J. G.This is the best hotel in Preston. I was so impressed by the facilities, staff, and location. I stayed in the Polo room which has a great bathroom and kitchenette. Lauren was super friendly, and gave me a discount card for a local tapas restaurant which was phenomenal. On my departure, I was given a small Christmas present (a bauble in a gift box) which was just such a lovely touch. I will be back any time I’m working in Preston. Thanks guys!
J. B.Absolutely amazing accommodation which I use regularly as I work in Preston. The rooms and clean, comfortable and impressive. The staff are extremely hospitable and friendly. Sadly it's not possible to pay the upper end of hotel prices 3 nights a week but I definitely look forward to lots of regular stays here and this is the best accommodation in Preston I've found. Thanks!
P. M.Stayed here in Nov 2021 - staff v.friendly, room was lovely ''Reflection room'' 2 bedrooms, nice large bathroom and an amazing location just a short walk from the train station. Only gripes would be disabled access looks very limited (stairs and no lift) and parking / driving to it is an issue due to how the one way system works and only authorised vehicles are allowed down Fishergate - Bus lane cameras mean you could/will get a fine.

W.The welcome we recieved at No 10 was genuine and friendly.There were three of us and we stayed in the Kensington suite .We had two King size beds ,two bathrooms ,and kitchen area with table and chairs . I can't recommend No 10 highly enough especially the big beautiful and luxurious beds ,we had the best sleep ever! The staff are amazing at No 10

The hotel is nicely situated in Preston so very convenient for all shops, restaurants and bars. Very helpful service and able to cover my last minute change of plan so worth the 5 star rating.
E. M.Rooms are comfortable and nicely decorated and themed. It's handy to have your own microwave, fridge etc as a lot of restaurants were still shut when I was there. The nearest parking (5 min walk) will cost you £8.50 per day .
E. A. L.This 'apart-hotel' (hotel of apartments) is absolutely brilliant. The rooms are very high quality, and beautifully decorated to a high standard. They are clean and come well equipped with Molton Brown toiletries and snacks in the kitchenette; are always warm and the beds are incredibly comfortable. There is no car park onsite but there is a public (attended and gated) car park a 3 minute walk away that costs about £8.50 for 24 hours.
We have stayed here twice now and fully intend to stay again, we have been upgraded twice free of charge and the upgrade even included a lush bath bomb on arrival and cupcakes at the end of the stay! Not that anyone should expect an upgrade but you can expect brilliant service from every member of the team and a lovely stay!
A. J.What a perfect stay. We received the warmest welcome on arrival, and stayed in a beautifully relaxing and clean room with a piping hot shower and exquisitely comfortable bed. Just a few yards from a lovely little cafe serving fresh coffee and a delicious breakfast. Car was securely parked on premises. We have left feeling very refreshed and reenergised, and will surely be back soon. Thanks to Max and team for a wonderful stay.

A. G.Just wow! We stopped here for the first night of our minimoon and it was just fabulous. As we had just got married we opted for the chilled champagne on arrival. Jacob checked in with us on the day of our arrival by text and asked when we would like it ready for, we let him know and it was perfect when we arrived. The room was spotless, the cleanest room I have seen in a long time. Breakfast the next morning was brought to our room I had a fried egg sandwich and a coffee and it was delicious. I would go to Preston (even though its nowhere near where we live) just to stay here. Jacob was absolutely brilliant, flawless service a 10 out of 10.

B. F.I have travelled the country from City to City all my career at 5 star hotels and I can say No.10 Preston is by far the best hotel I’ve stayed in. The room was a comfortable size and well worth the money as they had everything you needed from full sky to Molton Brown toiletries. It’s the little things that really made it special such as the sweet jar in the room, carrying my luggage to the room, a gift bag as you leave and they even put the heating on ready for my arrival! The hotel is located down a quiet street, with a conveniently placed restaurant across the street, and no noise could be heard from within the hotel thus satisfying my need of a quiet night as I had to get up at 6am 😴
Thank you for the great stay. I hope I get more meetings in Preston just to be able to stay at this location

The two rooms contain a large bed for two persons

The room contains a wardrobe with wooden accents, numbering 6 according to what I remember, with a large storyteller of valuable matters with mirrors hanging on the wall without a table, so I had to arrange my affairs and make a hairdresser and a meek-up on the stand and there is an apartment containing a dressing table, but the most expensive price, the whole apartment does not contain a galaxy One (whether a table sewer or a cupboard), so our things remained in bags and in the bags, and this was very annoying. Every thing we searched for something, and sometimes I used the edge of the window to put things, but you could not put certain items under the sun, such as perfumes, makeup, creams and medicines, so everything remained in the bags, lighting the rooms, their arrangement and their furniture Beautifully arranged,

