Yes what can I say we are checked in and almost fell over the back when we got into the room. It was a little dark and only had a small window that pointed directly to the ventilation system of the hotel. Is really not possible. Then I asked for another room - this was then possible without a problem.
You couldn't open a window in our new room - so we had permanent headaches. Opposite is another hotel with a disco, these have colorful lights that shine over the entire square, i.e. directly through our window into the room.
Conclusion. It's perfectly fine for a short trip that isn't too demanding. But it's nothing for a longer trip.

Im Großen und Ganzen ist es ein sehr zentral gelegenes Hotel. Direkt am Leicester Square somit ist alles sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Es ist ein Hotel für 1-2 Nächte. Länger können wir nicht empfehlen, da die Zimmer sehr klein sind, es ist sehr hellhörig. Wenn über dir jemand läuft denkst du es steht jemand im Zimmer. Draußen ist es wegen der Lage auch sehr laut (das sollte man auf jeden Fall wissen).
Ja was soll ich sagen wir sind eingecheckt und sind fast hinten über gefallen als wir ins Zimmer kamen. Es war klein dunkel und hatte nur ein kleines Fenster was direkt auf die Belüftungsanlage des Hotels zeigte. Geht echt gar nicht. Habe dann nach einem anderen Zimmer gefragt - dies war dann auch ohne Problem möglich.
Man konnte in unserem neuen Zimmer kein Fenster öffnen - dementsprechend hatten wir permanent Kopfschmerzen. Gegenüber ist ein weiteres Hotel mit einer Disco, diese haben Bunte Leuchten die über den gesamten Square strahlen d.h auch direkt durch unser Fenster ins Zimmer.
Fazit. Für einen kurzen Trip ohne einen zu hohen Anspruch ist es vollkommen in Ordnung. Für eine längere Reise ist es aber nichts.

Sehr zentral gelegenes Hotel am Leicester Square. Direkt vor dem Hotel sind zahlreiche Shops, Restaurants und die Tube zu finden. Das Hotel wurde erst kürzlich eröffnet und dementsprechend ist alles sehr gepflegt und sauber. Eingangsbereich sowie die Zimmer sind sehr klein gehalten, jedoch genügend gross für ein Shopping Wochenende. Alles ist sehr sauber und gut gereinigt. Je nach Stockwerk kann es etwas lauter werden, jedoch war der Schlaf aufgrund des sensationellen Bettes perfekt. Frühstück im Hotel ist klein aber fein. Frische Früchte, einige Gebäcke und Eierspeisen auf Bestellung. Zudem wird zügig abgeräumt und der Cappuccino frisch aufgeschäumt. Fitness gibt es keines direkt im Hotel, jedoch kostenlos um dir Ecke. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch war ein Late Check-out problemlos möglich.

The only small negative points were that the position of the TV in our bedroom was to the side of the bed which made viewing difficult, and the light switch for the bathroom was by the door to the room and not close to the bathroom door. We would choose to stay here again.

All of the other comments are correct with regards to small, clean rooms and no closets or irons, and most of the tv channels don’t work. The bathroom is a decent size. We were on the Leicester Square side of the hotel and I can honestly say I didn't notice the busy Saturday noise - and I'm a light sleeper! I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. We also ate in the restaurant which was lovely - highly recommend trying a cocktail!
R. T.Loved staying here. Victory House is directly off Leicester Square, close to everything in the West End theatre district. Our room was on the small side, but that's pretty expected in the middle of London. It was comfortable, and the feather bed topper was soft and comfy. The staff was accommodating and polite. Our room was towards the back of the hotel, away from the noise of the square. No view, we overlooked the fire escape, but we we thrilled with the quiet. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again on my next visit to London.

K. F.Victory House was a small classy hotel just off the main Leicester Square. It's close to public transit and many restaurants and shops. Our room was clean and comfortable. The concierge Fabian gave us some great advice on places to see, where to eat, and how to optimize our time. We were able to see more of the city due to his suggestions. We appreciated the concierge holding our luggage after we checked out on our last day so that we could explore in the morning without bags prior to going to the airport. Would definitely stay here again. It is a bit noisy at night due to all of the activity in the square, but it wasn't loud enough to prevent sleep or relaxation.

B. H.We stayed in this hotel over a Friday night recently. We felt it was very good value for money given it is no more than 20 yards from Leicester Square and the main entertainment area in London. Room was on the 5th floor almost overlooking the square which gives rise to the only negative - it was a bit noisy through the night. Staff were friendly and efficient and the air conditioning worked in the room. Breakfast was well presented and part of our over night rate, would recommend.

S. P.A fantastic hotel in a superb location. The staff are first class and could not be more helpful in any way. You step out of the main entrance to the hotel and you are in Leicester Square. The rooms are stylish and well appointed. Just two small niggles. Having spent so much money on a recent refurbishment they could have put heated floors in the bathroom and the windows could really do with cleaning once in a while.

It carried on until well in to the early hours (3am?) and started again at 8am on the Sunday morning !! For that reason we did not sleep well.

After midnight it is not noisy, anyway you will be so tired after a day in London, you will sleep like a baby. You can take the subway at Leicester or walk to Piccadilly within 5 mins.
B.Comfortable bed and a clean, quiet room. Not much space but I don't need more for a business trip. It's located in a nice area with lots of pubs and restaurants close by.
Breakfast was good, not the greatest of selections but enough.
H. H. M.Very friendly and helpful staff. We felt very welcomed and taken care of - exceeding the standard you would expect. Our room was nice, a bit small though. The area itself is very vivid with lots of crowds at Leicester Square and in China town.
P. S.Good hotel, clean, modern, fashionable, comfy beds, good technology. They could improve the check in and check out process by making it swifter. It's also pretty loud due to it's location but they provide an eye mask and ear buds for that 👍🏻

L. A.A few friends and I enjoyed a drink on the rooftop bar. The views are incredible and the staff was lovely. We got there about an hour before closing and we never felt like they rushed us out at any point. I'd definitely return!

E. C.Tiny tiny room! Leicester Sq is not a great location if you want peace and quiet. Reasonable rates and easy access to the tube (Leicester Sq + Piccadilly) so the central location makes up for the small room. Bathroom is generously sized. Fast checkout.
L. G.Nice hotel in a great area, rooms are small but I was expecting that when I booked the hotel. Only con is that there is a nightclub down the street and feels like a nightclub in your bed when you're trying to sleep at night.
L. C.If you stay Saturday night make sure you get a high floor roomand not on the side of the entrance as the noise from the night club is unbearable! Apart from that great location to see les miserables as only 2mins from theatre star rating only really because of poor night's sleep
