Absolutely loved our stay. Great location in the heart of London. The hotel has many unique and thoughtful touches which really made our stay special. The room was spotless and well styles, with plenty of storage and the bathroom was a highlight. Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Only downfall was the breakfast was a little lacklustre. All being said, definitely worth a stay and experience.

I think this is one of the most eco friendly hotels in London! Very cozy and modern rooms, with some breathtaking views of Central London ! The bar at the top is very warm, full of hanging plants and natural light ! The entrance is a bit hidden I’d say and when you look outside the building, it doesn’t look very promising! But trust me, it’s a totally different story on the inside with some super friendly staff! If modern and alternative lifestyle is not your cup of tea, then maybe you should look for other alternatives!

Great decor throughout, helpful staff. Beautiful rooms, comfortable beds with the added bonus of a slightly later check out time than most hotels so you can make the most of them and great blackout blinds.

Amazing Hidden Little Gem With Best Location!
I needed a hotel for a last-minute stay and picked this wonderful hotel. So glad I did as it was a brilliant choice and just a perfect stay. The location is amazing near Oxford Circus tube but far enough away from all the madness and noise. The hotel team was so friendly and keen to make sure you have a great experience. The check-in and check-out experience were great with a super happy and friendly team member assisting me on both occasions. The hotel has so many cute little touches that really stand out from the rest. This is most noticeable with the room with so many cute touches everywhere you look. I kept finding something else that gave me a big smile. The TV was huge and perfect as I love to chill out and watch tv at night after enjoying my time out in town. The best thing of all with the TV was the technology that allows you to connect it to your phone and control what you want to watch and when you want to. So many hotels are a letdown with the TV channel options. But this was amazing to have so many options and to be in control of what you want to watch. The view was amazing from our room, and it had a lovely cozy seating area by the window that was so inviting. It is also set up so you can enjoy a meal together while enjoying the amazing view. I did not have that opportunity on this stay, but I will be back for sure, and next time I will do breakfast at the window. The rate was also extremely reasonable for what you get. So, I highly recommend you stay here if you're looking for a Lovely central London hotel stay and experience. I will be back and Thanks for the amazing hospitality. See you on the next trip!

Excellent hotel. Can’t recommend highly enough! Fabulous location in central London just off Oxford street but far enough away to not feel too busy. Absolutely fantastic 360 view across London, our room was particularly special having views from the corner in two directions. Who needs the shard!
The decor is modern and stylish with a lovely feel the Nest bar and the Madera bar are beautiful with real foliage surrounding you. Excellent cosy feel.
To top it all I think it’s the best customer service I have ever experienced. Being greeted by my name at the reception desk and at the lift with a taxi waiting for us to head off to our venue was particularly special. The staff cannot do enough for you. Absolutely flawless.

An accidental find for a last minute birthday getaway. Attentive staff, beautiful rooms and oh my, the shower! If you're hot water fiend like me, you will have no complaints.

My partner and our families stayed here for our wedding in July. Even though we were a relatively small group of four couple/families, the staff bent over backwards to make our stay wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble, even when our plans shifted or we needed help with things like moving a cot into a room or arranging taxis. Everyone seemed genuinely happy to be there, and like they wanted nothing more than to make our stay memorable. They put chocolate covered strawberries in our room as a wedding treat, and even let us use the Nest rooftop to do our ‘first look’ in our wedding outfits!
The place is decorated beautifully, with little touches that give it such a fun vibe. We loved our rooms- the views were wonderful, the window seats in the Lookout rooms were really fun, and the suites are super spacious. We didn’t want to leave when it was time to check out! We will definitely be back in the future.
Mikey and Fiona were amazing before our arrival, helping coordinate rooms and reservations. Veronika and her colleagues at reception were kind, efficient, and so helpful anytime we called. Jorge, Owen, and many others on the restaurant team were lovely and did things like bring extra heaters when it was cold and take photos of our group if we asked! I wish I could remember more names, as these are just a few of the wonderful staff who made our stay a pleasure. Thank you!