فندق صغير وجميل بتفاصيله الصغيره هو شقق أكثر مما هو فندق
شقه من غرفتين
الغرفتين تحتوي على سرير كبير يسع لشخصين
غير مريح بالمره لأنه عباره عن فراشين ( دوشكين ) مفرده لشخصين مدموجه ومغطاة بشراشف لسرير كبير فكانت حوافي الدوشكين في الوسط بالطول مزعجه وقاسيه أما الغرفه الثانيه ترتيبهما كان بالعرض فحوافيها بالعرض وأكثر قسوه على الخصر والبطن .
تحتوي الغرفه على دولاب ملابس بتعلاكات خشبيه عددها 6 حسب ما أذكر مع قاصه كبيره للأمور الثمينه مع مرايا معلقه على الحائط بدون طاوله فكان علي ترتيب أموري وعمل الشسوار والميك اب على الواقف وهناك شقه تحتوي على طاولة تسريحه ولكن أغلى بالسعر ، الشقه كلها لا تحتوي على مجر واحد (سواء مجارير طاوله او دولاب ) فبقيت أغراضنا داخل أكياس وفي الحقائب وكان هذا جدا مزعج كل شو نبحث عن شيء وأحيانا أستعمل حافة الشباك لوضع الاغراض ولكن لا تستطيع وضع شغلات معينه تحت الشمس كالعطور والماكياج والكريمات والادويه فكل شي بقي بالحقائب ، أنارة الغرف وترتيبها وأثاثها مرتب بشكل جميل ،
الغرفتين لها باب تؤدي الى صاله بصوفه كبيره ومريحه لشخصين بالأضافه الى كرسين... في كل غرفه تلفزيون وفي الصاله ايضا ...
نرجع للشقه .... الجميل جدا فيها مطبخ بسيط
يفي ويساعد جدا المسافر يحتوي على طباخ صغير ،مايكروويف ، توستر ، مغسله، أدوات للغسل والتنظيف ، أدوات مطبخ كامله من صحون وأقداح وملاعق وسكاكين ومقلات وكل شيء اذا رغبت بطبخه صغيره او تتدفئة وجبة طعام وتتوفر طاولة مكواة كبيره .
حمام نظيف وفيه شاورين ( دوشين ) وكان وضعه غريب ههههه
مع مستلزمات مجانيه
... من الاخر الشقه نظيفه جميله بسيطه لا روائح لا حشرات ، فيها تدفئه بكل غرفه ومروحيات للأجواء الحاره .
بقي أن أذكر البناء صغير لا يحتوي على مطعم او صالة استقبال أو لوبي وفي المدخل أستقبال بسيط يسلم لكم المفتاح وتصعد الى شقتك وحتى الأستقبال لا يوجد أحد فيه وأن أحتجت لشيء عليك الأتصال وعند حضورنا كان المطر كثيف والباب مقفل فبحثنا بال Google map عن رقم لهم وأتصلنا فحضر أحدهم لأعطاءنا المفتاح فلا تتوقعو أستقبال بحفاوه أو مساعده بالحقائب كل شي تنجزه بنفسك ...
البناء في وسط منطقه تعج بالمطاعم ولكنها مفتوحه فقط لتسليم الطلب لا للجلوس بسبب covid-19 ,البنوك ومحطة القطار قريبه وسوبر ماركت سنسبيري ... أتمنى ما كتبت يساعد وخاصه العرب ولهذا تعمدت الكتابه بالعربي وفي الأخر الفندق يعتبر غالي الثمن نسبة الى أسعار بقية الفنادق في المنطقه والتي بها خدمات أكثر وتقدم تسهيلات أكثر ولكن جيد للذي يريد أن يستقر بسلام من covid-19 في شقه بعيد عن اي تواصل .

ولكن من غير فديو وكثير ما كان يتقطع ولا توجد تقويه له داخل الشقه فكنا نقترب من الباب للحصول على أتصال أفضل ...
لا وجود للعاملين
التعامل يكون عبر الهاتف وقبل المغادره أتصلت أبلغهم غدا مغادرتي الساعه 10 صباحا وأحتاج لعامل يجيك الشقه قبل المغادره أعتذرو لأن في هذا الوقت عندهم اجتماع وطلبو مني ترك المفتاح في الشقه والمغادره وكان هذا التصرف يشكل مسؤوليه بالأضافه ممكن تنسرق شغلات
من الشقه والثلاجه والميني بار وبعدها تبدي الغرامه ........
