always assisted us without ever complaining. Excellent customer service from all the staff including the breakfast lady Finolina. We had top up on shower gel and hand soap upon our request and we never pay any additional fees for that. The place and the staff were very child friendly as well. Thank you all for great service, please keep it up as you are all very much appreciated!

Standard room located at basement level reasonably clean. Minimal storage space comfortable bed. Hotel was reasonably quiet but being next to Vauxhall rail station, residual noise coming from there first thing in the morning till about midnight I think. I am a heavy sleeper so had no discomfort for me.

It's not great, but it's not completely awful, either. It's a budget hotel which could be better, although it is in a great location opposite Vauxhall Station.
My room was alright and served it's purpose, but it wasn't anything to shout about. Basic furniture and tea-making facilities were provided. The room had been surface-cleaned, but not deep-cleaned, and so there was dust on the skirting and hairs in the bathroom plug hole.
My other complaint was that the windows didn't open and the air con didn't work. Although I was offered a fan, my room already had one and the receptionist said that there was nothing else that they could do: apparently they were having issues with the air con throughout the building. This would have been nice to know before I checked in, though, especially as the rooms get so warm!
The lifts and the main lift lobby smelled really badly, but it didn't really affect my stay. Due to the proximity of the train station, there was also a sort of constant rumbling, but again this didn't really bother me.
Overall, I didn't spend much time in my room and so the hotel served it's purpose. I would have liked better customer service regarding the air con and for my room to have been more thoroughly cleaned, but the hotel was in a perfect location and I felt safe during my stay. On a limited budget, you could do worse.

Basic travelodge. Very reasonable price, especially in London. Clean and comfortable though a little run down. Great location. Just a few stops on the Tube from Kings Cross and is located right next to the tube so a great base for exploring London.

The staff here are fantastic here. Though they have a bit of trouble pouring pints. Hotel is a bit grim. Next to train tracks. Bar is in a basement feels like a works cafe. And the area is just not very nice.
D. R.
Excellent value for money budget hotel. Surprised that very little noise from the bus and train stations. Great location for transport. Friendly staff excellent professional yet friendly welcome from Malik and Misky in reception. Did not eat there as there are numerous cafes nearby. For a big breakfast try Kennington Cafe or any of the Portuguese on South Lambeth Road.

Great service, great price, tidy rooms, reasonable breakfast, good location unfortunately sandwiched between the rail line and bus depot so a bit reliant on air conditioning as windows are all sealed. If a budget London stay is your desire then its pretty much perfect
S. Q.
The staff at this hotel are amazing. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome and helped me out with my luggage and storage.
The rooms are comfortable and bathrooms are decent, free air conditioning was a nice surprise. The location is also perfect as it's cheap but very central so can access lots of different places and attractions nearby. Food places in abundance.
The only thing to be wary of is traffic noise and the train line if that is something that bothers you. For me it wasn't a problem. There is no free WiFi but not an issue if you have data.
They even let me store my luggage with them on the last day as my train wasn't due to arrive till evening. Gave me a very good first impression of London as a city as people were friendly and helpful. Thank you to all the staff!

Nice room. Very clean and comfortable bed. Check out time of 12.00 rather than 10.00 is a bonus. Only a minute or two to walk to Vauxhall Station so great for accessing the underground system. Would definitely stay again.
C. B.
Good location next to tube and railway. Nice breakfast but apple juice was like water when I mentioned it the gentleman said its always like that
C. D.
Good location, short walk from the station. Room was a bit old, bed a bit hard, and my room backed up to the train station. Noise wasn’t too loud, but you could hear train rumbles. Good shower and WiFi was plenty fast. All in all, was good for a one night stay in a convenient location, but not sure I would stay longer than a stopover
E. M.
Standard travel lodge. Rooms small and basic exactly as you would expect. It’s disappointing that they do not provide a hairdryer as standard.
T. J.
Went looking for furniture, may I just say it was so nice to walk round and not have an assistant jump on you straight away, and this allowed me to choose and when I needed advice they was there to help, a very nice shopping experience.
E. C.
Thank you for excellent service.
The employee are doing fantastic service.
Ms. Sade is the superStar in reception.
Housekeeping 10/10. Briliant.
Definitely I'll be back next month.
Thank you.

Comfortable bed. Good choice for breakfast. Friendly staff. Cleanliness of rooms could be a little better.
J. G.
Friendly staff. Clean room, bedding and ensuite. Modern & new decor. Very happy with our experience. Only issue was a v noisy Waitrose delivery lorry outside at 3.00am! (This isn't the hotels fault though). Recommend hotel for a convenient overnight stay in London.

Great budget hotel........super location..........showers always a treat
M. N.
Nice basic hotel, and once the breakfast was out it was quite nice, nice and hot too
J. T.
Great value for the excellent location... but there are a few little drawbacks. Don't expect a quiet stay as the hallways are noisy and full of partiers at weekends. My room (514) was situated just below what seemed to be a cooling or ventilation system on the roof... translating to 24/7 fan noise and vibration. Also, if you HATE having the shower curtain stick to you whilst standing in the shower... this was maybe the worst 'shower curtain blowback' I've ever experienced! Annoying but not a deal-breaker. Also, be aware that the guest windows in this hotel DO NOT OPEN... so forget getting any outside air flow. It's air-conditioning or nothing.
S. a.
Had a lovely stay at this hotel. Was in a superior room on the 4th floor, which meant a Lavazza coffee machine and Kitkats as a lovely welcome!
Comfy bed and a buffet English breakfast. No parking.
I. B.
It's a Travelodge, and is what you expect. Perhaps not the fanciest one or the newest one, but it was good! The room was clean, the staff members I dealt with were nice and helpful and the location was good (close to the centre of London, but without being there). Bus , tube and train stations on your doorstep, too.
s. b.
Great as very close to the clubs, central London so perfect for club fire or union to pop to then back after, room wasn't Hoovered tho but the shower is so hot for fun 🤪
G.
Fantastic hotel, Lovely staff right next too the tube and train station
S. j. S.
I'm one of you guy's. You treated me no different. This was an over night stay. So that we were near to Victoria coach station. There was four of us. When we first booked we booked 2 small family room. I phoned on the day of check in. To ask about the rooms When we arrived it was lateish Solomon at reception and the management was very accommodating with our stay and helped us with the charges of rooms they made us very welcome and made sure we were comfortable.
Thank you
B. B.
Room was great only small minus was shower water spilling into bathroom floor. Very functional, clean . Everything worked. Really impressed. Staff were fabulous.. friendly , helpful, welcoming and always available.location whilst not picturesque felt safe and very close - a few steps from bus centre and tube, right nexy to little waitrose! 5 min walk to thames . Very near tate, westminster.

Great hotel. Amazing staff!!
We love staying here with Malick & his wonderful team!
c. t.
Great location, cheap to stay. Only problem I had was room was extremely warm even with the Air con on.
