Really comfort bed, heating was on so it was warm and cozy, beautiful balcony with a view, friendly and helpful staff, we left our luggage in the hotel before check-in and after check-out. The room was clean but the bathroom could be cleaner, the tv is not smart and there is no breakfast. I would stay in this hotel again.

Nice enough for what I believe was a cheap hotel room at the last minute. The bathroom was a bit dated but at least it had good free wifi and the reception was friendly. The actual room was pretty nice and the bed was comfortable and clean.

I see the reviews that it's small. It is. However, in this case I'd say the best things come in little, cute packages. I love this hotel! They've used the limited space in the best ways possible. Even the interior stairs have glass sidewalls to help light pass through, making it feel larger. The walls have quotes from queen Victoria sprinkled between cool wall murals. It's very light and bright despite its small size. The only improvement I'd suggest to the hotel is more shelves for toiletries (both in and outside of the shower) and clothes in the main room. I say if you want a nice quintessential London experience, stay here. If that's not a priority stay in one of the big brand business hotels (I've also stayed in many of those. And after discovering this place I'll never go back).

Really enjoyed our stay here. Recently refurbished to a modern design, the staff were very helpful in this small hotel. Good value for money and a great location. Perfect for the tube and Victoria station. We were on the top floor: great view but room was certainly compact. Beds very comfortable. Tip: get down for your free continental breakfast EARLY. It's a small room and definitely a squeeze when it's busy. Marks off for limited breakfast but overall experience was good and would definitely stay here again.

Honestly. It was a perfectly fine place to stay considering the price and location. Yes I definitely agree the rooms are very small. It’s not for people who have a lot of luggage or who are travelling with a larger family. But it was perfect for me as I only had 1 hand carry. Room was clean. Breakfast was pretty nice. I saw some complaints about it in the comments but honestly it was perfectly decent. The receptionist was actually very nice. I also read some comments about thin walls. And yes. The walls were a bit thin. But it wasn’t that bad. I enjoyed my stay. It was about 20-25 mins away from a lot of major attractions. Nice and quiet location.

Very good location, very good quality for the price. The rooms are not big, but clean and they are modern fitted. The shower was working well which is not always the case in hotels in that price range. One block to the northeast you find several Café, restaurants and other shops.

Had a generally positive experience here. This is certainly a case of 'you get what you pay for'. The corridors and rooms are not massive, nor are they especially luxurious. However, given the price, the quality of the room and the good customer service are above par, I think. The location of this hotel is also great, just a couple minutes walk away from Pimlico tube station. The complimentary breakfast is nothing jaw-dropping, but it a pleasant extra included for all guests. If you are looking for a cheaper accommodation option, I'd recommend staying here for your trip to London!

The staff is very friendly and the rooms are very lovely. No kitchen inside but there is a amazing breakfast that really fills you up. The rooms I would say is a bit crowded for a twin bed room, compared to other hotels I have stayed at. Otherwise, we got all our basic things that are needed. Also you are very close to transportation and a ten minute walk any direction to main attractions. Big Ben, London eye, Hyde's park, princess Diana memorial, Buckingham palace, lots of cute and romantic restaurants and the Victoria Station is a quick walk from the Inn.

An average no frills hotel, typical for this area. Some of the rooms are slightly larger than usual and generally clean. Breakfast is a very nimimalist tea/coffee and toast or cereal, don't expect a meal but a snack and hot drink to start the day or skip it altogether. Staff is friendly. Rooms facing streets are exposed to noise due to poor quality windows.

This hotel was in a good location, with a tube station nearby. We visited on a Friday and was surprised how quiet it was during the night. The room was too hot, even with a thermostat, the temperature wouldn't go below 22 degrees. The shower was nice, once we could get the temperature and speed right. The staff were very helpful getting us extra milk, printing things off and holding our luggage during the day. Breakfast was a continental with a good range. The toast needed to be browner as it came out white still! (Only the twist of a button so easy to sort out yourself). The scrambled egg was yum, as was the fruit salad and yoghurt. The croissant was a little dry. Overall a pleasant stay.

Room was nice and clean, very small but didn't really matter as I was travelling on my own and only staying for one night. The main problem was the noise - I slept very badly as there was some sort of heating system that was making a lot of noise throughout the night, even without being switched on. Good location as easy walking distance from Victoria and Pimlico station.

