R. L.Beautiful hotel, very clean rooms - exactly as the pictures portrayed. Great customer service, even down to Rituals shower gels and tea/coffee selections. Definitely would stay again. A wonderful location, so close to famous museums.

The rooms are very well designed, cleanliness outstanding and the team incredibly helpful.
They offer complimentary teas/ coffees & even hot chocolate, the housekeeping team were fantastic and provided me refreshments when I asked..
Overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations, I would definitely go back and recommend to my friends!

The hotel is relatively new, no more than a few months, and the decor is very Pinterest worthy, very mid-Century modern with comfortable beds, high thread count linen, chic lighting and stylish bathroom. Amenities are by REN and very nourishing.
The breakfast in the basement is unreal. The avocado toast with egg is my go to, breakfasts are cooked fresh so you will have to give it sometime, but totally worth the wait, as the cafe is very stylish as well. The tea they serve is the luxury Jing tea, which was unexpected.
The staff really makes a difference to this place. Absolutely friendly, efficient.
The hotel has a lift but its quicker to just use the stairs.
One suggestion is for the hotel to use a different laundry service as the bed linen (while clean and high thread count), smells of mould.
I have stayed twice so I knew what to expect: to mitigate the smell (as if laundry has been left in the machine for a long time), I bring my own fabric disinfectant spray (the M&S spray works like a dream). That's about the only gripe I have. If this is resolved then this place is a perfect overnighter for West London.
L. S.The room is quite small but that wasn't a hindrance at all includes a kitchenette with everything you would need, if you can get breakfast with your room 100% worth getting, much better than breakfasts in London you end up paying +15£ for

T.I recently stayed with my girlfriend and she booked under her name because it was a surprise! , we were given an amazing service by very professional staff , there was one girl on particular who went above and beyond and that is why I’m leaving this review! The hotel has a cute and cozy cafe area where we were prepared some exquisite fine dining for a cafe, all in all the cafe /dining areas and rooms were all clean and the reception was welcoming!

Room had everything we needed (especially appreciated the cutlery and bowls actually in the kitchenette- no need to ask for them). Very clean room and bathroom. Loved the café in the basement as well. Definitely coming back for another stay.

L.Very happy experience over all, very helpful staff, I was in the single room, the room is compact but well equipped and very clean, very small walk to Earl court station which is not too far from downtown london, I got the room for lower price so I do expect the room is smaller and the hotel is much better than what I was expecting, defiantly will comeback . The only thing that can improve is they should include a facial tissues in the room
W. B.The room wasnt bad. We stayed in the super deluxe king size room. Only difference was the size of the room. All double beds. One big towel between two people. We were given a bottle of rosè upon request which was lovely. Bed was squeaky and breakfast couldnt even see a menu. Not even a bacon sandwhich. Such a let down the simple things. £135 inc breakfast. Not worth it for the simple things.

Small and cute, in a good location and right next to the entrance to the earls court station.
At first they put us in a room downstairs and after we asked to move we were happily moved to a room on the second floor.
The place is beautifully decorated and modern, the room has a kitchenette with a microwave, an espresso machine kettle and a small refrigerator which allowed us to eat breakfast there.
It is impossible to check in after ten at night.
There are no air conditioners and on hot days the rooms are boiling.
Do not clean the room during your stay - just change towels on request. Clean only between guests.
Looks just like in the pictures and the receptionists are very nice.
Worth the price!

קטן וחמוד, במיקום טוב וממש ליד כניסה לתחנת earls court.
בהתחלה שמו אותנו בחדר בקומה התחתונה ולאחר שביקשנו לעבור העבירו בשמחה לחדר בקומה השניה.
המקום מעוצב יפה ומודרני, בחדר יש מטבחון עם מיקרו, קומקום מכונת אספרסו ומקרר קטן מה שאפשר לנו לאכול שם ארוחות בוקר.
אי אפשר לעשות צק אין אחרי עשר בלילה.
אין מזגנים ובימים חמים החדרים רותחים.
לא מנקים את החדר בזמן השהייה- רק מחליפים מגבות על פי בקשה. מנקים רק בין אורחים.
נראה בדיוק כמו בתמונות ופקידות הקבלה מאוד נחמדות.