T. R.
Thank you so much to Jordan for helping me out with printing and making it such a pleasant experience. It was so lovely to meet you I would definitely come here for a stay and will be recommending it to my friends and family.
C. T.
Next to main road bus stop but didn't hear a thing best night sleep ever loved it
W. R.
Cassandra on the front desk is so lovely and welcoming! Would recommend this Travelodge any day, very clean and has everything you need.
d.
Rooms small but nice and clean, good position & price for London but give the food a miss plenty of places to eat it's london
s. m.
Great and helpful service, can't hear any road traffic from my room (which is on the inner side away from the main road) I stayed in room 510
WiFi has good connection and more than fast enough for basic Netflix/Work requirements.
G. R. B.
Been in the hotel for one special night. The place it’s amazing under every aspect, they really care about COVID government guidelines and security. The employees are also very kind and happy to help in any occasion with a brilliant and kind service. Unfortunately the bar area it’s closed, but this is because of the momentary situation. The rooms are more than beautiful and clean, amazing view and lovely treats for free. I really enjoyed staying there and I suggest this experience to everyone. I’ve already book again for Monday 7/12, and I’m sure it’s gonna be like the first time. Really raccomanded
P. W.
Basic, no frills hotel, but very reasonable price wise, considering it's in central London.
Air-conditioning in room is included in price, but you pay for WiFi access.
M. S.
I have stayed at many hotels in London, but this is definitely one of the best. The staff are great, really good hospitality. Malick and Christella are amazing! I couldn't have asked for better service.
R. L.
My first visit. Price for the night was very good for Vauxhall. I wasn't expecting much but the room was a very good size, bathroom too. Room very clean and to get the coffee etc for the price! Breakfast was also excellent. They get a 5 star for providing quorn sausages and baked beans not just continental breakfast😄👍 needless to say the staff too were superb and very friendly. Definitely use them again.
J. S.
Nice, cheap, plain and clean hotel in London, just south of the river. Excellent for the price. Our room had a little bit of train noise but not a problem sleeping.
y. m.
Was given a great room, the bed was comfortable, customer service was great, all the staff are very welcoming. During breakfast, we were greeted by the nicest young woman with plaits, and a nice gentleman with black glasses, the food was amazing. In the evening we ordered dinner, and it was delicious was also greeted by a young female even though she seemed under the weather she gave a lot of energy. Overall had a great experience and the customer service we received was the cherry on top, thank you for the stay.
d. o.
Only one lift working which meant that getting to ones room sometimes meant lonùer waits at the lift.
D. G.
Certainly cleaner than Raynes Park, although the general areas with loud rap music wasn't very sociable
J. M.
Tidy hotel for the price considering its London, good location and staff are helpful and friendly. would have been 5 stars but no parking. the carpark that's close(nothing to do with travelodge) is £38 a night and all road parking near is residential/permit holders so plan ahead before staying
R.
The staff were great but the hotel needs work. There were wet towels in the bathroom and the shaver plug didn't work so had to go out and buy razors. The location is the reason we stayed here. It's close to the US embassy. Perfect for meetings there.
E. R.
After being let down by the Battersea Travelodge, vauxhall came to the rescue at 2.am which even saved me money and the gentleman at the reception really went above and beyond to help me out with patience, attentiveness and friendliness. Absolutely life saver and really saved my trip
D. M.
Staff & Management were very helpful and would go the extra mile to help a guest. I would use them again when in London. Good transport hub to get around.
P. K.
The windows don't open, you can't move the shower head and WiFi is limited compared to most other hotels in the area within the same price.
However, waitrose is downstairs, Starbucks is round the corner and also, a sainsburys local...with the addition, of being at the doorstep of the bus, underground and overground station 🚉 at Vauxhall.
S. G.
Very good location, waitrose next door is a blessing. Was a bargain price wise and easy to commute around London
S. G.
When I arrived and was given my room it had not been cleaned and they had to move me.
They took a while to do my order of a falafel burger, onion rings, and a cup of tea.
The onion rings were not cooked that well.
Took a while to get my cup of tea.
Dessert also took a while.
Food seemed microwaved rather than fresh.
Staff were friendly but do not think I would stay here again. The room was fine and bed comfortable. It was just the food service that needs improvement.
Also I emailed them about the fact I have paid for a breakfast but I have to leave at 07:00 for my coach and breakfast not available until then and they did not respond to my email. So I have paid for breakfast I am unable to have as there seems to be no other options if you want an earlier breakfast.
S. K.
Very small rooms but comfortable
C. P.
Very clean, great rooms and great value for money.
Staff are very helpful and go the extra mile to help you.
J. C.
Speedy check-in,staff at reception were friendly
Doors to reception were locked because of covid but was confusing as no signage to enter
WiFi is NOT free, more expensive than what you would pay for broadband at home! You get 30mins free... So make sure your phone plans come with data (personally I didn't get much signal in the area)
No turn down service (could be due to covid circumstances), and only a couple of towels
The TV remote didn't work also...
J. T.
This gets a 4 star rather than a 3 just because I slept so well. It may be close to a bus and a train station but the noise isn't terrible and I'm quite a light sleeper.
Despite being well insulated from the noise it isn't too hot, the air conditioning is good and also not too loud. On automatic it is fine.
Could do with a few 'extras', like a toothbrush holder. Included shower wash smells pretty not great. Shower curtain is pretty rubbish too.
Despite all that I slept well and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
J. R.
Nice double room, plenty of space, with ensuite shower room. would say it was all newly redecorated, very clean and had everything we needed. warm, quiet rooms with good quality (quiet) air con.very comfy bed. found a good rate online, Staff were welcoming and friendly. Its very handy for the tube and in a great location. Have used it a few times now and will again.
L. G.
Location was phenomenal and the reason I didn't give this two stars. We were right next to the underground station, and it was easy to get from the hotel to all the things we wanted to see in the city. There was a grocery store right across from us, too, which was handy. The accommodations weren't great. Our bathroom wasn't cleaned the whole time we were there -- I did my makeup over the sink in the morning and when we got back, there was still powder in the sink. Breakfast was okay but had to be paid for, as did wifi. Our shower was clogged and wouldn't drain correctly. We also had to pay the amount due on arrival in addition to having a hold on our credit card, meaning we had to have twice the amount of money for the hotel, which was irritating. The bed was comfortable, however, and the front desk staff were nice.
Z. D.
I was disappointed to discover that the room had no bath and there was no ventilation in the bathroom so it got extremely steamed up every time the shower was used. Also, the sink took a bizarre amount of time to drain so a running tap stood a real chance of overflowing. HOWEVER, these are just nit-picks!! The room was clean and pleasant. The bed was very comfy (and I have a serious neck problem). The staff were lovely and always helpful from first thing in the morning at breakfast to late at night at the desk. The breakfast room (which is also a bar and, I think, a restaurant the rest of the day) is a bright, clean room and the food - standard hotel breakfasty stuff - was tasty and well presented. I can recommend the sausages, which I would normally never eat at all! They also allow you to leave bags if you are too early to check in but would like to leave luggage and go out to explore.
