Having been to a few places for a last minute dry clean and adjustment of a suit I couldn't find anywhere that could turn this around in time for a wedding I was attending (looking on Tuesday to be ready for the following Saturday). Having called Jayne at Poppins and not got no answer she called me back that afternoon and I discussed my requirement. Jayne stated that this was not an issue and my suit was ready for me to pick up on the Friday so disaster averted. Excellent and professional service I would highly recommend.

Spoke to Jayne a lovely lady on Monday evening for a end of tenancy clean for Wednesday this week. Had been let down by a local company at short notice. Jayne came and quoted last night and did the clean today. Amazing service at such short notice. Cant recommend this company enough.

I was hesitant to reach out to Poppins cleaning services as I had not used them before. Once I had rang Jayne and spoken to her I immediately felt at ease she listened to my situation and was willing to assist in any way that she could. I required a heavy laundry service and Poppins cleaning services were willing to come to my property and pick up the clothes without delay. Jayne kept me well informed of the service that they would be providing and let me know when it would be ready to be delivered back to my property. The service was absolutely excellent from beginning to end and all my clothes were washed cleaned and smelt absolutely amazing. Poppins cleaning services also folded all my clothes and put my coats and blazers on hangers I am very appreciative of how they’ve handled my requests and have been sensitive to my situation. I absolutely recommend them for any cleaning or laundry services you may require all over Birmingham and per my experience they are very professional reliable and efficient! 10/10 service! Highly recommended

I have used both Poppins' cleaning service and regularly use the dry cleaning services. Jayne and her employees always do an amazing job. Poppins cleaned my house when I was moving out and the clean was thorough and great value for money. The clean ensured that I got the deposit back from my rented property and I wouldn't have got it back without Poppins' help. I regularly have my clothes washed, dried and ironed at Poppins and I really appreciate this service as I personally am terrible at ironing so it is really nice to not have to worry about it. My clothes always come back looking and smelling wonderful. I have had items of clothing dry cleaned and also a couple of items repaired at Poppins and I can also greatly recommend these services. Jayne is very welcoming and always puts a smile on my face when I drop off and pick up my clothes and my clothes are always ready on time, within 2 days. I have been using Poppins services for a long time now and I will keep returning.

I was passing through Alvechurch on my boat and (although I have an onboard washing machine) there is nothing like washed AND pressed clothes. I wasnt staying in Alvechurch very long so I needed clothes washed and ironed quickly and efficiently. I am pleased to say that Jayne was able to do this for me and |I had my clothes back beautifully washed and pressed within 24 hours. I can recommend her service and will not hesitate to have my clothes washed and pressed at 'Poppins' should I pass through the area again.

Second Review 2019: Jayne and her team just completed our annual spring clean (the second time they have done this for us). The house was spotless and the girls that came to do the cleaning were friendly and worked tirelessly. I'm sure we will be using them again next year. First Review 2018: We had a full spring clean done by Poppins. Jayne was able to arrange the clean at short notice for us and her team did an excellent job. Her cleaners were all friendly and polite and once they had finished Jayne came to check their work and made sure everything they agreed to clean when she quoted for the job was completed to a very high standard. Quality service and well deserving of 5 stars.

We can`t thank Poppins Cleaning Services enough for everything they did for us when they undertook a deep clean of my brothers flat recently and we would thoroughly recommend them. The flat was in quite a state after some years of neglect, however Jayne and and her team did an absolutely fantastic job ,and the deep clean has made an incredible difference . Our brother was initially anxious about having his flat cleaned, and the possible disruption, however we have been extremely impressed by the professional ,efficient and sensitive way Jayne managed the whole process from initial visit and assessment ,to completing the work with minimal disturbance to our brother. The BEST service I have come across!! Jayne and julia were a truly a God send. They really went the extra mile to help me out with a deep clean, when I really needed it! (Getting the room ready for a new arrival). I am 8 months pregnant and could never do it without them. They worked on a Saturday to help ensure I could get the room done in time, they even cleaned the top of all my shleves, the bathroom shower with a tooth brush and also did all my cupboard worth of laundry so eveything in the room is fresh. They are extremely professional, and the NICEST people as well. Can't recommend or thank them enough! I really appreciate their tailor made service. They are their to work with you and they even returned my bags of laundry to my door in 2 days only! 5 star service. Highly recommended

Had Jayne come and quote and a one off clean. She was very professional and a pleasure. She fitted me in straight away and the clean was finished to a very high standard exceeded expectations tbh, and the girls were a pleasure to have in my home. Would highly recommend to everyone!
