Turned up early and completed a very professional service quickly and efficiently. Impact was very noticeable, in cleaning all carpets throughout the house, well within estimated time. Chris has cleaned a large sofa, armchair and Turkish carpet for me. Subsequently he has treated new carpets in the hall, stairs and bedrooms to make them stain resistant. At all times he has been friendly and courteous, worked hard, done a very professional and effective job and left my home looking and feeling much better than before. I booked in Chris from Powerdean based on the reviews the company has since I'd bought a new house with stone and porcelain floors with cracks and holes and I'm very pleased we did. Even the assessment visit was valuable as Chris was happy to share advise on what we could do on the least needy floor for ourselves. The results from our kitchen were transformative and it now looks bright and fresh and we have confidence that it is properly sealed and spillages won't seep into the stone. Chris was prompt, efficient and very professional and we look forward to continuing to use his services to maintain the floors.

Very happy with today's clean, I wasn't convinced anyone could get our cream stair carpet clean, but they gave it their all and it looks great now. You may be able to find a cheaper service, but using a local business, and one so dedicated to get the job done well, can't be beaten no matter how much of a bargain you think you've found. Highly recommend. A service I will definitely use again.

Great service from start to finish. Arrived on time to quote and to do the job, well prepared, honest and knowledgeable. Chris carried out tests to work out what type of carpet we had to make sure he brought the correct equipment and products on the day to carry out the clean. As well as providing advice on product use and leaving us with a bio friendly stain remover spray bottle which is kids safe, this was provided at the end of the clean. Very pleased with the result, we would definitely use again.

I had a carpet clean done by Chris, and i couldn't praise this company high enough!! Chris was very proffesional with the service and super friendly during his visit!! Our carpet was left clean and looking fresh!!! He left behind a free carpet cleaning spray (chemical free) and OH MY GOD, that spray is like magic!!! My 5 yrs old droped her purple slim on our carpet and didn't tell us for hours! I thought I'd never get that stain out! I used Chris's spray, and it took out the smell AND the purple stain!!! I didn't need to scrub hard either!!! Thank you Powerdean for a fantastic service! Will be coming back again for future cleans and definitely buying more of that magic spray when we run out!!!