M. W.
Stayed here as very convenient to get to the US Embassy. Arrived at about 10pm and was checked in within minutes. The gent on the front desk (sorry didnt get his name) was extremely polite, helpful and funny. Just the type of reception I like.
The room itself was very basic travelodge standard, with small TV and OK bed. Not the most comfortable, but ok for the night. I was only there for the one night so was good enough for that.
Woke up early and went for my appointment, arriving back at the hotel at about 9:30am. Having not checked out I asked what time breakfast finished, and was told 10am. They took my room number and off to the buffet i went. I was expecting there to be not much left. BUT, the buffet was full of fresh food, both hot and cold, tea, coffee and apple and orange juice. The breakfast was perfect.
Overall I would stay here again. Just next to Vauxhall station and 10 min walk to the Embassy. I do have to drop a star though for the mold in the window and on the curtains. Small detail, which attention to cleanliness, or an opening window would sort out.
The staff were amazing though, really go above and beyond and were more than happy to be civilised which the hotel should be proud of. Thanks and hopefully stay again at some point.
R. Z.
Good value accommodation with great transport links - bus and train. Good service from the check-in desk. Our room was on the fifth floor overlooking a railway line but the thick glazed windows completely shielded us from any noise. Room very clean and air-conditioning that you can control. Wasn't a fan of the intercom access and the breakfast had a disappointing range and was a bit on the cold side. I wouldn't choose to eat here again but otherwise, a good night's sleep and would stay again.
H. D.
First class Hotel. Excellent value for money, staff always pleasant, helpful and efficient. Room very clean and well equipped. Also feel very safe and get a good night's sleep Always book a super room as they are so nice. Brilliant location.
M. W.
Great place to stay and close to the centre. And bus stops outside.
d. j.
This budget hotel is the perfect location for tourists who want to explore the city, right outside the tube station and with local bus connections too. I stayed in a 'super room' which was as described and had all the amenities plus a few extras. There were a couple of maintenance issues which was a shame but nothing major. Great night sleep, friendly helpful staff. The location of this hotel is its major draw though.
K. S.
Had such an amazing experience. I have worked in hospitality and service industry for a long time, but never experienced such a top notch service as Kirtan gave us. He made sure everything we needed was looked after to the smallest details. He made sure our stay was as good as could be also changing the music in the bar to suit the atmosphere. I would recommend that he receives a raise and possibly a promotion.
R. K.
I stayed here for one night to get my US visa. The staff at travelodge were so lovely and kind. I have trouble eating early in the morning and the staff noticed and asked if there was anything specific I would like cooked for me. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is easily accessible to the embankment. I would definitely stay here again thank you!!
S. B.
The staff were very nice and I can't fault any of them. I only gave 3 stars because access to the hotel was usually through intercom which was awkward and then you venture underground to reception. The bar / restaurant is next to the reception and the lighting is quite harsh. The room was tiny; I wasn't expecting much but it was very small. I could almost touch the trains outside the window but there wasn't much noise at all. The breakfast was as expected at a Travelodge so not great but not bad. In general, really not bad, clean, nice staff, good location for getting about, just nothing special.
C. L.
A rare find in London - an affordable room that is well proportioned, clean and modern (for the Super Rooms at least). Stayed in the Vauxhall Travel Lodge twice and would happily do it again. While the standard rooms are a bit dated, they tick the three main boxes for me: strong shower, sound proofed windows and comfortable bed. The Super Rooms are an excellent upgrade on this, having recently been renovated and check all the right boxes for any casual traveller.
P. J.
Great location, super staff and clean rooms.
K. K.
Clean, central rooms. A 24 hour reception and bar that serves great pizza. Wifi was paid for daily, but the exceptionally friendly and flexible staff, package collection and luggage truly made up for it.
R. W.
I have stayed here a few different times as i usually get the coach down to london and this a few tube stops away.
The staff are always very and polite and the rooms are always clean and kept to a good standard
My most recent stay was made even better by the manager mallick who upgraded me and my partner from a regular room to a superroom. Really made our trip
W. S.
Fantastic hotel in excellent location. Staff was really lovely and helpful and provided us with free luggage storage, while we wondered around the city. Room was cozy, very clean, and quiet despite central location and window overlooking train station. Standard Travelodge, good quality breakfast in the morning.
T. R.
Had a super room, but can't see much of a difference apart from coffee machine and shower. Shower was lovely, coffee machine didn't seem to work as well. Kit Kats with the coffee was a right ol treat. Dinner was okay. breakfast was bland and flavourless. Good location, reasonably priced.
D. W.
Stayed 2 nights while visiting London. Very close to a tube station, so great access to all of London. Polite and friendly staff. Only had one towel, but this was soon sorted. Food was okay, pizzas were nice but burger was a bit rubbish, however the people were lovely and would stay again!
G. B.
Rooms clean a bit small but adequate clean public rooms staff helpful and pleasant. Dont be fooled by the happy hour 4-6 did not include gin and Tonic. Would stay again easily reached from Euston
B. B.
We arrived and it seemed as if they didn't have the room available that we booked.. so we were upgraded to a 'Super room' so no complaints there. Not sure what else was different apart from a coffee machine and ironing board.. The hotel was nice, pretty standard, and the location is really good and right next to Vauxhall station. My only complaint would be that it wasn't possible to open the windows at all. Although there was an air conditioner we found ourselves opening the door for a while after showering to freshen the air.
C. S.
The lobby area and stair area of this hotel smelled really bad. They had had a flood in the cafe restaurant area the day before but had taken no steps to mask the bad smell of sewage. The room is very basic and quite depressing, but the bed is comfy.
D. R.
Our second stay here. Once again very clean and tidy. Excellent room.
The place appears well run, excellent customer service provided by Tony.
Highly recommend staying here based on the above plus the tube entrance is extremely close to the Hotel entrance
I. B.
Clean, basic, good location and polite and helpful staff. Everything you expect from a Travelodge. It's situated almost directly opposite Vauxhall station, with a Little Waitrose next door. Very convenient for walking across the bridge to Westminster.
C. L.
Very convenient for vauxhall underground and railway stations. Not too noisy, considering the location, but the ground floor is to be avoided, I understand, due to rattling from the underground. Breakfast is quite good, dinner basic with variable service levels, and bar prices not bad. Buy 2 large glasses of wine for eg £13 and get the full bottle. Clean.
C. G.
Perfect location for all in London - Vauxhall tube literally less than 1 minute away, Very clean, comfortable room - we had a room at the front of the hotel overlooking a very busy bus station and road...... Very quiet and sound proofed! Very friendly staff and helpful when needed.
The breakfast was fine and plentiful.
c. r.
Nicely refurbished room with 'comfy king sized bed'. Shower was a little temperamental but nothing to grumble over. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Useful location with good travel links.