Stayed for 2nights with my partner and 3 children. Chose this hotel as was within walking distance to many tourist attractions. Beautiful hotel inside, beautiful rooms, we loved the decor.
Staff were lovely, helpful and polite. Food was amazing at the rooftop.
Views from hotel room were the best.
R. B.
The hotel was fun and different. The rooms were on the small side, but great to have the window seats. The staff were a bit off. We weren't allowed to use the lift to go upstairs to the bar until we had gone back down to the lobby? We also had to queue to see someone to allow us to use the lift. Very bizzare. And they were a bit stand off ish. We stayed last month and I'm still waiting for my receipt via email even after asking twice.

This is by far the best hotel we have ever stayed in our entire life. Completely different hotel vibe. The hotel was so arty creative earthy & quirky. Loved everything about it from the minute we walked through the door. The staff where so professional & friendly couldn't do enough for us. We got a mini tour around the nest rooftop bar when we checked in and the veiws. Omg out of this world.
Our room was fantastic "skyline queen" two very large windows with amazing veiws of London eye,shard... etc
We had breakfast in the Madera. Omg food was absolutely to die for. We would recommend the omelette & the avocado toast.
The hotel was that good we could have stayed there the whole time. It was dear. But worth it. I believe you pay for what you get.
We loved our stay here thanks tree house hotel Hope to see you soon 😊

Great hotel, beautiful (and quirky) rooms, fantastic staff and food (breakfast and dinner).
The only thing missing were better windows and a gym!
Worth a stay here if you're wanting something different.
I really enjoyed the couple of nights I spent here and will hopefully be back in the future.
T.
I quite liked it and, happy we even got a seat as we didn't have a reservation. It was a great atmosphere quite casual with nice music playing. We had some small plates all very delicious and the drinks were good as well. I will definitely go back.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for business purposes this last week. I have to say I cannot recommend this hotel enough!
If you are looking for something a little different to the normal and this is a place for you!
From the moment you step in the door you are greeted by the most lovely staff and once in the rooms themselves the fact that you really appreciate the little details that have been put into these rooms. From the stunning shower to the very comfy and luxurious bed I could’ve stayed in the window seat for the entire stay looking at the views alone!
Then once you’re settled you noticed all the beautiful little quirky items from the magic eight balls to the little birds I’m cuckoo clocks. You can just bring down the blackout blind and feel trapped in this little oasis of calm!
Nothing was too much for the staff and went above and beyond for any requests that I had!
The coffee garden in the sunshine is fantastic and the bars on the upper levels are just exquisite.
And you are literally a stones throw from Soho Oxford Street and so many other amazing locations in London it’s ideal for wandering around on a weekend away and
I can’t wait to return with my family and friends!!!!

Visually gorgeous hotel, really interesting and unique decor. Awesome location in central London with good views

Amazing night at tree house hotel
On arrival the staff was super friendly and welcoming
The room was perfect, the decoration and the attention to details was fantastic. Bed really comfortsble and the amazing views was fantastic. The staff supper attentive and friendly, they even surprise us when the founded out it was my husband’s birthday and they brought us a cake
We also enjoyed a lovely dinner at madera restaurant, where the good experience carried on and the food was delicious
10/10
The only bad thing was to have to leave ☺️
Z. a.
Great location and comfort beds , classy decorations but Small rooms , no spaces , no reception nor lobby in the ground floor,
C. J.
Great hotel for a treat our room was so comfortable and inviting, with more than your usual features in the room lay out and a great view over the London skyline,
N. M.
Stayed here for a weekend away and the location is perfect. Right on Oxford Street. Hotel was great and staff were excellent.

Because of Covid and the restrictions on travelling we decided to have a mini break in London. We chose the treehouse because of its location and its quirky style. We are a family of four and we had a suite adjoining a twin room for the children. The rooms were very comfortable with great views and all the little touches (the magic 8 ball, Paddington Bear teddies, retro record player) made it different to the hotels we normally stay in. Our room had fantastic views over London.
The location was very central and we walked to Regent's Park, Soho and Oxford Street with ease. We ate in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast and both meals were delicious if a bit on the pricey side. The Madera restaurant is Mexican and the night we went had a DJ playing which really added to the ambience. I am a vegetarian and there were plenty of vegan and vegetarian dishes. The vegan breakfast was excellent.
Overall we had a great experience and all the staff were friendly and helpful.