Stylish hotel in a ritzy part of town with reasonable prices but tiny rooms. If you stay here, take a moment to enjoy the quotes from Queen Victoria's diaries. The superficiality that they convey are at times quite funny and at times quite sad. A decent (not great) breakfast is included but the breakfast area is relatively tight. The staff is very variable. Some are warm and welcoming and some seem indifferent to the guests. On the plus side, it is clean and centrally located.

It's clean, newly done, I felt comfortable.. BUT Watch out visitors.. basement can be loud in the morning with breakfast, or bedsheets delivery!! I mean get your ear plugs people! Upstairs are okay but some rooms are too close together. Let pray you'll get a quiet visitors next door. Otherwise you would feel like you ain't alone inna room..! Also if they have to leave early..you'll definitely know they are leaving, as your room will shake when they close the door or moving their suitcase. Bathroom is clean, very pale yellow tiles..mystery to why they chose that colour but it's still clean. Water pressure isn't great and LET YOUR SHOWER RUN FOR AWHILE to get your temperature. I set it high and it turned hot as I finished my shower...I mean that's long.. I guess it's like this in most hotels around here. I would say this is one of my favorite one on Belgrave road.

Hotel is welcoming, bright and very much nicer than most of the hotels in the area for the price. Walls are too thin. Snoring, talking and tvs can be heard fron other rooms. I didn't sleep more than 3 hours.

Just returned from a 4 day trip to London we were very impressed with the Victoria inn, very clean, very modern and very helpful friendly staff. If we had anything to moan about it would be the breakfast room downstairs just not enough room. Every day we tried to get a table we even changed our times each day to see if that made any difference but no. Maybe a bigger room more tables is needed. We had to go without breakfast this morning as we just couldn't get in the breakfast room. However even with the little moan we will definitely stay at Victoria inn again. 😆

Comfortable, clean, nice design, polite people. Close to center. But no meat at breakfast at all. That was the only disadvantage. If I need to stay in London for short period, I will probably choose this hotel again.

Cheap, clean but no frills! This hotel is ideal if you are in need of somewhere cheap, just for a night and in close proximity to Westminster. It's clean, but is currently undergoing considerable refurbishment works which means parts of the hotel look like a building site. I'd recommend that you don't pay extra for breakfast, it's extremely limited, but there are plenty of better options in the nearby area.

Couple of hairs here or there and floor would have loved vacuming, but generally nice and tidy, and the room matched with the picture. The room was nice and warm, but the bathroom was cold. Additionly the shower tap in room number 6 would need replacing/adjusting. I thought at first that it does not work at all, but it just needed a lot of strenght to turn it on. The rooms have a smartphone in them that you can take with you when you are going sightseeing. Mine was in Spanish and I did not bother to use it, but it seemed like a nice addition. The walls of the room are paperthin, fortunately I was on ground floor so no street noise, but heard someome watching adult movies in the evening and I was woken by the sounds of breakfast in the morning. If you need to wake up around 7am anyways then ground floor is a good option, if you want to sleep longer, then probably not. There is a decent variety of cereal for breakfast, scrambled eggs, youghurts, breads, cheese and fruits. Only wish they would have had anything meaty as well. Ham for sandwiches or sausages to have next to scrambled eggs. The location is very nice. It was easy to find from the Victoria station and there are a variety of stores and dining places in 10minutes walking radius. Something I really appreciated about this hotel was the opportunity to leave my luggage there for free after checkout.

The pleasant receptionist, Anna, was happy to help with any query. the breakfast room is small and cramped, the breakfast, for me, was disappointing, Scrambled eggs on toast, is the only hot food on offer...Overall though, , would be happy to stay here again, it's a short walk to Pimlico tube station, which makes the hotel a good base for exploring London.

This was my second time staying at this hotel. They have done some significant upgrades to the lobby and rooms in the past year. The room was a little tight. The bathroom door wouldn't fully open because it hit the bed and the USB port in the new outlet wouldn't work. We were jet lagged so we slept in a little later in the morning and we kept getting woken up by all of the doors slamming shut by guests and housekeeping. It has a great proximity to main bus line 24 as well as Victoria Station for the Gatwick Express and Pimlico underground station. All in all it is worth the money and a great place to stay.

Cleaning not worthy of particular note, my room had, especially in the first days, some dust, but if nothing else for the rest it was well cleaned, daily towel change, sheets only once in the middle of the stay (one week). Frühstück ist nichts besonderes, aber auch nichts schlimmes. Mein Fazit, ich kann es jedem ottonormal Verbraucher empfehlen.