A.
Reasonable prices, close to the Vauxhall station. Great for a quick place to stay while exploring London. Will definitely go back on my next trip.
The food and coffee is not the best, rather eat out
T.
I've stayed here a few times with work. The staff are always really helpful and pleasant here. Rooms are always clean and good transport links into the city.
T. O.
Friendly and helpful staff, good location as bus garage is directly oppthe hotel. Also cafe is on the basement level.
m. b.
Great location at Vauxhall with the Rail, tube and bus on the doorstep. I often stay here when I'm visiting Tate Britain. All the usual Travelodge amenities - they are justifiably proud of their beds. So comfort, convenience and good value, and in many years of visiting still nothing to complain about.
D. C. C.
We had a lovely time in this hotel. It's clean, new and so comfortable.
It's so near from the vauxhall station and it has got a nice price.
The only thing that I've seen a little bit "worse" is the noise of the trains near my window and that the shower curtain allows the water to come out.
A. I.
Easy to access. Many destinations near by. Clean comfortable and a great place to spend the night if you are visiting London. Basic rooms are a bit small, but surely serves the purpose of you are going to spending most of your time seeing sights around the city.
O. M.
The room was a pretty good size. Clean and modern. Only complaint is the paid wifi but that seems to be almost everywhere in London. The hotel clerk was nice and the location was excellent. Right across the vauxhall station which can take you anywhere is a flash.
M. M.
Only visited the web site which shoots you to a Travelodge main page which was clear , concise and easy to navigate.Pricing seemed competitive given the properties location .
Always read other local guides Google reviews before making the choice to book .
M. J. C.
First time in ages in a travelodge, would normally pick a premier Inn, but the location was better. Location is great, less than a minute and you are at Vauxhall station. Our room faced the track but was silent. Staff was mixed.... Some were incredibly nice and helpful, but two were grumpy and quite rude. Beware of trying to get an Uber... They won't pick up or drop off outside the hotel due to the bus lane and we had several drivers just cancel on us until we worked it out. They happily stored our luggage for us in a secure room. Would stay there again.
L. M.
For the centre of London prices are great. Location is perfect and the rooms are very clean and modern, have everything you need. Only downside is breakfast was not very warm but it's a help yourself Buffett cooked breakfast so probably why, but was ok.
M. I.
Very standard room. 3£ WiFi for 24h, 2 towels, bed, and A/C. Front desk staff were very polite and helpful. Super close to the Vauxhall Underground Station and Bus Station - we didn't hear any traffic from anything happening outside. Would stay again, albeit for a lower price.
W. I.
Pretty good stay. Queit and clean room. The key thing is, the room and service is as exactly as promised on the website!
C. R.
Great location, very short walk from the tube. It was busy outside the hotel (bus station outside) and we never heard a sound. Nice room, comfy bed. Breakfast was nice. Would recommend and stay here again.
C. G.
Good central location with excellent transport links for bus, tube and train. Only 1 stop from London Victoria and connections to Gatwick. Rooms small but adiquate and good condition (possibly recently refreshed) and not bad value for money for London. Would say the room I was in was next to railway line and you can hear the trains go by from 5.30 am. That said, if you are up there are some good running routes along the river with plenty of bridges to make it a circular route. Good breakfast on site but there is a Starbucks around the corner of you want something on the go and a bit cheaper.
L. M.
If you have stayed in a Travelodge before you will know what to expect - no frills but perfectly clean and serviceable. And a fantastic central location.
The rooms are fairly basic but very clean, have TV and aircon, and you can borrow a hairdryer from reception if you need one. Check in and out was quick and efficient.
You need to pay for wifi, which is a bit annoying.
The hotel is in a fantastic location - right next to the tube and bus stops, so you are in central London in ten minutes.
We would definitely use it again.
G. C.
Some rooms face the railway tracks... but I didn't even hear them and slept like a baby. The rooms are small, but not cramped. Excellent location, especially with the night tube running.
H. K.
What you would expect from the Travelodge. Cheap and cheerful. The room was clean and had basic tea/coffee/TV facilities. You have to ask for a hairdryer or ironing board at reception and wifi is not free. The location however is great for transport as it is literally over the road from the tube, the station and a major bus station. Downside it can make for a noisy stay if you are a light sleeper. There is also a little Waitrose next door for snacks/groceries.
M. B. J.
Hotel itself was good value for money. But the price fluctuates a lot, so not always the case.
It is being let down by a poor it site which doesn't permit reservations unless you have a UK post code. Even their (difficult to get through to) customer service couldn't fix that.
When finally the reservation was taken over the phone, I was charged an additional £1.50. Stupid additional irritance.
M. S.
Great staff at reception after I got in. It was a shame that the previous occupants dinner remnants (chicken mayonnaise sandwich) was left in the tm room. Other than that it was fine, in a great location. Room was clean, perfect for my requirements.
M. S.
Three nights there. Very efficient, clean rooms, perfect for tube etc. Rooms were aircon and quiet even on busy road. As long as looks don't matter to you and you just need an ensuite room thoroughly recommended.
P. G.
Clean, friendly, comfortable👍🏼
M. M.
Always great value and friendly staff, especially Christelle who went out of her way to help. The location is fantastic, right beside the Vauxhall tube station so it's very easy to get here. The rooms are functional and the beds are super comfy! I've stayed here many times and will do so again!
G. B.
I cannot fault the cleanliness of the rooms or the public areas. Full marks to the staff here. The first night we asked for spiced rum and diet coke. We had 1 but when we went back we were told that there was no more as the manager had the key. Not great but acceptable especially as we were staying 2 nights. At breakfast next morning the orange juice machine was not working so this also meant no water. Customers kept complaining and for whatever reason there was a delay in putting a sign up. Staff were reluctant to offer any jugs of water until some customers started to get annoyed. It was poor management. Some customers had been walking the Moonwalk so hydration was essential. Then the coffee machines broke down as well. Our 2nd night we went to the bar and no spiced rum. Manager had been on duty but stock not replenished. I found it amazing that a little bar had 13 makes of gin but no spiced rum. Come on Travelodge not your usual standard.

Nice bed, shame about the food.
The room and bed lived up to the TV adverts, however the food didn't. Dinner had oven chips that had been overcooked and we're too hard to put a fork in, they had also stuck together. Breakfast was not much better with most of thecooked food only being like warm.
A. L. E.
Got the new room. Was decent, clean and it had everything you need. Strategic position and it has a bar that we can had a couple of drink. Friendly staff
g. h.
Good for what it is, a fairly cheap hotel near central London. Rooms are good and not too small, bed was comfy, food was decent. Surprisingly quiet as well given the location. Only grumbles are having to pay for WiFi (although at £3 for 24hrs is very reasonable), and there being no plug sockets near the bed.
N. K.
££ is a bit pricy but better than alot of hotels in the area.