Our stay at the treehouse hotel was truly stunning from start to finish. We arrived to the less conventional reception and were instantly met with the best reception views i have ever had the pleasure of experiencing - this set the tone of the rest of our stay. We were then taken to where we were going to be staying - Clubhouse Suite. Luckily one of my really good friend’s who works as a travel agent managed to secure a naughty little price on this suite so I had to go for it. As soon as we walked into the room it was everything I had pictured and more. The room was decorated beautifully with quirky and og furnishings everywhere. To top it all off our copper bath looked right onto the BT tower, my girlfriend and I couldn’t be happier. Breakfasts at the treehouse were incredible, eating on the 15th floor every morning sipping iced coffees and eating the most interesting breakfasts we’ve ever had was truly special. Rooftop bar was incredible and the staff up there were so relaxed and friendly making it so enjoyable each time we went up. We had dinner at Madera on our second night and this was some of the best Mexican I’ve had in UK hands down. The tacos were incredible, if your staying here you gotta check out the tacos were out of this world. Special shout outs to Ruben at Madera such a chill fella who made our evening even more special. All the staff at this hotel are so relaxed and friendly! One of our favourite hotel’s we have ever stayed at. Treehouse hotel smashed it. We can’t wait to return one day.
M. C.
Had a relaxing stay at the Treehouse hotel recovering from laser eye surgery. Booked a suite which was reasonably priced with great views over the London skyline. All the facilities were closed, but gave us the opportunity to try out Deliveroo, which was excellent. Staff delivered to the door, first class and provided plates and cutlery. Young, professional and enthusiastic team, will use again.
T. W.
Great cocktails, fabulous customer service. Lorraine is an amazing front of house/waitress.
J.
Nice venue, great drinks, good seats outside with heated lights so didnt feel like I was outside
M. T.
The 15th floor bar has great views of London and a greenhouse/lost boys kind of vibe that manages to feel cool and chic. The outdoor floor-level bar on green synthetic grass is gorgeous on a sunny day. The staff was superb and attentive!
T. S. A.
Love this place. Bar staff are cool and views are first class. Food is nice..

We stayed in a Skyline King, 11th Floor. Lovely room, big window with great blackout blind, fab window seat, the length of the window overlooking Regent Street. Lovely comfortable bed, large comfy pillows, 1 feather and 1 other material. Wonderful bathroom, big walk-in shower, lovely toiletries. Great comfort cooling.
Great location, great Hotel just a few niggles, some staff much more interactive and engaging than others. Special mention again for Remus, Izzy and Dieu-donne
See my Trip Advisor review for the full text. I exceeded the characters on this.

