Amazing customer service, and results to match. Was booked in for a deep clean on very short notice. When they couldn't do an earlier start, extra staff were assigned to ensure they finished in time for a meeting I had. The results were incredible. Staff were polite and worked really hard. The two young women worked on our lockdown-worn and incredibly dusty flat without a break for five hours, refusing even a tea-break. Really spectacular service. Previously used Why Bother, but now needed a post builder deep clean urgently as there was a great deal of dust. Simon and Kate managed to organise a deep clean within 24 hours. The two staff were delightful and professional and performed to a truly high standard. Their attention to detail was excellent; even including some fine filigree work to some radiator covers. As this was just in two large adjoining rooms; I now feel I need to have the rest of the apartment cleaned to the same standard. I certainly won’t be looking for any company, other than Why Bother. Very impressed with the service received. It felt like a luxury to have the home cleaned after months in lockdown but it was the best thing we could have done. The cleaning team were really thorough, polite and friendly too and listened to what we wanted. It's not easy cleaning round someone's home when there is a fair bit of clutter but they did a really good job. I didn't recognise the place after! It's not a cheap service but they put the hours in. We recently moved house, and wanted a pre-moving in clean. Katie and Abbie did a fantastic job - it looked and smelt lovely as we came in. They must have worked their socks off to get it looking as good as it did! There was extensive wood work and a large number of cupboards to clean, and all was immaculate. Hired for a deep clean of a house we just bought. End result was only OK - I had expected a lot more for the overall cost of £402 + VAT - many cobwebs were left, floors were not done well and needed to be redone, not all cupboards and drawers were done thoroughly. Would not book again.

I never write reviews but have received such exceptional service from Simon and his team that I felt I should write something. My partner and I have moved out of our flats and into a new shared home together. We initially asked the team (at very short notice) to clean our new house. It had been rented out and was DISGUSTING! I was ASTONISHED at what the team achieved. It was unrecognisable, they worked INCREDIBLY hard and were so cheerful and helpful throughout. They did such a brilliant job we then booked them again to clean my partners old rented flat. Again, they were wonderful! Today I have booked them for a third time (again at short notice) to prepare my old flat ready for new tenants. I would not hesitate in recommending this company. They work very hard, and achieve a huge transformation. They are fairly priced, offering really good value for money. I did feel a little anxious on receiving the initial quote, as it is expensive to pay out for professional cleaning. But I’m SO please we did. It was amazing to have this task taken off our (rather overwhelming) list of things to do for the move. This is a great, professional company who deliver their promises. I will be using them again x

I booked an end of tenancy clean with Why Bother. Had a fairly in depth phone consultation with Simon who runs the show, asking me a number of questions to ensure I got the right service and so they could, I assume, provide an accurate quote. Very friendly, courteous and knowledgable. Cleaners arrived on time with the Ops manager Katie, to look over the place. Work was carried out to a very high standard and I was given an accurate finishing time. Katie returned at the end to inspect and ensure the work was completely thorough. Also gave me a certificate of deep clean and told to provide mobile number to letting agents if there was a problem which was excellent. Highly recommend.

I have been using Why Bother for a while now and they have been amazing. Previous cleaning companies have poor back off administration as well as poor time keeping. With Why Bother you get the personal touch of a lovely cleaner, with the professionalism of a company that deal with invoicing, holidays etc. The cleaners themselves are very punctual and very thorough, you can tell they take pride in their work, and I think this is a testament to the company not putting pressure on them and over stretching them with countless, back to back hours.

I got a speedy reply, within a day or so, and a visit from Simon to check out our house the day after that. Then he found us the perfect cleaner. Shorena turns up right on time, gets straight to work and does an absolutely faultless job. The house is sparkling by the time she leaves. Also, as I work from home, having someone else in the house can be disruptive but Shorena never is. I hardly know she's here until it's time for her to vacuum my office.