Location is perfect, opposite to vauxhall station and 20 mins walk to Westminster.
Rooms are nice with aircons and are sound proof, dont hear the noise of busy roads and train.
Speaking from experience, Beds can be improved as this was my 4th time stay in vauxhall and i always felt spring pinching my back during the night.
Moving on to the breakfast, +++ if you get in time however the dinner is average but there are very nice restaurants nearby.
Ideally its a 3-4 star hotel and worth staying.
K. W.
My favourite travel lodge in London, good location right next to the train station. The bad side of this is the noise and sights of trains. Clean and tidy, friendly staff and breakfast is decent.
R. 9.
The rooms are good, very neat and tidy. The ventilation system works well, it cools the room very well in warmer days. The negatives are that there is no fridge in the room. Which means u cannot bring food/beverages to your room and eat later because they will not stay cold.
The wifi is not free, which i think is absurd. Its 2016 everyone needs free wifi. And the extra single beds we had in our room were poor. Slept a night on one and my back was hurting a whole day because of it.
Travel lodge please fix these things and you are top class
P.
Beautiful rooms, have stayed here several times and never had a bad time. The staff are lovely, breakfast is really nice and the rooms themselves are lovely. Highly recommend.
D. C.
Located next to the Vauxhall travel hub, the hotel is ideally located. The room was clean and presentable, and the staff friend. The room I stayed in didn't exactly have a great view, but other than that, my stay was satisfactory.
D. C.
Great location with the Vauxhall rail and bus lines just outside the door. The 4th floor super room king was clean and up to date with cable tv/wifi(3gbp per 24 hours) all the hot water we needed with central heat/air. I ended up cancelling a nearby hotel when this place was offering a friday/saturday/sunday night special at 166GBP all in, and so glad I did..A small fridge and microwave combo would have been handy if offered!
E. W.
Perfect little room with everything we needed for a last minute spontaneous stay in London. It was also so lovely to be greeted by name from the receptionist and also with a smile! Thanks for a very pleasant and easy stay.
L.
Best experience I've had. I visited here for my US embassy visa and felt nothing but welcome here. Especially by crystelle (hopefully I spelt that right!) Who congratulated me and told me to celebrate with a bottle of wine. Thank you so much for the heart warming stay, I would honestly reccomend this as you're literally 2 seconds from a bus station, supermarkets, Starbucks and the vauxhall train station. Dont let the outside fool you the hotel is stunning.
C. S.
It was clean and tidy fairly basic But has all you need as you can eat there if you desire and drink. The bed was comfortable the room clean and the price was good . considering it in London.
A. J.
Loved it! Very clean room. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Malik in particular was super conscientious and went over and above
A. K.
Stayed here midweek to get my Visa sorted.... Its spot on!!! 10 minute walk to the embassy, right next to the tube and about a 15/20 minute walk to the London eye.
The tube from Euston was only 10 minutes long, traveling across the Victoria line.
You pay for what you get for and i was very happy what i got, very nice lady on the front desk too... She was very helpful.
Would defo stop here again :)
K.
Stayed here many times as its so close to everything I need! The hotel is right next to Vauxhall train/bus/underground station (Victoria line runs through here) As a female travelling alone I feel very comfortable & safe wandering this area on my own. The hotel is basic but you know what to expect from a Travelodge anyway. And if you’re lucky enough to get it when it’s at a cheap rate then you can’t complain really! The rooms are clean although not very big but it’s not an issue if it’s just somewhere to sleep. Could do with some sort of bedside table or something? The hotel can sometimes be manic on the weekends. Usually I stay on level 2 which means noise can be heard from the club/pub at the back but it’s not as bad as some people have made it out to be, its bearable. This time I was lucky enough to get level 4 which is the business floor, it made all the difference & I had a peaceful sleep with no interruptions, just what you need after a long day travelling. The reception staff & housekeeping staff are welcome & friendly & I was grateful that the reception accepted a parcel on my behalf as I wasn’t going to be arriving until later that night! You get 30mins free Wifi & then you have to pay £3 for 24hrs which kinda sucks, it should be included like most other hotels. I think the rooms would benefit from a mini fridge to keep drinks cold, filling the sink with water to keep juice chilled is a nuisance. There is a little waitrose, a sainsburys & a tesco so you’re spoiled for choice. Also there is a Starbucks just on the corner & a Nandos just under the bridge…what more do you need? I would recommend this hotel!
R.
Well located, otherwise a standard Travelodge. Reasonably priced. Reception is downstairs as you enter. Key card entry after 10pm. Local supermarkets available, Tube station and bus station across the road. 5 floors in total
K. L.
Very clean, helpful staff, and location is across from Vauxhall Station / Underground. No noise heard from the outside, though hitting the soap dispensers in the shower can be heard through the wall at 5am, and sounds just like a knock at the door. 1/2 hour of wifi (nice fast connection) is included daily, £3 for all day, or you can get unlimited wifi from Starbucks around the corner. Just a note for U.S. visitors, a "double bed" rooms have one bed not two.
I. H.
As a regular traveller I spend a lot of time in hotels, especially in London. I have always found the staff at the Vauxhall branch to be very helpful and polite. The accommodation is of a good standard and close to amenities in particular a Waitrose supermarket if you don't want to eat out.
M. C.
Nice clean rooms and comfy beds. Staff friendly and helpful. Shame that the fire alarm went off repeatedly through the night for prolonged periods and there was a loud thumping noise periodically throughout my stay.
D. B.
Had a noisy tap in the room, got upgraded to a super room with no hassle. Very friendly staff and very helpful. Room as you expect from Travelodge; clean, comfortable and good facilities.
F. A.
Good morning.its beautiful hotel to stay, very very clean , STAFF are great and unite, everything about Travelodge are good,I have advice on buissness site in Africa advice anyone's to come to uk to stay in Travelodge hotel. Really enjoyed, restaurant, room beautiful, bathrooms very clean and good bed,air conditioning working well,I can come out from my room,Good feeling. I recommend. I am coming back soon with my family. Thanks
W. O.
Nice place if your looking for a budget hotel in the centre of London. It's right next to Vauxhall tube and bus station and walking distance from some of the major sites to see in London.
The hotel staff are very polite and helpful. Food is not bad and there are options to get take aways nearby
C. W.
Budget hotel chain, very clean, all en suite rooms, new, very secure, good facilities. Good area as a base for sight seeing & night life with out being right in the Center of the West end of London
P. W.
Basic accommodation. But clean and functional. Good transport links bus and rail just yards away. Excellent location for touring or working around London.Room rates not bad for central London.
L. W.
Very quiet room. Bathroom shower was lovely. We were in a room for guests with mobility problems and the bathroom was very good. The single beds were very narrow.
m. a.
It's next to Vauxhall train & tube station and the Kennington Oval is 10 minutes walking distance. My room faced the train platforms but I hardly noticed any noise, so nothing to worry about really. The staff is helpful and the buffet breakfast is underwhelming.
