T. C.I stayed here from 28th Feb to 1st Mar for a night when I visited London with my wife and 2 yo daughter. Rooms were nice, clean and great and have good facilities like Microwave, Small Refrigerator, Toaster etc.
Manager was really nice to us and helped us really well. So my experience at Vilenza was good and I will definitely recommend others.
M. N.The staff where friendly and very accommodating with some last minute changes. A relaxed management gives vilenza a slightly family feel. This is my 3rd stay and you will be hard pressed to find rooms at this quality, a well maintained building that is secure in such a sought after area - amazing value for money!
G. V.Absolutely loved this hotel!!, the man at reception was extremely welcoming, helped us carry our bags up and showed us where everything was and was just really helpful in general. The rooms where really clean, shower was lovely and really enjoyed the balcony!!. Would love to come back here again! And it’s also really close to all of the lovely restaurants and bars. If your looking for someone to stay in London, this is perfect!!
E. E.Very nice tidy hotel with a good location. Only thing I would say is there was piles of rubbish bags right outside the hotel door, which wasn't very inviting. Man at reception was lovely and we will definitely be coming back and recommending to others!

F. T.Very nice hotel to stay in for a few nights! The staff is very helpful and respectful. I was here for the 2 days. What I liked was the room and bathroom, chose the room underground and was amazing, better than the others. Bathroom very clean and the shower was amazing.
The design is very nice as well.
Its location is very good, you can reach Victoria within 15 minutes with the underground which is 5 mins by walk!
J. A.Recently stayed four nights with my daughter who is attending the university nearby. A very good value. The hotel is immaculate. The room is very clean, quiet and comfortable. We were on the ground floor. We slept with the window open. It felt very safe. The front desk person was so kind and accommodating. It is close to many very good places to eat and shop. I highly recommend this hotel. I can't wait to go back.
R. B.Vilenza did not disappoint! I stayed there for 3 days and could not find fault with anything. The pictures advertised show exactly what you will be getting but the rooms in person are more beautiful and highly furnished in boutique style, the beds are very comfy to sleep in. The location is excellent near to all transport and very close to city.
The management there was very helpful and professional from receptionist to housekeeping staff. Everyone always had a smile on their face and always ready to help. The receptionist Sam was particularly helpful in guiding us around the area.
I would definitely stay here again and recommend Vilenza very highly to anyone looking to book.

-The room was very clean and tidy, the furniture is new.
-The rooms and the whole hotel smell so good.
-The receptionist and owner of the hotel is very kind and gives helpful advice.

We had everything we needed.
In a nutshell: I would recommend this hotel.
E. S.Good price for location. Bizarre little place though as the bedside lamp had European plug so couldn't be plugged in, and the stained glass window had cardboard to block out light. However, facilities were great and it was v clean.
K. G.Rooms were well presented and clean although the room we were in was a little small for 3 people but fine for one night. The staff were lovely and the tea/coffee facilities provided were very good including a kettle, toaster, microwave and fridge/freezer. Only problem we found was that the bathroom was exceptionally cold! It is very close the Whitechapel station so great for being able to jump on tube quickly.

s. n.We spent 9 nights in Vilenza, Whitechapel. The staff is extremely helpful, we were attended by Sem who was very attentive and resolutive. The rooms are very clean, the kitchenette is well equipped. Perhaps they could improve the wifi connection, its a bit slow. We recommend this place without any doubt! Best wishes from Barcelona.