Not exactly authentic at all but really good food nonetheless and great ambiance.
h. f.
Absolutely amazing. Great place to stay and really attentive staff. I love how quirky it is, whilst still having the luxuries of a great hotel. I would definitely advise people to stay here.
J. M.
Hotel fantastic....love the theme in the room and roof top bar with views over London...cocktails choice good...only let down was the Full English at breakfast..beef sausage and turkey bacon not good and no beans as advertised, food also didn't arrive together at the table which was awkward as some were eating and other watching...not good. Overall a good stay... but just let down by little things that are easily rectified.
A. L.
We stayed two nights and the hotel is just magical. As everyone mentions - the staff are all very friendly and easy-going and the rooms and facilities are just perfect. Try and pay a little extra for a window seat in your room its well worth it for the fabulous views and make sure you have a drink and a meal on the rooftop bar - its amazing!
E. W.
Such a beautiful hotel. Amazing views over London, big window seat, lovely comfy bed. The room was also really uniquely styled, which I adored.
C. P.
We stayed here after getting engaged and the hotel and staff were all absolutely amazing. They couldn’t have done more for us, including decorating the room before our arrival with some treats. The food was also brilliant and we had a really good brunch as well. Would highly recommend!
F. D.
Great hotel. Loved the design and at the small attention to quirky detail.
Staff were all very attentive.
Roof top bar had a great vibe. Very funky and chilled.
Only issue was no hot water in the room during the evening. It was working in the morning. Also the room was noisy. Window are the old single glazed.
Didn't eat at the hotel so can't comment on the food.
J. M.
Really friendly and helpful staff, comfy rooms, great views and perfectly central location. The roof top bar was great with lovely food. Will definitely stay there again and definitely recommend too
J. B.
A lovely, newly open hotel with very interesting modern and rustic style. Comfortable rooms & suits with amazing views of London. Central location by BBC. A lovely restaurant and an amazing bar on the top of the hotel with a very friendly staff and chilled atmosphere.
V. L.
Stayed here for four nights with my boyfriend for a staycation and the experience was lovely. Extremely friendly staff that gave the warmest greeting every time we came back or left the hotel, not to mention the cute and cozy rooms with a beautiful view of the city. Loved the interior design & little details! The large TV with chromecast also made our nights in extremely comfy. Would definitely come back.
S. B.
Wasn't sure about this hotel since it seemed relatively new and didn't have many reviews, but decided to take the chance since the reviews were really good. This turned to be a great choice, as the hotel is really beautiful and unique, and a great value for money.
The hotel has the top floors in the building and each room has amazing views of London. The rooms and hotel are beautifully designed and are super comfortable. Service is really amazing as well.
The hotel also has an amazing rooftop bar, a restaurant and a coffee shop, all have really great quality and service. Would definitely recommend this hotel if you like to stay around Soho
M. K.
Hotel went above and beyond on our 1 night stay! Food was absolutely fantastic and the service was superb throughout. The decor of the hotel was great and really well thought of!
My highlight was probably sitting outside on the balcony of the nest eating and drinking in the sun!
Would definitely recommend.
J. H.
Beautiful and fun hotel concept! Comfy room and great view!
L. C.
We really loved the Treehouse - our room was fantastic, great to sit in our window seat and watch the world go by whilst having breakfast. Staff were friendly, the hotel was adhering to Covid-19 procedures (the pack on arrival containing masks and sanitiser was a nice touch), we felt very comfortable and pleased with our choice of hotel throughout our stay.
a. w.
Went here for an anniversary lunch and we loved it! Amazing food served in a sharing dish capacity. Some of the best cocktails we've had in London!!!! Was never a margarita fan before we visited here but now I'm converted! The lime tart desert with the minty granita was probably one of my top deserts ever eaten! Loved it and will definitely be back!!!
N. H.
Very different, an attack on the senses in a very good way. Greeted with a margarita on arrival and it just got better and better!
B. L.
I stayed there for my wedding weekend and it was an amazing experience. We had a suite which was spacious and had amazing views of the city. Decorated in a fun and modern way, and looked very eco-friendly. The staff were very professional and nice, and catered to our every need - including many requests by my partner for more tea and milk. We also visted the restaurant and rooftop bar which which had great food and drinks - again with amazing views of the city. Definitely a hotel to stay in if you looking for something hip and not pretentious, for a reasonable price. And the restaurant is also worth visiting for a nice night out for everyone living in London.
M. M.
The Nest is an amazing bar with amazing views of all parts of the City.
F. C.
What a fantastic green-filled oasis up in the skyline of London. Even on a rainy day the views are fantastic. The interiors are great - boho, hanging plants, wicker lampshades and some cool colours. My instagram was made for this!!
We had chicken caesar salads which we could barely finish they were so good. The bar menu was lengthy and the staff very chilled and friendly.
I'd go back in a heartbeat and will do on a dry day next time so we can sit on the terrace.
J. W.
Great stay, friendly staff and rooms with fantastic views
S. D.
Looks nice, have some basics. Ovb Covid restrictions, but that's all taken care of. If you want thoughtful rooms, it's great... But the rooms feel stuffy..DO not use if you are booking for someone else. If it's for you, go for it. The views were kinda disappointing too.
D. S.
A cool roof top sky bar/ restaurant, great views, bar staff great too.
N. R.
Don't worry about how the outside looks, the interior design throughout is incredible. Nice little design features throughout the hotel and rooms. Great location for a weekend in town
A. P.
Lovely decor, nice room and bathroom, friendly staff, above average room service food for a hotel, super soft bathrobes, nice toiletries. Great cafe downstairs. Pretty good food at the restaurant. Ate there twice, had great service for dinner with a woman named Chloe, and sub par breakfast service this morning, however they took some things off the bill to rectify this.
However a few small issues to point out:
The glass wall between the bathroom and bedroom looks cool, but is only covered by an extremely sheer curtain. This means that there is NO privacy at all when using the washroom. My husband and I are very comfortable with each other but this was a step too far in pushing those boundaries. Also if someone gets up at night to use the toilet, or gets up earlier than the other person in the morning, the lights illuminate the whole room and make it hard for the other person to keep sleeping. I would recommend either changing the curtains or at least adding another opaque blind option.