J. M.
Nice hotel. Get what you pay for. However, the ten pound charge for checking in 2 hours early is a bit cheeky. The room is clearly ready and makes no difference to the hotel if I had the key or not.
M. S.
The staff - Leah, Jordanne, Cassy, Nayla..... very welcoming and friendly, very helpful too.
Hotel - clean, nice, functional room. Exactly what i was looking for.
Whenever I need to come to London, its most likely i'll stay here.
S. G.
Friendly welcome. In a so called 'super room' which was lovely. Very fresh and clean. Fresh towels on day 2. Restored faith in Travelodge after 2 dissapointing visits to the Covent Garden one recently.
w.
Comfortable clean rooms with showers that are very powerful and good temperature.
C. J. C.
Excelent place to stay...close to Vauxhall u/ ground......and sainsburys...comfy bed and warm room....air con yes...but it would be good to have a small vent for fresh air....even though we looked out over the station. Room 520.
M. M.
Clean, simple room right next to Vauxhall train station/tube station/bus station (so easy transport links around London). Can be a little noisy at night hearing noises of water running in pipes when toilets flush and the hum of traffic outside but otherwise a decent place for our two night stay.
K. B.
Really friendly staff , very clean hotel with quiet rooms. Bar open 24/7 and staff cannot do enough to help. Breakfast is great
K. M. (.
The hotel was okay, definitely needs renovating (despite being advertised as newly renovated when I went). A wall in the stairwell looked like it was going to cave in. Other than that it was fine, usual Travelodge standard breakfast.
H. J.
Great budget hotel in superb location. The room was a little basic and in need of refurbishment but this is a minor inconvenience taking the price and location into consideration.
J. E.
Clean, relatively cheap, staff helpful/personable. Just don't get a basement room at the back....view of a concrete wall, and the sound of trains btw Waterloo and Clapham till late, and from early in the morning
n. d.
Perfect place to stay if you are working in the city most places can be found with in walking distance or the tube just outside the hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful and rooms are clean but basic
c. m.
Easy check in, close to transport ,tube and bus...Starbucks and Waitrose beside hotel. Very handy spot. Bar and resturant available in hotel...looked impressive but didn't avail off..Will return, bed very comfortable too
S. H.
Central, great transport links. No access to the hotel for cars, no car parking either. Rooms are decent clean and quiet. Lively area. Nice staff.
A. R.
It's a Travelodge so you know what you're getting room wise, though the ensuite toilet/shower did seem rather small in our superroom. As for Vauxhall Travelodge itself, it's 30 seconds walk from exit 2 of Vauxhall tube station so it's really conviniently located. Staff have been amazing without fail; polite, helpful, going the extra mile to make the stay stress free!
M. W.
Really good central hotel. This is the best Travelodge I've stayed in. Good selection on mini supermarkets, coffee shops. Nandos right across the road. But plenty around that are walking distance. Tube station and over ground right next to the hotel and its walking distance to oval.
T. E.
Good travel lodge for room only. Easy to check in and out and a very well kept room . Go and and come as you please with swipe card to main entrance lobby. Didn't use bar or food services. No point when in London as so much on doorstep
L. T.
Excellent position for bus, train and tube for sightseeing. But this also means it is quite noisy as well. Overall, not a bad hotel and good value for money.
t. k.
Staff friendly. Very clean. Breakfast good but repetitive. Across the road from tube station making it easy to access tourist spots
C. F.
Room was tiny, couldn't get a pram past the bed. Mattress was hard and the entire bathroom was a fiberglass room without a vent so couldn't use the mirror after my shower. The employees really tried to compensate for it.
B. J. G.
Very good hotel, not your bog standard dismal Travelodge, much more like a proper hotel.
Restaurant on reception level & bar.
Good facilities in room.
Great place to stay for central London.
C. G.
Really good location, right by Vauxhall bus and Train Stations, easy to walk to most places in central London. Nice quiet rooms of a good size. Clean, modern, friendly staff. Really great experience.
S. M.
Located right next to vauxhall train and tube station this travelodge is definitely well located for public transport. Also the price is pretty reasonable for such a central location. We were in town to go to the theatre and we took the tube to soho but walked back after the show. This was a pleasant walk mostly by the river. There is a waitrose right next door and a sainsbury by the station. Busses also go from outside the hotel. However given that the room either look over the bus station or the railway tracks it can take some getting used it as the noise is still noticeable through closed windows. Aircon in room but these are pretty small.
k. w.
Very clean with courteous staff, bus stops are right outside so had to carry bags to get there as no cars allowed alledgiedy from a taxi. Only 3 minutes from the underground station.
M. J.
Good value London Travelodge with good views for trainspotters. Very close to Vauxhall tube station, train station and bus station. Lavazza coffee machines & complementary KitKat's in the rooms.
G. T.
Great location, right next to underground and bus stops. Friendly staff, nice clean room. Would give 5 stars except for a funny smell in and around the lift.
C. M.
Nothing to write home about. Food was palatable; not so much with breakfast. Never again. Rooms were passable. Needs some serious improvements.
T.
It would have been perfectly fine for the price if the room didn't stink. Suspect it was sewerage. Good breakfast though.
G. W.
Rooms are clean and functional. Hotel staff were very friendly at check in. Good location just opposite Vauxhall tube. Breakfast was unorganized as there was just one lady having to do everything.
A. S.
My room was very basic, the TV was tiny and tinny with basic freeview channels. But it is well located. The bar area could really do with a refurb as it is very soulless.
M. W.
Friendly staff and great location. Rooms are okay for the charged price. The place offers a late check out that comes in handy if you chose to stay there because of the many nightlife shenanigans around
H. P.
Great location right next to Vauxhall tube station. Primary bed comfortable, additional beds (twin or triple room) much less so but still adequate. Friendly service.
A. B.
Could do with a better restaurant but staff will go the extra mile
S. M.
Does the job and it is seconds away from the Tube. However the room was really stuffy: the air conditioning was noisy and not effective. They need to fix the windows with whatever safety is required so that you can at least open them a bit.
D. J.
Clean room, welcoming staff, easy access and great location close to the tube station. Only slight downside was the room being next to a mainline train platform...although appreciate can't be helped!
M. C.
Best location in Vauxhall - which itself is not a very charming area but the hotel is located right next to the tube and close to the bus station.
The hotel itself is quite ordinary, but it´s clean, and it offers a nice breakfast.
The location alone is worth the 4 stars....
J. C.
Good location. Super room was ok but a hair clip on the floor and the bathroom had hairs in it. Obviously not cleaned thoroughly enough.
J. T.
We use this travelodge everything we visit London (3 or 4 time a year for at least 2 nights at a time) It's close enough to central London for a nice walk down the south bank to all attractions and amenities but further enough out as to get no noise whatsoever which is a massive bonus as it is on a bus stand and and 10 yards to the tube!!
