I have just had Powerdean carry out some works on my home after getting it back in a extremely bad state from a tenant. After getting a few quotes, I wasn't really happy with the lack of confidence these companies had in their own abilities to restore my house back to its former glory. then I found Powerdean via a google search, when typing in "tile and floor restoration experts near me" in a desperate hope to find what I needed. After a short chat on the phone (they picked up to me on a Sunday night), Chris was telling me everything I wanted to hear and I knew i found the right people! When I returned into my house in a couple of days, the transformation was incredible. not only had all the tiles, bathroom suite, and kitchen been put as good as new. but so were the carpets, all the light fittings and switches, the doors and windows, walls and skirting. Everything they touched has been restored as good as new!! If i'm being completely honest, they were a little more expensive than the other quotes I had, but worth every penny, and a bargain when it comes to the effort they put into the final project. And as the saying goes - you get what you pay for! do it once and do it right. I cannot recommend this company enough. if you are really looking for someone to not only do a proper job, but to work some magic on your home, give them a call

Chris was both responsive and professional. He attended our property to give us a quote for cleaning and resealing our Karndean hard flooring and there was no 'hard sell' or pressure. We were happy with the price and when Chris returned to complete the job he did a great job. The floor looks like new! Can't recommend highly enough.

Chris arrive on time with a colleague and both were very professional in their approach. Chris explained what solutions and equipment he would be using to clean my carpet. After about 90 minutes the results were amazing all stains and dirt had gone now looks like a new carpet. I’m so glad I was recommended Chris, we had another company come and clean our carpets and an arm chair but they were drenched and still sopping wet a day later. They didn’t look any cleaner and the chair started to smell badly. Chris was a bit more expensive than the other company but it was well worth the extra, he got rid of the smell, cleaned and dried everything so we could use it almost straight away and was very professional about everything. He was honest, very friendly and I can’t recommend his services enough. He’s coming back to clean and seal our tiled floor in a few weeks.