The second issue is noise. There does not appear to be any sound proofing in this hotel. I could hear footsteps above us at all hours of the day and night, as well as chairs/furniture being dragged across the floor. You can hear street noise very well, and on the weekends there is music so loud that it feels like it’s in your room and earplugs don’t even stop it. Bear in mind we were on the 9th floor, so well above the street, and well below the restaurant/bar on the 15th and 16th floors, so it’s interesting to me how loud it was.
If you like a good vibe and atmosphere with cool decor and great access to the city, this is the spot for you. If you value bathroom privacy and/or peace and quiet I would go somewhere else. Overall we had a nice stay.
T. S.
A beautiful venue with fantastic views across London. This still feels like a secret, so don't tell to many people. Great for a romantic date or a group gathering (like I did) service very friendly, with a really "cool" vibe.
J. K.
Amazing Hotel that lives up to the quality of its sisters in New York. Despite my rough booking process I am happy to say my overall stay has been well worth it and totally enjoyable.
Travel to the hotel was easy considering its perfect central location just a short walk from Oxford Circus Underground Station and even though the hotel is in fact in such a busy location it does certainly feel like a cosy escape and is nicely tucked away from most crowds being right next to the BBC and Portland Place.
Upon arrival I was taken invited to travel up to the 15th floor where I was met by a cosy and inviting lobby with amazing evening views of london. The staff checked me quickly and efficiently even with the issues and concers I had regarding my reservation which quickly put me at ease with my stay. I was pleased to realise that my keycard would only authorise access to my own floor meaning that accsess is controlled. Beware for anyone tempted to have a lift party due to the funky music though, you may be on camera ;)
My room was amazing very well presented and clean (though it is brand new) I could not get over how impressive the view was from the 10th floor room. The window seat certainly feels inspired from 1 Hotel Central Park and is a lovely addtional to the room. Handy place to sit take in the view, read, relax, eat. The only negative I could find for the room is that the windows are rather thin and thicker windows to cause better noise dampaing would have been good though at night the street was not actualy too loud. The only thing that did wake me up was the fire alarm at 2am now this was unfortunatly down to a guest deciding to smoke, I guess it is good to know the fire excauation is in working order!
I also made time to try out the bar at the Madria on the 15th floor and was pleased with the service from the gentleman who dealt with me. I didn't try the food as its not my personal taste and opted to have a sneaky pizza express (located nextdoor) in my rooms window nook. I also popped up to The Nest on the 16th floor to take in the amazing skyline views at day and night (perfect photo spot!). The views include key landmarks including the London Eye, Shard, BT Tower and Regent/Oxford Street. Well worth checking out during your say.
I certainly hope to take another trip to the Treehouse to experiance it further, I would say if you can afford this hotel at least give it a night or two to experiance it for yourself.
C. K.
I mean this place is superrrrrrr amazing
The view the staff incredibly welcoming.
You guys will be seeing me more often
H. S.
Amazing place, food, service and drinks were brilliant. A brilliant location with brilliant views of central London.
A. S.
Beautiful and awesome food! Views are spectacular ☺️
S. L.
Enjoyed my weeklong stay at the Treehouse. Room was lovely, amazing views and staff was very friendly too. Bonus, they’ve got a killer music playlist in the lifts, random but I enjoyed my daily 1min lift rides :p
G. M.
Old hotel that has been given a makeover and tripled it's former prices. Wonderful location and views from top floors. Staff are friendly and plentiful, however attention to detail and professionalism are lacking for the price charged.
S. C.
Central location without the central location noise. Rooms superb and faultless customer service. We will be coming back again!
A. S.
Amazing service, great food and wine and great company in the managers cockapoo who was the cutest pup ever! Very entertaining! Will definitely be back!!
M. T.
Great views, big windows, good drinks and a fantastic atmosphere make this place a good choice to enjoy with friends no matter the weather.
Staff could smile a bit more and the drinks are expensive, but it’s worth it.
J. H.
Fantastic place! Excellent customer service, efficient process.
T. M.
I notice some rooms get free newspapers but not me or my neighbours. We decided on room only basis given its central location and this was a wise choice. Staff were helpful and sorted us a taxi when leaving. These small details and a little more care to the property could make it an amazing place to stay when in London.
T. M.
Have stayed regularly at St Georges Hotel located at the top end of Regent Street near the BBC. The views were good but nothing iconic but you can see across the city. The room was ready even though we were early and adequate for our needs if a little tired.
A. M.
Fantastic hotel, really friendly staff and amazing views from the rooftop bar and room! Great prices for the area! Only downside was the WiFi was a bit flakey!
L. W.
Amazing place for those who love fancy and innovative places. Food and drinks great as well.
M. L.
the room was great . the staff service superb
the restaurant experience reduced everything to ok
food was poor in spite of the service
I was supposed to be celebrating a birthday but it fell very very flat
A. G.
Really nice bar and restaurant with an amazing view of the city (without any skyscrapers blocking the view)! A great place for lunch or coffee after a busy day in Soho or for a drink in the evening :)
T. M.
I have not seen a more poker faced lot of personnel for a very long time. The reason I don't give a worse rating is the prompt offer for a new room by the hotel staff. The bathroom is ridiculously small. The hotel is located from the 9th floor up which makes it a bit soul-less.
M. S.
Beautiful rooms with a lot of thought put into every detail. True to the concept and great value for money-especially for a London City hotel. Loved it!
L. O.
Great Cocktails with a Mezcal focus. Well trained bar staff and some delicious nachos. Worth a visit. Can be a little crowded on a Friday and Saturday.
t. z.
Wonderful hotel, new, clean, well designed, the best service.
Enjoyed every day. There is a great bar at the 16th flor. Beautiful and trendy.
s. g.
Absolutely brilliant hotel. Never moved from there. Evening meal in Madera restaurant on 15th floor was spot on 👌👌👌 and drinks in The Nest on the Roof was fantastic 🕺🍹💃🥂
T. B.
Lofty bar with great views over London.
T. M.
I stayed here for a couple of nights recently and the location of the hotel is fantastic. All the staff we came across we good and helped us with our queries. To get the electricity going, you have to put your room key into a slot in a box on the wall.
T. M.
The St. George's hotel is ideally located a few minutes walk from Oxford Circus and adjacent to the BBC centre. The single room I got was very tiny. The curtains in the room had several holes in and looked very unclean. A real shame but this hotel desperately needs investment.
A. M.
This is a uniquely laid out boutique hotel (hotel reception is on the 15th floor) in the heart of London. Its focus on utilizing sustainable practices even extends to the room keys, made with reclaimed wood!
F. R.
The Rooftop restaurant is amazing and staff are very attentive