5* service 5*cleanliness and also have baggage storage for a £1 per bag donation to Mcmillan
j. A.
Reasonably priced room and food. Very convenient location. Had ironing facilities but little storage in the room (top floor for business trips)
D. H.
Fab stay close 2 tube station 2 get u round London!
C. T.
Helpful and friendly staff. Comfortable bed although with a sharp edge. Very little noise overnight from outside but some from within the building.
F.
Basic hotel, don't expect anything fancy but it is reasonably comfortable. The food isnt great but you dont expect much for the price it is. The staff are friendly and welcoming and it is a great location with good transport links
C. M.
Really enjoyed my weekend here all the staff work really kind and friendly and the bed was amazing beautiful views really recommended and they served breakfast and they have a bar can't wait to book again.
M. B.
Inexpensive hotel. Good location, next to railway and underground. Clean, functional rooms, bar and food served at a reasonable price. Friendly, helpful staff, recommended.
P. A.
very close to underground and bus stops. ease of conveyance. It has a bar and food available all the time. Good place to stay enjoyed a lot.
R. F.
Totally standard budget hotel that really cashes in on its location more than anything else. Had to ask 3 times for extra towels in a double bedroom that only came with 1 towel...
H.
Nice, clean rooms, very friendly helpful staff. Decent breakfast. Totally recommended.
C. L. B.
Great location - tube, rail and bus stations right on the doorstep. Little Waitrose next door opens till 11pm. Also Starbucks Coffee, Sainsbury's Local & Pret A Manger. Good value!
b.
The staff here were great - polite, friendly and competent. Would’ve been five stars but there was some street noise from a venue close-by but hey... what do you expect in a capital city.
a.
Absolutely fabulous stay, clean comfortable excellent food.. All the staff made you feel very welcome and were very friendly.. Will definately book again!!
B. J.
As always very good, if basic, levels of hygiene, service and comfort. The real plus point of this hotel is its hands off approach, which I think is totally suitable for this hotels' usual clientèle.
S. L.
Excellent location, right opposite the tube station and a short walk from the Oval. Exceptionally good rates for Central London, and the staff could not have been more accommodating. Top marks all round!!
S. N.
Great hotel. My room had views of Vauxhall Station with trains pulling up on platforms. Brilliant!
E. B.
Friendly staff, comfortable bedrooms, and a decent breakfast (although the scrambled eggs weren't great). But I had a great time, and it was a very convenient location.
A. K.
Really nicely decorated. Very clean and tidy. Reception staff were friendly. Good amenities!
C. P.
Easy to get to from vauxhall Station. the staff were very attentive and nothing was to much trouble for them the room was a little bit disappointing considering what I paid for it. Breakfast was OK but I think they would be better cooking it too order rather than help your self.
T.
Visiting London for work and was setup with Travelodge London Vauxhall as accommodation. Was a very clean, cozy and relaxing stay and their inclusive All you can Eat breakfast was pretty good!
B. R.
Best travel lodge I've been in with regards room facilities. But... do not have bfast here!! Do not! Also bring your own soap... travel lodge soap stinks!!
J. C.
One of the better Travelodge's and well located.
I have stayed in many of the Capitals' TL's and this is probably the best of them. Its cheaper and fresher than most and is right outside Vauxhall Tube/Bus station so easy links to Westminster, Oxford Circus, Camden etc etc. Waitrose downstairs and Sainsburys/Starbucks/Nando's around the corner.
Already booked to go back next week.
P. R.
Very convenient location. Staff very friendly and helpful, while room was clean and perfectly comfortable. Great budget accommodation.
G. A.
Location is perfect. But very noisy in the room from outside. Room are very minimalistic, but the bed is really comfortable
M. F.
This hotel can sometimes be a bit pricey, but if you can get it at a reasonable rate, it is really convenient for the local facilities and also for getting into the city. It's right next to Vauxhall station, and a pleasant 20-30 minute walk from the South Bank, along the river.
D. C.
Nice clean rooms. Good location. Food was good too. Unfortunately got affected by flooding so their basement reception and dining area probably not a good idea.
A. S.
Dont expect more than a good nights sleep rooms are quite clean and nicely decorated, staff were quite helpful but there wasnt enough but its a budget hotel so dont expect the world, breakfast is basic for the price, expect to pay more for parking than the room (£40 for room) £55 for 24hr parking, nearest ncp is cardagan pl. About 15min walk or 5mins in a uber hotel more suited for travelling to london via public transport due to limited parking
P. H.
Had a great stay at this hotel the rooms are comfy clean and quiet the staff are all friendly especially Skye, ansel & Jose who went out of their ways to make my stay even more enjoyable
Thanks guys xx I will be back in future
j. c.
Nice service.. our room.was very noisy as next to the underground which ran through the night. View out the window was a building site... but good value for money and good location
l. z.
Comfortable and Clean hotel. Staff is very friendly and professional! Lovely restaurant food. Only thing missing is a pool 😀
S. I.
Fantastic family weekend in London, hotel was very clean & comfortable with a team of very helpful, happy, kind staff.
Definitely will stay again & highly recommend for both comfort, price & location
Thank you travel lodge Vauxhall
K. W.
Lovely room. Staff were professional and went over delivered on customer service. Would stay here again without a doubt.
d. c.
Very nice place. Great staff. Great location. I stayed for work but it was in a great place for almost anywhere in London for sightseeing. Will definitely stay again.
M. S.
Overall very pleasant staff. Rooms what you would expect from a budget hotel. Good location for transport links.
B. B.
Very friendly staff, location great because of vicinity of underground station. Good breakfast as well, a couple of stores in vicinity.
M. R.
Couldn't fault the service and food fantastic staff who Couldn't do enough.
C. M.
Room bigger than expected, very helpful staff, nice breakfast after a good night, all at an unbeatable price, great value for money
G. S.
Perfect location for our business trip.
Brilliant staff, very helpful indeed.
T. G.
Bog standard commuter hotel. Clean rooms and quiet despite being 10m from the railway lines. Breakfast is stupidly expensive but always is in a travelodge. Weatherspoons is around the corner for food.
I. N.
Good hotel, great location. Supermarkets near by, and right by the tube station. Reception is downstairs, the room are your standard travelodge rooms
m. a.
Did not look like the same room as advertised when I booked online but it was clean and had the same facilities. The layout is a little awkward but other than that had a great stay especially for the price
s. s.
Great value for money but was spoiled by maid waking us even though the do not disturb sign was out. They said they would refund late check out fee but never did
L. C.
We were only given one towel when there were 2 of us staying in the room, and the wifi code we paid for didn't work, we told the staff but weren't given a new code or a refund.
M. S.
Clean, near tube, open 24/7. Some beds comfortable, some of them were tourists beds so not that comfortable.
M. C.
Comfortable, and Clean, but to noisey. Trains rolling in and out all night. I recommend you ask for a room on the otherside of the building.
p. c.