(Translated) I was a guest of Treehouse for about a month and a half this summer. My experience was very pleasant, all the staff were always professional in every situation, the right measure between kindness and efficiency. I generally recommend this hotel for the location, the brightness and the view of the rooms, the shared spaces like Madera and The nest!
(Original)
P. O.
(Translated) Good location, the hotel is in an old building. They bought the top 4 floors of the building and made a bar / restaurant on the 15th.
The rooms are clean and very well decorated and very functional, the bathroom with the Italian shower is also very good.
To see how all this will age.
On the other hand, the service on arrival is deplorable, they look down on people. We came for a long weekend as a couple so very relaxed in terms of outfit, plus my wife is pregnant and I think we were not to their tastes ... what they forget is that the clients like us do not have the same bank account ... in short
On the other hand, the service at breakfast and restaurant is excellent.
To choose, I will not go back, this hotel is more suitable for a couple between 25 and 35 years old, I would say who are looking for a nice rooftop place with loud electro music and who want to party.
Moreover, those who take a room will have to avoid the 14th floor otherwise they will hear music until 2am ...

(Translated) My mother, unfortunately, the wrong booked with limited English proficiency and we were offered no exchange possibilities. (-1) The nowadays Breakfast Pre-need is also rather from the last century. Otherwise convinced the design and the staff are always friendly. The view is phenomenal and the rooms very hyggelig.
Update: New Year's Eve guests must pay the hotel £ 150 per person to go to the bar. That's not right at 600 £ Room costs. At 1:30 am still loud music but of course New Year's Eve.