Great location for u.s embassy only 10 min walk also opposite tube station! Very good hotel very clean and great staff freindly and efficient & professional will definitely go their again !
B. H.
Stayed here twice and it is relatively comfortable and hospitable. It has good amenities nearby but can be noisy due to nearby trains and buses.
G. L.
First time we have stayed in this hotel. It was very clean And friendly staff also good menu
K. H.
Room is immaculate and the services provided are good , rooms are abit on the small side but it is to be expected for the location.
Overall truely pleased so far :)
P. B.
Stayed here a few times in their Super rooms for work and can't fault it really. Good location with Victoria line tube station and bus station just outside.
M. y. O. b.
Have stayed here a few times now and will again no doubt. Always clean with friendly staff. Unfortunately I think because of recent flooding though there is a very bad smell in bar/restaurant area
K. M.
Perfectly adequate for a night, typical Travelodge. Very handy location, right next to Vauxhall tube and train stations. Decent breakfast.
S. B.
Showers are a bit basic and rooms are simple however very good location to travel to / from being close to Victoria coach station and Vauxhall Underground.
A. F.
Fantastic team..! Helpful and careful.
Hotel was very clean and strangely calm, if we think we are on the center of London.
M. M.
Wasn't happy about the fact the windows don't open also ended up having to by my own toiletries. Besides that the hotel was clean and comfortable
C. F.
Great location, a bit basic but very clean and comfortable. Very good breakfasts and a great price.
J. V.
Amazing experience. It was our anniversary they have up a bottle of prosecco on arrival and complimentary breakfast. Fabulous experience
L. &. M. F.
The rooms were basic and tidy. Well worth the money. The staff were excellent and couldnt be any nicer.
T. A.
Nice, refurbished rooms. Great location and often decent rates. They've got aircon.
A. M.
It was a great experience to stay here. Lovely service from very friendly staff esp. Robin, Ansu and Tiago. Would recommend this place to every visitor of London.
A. C.
Better than my last visit 12 months ago. This room had a window and more than one power socket!
R. j. L.
Rooms very clean staff realy nice not much parking nearby
S. D.
Location is right next to train and bus station so very convenient but because round corner a little on right I didnt find straight away. Staff were extremely helpful with any complaints or queries
A. E.
The hotel is situated incredibly close to the tube station which made getting around super easy. The staff were lovely and helpful.
L. B.
The room was basic but the receptionist Jordanna was so helpful and made an effort to make my stay comfortable
A. C.
Wifi poor so don't pay for it. My mobile provider is O2 and i couldn't get a signal. Food was okay, breakfast was hello help yourself no indication where anything was.
T. J.
Warm friendly helpful staff, clean airy rooms, air con really good, breakfast was standard Travelodge, warm amd tasty and plentiful
H. P.
Great hotel to go in for 3 to 4 nights because if you pay extra you can get all you can eat breakfast and pizza at night great views 3 tube lines that are arond u and a supermarket sainsburys local on your doorstep there is also a waitrose next door
l. d.
Luved our stay rooms very gd, staff very friendly n a gr8 breakfast oh n the beds r so comfy...xxx
J. C.
For a budget hotel its well presented, clean and functional. Would be happy to use again.
C. S.
Lovely comfy bed and good facilities. Very quiet considering how busy it was outside.
I. H.
Excellent place to stay, just around the corner from National Rail Vauxhall and Victoria line Underground . Also Sainsbury's and Waitrose on doorstep.
S. H.
Good vegan breakfast, why do they never have plug sockets beside the beds??? Dirty staircase amd stuff but clean rooms.
K. B.
Stayed here to celebrate hogmany in london great location, friendly staff food ok very clean room couldn't believe you couldn't hear the traffic outside our room great stay
S. J.
Very convenient location. Nice, modern rooms with temperature control. Would stay again.
P. B.
Hotel is very close to vauxhall tube station , rooms are basic, but very clean, staff are pleasant, there is a basic food service.
S. M. B.
Strategic Locations... From the hotel you can go everywhere.. the rooms clean.. the Super Breakfast.. the staff is amazing... we will go gain
P. B.
I had a great stay at the Travelodge. Only issue was getting in to check in. Pressed the button but no one answered so had to wait for someone to come out so I could get in.
J. D.
Same high standard as all other Travelodge hotel I've stayed in with the advantage of being very close to the train station and bus terminal.
S.
Stayed for one night. Nothing special, just normal travelodge - good value, would stay again. The room was clean and had tea making stuff :)
M. C.
Clean enough, room edges could have done with a deeper hoover, decent location for what we wanted.
K. B.
Was only a short stay but lovely. Comfy, clean room.. Great value.
r.
For the deal I got on-line it was worth every penny only moan was bloody banging door throughout the night & kids beds felt like concrete blocks rather than mattresses but apart from that all good
L. P.
They do veggie sausages for breakfast without even having to ask for them to be cooked!
Service always great.
s. t.
Lovely and clean, excellent cooked all you can eat breakfast, right by the tube station.
Z. U. H.
A good place to stay. Accessible to all London areas. No microwave oven placed in the room.
V. S.
Clean & comfortable. Surprisingly quite for London too.
And literally less than a minute to the nearest tube station.
😃
A. H.
Excellent hotel. Great staff. Ideally placed for public transport
S. P.
Enjoyed this place, great view of vauxhall, great for Bus service and Underground round the corner,Very clean place to stay and in walking distance of Victoria Coach Station.
N. Y.
Staff very helpful and hilarious. Definitely would return again. Room was what i asked for.
K. T.
Good location and great staff. I was shattered when I arrived and the gent on reception gave me a bottle of water.
j. h.
I was on lower floor and there was do.e train noise but room was clean and tidy. Breakfast ok
J. L.
Great hotel, just behind the station! Food really good too.
O.
Had a great time only really used as a place to stay, friendly staff and willing to make pizzas at 4am
R. P.
Recently refurbished and everything spot on. Noiseless clean aircon rooms particularly impressive.
D. G.
Nice budget hotel. Right next to rail, metro and bus lines. Market next door. Polite staff. Highly recommended.
A. H.
Staff are friendly. It's a shame that Travelodge don't have an agreement with a local Car Park to offer discounted rates considering they don't have their own car park.
G. B.
Medium. Is clean, nice bad and shower. Perfect to survive with dignity. But that’s it. Nothing much
G. R.
Clean comfortable rooms breakfast was great value for money, perfect accommodation for a two day sightseeing London trip.
P. F.
OK but staff not as friendly and welcoming as Travelodge staff normally are.
L. G.
Value for money ..Had a lovely dinner 1st night ..convenient to get everywhere we wanted xx
J. H.
Fab hotel. Great location. Clean, tidy & really lovely staff.
S. S.
It's OK. Small rooms looking out on to Vauxhall station. Trains running to late at night still audible but not a huge bother
R. E.
By far the best travel lodge we have ever stayed in, the guy on reception was absolutely phenomenal, top notch.
A. W.
